Lesse... he'd slept. He'd eaten. He'd talked to Midnight. He didn't have the swords fucking with his senses constantly; and he'd reserved a time with the clan's favored blacksmith to get Caladbolg repaired (hopefully). He still needed to talk to his elder's about the fact that he'd basically moved a a teenage girl into his room without warning; and he really didn't give two flying fucks how much they bitched; because he wasn't letting her stay anywhere else without some kind of protection. And given Midnight as gracefully assigned her to his squad (thank the Gods); he was basically spending every waking moment with her, unless he needed to be in a Jounin meeting or something. He was pleased by this; in his own weird ways. At least now he had a reason not to wander off the side of a cliff at random; as he was wont to do.

Well; he needed to get back on some type of schedule; so might as well get a squad meeting happening. That way Skye can get to know Himi a little better, and he could meet this new kid that he'd been assigned. And hell; it'd been a WHILE since he'd done any kind of training, and it was time to work with his student again anyway. Figuring out how to work Himi into the team dynamics would be smart; especially now in a no-pressure (sorta) environment. Even if it meant he'd be training with her riding shotgun on his back from now until he could move freely with her there; yeah. He'd do it. Do it and be happy. Seriously; that'd be some bitching training. Train his spatial awareness up to god-tier; and even manage to improve his flexibility even more? Wiiiiiin. The strength boost wouldn't hurt either; nor would the speed. Yummy.

Well; he didn't feel much like going to far from home; and this way he could let Himi learn the area better; as she'd need to know it better then just about anything if she ever wanted to move around without an escort outside. And this time of day; the storm was quiet in this area; the temple having drawn most of the charge from the air for a few hours. Once it rebuilt (or Raijin got bored); the storm would return and make the area a lethal hazard to a non-Tsukino. Oh well; they could move inside if need be.

Events of her day had been waking up and being bored, poking and otherwise bothering Raijin until he woke up, which took for-fucking-ever, and she had fallen asleep on him(something she was still embarrassed about). At the time she hadn't really cared, but looking back on it, she felt rude for waking him up. She felt that she should've been reprimanded by him, or lectured in some other fashion. He hadn't been as nice as normal when leaving the temple to get food, but maybe that had been his way of objurgating her? She had hoped not. She had done something extremely rude in her own opinion. Waking a man from his sleep was saying, 'I wish to die.' in the household she had grown up in. Getting just a grumpy response was such a surprise and shock.

Aside from that she had been dragged into town and gotten food. When he had asked what she wanted she had replied with her normal submissive "It doesn't matter, you choose where you want to go." quiet-please-don't-hurt-me-I'm-going-to-just-shut-up-now behaviour. She hated being a 'Damsel in distress'(which she still was) and hated the fact that she was blind, but at the same time, she had been raised to basically be a damsel in distress. The life lessons from her demonmother had had nothing to do with anything in which violence was needed. Not even self defence. Oh how she needed some serious training to even become anything resembling a threat to anyone.

"Who else is in our squad Raijin-sensei?" When Raijin had told her that the Raikage-sama had placed her on his squad she wanted to... Well, she didn't know what she had wanted to do(maybe praise the gods?). She was happy and enthused that someone she knew and trusted would be her teacher. Someone that so far, hadn't called her out on her blindness, or constantly reminded her of it like Hikou-sama had done.

Raijin was doing his little 'Fuck the sun" routine; hunching and hissing when he was in the bright light outside, and generally sticking to the shaded areas behind the rocks or lightning rods. Of all of them, he had the absolute least to fear; but he also knew he needed to not just climb into a rock hollow and go back to sleep; because he knew Himi would try to follow and that would not end well. Electrocuting her because he hated the sun at the moment was really unfair to everyone. "Hnnn...?" Oh, questions. Woot and such. "Uuuuuh.... I got ta keep Skye; he was on ma' team before an' a bit a' personal student type thin'. Otherwise; some new guy I never hear a'. Lini? I think was his name. Wasn't really payin' attention."

He found a nicely shaded spot that would still allow them to be seen as the others appeared; if they did. He wouldn't fault Skye for missing out; his family was likely celebrating hard still, and the boy had earned a good break. The other guy? Eh, wouldn't be the first time he was assigned a new guy and they never showed. Or showed late. Or something. Whatever; he wasn't gunna hunt down someone that didn't want to be there. He wasn't about to waste his time. He'd focus on the ones that cared and make sure they got the training they needed.

"Get this crap done; then o inta town an' do stuff. Dunno wha' yet; but somethin' beyond me fightin' stayin' awake."

"Oh. Didn't Skye come with us to the Village hidden in the Leaves? He passed the exams, if I am correct?"

W-was... Was he hissing? She blinked twice in his direction. Was he really hissing? Note to self... Tried Raijin equals even more insanity. Note to self... Never wake a sleeping Raijin, it will trigger the effect described in note to self number one.

Himitsu was about to sit down when she remembered something. Kumo was far from being anything like Kiri, and the Tsukino temple was far from normal. If walls could turn into electrical conduits at random, was the ground outside of the temple any safer? Probably not. "Uh... Raijin-sensei, is it safe to sit down, or is something going to kill me out here?"

"Dunno wha' yet; but somethin' beyond me fightin' stayin' awake."

And guilt. She had denied him of sleep. A bad, reckless and ill-mannered move on her part. Her head bowed just a bit to where her gaze was pointed towards the ground. "I am terribly sorry for waking you up Raijin-sensei. It was rude, and I am surprised that you have been nice to me and disregarded my discourteous act." Aaaaand she was still expecting a stern talking to.

What the hell was this now? Why was he being apologized too? Uuuugh; the sun was making him feel hungover; there where reasons why he didn't get up until noon and leave the temple until evening most days. Fucking sun. FUCK YOU SUN. Anyway... what was...

Apologizing for waking him up...? What could possibly posses her to apologize for tha-.... oh wait. Weird ass upbringing. Prolly a cardinal sin to wake up someone in her family. Or something. Or hell; from what he'd heard it would not have surprised him if her family had been sexist enough to call waking up a male a crime. Fucking idiotic nobility. "Yer fine, yer fine. Calm down and crap. Juss no' a mornin' person; yeah. Sun make my eye hurt an' gives me a headache when 'm low on sleep an' energy. 'll be fine, nuh. No worries there."

And a few moments of silence later his conscious mind realized she'd asked another question set and he groaned over the effort of thinking. While he hated the sun this time of day; the lack of clouds meant it was safe enough to be outside; they likely wouldn't start building back in for a few hours or so; and until they did the area was pretty empty of extra charges. "Nnnn... if it's warm; dun sit on it. Best I got. Otherwise... sit on me? I dunno; really. Should be al'ight for now, yeah."

Himitsu

"Uhhmm, thank you for the offer but men are not furniture to sit upon, Raijin-sensei." And she was surprised and a bit shocked that he had offered, which explained her face that greatly resembled o.O Obviously Raijin wasn't the best person to ask about dangerous things at the moment. You would think that with Himitsu's intelligence level that she could think to herself 'Hmm, this rock is strangely warm. The air is cold, and the ground is frozen. Why the fuck is this rock warm? Imma get out of here.'

Seriously. Sit on him? Her mother would have had a stroke if Himi obliged. Men are not things to treat as objects. Men are to be treated as if they are the most valuable thing in the house, because they are, aside from his sons, which were treated like royalty. To do something bad to a man would be like screaming at the gods to go shove it up their ass. It was simply not done nor tolerated where she had grown up.

"..." Wait; where was the problem here? He was basically her personal transport vehicle as it was; not like there where many issues with personal space anymore. "Who said anythin' 'bout furniture? No' like ya juss walked up an' shoved me onta ma knees and used my back li'e an ottoman. Really no' a big deal; yeah." He was just confused really; weird familiar customs or not, wow. There where some deep seated issues here. "Uuuuhhh.... yeah... whole area is juss rock; so... safe is gunna be a subjective term; yeah. Best bet is on someone; or off tha' ground an' rocks."

He shook his head some; a little surprised by her lack of common sense here; even knowing that was an unfair reaction. Different customs and cultures. Yayness. "Up ta ya. Doesn't bug me none; Himi. Ya should know tha' by know, yeah."

Skye slowly opened his eyes and blinked a few times. His room was a bit dark and he was still in that “too tired to think” mood, so he wasn’t too sure if his eyes were open or not. He sat up and shook his head to wake up. It didn’t help much and seemed to only make him a bit dizzy. Right away, he fell face down into his pillow and let out a soft groan. Today was not going to be a good day. Waking up early was bad enough, but now it was hard to fall back to sleep. Skye immediately saw that wasting time in bed wasn’t the best thing to do at the moment, especially when he had to meet with Raijin and the rest of his squad in a couple hours. Sighing, he took some time to fully wake up and get dressed. Once that was done, Skye went straight downstairs and headed out the door. If he remembered correctly, Raijin and the teammates would be at the Thunder Temple. As Skye walked through Kumo, he started to mumble directions to himself. “Left here… then continue on for a bit until you see… that... then I make a right…” Knowing where he was going without a map was a big achievement in his mind. It had taken him a while to memorize the layout, so he took pride in how he was able to do so.

With each step, he looked around to reassure himself of where he was. Slowly approaching the temple, he could see Raijin and a girl with standing right by him. He instantly remembered seeing the girl before, but had a hard time thinking of her name. As much as he tried to think of her name, he still had trouble coming up with it. Whatever... Skye managed to bring up a grin and walk over to the two. It looked as if his sensei was a bit, well, tired. Nevertheless, he still greeted him with a cherry voice. “Hey Raijin. How are you doing?” He kept his attention only Raijin only because he didn't remember the other. One thing he could hope for is Raijin mentioning the girls name.

She hung her head. "You're too nice." she said walking over to him. "I don't quiet have that good of an idea of how you are sitting, or how you want me to sit." She was expecting him to set her on his knees or something of that sort. Nothing too awkward for her to bear.

Then, a cherry voice. She hadn't been paying to much attention, seeing as she had been conversing with Raijin. The voice... It was Skye from the Exams. She recognized his voice. Turning her eyes in his direction she smiled softly. "Hello Skye-san."

"I'mma start leavin' chairs around for you." Not that it would help much; because his idiot cousins would move them around and prolly use them to make random chair sculptors and shit. Yaaaaay. Oh well; he might have to try his hand at sealing some of the rocks in the common areas so she wouldn't have to stand all the time. Or bump up the meeting with his elder's about just how much of an adoption into the clan he was going to be allowed to give her. If nothing else.... he'd just say fuck it; break some rules, and make her a seal pendant like they gave to their Jun Chi allies. It would take more work to maintain; but he could handle it. A new seal every few months.

Aaaand then his attention was yanked by the arrival of his student. Joy!~ "HEYA SKYE!~~~" Random loudness, yep. Hell, he even cackled a bit for good measure. "Enjoyan' bein' home, are ya?~" He was kinda glad the male didn't look dead to the world; or entirely so. Meant they might actually do something; versus just a catch up meeting. Or at least, he could maybe try out a bit of a spar with the boy; since he had such opposite skills from Raijin and it would be a nice change of pace from fighting seal for seal with a cousin or elder.

So, half back to Himi for a moment. She remembered his name? Good, good. "So, we've got half a squad. Now ta see if we'll ever ge' a third member tha' shows up; yeah?"

Skye jumped slightly when Raijin greeted him with a yell. It was something he didn't really expect at the time. Then again, the few times he saw Raijin, he was being random or acting odd. Didn't really matter though. He was still happy to be a part of a squad with Raijin as the sensei. Shaking off the slight scare, he grinned and quickly replied back. "It's definitively nice being back in Kumo. And what's even better is being a Chuunin now." Skye laughed slightly and put both hands behind his head. Unfortunately for him, his sensei failed to mention the name of the girl. He didn't

Right after responding to Raijin, he turned his attention to Himi. She greeted him by name, which meant she remember him. The only thing he remembered about the girl, was that she was blind, and she was there when he went to Konoha for the Chuunin Exam. As a quick save, he kept a cheery tone of voice and nodded once at Himi. "Hello." Simple and no name involved. Fantastic...

Random ass shouting was super loud and sudden. She jumped in her skin as her eyes went wide and she tilted away from Raijin a bit, blinking. She winced in pain as her ears rang. Three and a half months of nice, peaceful traquility, then abruptly SCREAMING. She hadn't heard screaming since she left Kiri, if you didn't count her own scream from her first cliff diving experience with Raijin, that is. The last screams she had heard were her mother telling her to get the fuck out of the house.

And, now, with her mother dead, she wouldn't ever have to hear those screams again.

Wait.

Mother dead. Mother was the clan head. Himitsu was the only heir, as well as the only one alive.

That made her the new Clan Head. OHMYGODWHATTHEHELLISTHISTHEAPOCOLYSE?! All of the things to do and all of the arrangements to make and- Oh god. She would have to get married. She was too young to get married! Entirely. Too. Young. She didn't even have crush on anyone, nor had her mother arranged anything before dying. This was not good. Panic mode: ACTIVATE.

She went from standing, to sitting, to laying down on the ground in the foetal(fetal) position. Sobbing. "The ground is rather cold, Raijin-sensei. I don't think this spot is going to kill me." She punctuated herself with a nervous laugh. Killhernowplease.

Aaaaand now all attention is back on Himitsu. That close, the change in emotion was like a slap in the face, and had him instantly worried. In fact; the level of worry he felt should have worried him more then it did; but the shock of the complete flip was enough to push that thought out of his mind for the moment. "Himi...? Wha's wrong?" Aaaand like the lumbering oaf he could be; his attempt to get up ended in disaster. Or rather, him rolling around like a centipede that had curled around itself for a while. DAMN YOU SUN-HANGOVER!

When he finally did remember that up was up and not left; he rolled to his knees and placed a hand on her shoulder; shaking gently, "Talk ta me Himi; calm down an' talk, kay? Why tha' spazzan'?" Not forgetting about Skye at all; no really, he didn't for more then... like... a minute or so; he looked up to his student with an almost panic on his face; rare when his default was something resembling detached amusement. "Pleasetellmeyouknowhowtodealwithpanicingpeople?"

Skye wasn't sure how to react to the whole situation. So many things happened at once. First on the list was Himi's sudden breakdown. She looked rather... disturbed... He couldn't help to have a small part of him laugh, while the other parts felt either confused or concerned. Looking away for a second to see if Raijin was watching this as well, he turned back to see she was now in a fetal position and sobbing. "Uh..." Before being able to form a simple sentence, Raijin quickly interrupted with a fall and a roll right after.

In a span of a few minutes, both of his companions were now down on the ground. Raijin seemed concerned about the girl's sudden panic attack. At least he got some information off of his sensei. Before Raijin went down on the ground to assist in comforting the girl. He mentioned the name Himi. As soon as he heard the name, he remembered. "Himi..." He thought to himself. Skye quickly shook his head so he could focus more on the situation at hand. Raijin was still comforting Himi, but suddenly looked up at Skye and asked him a question with a rather quick speed. "Uh... I... I don't know... Uh... Himi? Can you calm down and take a deep breath?" Well... It was the best thing he could do... that... or make he pass out with a jutsu... But that wasn't really an option.

Himitsu

Mental breakdown was not very nice. Mental breakdown was very mental and breaky. Not. Fun. No me gusta. Just.... No. She just couldn't deal. All of her medical knowledge that would benefit her was just flying out of the window, or otherwise fleeing from her panicking brain. She could hear people. Voices. Background noise. At the moment the voices from outside were just as liable to be ignored as that constant high pitched squee of the blood running through the veins of your ears, or the constant movement of a person's tongue. Her mind could not cope with the sudden stress of one, being the only person left in the entire Haruto family line, and two, being the head of the future generations. This... This was not fun. Someone was... Touching her. She felt roughness of something... Did people call it cloth? Against her skin from an outside source. No. Make it stop... Just make it all go away. It was all fuzzed out. Her outer perception was fucked, just absolutely gone. All she could feel of the touch was the slight pressure.

Denial was never good, but today? Today she was going to cling to it, latch onto to it for support and thoroughly convince herself that it wasn't true. Because ignoring something made everything better. The absolute truest statement in the entire world.

Not.

And so she was just laying there, entirely oblivious to the world outside of her head as she bit the first knuckle of her right index finger and spoke to herself, mumbling ever so quietly that only someone close to her could hear it, "I'm not ready.... No. Make it stop. Make it go away. No. No. I'm not ready. Go- Make it stop- Go away."

"....." So... that was... helpful? He couldn't, nor did, blame the younger male; he wasn't all that great with dealing with hysterical people either. For a moment Raijin wished that Shiruku was still around; that Zetsumei medic prolly would have had some way of helping. Uuuugh; he needed to focus on... something. Fous on what though? He could prolly shock her out of this.. but that would be dangerous and counterproductive. Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuck.

"Er... crapbaskets. Skye; take off. We'll pick this back up later. I need ta deal with this. Can' ha'e her goin' nutters an' riskin' somethin' happenan'." He was... unhappy with having to cancel good training time; but not enough to risk leaving Himi laying there. Where it was still dangerous. Andgoddamnitwhywashestilloutside? His panic shot through the roof when he leaned closer to start lifting her onto a shoulder; hearing her repeating mantra and freaking out himself; as he had no real idea what had her so mentall broken, and more worried then he should be that it was something about him. Narcissism? Maybe a little. More he just didn't want to find out that he was causing her more stress then was going to happen just by being around him anyway. It wasn't easy to spend time with most Tsukino; because of their clan trait. But given she'd shown no reactions at all... his mind was instantly throwing "YOU DUN GOOFED MORON!" at him; and he wasn't liking it.

It wasn't a pretty lift; shaky and likely uncomfortable for her; nothing like his normal easy movement. Ugh, second guessing. Badbadbad. "I'm takan' her inside. We'll try this again when she's feelan' better, yeah." He only waited long enough to be sure he'd actually said something there; and it wasn't in his own mind; before moving back over the rocks and round the pillars until he was inside the temple again; moving right to his room without so much as an acknowledgement to anyone he met. And he walked past dozens of his cousins and elders; so the 'secret' was out. He had a little guest, and he knew he was going to be summoned to explain fairly soon. Well; they could suck Brotherhood's hook before he left Himi just to listen to dusty old codgers complain at him. Not until she was okay again.

Door kicked open; Himtsu gently laid on the bed; and time to panic. "Talk ta me Himi... calm down... Wha's wrong, neh? Taaaaaaaalk..."

Leave? Just like that? He makes his goal of the day to meet up with Raijin and his teammates, but now he just had to leave? It made him a bit disappointed, but he agreed to take off like his sensei ordered. Skye sighed and nodded once to show he accepted Raijin's order. "Alright... See you later... I guess..." Turning around, he started to head back right where he came from. His concern for Himi didn't go away, but he knew he wouldn't be much use. Pretty much any other ninja that wasn't him would be able to help her more that Skye could. Whatever. It didn't really matter now. All he would do now would be go home and maybe train a little or find a friend of his.

And movement! Weeeeee. Movement wasn't comfortable but she could feel that she was over a person's shoulder and not on the ground. And dangle her arms. Yep. Her mind at the moment was reduced to mush? No, more like organized chaos. Just no. No. No. No. No no no no no. Nope. ALL ABOARD THE NOPE TRAIN. NOPE.

Then the shoulder wasn't there. Something soft but firm was under her backside. A bed, most likely. Noise. A voice again. Yaaaaaay.
