Objective: Investigate the disturbance of the Battle Plateau

Mission description: A troublesome swordsman is causing a disturbance to Kumogakure shinobi who wish to train on the Battle Plateau, he is screaming on the top of his lungs that he wishes to fight Daisuke Akako. Please deal with this disturbance as quickly as possible and make sure to apprehend the suspect alive.
Mission details: Upon walking towards the Battle Plateau, you will see the swordsman swinging wildly at a poor Kumo shinobi who is attempting to hold back the swordsman with a kunai. There is an injured Kumo shinobi on the ground who else clutching his stomach in pain as though he might have been impaled by the mad swordsman. You are to intervene so you can get the swordsman's attention(In case you're wondering, the shinobi with the kunai is a medical ninja so they can heal the wounded shinobi that is bleeding out on the floor). The swordsman will scream at you that he will only fight Daisuke to a fight to death and no one else, but you have to force him to fight you one on one somehow(here's a hint, he can't resist any challenge given to him). After getting the swordsman's attention, the medic ninja will take her brother and escape to a far enough distance.

General Appearance: long silver shaggy hair that stops growing at the base of his neck. He wields a kunai and has blood splattered over his clothing
Personality: Protective and hot headed
Motivations: To portect his little sister Jessie

Other: He is the Kumo shinobi who is bleeding out on the floor, he suffered this wound after Kikuchiyo tried to stab his little sister but pushed her out of the way before it was too late.

Age: 12
General Appearance: short white hair that is tied into pony tails, her headband is tied around her neck
Personality: Loving and caring to the people who she holds dear to her heart
Motivations: To protect her family
Fears: Darkness
Other: She is holding off Kikuchiyo with a tanto knife but bearily in order to stop the swordsman for delivering the killing blow down upon her older brother. If you don't do something, Kikuchiyo will snap that knife and end both shinobi's lives

Name: Kikuchiyo
Age: 21
General Appearance: Wears bulky armor that will clink with the slightest movement he makes. The armor is rather heavy and it's a wonder that the swordsman can move with that heavy armor he's wearing. On his back is 7 large katana that are apporximately the same size of a claymore.
Personality: Strong willed, loud, and extraordinarily hard headed
Motivations: To defeat Daisuke Akako and claim the title of greatest shinobi for his own
Fears: Aging
Other: Kikuchiyo is adept and Kenjutsu, he has about the strength and abilities of a chuunin. The only way to calm down Kikuchiyo's rampage is to fight him in close quarters combat. So if you use ninjutsu, fuuinjutsu, or genjutsu to defeat him he will claim that you cheated and go on a rampage; where he will become faster and stronger in fury(It's suggested that you fight him in close quarters combat without the use of ninjutsu, fuuinjutsu, or genjutsu). Kikuchiyo has a number of swords that he will wield in case he is disarmed or one of his swords are destroyed. If you do not have a sword when you challenge him, he will let you loan one of his swords. Do not worry, he only wields 1 sword at a time, until he's about to lose then he decides to wield 2 swords at the same time.

Given the many defenses, the rank of the mission would need to be A rank.

So what rank would he be, in consideration for battle?
What exactly would he do on said rampage? Get faster? More brutish attacks? Attack the injured?
