Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. Despite this, this technique has an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon (however, this can be used as a bluff). Sensory techniques can easily pick out someone transformed using this jutsu: the user's chakra would be active, as well as the fact that their biological functions and scent are not masked by this jutsu. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every other post after that.
Name: Doppelganger Technique (影分身の術 ~ Bunshin no Jutsu)

Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user; these are created within 3 meters of the caster. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such, in applicable situations, ninja can pick them out with varying difficulty. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any foreign presence passes through the clone, be it physical (a fist, a rock, a sword) or an opponent's jutsu, the clone will dissipate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. It costs 5 chakra to create clones.

Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.

Description:A technique taught at the Ninja Academy requiring chakra control. By using Kai, a ninja disrupts their own flow of chakra, then starts it again. This allows a ninja to escape from illusions, provided he or she has figured out that a Genjutsu is active. Ninja can use this ability on their comrades to save them from genjutsu, and possibly other techniques that invade their chakra system. It is possible for this technique to fail, if the user misjudges the power of the genjutsu and does not put in enough chakra to stop their chakra flow.
This is an E-ranked technique, but has variable chakra costs.- Genin: 20 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
- Chuunin: 30 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu, 50 for B. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
- Special Jounin: 40 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu, 60 for A. Toku-Jou cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
- Jounin: 50 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu, 70 for S. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.
- Sannin/Kage: 60 chakra for an S-ranked Genjutsu, 90 for SS. Only Genjutsu that specifically say that they cannot be Dissipated (such as Tsukuyomi) are the exception.
~Kai can dispel multiple genjutsu at once, but only on the user or another person, not both. The highest-rank genjutsu costs the normal amount to Dissipate, then the second costs the normal amount -5, the third -10, and so on. So, if a genin was caught under a C-rank and two D-rank genjutsu, it would cost 40 chakra to dispel the C-rank jutsu, 15 to dispel the first D-rank, and 10 to dispel the second D-rank.

Should the flow of chakra stop for any reason, the user will immediately fall off of the surface they are walking on, or plunge underwater.

When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice, either on the ground or in-hand.
The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something, but it can’t do both.
This jutsu can only seal the user's items, or items that were stolen from a target for more than 3 posts, or items stolen from a KO'd or killed character.

Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. They are partially intangible to prevent tangling; this jutsu cannot be used to bind people. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable color depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only available to those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons they have the specializations to wield, within 30m. This consists of whipping them around like a flail or yo-yo, or controlling their path of travel when thrown.
This technique cannot control living people; it can only control corpses, or Human Puppets currently in the user's locker.
The user pays a certain amount of chakra upon activation to determine the strings' durability; if severed the strings can be reattached to the same target for 15 chakra.

The chakra strings at this rank are more tailored to controlling the base functions of many puppets as opposed to putting an astounding amount of effort into the control of few. Using this technique depending on the user's rank they are able to control up to 10 puppets, though the trade off is each of them operate at the user's speed and reaction time, -1 rank. (Stat increases from items and jutsu do not count towards this. However, those from clans do.)

Balanced Control:
Using more focused control on the puppets the user wields they are able to focus more into their puppets movement, and therefore they no longer receive the negative influence to their speed that the mass control strings had. However, the puppets still receive -1 to reaction time and less puppets are able to operate at this capacity per rank.

Focused control:
The user, with these strings, is able to literally control their puppets with such mastery as if they were basically human themselves. The concentration at this level requires they dedicate themselves into only one or two puppets, but they operate without any negatives what so ever, and move at the user's speed and reaction times.

By adjusting the skincells, sending higher amounts of minerals to the necessary area and by tightening the bonds of the microtubuli within the cells, as well as thickening the cellular fluid and solidifying the cellular walls, those skincells turn into a layer of strong, miniature scales.
This allows many different uses, as it can be used in both a defensive, and offensive manner.
When used on the limbs, it allows for greater impact of kicks, punches and jabs and thus a better utilization of the body's limits during a display of taijutsu, yet in the same way it can lessen the impact of an enemy's attack. On higher ranks, this jutsu can be used to greater effect.
This technique also allows secundary afflictions like burns or cuts to be minimized in the strengthened section. However, even though this technique allows a benefit in strength, it lowers the users speed because it makes it slightly harder to move due to lower flexibility and added weight.

The user must still be wary of attacks, however, because jutsu of C-Rank and higher will remove the ball of chakra and cause further damage to the area. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility, slowing them by 40% before immobilizing them if they remain in the substance for two posts. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally 10 meters in radius. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand (Supernatural Walking Practice) which causes no slowing or immobilizing effects and removes any that has occured.

After oerforming the necessary seals for this jutsu ( ram-horse-snake), a large snakehead out of mud appears next to the user, which after opening its mouth can shoot off a moderate number (a dozen)of mudballs at enemies, these mudballs can cause light to moderate bruising, but are never lethal. These mudballs travel at a speed of 25m/s making it a high speed jutsu, but one that can never break through a defensive jutsu because of it's devided strength into the seperate balls.

These projectiles are formed like sickles, emphasising their capability to slice and cut objects. Softer tissue and fabrics can easily be cut by these projectiles up to a depth of maximum one inch, though the technique has practically no effect against metal or stone (making them quite ineffective against bukijutsu specialists and armored foes. These sickles have a launchspeed between 25 meters per second.

Description: The Water Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's chakra. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Water clones are capable of only using suiton jutsu provided they have enough chakra to cast it. A maximum of six clones may be created at any one time. This allows her to have a superior advantage in dark places or at night, though in daylight it also proves to be useful against skilled opponents.
During the use of this jutsu, Risu can't fall victim to occular genjutsu, though the effectiveness of of all other genjutsu remains the same. During the use of this jutsu, reaction time gets +1
This jutsu can be maintained by paying 10 chakra additional to the chakra used to perform this jutsu. When this jutsu wears down, it can't be used again for the remainder of the battle due to the risk of growing permanently blind due to the strain this jutsu has on the bodily functions.
During the use of this jutsu, the slightest sound of breathing, smell of sweat or change in air currents can be felt by Risu from where she in a scope of 35 meters around her.

After performing the necessary seals, a massive wave-torrent of five meters wide and three meters high rolls accross the terrain up to a range of ten meters, this wave can cause moderate bruising and can confuse the enemy when he/she is ill prepared to be tossed around in this torrent.
When the wave has done it's initial offensive job in the first post, with a surface of maximum five meters wide and ten meters long being covered in a thick layer of mud, the enemy's reflexes are -1 in the first post after the wave and -0.5 in the second post after the wave, after this the reflexes are back to normal.

Description:
Based on the Water Slash jutsu, the water slash barrage is a more powerful version of said jutsu. After performing the necessary handseals, the users hands become envelloped by water, from which 4 small sickle formed projectiles with a length of 1ft are thrown at the opponent at a speed of 35m/s
For 5 extra chakra, four more of these projectiles can be launched, up to a maximum of twelve projectiles in total (two extra sets), these projectiles can cut through flesh with a depth of max 2,5 inch and can cause minor fractures or bone chipping.

Description:
After a careful study of her own elements and driven to obtain the jutsu-style of her mother, who was aptly named the White snake, this technique was created to be used to restrain enemies, wound them and draw them closer when necessary, making this a highly valued jutsu in combat.
After using the handseals Ox-Tiger-Dragon-Snake, the user shoots two massive, ten meter long snakes out of the ground from his or her position towards the enemy. These snakes, comprised out of a strong, yet somehow still flexible rock interior which is infused with water and encompassed by a two centimeters thick layer of water as well, first travel at moderate speed of 20 m/s, but accelerate to an astounding 35 m/s when reaching the 5 meter mark.
These snakes grab hold of their enemy with their two and a half inch long, curved fangs with great force, able to fracture hollow bones (lower arms, lower legs, ribs), but can only scrape larger bones (thigh bone, upper arms, skull). The wounds caused by the teeth can go to 2.5 inch deep, but will only become actual cuts if the enemy decides to simply struggle free or is pulled to the user. (Secondary effect of the jutsu besides wounding and restraining is using the snakes to pull the enemy closer)
These snakes can be cut off or destroyed by B rank or higher weaponry or jutsu, Raiton based jutsu can cut or destroy them from C rank or higher. Also if the target has a strength of A or higher, they can break out of the snake's hold within a single post.
The snakes can spread out to a maximum scope of four meters, amking them able to attack the enemy from both sides and making it hard to destroy them both in a single action.

Description: The user sends a shockwave of chakra from within themselves forward. It slams into a target with sufficient force, causing light bruising and disrupting their chakra pathways. Any active jutsu that the target is using will be ended and cooldown will begin (does not work on jutsu of A-Rank or higher), as their chakra will be forced to stop for a few moments. As an alternate use, this jutsu can be used to release targets from any Genjutsu of B-Rank or lower by stopping the chakra's effect on the brain, but it cannot be used on oneself when under a Genjutsu.
