Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. Despite this, this technique has an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon (however, this can be used as a bluff). Sensory techniques can easily pick out someone transformed using this jutsu: the user's chakra would be active, as well as the fact that their biological functions and scent are not masked by this jutsu. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every other post after that.

Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user; these are created within 3 meters of the caster. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such, in applicable situations, ninja can pick them out with varying difficulty. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any foreign presence passes through the clone, be it physical (a fist, a rock, a sword) or an opponent's jutsu, the clone will dissipate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. It costs 5 chakra to create clones.

Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.

Description:A technique taught at the Ninja Academy requiring chakra control. By using Kai, a ninja disrupts their own flow of chakra, then starts it again. This allows a ninja to escape from illusions, provided he or she has figured out that a Genjutsu is active. Ninja can use this ability on their comrades to save them from genjutsu, and possibly other techniques that invade their chakra system. It is possible for this technique to fail, if the user misjudges the power of the genjutsu and does not put in enough chakra to stop their chakra flow.
This is an E-ranked technique, but has variable chakra costs.- Genin: 20 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
- Chuunin: 30 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu, 50 for B. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
- Special Jounin: 40 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu, 60 for A. Toku-Jou cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
- Jounin: 50 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu, 70 for S. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.

~Kai can dispel multiple genjutsu at once, but only on the user or another person, not both. The highest-rank genjutsu costs the normal amount to Dissipate, then the second costs the normal amount -5, the third -10, and so on. So, if a genin was caught under a C-rank and two D-rank genjutsu, it would cost 40 chakra to dispel the C-rank jutsu, 15 to dispel the first D-rank, and 10 to dispel the second D-rank. - Genin: 20 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.

Description: Supernatural Walking Practice is a basic ninja technique. It involves using chakra flow to channel chakra to one's hands or feet, allowing him/her to walk on, or cling to, surfaces that normally do not allow it. This includes, but is not limited to, walls/ceilings, trees, and even water. Should the flow of chakra stop for any reason, the user will immediately fall off of the surface they are walking on, or plunge underwater.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice, either on the ground or in-hand.
The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something, but it can’t do both.
This jutsu can only seal the user's items, or items that were stolen from a target for more than 3 posts, or items stolen from a KO'd or killed character.

Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. They are partially intangible to prevent tangling; this jutsu cannot be used to bind people. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable color depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only available to those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons they have the specializations to wield, within 30m. This consists of whipping them around like a flail or yo-yo, or controlling their path of travel when thrown.
This technique cannot control living people; it can only control corpses, or Human Puppets currently in the user's locker.
The user pays a certain amount of chakra upon activation to determine the strings' durability; if severed the strings can be reattached to the same target for 15 chakra.

Description: This jutsu has all of the aspects of the original Spiritualization Technique, except it only ejects the user's spirit for a very, very short time. It shoots the user's spirit out of their body for 5 meters (the user can curve the path), then immediately returns the spirit to the body. This process happens very quickly, and while the user does not fall unconscious, their Reaction Time decreases by 1 tier while part of their consciousness (and a good deal of their chakra) exits their body. However, at whatever disadvantage they are, the user does not have to suffer a loss of motion.
Contact with the ejected spirit counts as 'possession' for the uses of any jutsu, except when the user needs to be in the body for a certain number of posts. This technique can be partially sealed by the Transcription Sealing Method, but Noriko's Perception decreases by 1 tier until her spirit returns. Noriko's spirit only returns when other jutsu requiring it end; her spirit will then travel any distance back to her body.

Description: The user manipulates pure physical and mental energies into the form of senbon; they can create up to 10 with one post's use of this jutsu. These can be manipulated by the user within a small radius of themselves at will. These senbon are simply Medical-influenced masses of spirit energy; thus, they cannot harm the human body via piercing through flesh, like normal senbon (this also means they do not inflict pain). However, they can be used/influenced by jutsu just like normal ones, and for this purpose function exactly like their physical counterparts.
Upon hitting a person, the senbon inflicts a negative effect on the target's spirit, which is reflected on their body. An almost universally negligible bruise is left where the senbon hit. However, the senbon exists only on the spiritual plane, making the it impossible to remove. Any lasting special effects on the senbon persist until the wound is healed, and any 2 senbon not used for another jutsu can be used as a substitute for possession. The user's spirit energy stays on the target until used or expelled. (Upon use against any legendary-type summon, or any target that exists on the spiritual plane, these senbon act like the normal E-rank projectiles.)
If a person was hit by a Seishinsenbon and are aware of it, they can use Genjutsu Kai of D-rank to expel it from their body; this cannot be done all at once for every senbon they want to remove. However, any senbon that is already being/has been utilized for a jutsu cannot be expelled this way. Medical Ninjutsu of equal rank to this jutsu can remove all Spirit Senbon on a person's body if they are unwanted.

Description: A technique that gathers chakra into the hands of the user. It can be sent into the target to heal a 7.5-inch radius (point of contact does not have to be the wound), and can completely heal any non-serious injuries such as minor bruises, non-fatal stab wounds and cuts up to 3/4 inches deep, and 1st degree burns, or lessen otherwise grievous injuries to stabilize the condition of the victim. She can continue the healing the victim to compound the effect.
If Noriko can possess the patient using the Spiritualization Technique, she can send chakra throughout the Keirakukei, healing the same magnitude of injuries all across the target's body. (This effect may only apply to others, not herself.) She may also impale the victim with 2 Spirit Senbon, or use U-Turn to do this; by doing so, even the whole-body effect can be spread to multiple people at once (including herself if she used Spirit Senbon on herself). It takes 5 chakra to heal another person with this jutsu, then another 5 for every 2 people extra that are healed.

Description: Only usable after the user either hits the target with 2 Spirit Senbon, or maintains contact for 1 post. The user generates powerful electrical jolts within the target's body, then guides them through neurons using Medical Ninjutsu to cause the target to spasm up to thrice per post. The user can choose where it occurs, but not how (can choose to spasm the arm, but can't choose which direction, though it is always random). They are almost always major (dare it be said, flamboyant) spasms unless the user wills it; incidentally, paralysis jutsu of equal rank or lower are overridden by this jutsu's effect, releasing affected limb(s) from paralysis. Offensively, this jutsu can include making the opponent trip/stumble, making their attacks miss by throwing off aim, and even making the victim hiccup and burp (even vomit if all of the post's spasms are used on the stomach).

Description: A technique that sends chakra directly into the target, healing wounds all over their body from any contact with the user's chakra (such as direct contact, possession, Spirit Senbon, or the Chakra Transfer Jutsu). This technique cloaks targets in a dim, opalescent light that can completely heal any moderate injuries such as major external bruising and slight fractures to bone, non-fatal stab wounds and cuts up to 1 ½ inches deep, and minor 2nd degree burns; this jutsu can also lessen otherwise grievous injuries by the given amounts to stabilize the condition of the victim. (This full effect takes 2 posts.)
It takes 5 chakra to heal an additional person with this jutsu. More people can be healed by using Spirit Senbon (2 senbon per person, 5 chakra per 2 people) or possession by her own spirit (no chakra, up to 4 people).

A technique that solidifies the user's spiritual energy at will, allowing them to extend it and use it as a physical object. Used as a physical barrier, this technique can block damage of all basic attacks by strength or weapons of 1 rank higher than this jutsu; the user can physically channel this to be able to block physical strikes with their own body. (Basic attacks of 2 ranks higher get reduced by 1 degree in blunt damage or 1/2 inch in cutting.) Other miscellaneous uses can be makeshifted from this technique, as the user can make their spirit energy take any form with any type of physical properties.
The user can also strike the foe with concussive punch-like masses of spirit energy, causing light to moderate bruising; the user can also attempt to grab foes, this jutsu having a Strength of tier-2 of its rank.

Description: A technique that, using a negligible amount of chakra, allows the user to write on any surface by having their chakra make contact with it; this can be done manually, or a skilled master can simply make characters appear where desired. This technique makes any amount of time necessary to write a seal (not necessarily place it) essentially zero. This jutsu is most often used to inscribe seals on things, using chakra-produced 'tattoos' that seemingly use black ink. Things written with this jutsu are incredibly difficult to remove, except by a user of this technique. This technique can make miscellaneous effects that have no battle or strategic value depending on the seal that is inscribed.

Description: Noriko has realized that all seals are simply contracts that 'tell' the caster's chakra what to do. Any time Noriko wishes to modify a specific behavior into a seal, she uses this technique. It allows her to add specific directions to her techniques that would otherwise have gone undictated.
For instance, she can have a technique target a certain part of the body (by using Ijutsu to detect where said body part is), or possibly be activated after a certain amount of time, or under a certain circumstance; for this reason, it is particularly good to use with the Transcription Seal; by extension, she can apply this to any jutsu that are sealed using said technique.
This jutsu costs -5 chakra to alter a seal the first time during a thread; after that, she can simply cast the modified sealing formula with the original jutsu without using this jutsu. (However, it must be the same amendment; if it is different, she will have to use this jutsu again.)
This jutsu can be used on the Generic Sealing Technique formula to have, say, kunai launch from a scroll in the direction it faces, as opposed to just unsealing them.

Description: A technique that allows Noriko to place any other jutsu inside a seal, simply by allowing her chakra to come in contact with an object or person; this jutsu marks it with a specialized jutsu formula (and can even make the formula invisible to avoid detection). Noriko can then later activate the jutsu wherever she may be, even in spirit form. The chakra for the seal, as well as the jutsu inside it, must be paid up-front and stored in the seal upon placement. The seal itself, however, does not emit any chakra, and so is undetectable by chakra sensory ninjutsu.
Noriko can seal any Fūinjutsu's technique formula inside the Transcription Seal, in addition to any other technique. Instead of the technique formula being sealed onto the target on-use, the Transcription Seal is instead put on. Then, whatever touches that seal receives the sealed technique at the point of contact. (Unless the user wills it, a target cannot touch itself with the layered Transcription Seal in a different location to release that layer of Transcription Seal. Likewise, the user can prevent transfers except for those they wish to happen.) She can Transcription Seal this technique's own formula inside itself for multiple layers of trickery, for 5 chakra per layer.
She can write this formula over existing seals, even those used by items, using the Embossing Seal. Thus, anything that comes in contact with the original seal becomes branded with it, but the original item loses effectiveness for the thread or until the seal is returned. For example, she can transfer seals from any Sealing Tag (or even Explosive Notes) to the next thing that it would touch; or, she can turn the ground into a Generic Sealing medium by putting this formula over her Kuchiyose: Raikōkenka body seal.
C-Rank
- Fujinheki:
- Name: 封印術‧結成壁札 {Fūinjutsu: Fujinheki ~ Sealing Technique: Barrier Tag Formation}

Description: A simple yet relatively potent barrier. It uses any Sealing Tag or variant of it to form a barrier perimeter around an area that prevents kneaded or infused chakra from going through it, stopping jutsu and deactivating Chakra Flow taijutsu or bukijutsu techniques. This jutsu by itself stops people of up to C-rank strength from passing through (these 3 ranks add on top of those set by the Barrier Tags, if this jutsu was cast with them). The invisible barrier stops non-chakra-infused substances, save air, from passing through, and blocks 2 C-rank, or 4 D-rank jutsu before dissipating (and/or can buffet a B-rank jutsu to make it do -2 ranks of damage); if placed on top of an existing defensive technique, this Barrier Formation bolsters it, and adds their jutsu blocking counts together (so, if paired with another C-rank jutsu, it would block 2 B, 4 C, or 8 D, or buffet 1 A-rank attack to make it do -2 ranks of damage). It also prevents sensory abilities of equal rank from detecting anything inside (sensed as if there was no abnormality), and lowers the rank of sensory abilities that manage to do so by 1, reducing their range and interaction power.
This technique costs 15 chakra, and can be recast multiple times on the same or multiple barrier formations if need be. Normal tags can be pulled off by anyone, but they can have additional traps set in them to activate on-contact.
- Tahō Fūin:

Description: This jutsu costs 10 more chakra than normal. Noriko prepares this jutsu by placing Sealing Tags in a polygonal formation; alternatively, she can use the Transcription Sealing Technique to place the seals on the ground, or even on people (She can technically align the seals vertically, but it's harder to trap people this way). At least 3 seals must be used for this jutsu, but up to 8 may be utilized to boost its effectiveness. The user must pay 5 chakra for the fourth, then another 5 for each two seals extra they want to place. One can destroy or otherwise break the seals that form the perimeter of the sealing area to lower its effectiveness or stop it entirely. The only other way this technique can be stopped is if the caster is incapacitated.
After preparing the seals, the user makes the hand signs: Monkey, Ram, Hare, Boar, Dragon, Horse, Bird.
By doing this, the seals connect each other by lines of chakra, and then project similar lines in midair to a vertex point, creating a 5m-tall polygonal-prism of chakra around everything that is within the seals' perimeter; the seals themselves are not inside this prism. The prism-shape barrier will block offensive jutsu equal to the number of seals used to create this jutsu, minus 3 (so a 3-tag seal would take 0 offensive jutsu to escape, while a 4-tag seal would take 1 technique of equal rank. 2 equal-rank jutsu = 1 jutsu of 1 rank higher, and so on, for this blocking purpose.) If the barrier blocks the max number of techniques, the barrier can be exited by attacking it with 2 basic attacks of 1 rank lower than itself, or 1 strike of equal rank. However, this does not stop the jutsu, only allows those inside to escape.
This barrier is impossible to pass through by normal physical means, causing the sensation of full-body pain of 1 rank higher than itself to anyone who tries to exit. The large amount of chakra poured into the prism forces anyone with Strength of tier-3 equal to or less than the rank of the jutsu into the center by pure pressure. (Those with higher than this can move freely.)
On the post after the preparation post, or any other subsequent post, the attack portion of this jutsu can be launched. On the user's command by the Dog seal, the entire sealing area becomes further compressed with a large amount of glowing chakra, enough to make a violent shaking in the area; by clapping as a hand seal, the chakra prism then bursts, the compressed energy within it forming a pillar as wide as the prism that carries the target into the air. It goes very high up (about 50m), but the target is only carried about half of that height; a crater in the shape of the seal is left in the ground, about 5m deep. Anyone and everyone caught in the blast (only possible if someone was either inside the sealing area, or above the prism at the time of attack) is dealt heavy damage all over their body.- Second-degree tissue damage at C-rank.
- Third-degree tissue damage at B-rank.
- Fourth-degree tissue damage at A-rank.
Damage is neither major nor minor, but in-between.
Due to the large amount of chakra that permeates the entire sealing area, this attack bypasses all armor or defensive jutsu on a target trapped within the prism. - Second-degree tissue damage at C-rank.
