Personality: He is very needy and likes to have a lot of attention from it's master especially at those times, when it gets hungry and the battery is required to be changed. Sleeping is his  second favourite thing.
Techniques: It is as good in battle as nothing. The only thing that he can do is to lie still in the pocket or else and if that place is hit by the enemy to crash first and doing so to defend the master from that one and only hit.

An electronic device isn't a pet....as far as I know, he's essentially a living shield for your pocket area. In my experience, you can only take an animal as a pet.
