Yuzu Ren needs to meet with the Mizukage in order to discuss clan affairs and deliver certain notices etc...

So would like to have them meet soon and also that thread meeting will be completely IC and is for character plot purposes as well as mission creation etc...

Rank Up to Special Jounin is denied. The requirement for Special Jounin is 2 D ranks, 4 C ranks, and 2 B ranks. You may either pay the amount of 1600 Ryo, or complete two more C rank missions.
