Takeshi

Takeshi

Retired
A couple of days after catching the boy who was putting all the graffiti on the houses, Takeshi was given another mission. It was an D rank mission, which sounded easy, this he was sure of it. The hardest part of the mission so far was the harsh weather. It was raining pretty bad and Takeshi had his hood on to protect himself from the rain a little better. The mission Takeshi had been assigned to was quite simple. He had to help out an old lady named Ninaro with different things. He wasn't exactly sure what things he had to be doing, but he was instructed that he would be better informed at the location. What Takeshi found surprising however was the location of Ninaro's house. It was way off from the any market in the village, which made him wonder how had she been fairing so far without help. She lived on top of mountain that seemed to be all by itself. As for Takeshi, he had been walking since earlier in the morning, he didn't look at the time before he left the house, but he was sure it was no more that 5 o'clock in the morning when he left. He couldn't use the sun as a reference in this mission, so instead he just focused on walking.

After walking for what seemed like hours, he found himself to be on top of the mountain. Luckily, Takeshi found a path that went straight up the mountain. At first he was a little worried he would have to go rock climbing today. The house that Ninaro lived in was small, and kind of rough around the edges. The rain had stopped awhile back, but Takeshi was still wet. As he walked up to the front door of the house , the front door opened. Then out came a little old lady with a cane in her right hand. When she walked outside, she looked up at Takeshi who seemed like a giant compared to her. He eyes widened a little as she gestured for him to come into the house. Takeshi followed and he was instructed to take off his jacket and shoes at the front door due to the water that dripped off of them. Ninaro gave him a towel to dry himself of with and made some hot green tea. Who are you son, and what are doing at my house? Takeshi took a sip of the hot green tea while scrubbing his head with the towel. He looked up at the old lady and explained his mission, and Ninaro nodded in agreement. She told him a brief story about a cat, and then she instructed him on what he was needed to do for her.

First, Takeshi needed to feed her cat, which was easy. Then he had to help her wash clothes, which left him mentally damaged afterwards. He had seen enough granny panties for a lifetime trauma. Then she gave him leash with a dog at the end of it and a list of groceries. The only problem was that the dog was huge and he walked, ran, and stopped on his own accord. Half of the time he couldn't get him to stand up, and the half was spent on trying to keep him from running over small children. When Takeshi got to the market to get the food, he had to balance bags of food in one hand, and handle a dog in the other which sounded easier than it was. Then Takeshi had more mental trauma added on to his slate when he had to go buy granny panties, along with the shop keep's face when he had to them. On the way back to Ninaro's house, Takeshi found a way to control the huge dog. As it turned out, he really liked sweet potatoes. So all Takeshi had to was dangle one in front of the dog's nose and the dog just ran all the way up the mountain in no time at all. When he got back up the mountain, he noticed the sun as it was beginning to set. He saw Ninaro sitting on the cliff watching it set. Then Takeshi got a good idea as to why she lived on this mountain in the first place. Takeshi gave Ninaro the groceries and she welcomed him over at the house anytime he wanted to come and visit.
