Clan History: This clan was recently formed, and doesn't have a lot of history behind it. The art of the Jinton techniques was supposedly lost in history, with the death of the Third Tsuchikage. However, this clan survived. Without anyone knowing, not even the ANBU, DNA and scrolls containing the knowledge of the Dust Release techniques were stolen from the tomb of the Third Tsuchikage. It turned out that the Third Tsuchikage had ordered the knowledge to be wrote down, to preserve his legacy, and that of the Second Tsuchikage. Around the time of the theft, several pregnant mothers were kidnapped from their homes in Iwagakure, by a mysterious force of shinobi. In an unknown location, far from any form of civilisation, experimentation was done on the unborn children, usually resulting in the death of the mothers and the child. Only ten children survived out of the twenty three, however each one of these children had the acquired gene and capability to use the Dust Release. Each of these children were raised in a laboratory setting. Yet each of them showed little progress over the span of several months. One of the researchers concluded that their chakra had been thrown off balance by the horrors of their birth and cruel upbringing. Labelled a failed experiment, they were abandoned to die in the facility.

These children survived however, using the abandoned scrolls and the facility to grow and prosper. Under their own rule and tutelage, they managed to successfully use the ancient Jinton techniques. The ten children, five of each gender, ended up starting families together, resulting in the birth of the clan. The name of their clan meant Prime, obviously referring to their signature jutsu and the primal way in which they had been brought up. The families, now much older, made their way back to the city of the collective, pseudo ancestor. There the roots of the clan grew into the moderately sized clan we see today.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Dust Release is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. This is done by the earth creating the basic concept of the dust, reducing the person to tiny particles. The wind and fire natures both help to project the jutsu forward, wipe away the evidence and allow the fire to cause the actual explosion. The wind and earth natures deal more so with the actual damage. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form, unless it isn't powerful enough in which case the lacerations are caused. Until this Release is of at least S-Rank, the user cannot dismantle people at an atomic level, but still cause damage by taking atoms from people bodies to creates lacerations. Jinton is powerful, as it is known as the dismantling jutsu. It is revered as a powerful release, however Suiton is strong against the jutsu, as is Raiton. These two elements are the only ones not incorporated in the creation of Jinton, so as a result Ration and Sution jutsu are usually quite strong against Jinton gain a +1 against the jutsu.

Drawbacks: Members of this clan must take the Hesitant [Specialization] and this cannot be balanced by a positive characteristic. The user must take Futon as their primary spec, starting at D-Rank also. Futon and Katon and Jinton all start at D-Rank. Jinton is unique in the way it ranks. If you have A-Rank Doton, B-Rank Futon and C-Rank Katon then your Jinton will be C-Rank. It ranks with the lowest element you have trained. Years of wandering the wilderness without any proper medical nin has led the members of this clan to have the special characteristic of Pharmacophobia, this cannot be balanced out by other characteristics. Members of this clan receive a -1 to genjutsu techniques used against them, due to years of  their ancestors being isolated with horrors. Another weakness of theirs is the weakness to Bukijutsu. They are mostly all styled as long or medium ranged shinobi. So as a result, close quarter combat is not suited to them so they have a -1 to Bukijutsu as a result of this lowering their resistance to the weapons used by this jutsu or jutsu themselves.

Description: This jutsu is the most refined version of a Jinton technique. The user uses Dust Release to create a structure. Only one structure can be created per use of the jutsu and it can expand in a 5m radius. Before creation, a post of preparation is required where the user concentrates, preparing the sphere between the palms of his hands. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled at speeds off roughly 70 mps, towards its intended target and traps them inside its confines. Once inside, the target cannot escape unless an exterior force acts on it. One S-Rank jutsu on the walls' exterior will destroy it and end the jutsu. The sphere then explodes with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius, amplifying it and resulting in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within as they are pulverized into minute particles of dust. The user must have S-Rank Jinton to use this technique, and it costs 30 chakra.

Description: This jutsu is very similar to the Atomic Dismantling Technique, but significantly less powerful. The user still creates a sphere in their palms, which is fired towards and enemy at speeds of roughly 20 mps. The sphere, cube or cone then envelops the enemy, causing one inch deep cuts all over their body by taking molecules from their bodies to create the cuts. This jutsu costs 15 chakra.

This, like a lot of other Adv. Element clans, does not state what its element is advantageous against. I have a few suggestions for this, as well as a couple wording changes (in a few places, it's rather clunky).
