Description: After forming the bird hand sign the user can flow charkra through an item or their fingertips and then releases the gathered chakra into the air creating a wind bullet 3cm in radius. This bullet moves at a speed of 20 mps When the bullet is within 1 meter of an enemy it will expand to a 2 meter radius around the enemy into a sphere of howling wind from which noise does not enter nor escape. Those caught within receive 3/4 inch cuts across their exposed skin for each post they are trapped within. Attempting to move through the sphere causes 1.5 inch cuts across the body. The cuts caused by this jutsu are negated by an endurance of B-0 or higher. Sounds can be heard from within or without with a perception of C-3 or higher.

Description: This genjutsu is triggered by a wave of chakra sent out from the user when they make the Dragon hand sign. The chakra wave moves at a speed of 20 m/s and captures anyone who comes in contact with the wave under its spell. This jutsu causes the victims to feel like they are uncomfortably hot making it difficult to concentrate on molding chakra. The effect of this concentration lapse manifested in that they are unable to cast techniques above their rank without paying an additional 10 chakra. This technique can be ended via kai or having a perception of B-0 or higher allowing them to notice the artificial nature of the heat.

This does not allow the user to use the jutsu merely create a genjutsu that appears to be that jutsu if they are unable to overcome the jutsu with a perception of C-0 or higher, they believe they have taken damage equal to what that jutsu would do. The range cooldown and element of this technique are equal to the jutsu mimicked. This can only cause the victim to believe they have taken the damage portion of a jutsu any extra effects cause no damage. As usual this can also be dispelled using kai or taking damage of equivalent rank.

Description: This creates the illusion that an object or person of the user's choice is exactly 3 meters away from where they actually are. The user can make it appear that the chosen target is anywhere that is exactly 3 meters away from them as long as it doesn’t cause them to appear to phase through the environment. This jutsu also causes all smells and sounds created by the target to originate from the new position.

The effects of this jutsu is very subtle, instead of infecting the victims chakra to cause hallucinations of some kind it breaks up jutsu as they are formed. This breaks up, up to one B rank, 2 C rank or 3 D rank jutsu as they are cast. The jutsu are destroyed because the user’s chakra infects the victim’s own when they attempt to gather chakra for techinques
