The sun blew over the hills and caressed the lake, while the wind shone brighter than ever, or the other way around, or perhaps in a poetic sense it made sense, or it still is senseless bullshit, no one knows for sure, or maybe someone doe-

“Shut you stupid idiotic piece of shit, let's get this show on the road, and stop narrating, you're a terrible narrator”

Ugh spoiled brat...

“What the fuck did you just say, i'll fucking murder you, you son of a bitch, come here, damn you!!!”

The young Tsuneo was sitting under a beautiful tree beside a beautiful lake that reflected the radiant sunlight as the birds whistled their beautiful love songs, it was a bright day a clear day a beautiful one, beside the river, never the less, the black haired boy looked at the bunch of rogue surrounding him as mere flies, they were aiming at him with their index finger and with their thumbs out, he knows this sign as soon as they began generating raiton based chakra, he disappeared in a flash only to reappear to their left side, shocked at his speed, the lined up bunch were mere five, and those five were pierced in their stomachs with his lightning spear, a clean pierce through their stomachs they looked like barbecue, the young lightning user would dissolve the spear letting them fall as he gazed at the burning sun, wondering, why must immigrants like these stand in his way, Takigakure sure is filled with bandits, Tsuneo had to wonder how do the people living in this seemingly peaceful land, their peaceful life.

Tsuneo was impressed not only did he grow in his physical attributes, but also in his jutsus, his jutsus seem to have been much stronger, it seemed one needed to master how the user uses the technique, instead of just knowing how to cast it, and so, the young man returned to the rock he was sitting at, and took hold of his  fishing rod as he threw in the thread stuck with the bait once again in the water, aiming to catch fresh fish.

It seemed like a wonderful day despite the absurdity of this absurd world, he hated so much, he happened to think of his brother as he began imagining him praising Tsuneo, which made him happy as he spoke “hmhmhm onii-san~”

He then returned to focusing on his fish hunting, not letting on slip by him, he imagined using lightning and electrocuting the fish, but what's the fun in that, besides he needed to waste time, for he for sure had plenty of it to go around.

Rippa had decided to go for another walk along the coast of the land of waterfalls. Konoha had always been in the center of it all and so seeing an ocean was truly a sight to behold. He had though that his blood jutsu and the suiton jutsu they were based on were large amounts of liquid states. But looking out over the sea they appeared to be more like drops of water in a bucket. Very small drops in a very big bucket that was. Still he was enjoying the simplicity and calm patterns of the waves rising up the beach and then back down once more. A steady endless pattern. Still it was beautiful. He smiled to himself as he walked further along. His boots keeping the sand out of them easily enough as his jeans came down to just above his ankles. The dark blue jeans leading up to a leather belt with a metallic clasp. A black tank top seemed to stretch over his very thick form as it appeared as if his muscles were stretching out the fabric. A silver necklace dangled around his neck with a pair of single Angel wings. His hands had a pair of black fingerless gloves. And he was wearing a blood red trench coat that went down to his knee's. A konoha headband stitched into the left shoulder. A single scroll in the right pocket of the coat.

He came across an area that he found interesting. A place where the ocean poured into the beach. An opening to the start of a river. He paused a moment before he decided he might as well follow it. So he walked along the shore of the river. Admiring how the water naturally filtered out the salt on the rocks as it turned into fresh water. He was walking for some time until he saw the river split once more. The shore opposite of him seemed to fall into rapids while the shore he was on seemed to be mostly still waters. So he decided he would just follow those for the moment. Soon enough he could tell why the waters were so still. As the river had broken off to form a rather large lake. But that wasn't what caught his attention above all else. Indeed it was the sudden flashes of light up ahead. That was certainly outside of the norm. Still he wanted to investigate it. One could get in trouble for curiosity but he didn't mind so much.

Still he smelled the burnt flesh before he entered through some tree's into a clearing with dead men there. He had seen the locals and their sun kissed skin but these men were pale and a little to hairy for the area. Likely bandits from elsewhere here to take advantage of a countries hospitality and rob people of their goods while the riches were to be had. Still he could see a young man fishing nearby calmly. Likely the cause of it all. Rippa took a moment to kneel down and trace his fingers around one of the wounds. It was cauterized but not by fire. The burns seemed to stretch out in irregular patterns too much for that. It was as if the man had been struck by lightning. A raiton user then. Blue eyes lifted to watch the one fishing. The silence of Rippa's approach broken as he finally spoke up.

"I see you chose to handle this aggressively. Some people might have spared the lives of these vagabonds. Instead you electrocute them. Is that your usual method of dealing with threats?"

He saw him coming, he inspected on one of the corpses, as he moved silently, Tsuneo could barely hear him, this one was another talented one, but it would've been best to hide his movements along with the blowing wind's swings, but even so, Tsuneo was capable of seeing him clearly, the young lad Tsuneo inspected him carefully as he moved, he didn't seem to be hostile, he sighed at the attempt of another sneak attack but held himself back, perhaps his aim was no sneak attack,  Tsuneo waited as he perceived the man.

The man finally spoke, few words, asking, couldn't things have been done in a less gruesome fashion, true that, things could've been settled in a safe manner, but thousands of reasons were easy to point out, one of them would be an easy thing to point out for a raiton user, which he assumed the man to be not one, Tsuneo arose to his feet as he spoke pointing at the mirror  he secretly placed infront of him, noticing the twitch from his rod he pulled it as he wrapped the forty five centimeters fish with the fishing rod's thread as he placed it on the rock, he would walk over to the lump of wood he gathered starting a fire with a set of matches and placing them back in his pocket, setting up a way to hold the fish above the fire after cutting it and removing all blood from it and washing it, he pierced it from it's mouth and through it's caudal fin, placing the ends of the stick on the two sticks placed infront of each other, placing the fish exactly above the fire.

As he sat down once again he spoke to the man “For starters I have no reason to tell you the reason I killed them, still since you look like a nice guy, I'll tell you.” he stopped for a second as he continued speaking once again: “If that really was my way of dealing with such things, you'd be dead.” pause “Secondly” hands the man a contract, Tsuneo promised he would deal with those bandits, dealing them a swift death, their victims were thirty six in number, all were peaceful villagers, he then continued: “These were no ordinary bandits, they were not your usual steal, and go type of bandits, no, they were the kill, steal, and go ones, their latest victim a sixteen years old was carrying her purse filled with money aiming to pay the money of her hard work aiming to pay for their tuition, her six brothers are academy student, she was their only working family member. Raped, killed, and her money were all stolen, no need to worry about the kids I payed for them, their old saggy grandma is in no condition for any kind of labor, she was my contractor, and she wished revenge.” Tsuneo points at his bag of money which was used to lure out the idiots “Also the enhanced version of lightning bullets is an A-rank, they aimed to kill me, it was enough for me to decide their next moments....Want a bite” he spoke as he pointed up with the fish at the man after he cut its head and tail off.

Rippa

Rippa watched as the man went about cutting up the fish. It was a rather nice catch to begin with. But the fire between them seemed to cast a vibrant glow even in the day light and the heat seemed to almost become like a barrier between them. Still Rippa some how doubted it would do much of anything if either of them decided it was better to simply act. There was very little reason for such anyway. The men laying dead around them were all obviously thugs and none of them appeared to be Konoha shinobi. Rippa personally felt like this was out of his jurisdiction anyway. Not many would welcome a Konoha ninja taking it upon himself to try and enforce his own rules in these lands. Still he also didn't pity the dead brutes anyway. Not a one of them looked like they had been lake side just for the cool waters. Some of them even crudely armed with what appeared to be poorly made weapons. Mostly knives and old kunai. Rusted or bent and some even chipped. If anything the group was just pathetic. There was very little chance that they could of done any real damage to anyone over the rank of genin.

Still Rippa moved away from the dead bodies and sat closer to the fire. The flames dancing in his blue eyes like fire dancing on the lake. He could smell the flesh of the fish burning even as it crackled and he watched the other speak for a moment. If anything the man across from him was incredibly confident. Even going so far as to claim that if he wanted to Rippa would already be dead. That alone was amusing. Still it was no wonder his power hadn't been spread by word of mouth outside of Konoha. He hadn't even joined a division yet. He had been far to distracted as of late and he lacked the power to join the sword saints just yet. But that would change soon enough. Still his white eyebrows would rise as a scroll was tossed to him. The flames not even having time to lick at it before he caught it. Keeping his eyes on the man with the fish he listened as the man spoke while confirming it on the scroll. He was hunting then? Some sort of bounty hunter? Still he couldn't blame the man for the tactics used or argue with the results. Instead he rolled the scroll back up and tossed it back to the man.

The man finished speaking as he cut the head and tail off the fish. It had barely been cooking for long and Rippa was far to curious to eat as it was anyway. Still he looked at the dead around him and observed the smoldering smell of burnt flesh dying. It would not be long before all of the bodies were beginning to smell. So with a wave of his hand Rippa produced several red puppet strings. A simple academy jutsu but the red color was definitely odd. A deep crimson as if blood was stretching out from his finger tips. Each time though the strings would grab a body and chuck it into a fast growing pile downwind of them. And far enough so that the smell wouldn't reach them anytime soon. Even with the dead weight Rippa didn't appear to strain himself much as he did it all with one hand. Flinging each body rather accurately until all the bodies were in a general pile. Only then did the red strings fade away into the air as he stopped using chakra. It was then that he spoke back.

"I see. Even if this had not been a mission I would of agreed with your choices. Be it for self defense or avenging the innocent. There is too much filth and cruelty in the world to let it thrive or even survive. I am not without guilt for having killed bandits myself. Still at least we kill them quickly. Less we become cruel in our workings. Still a job well done. No thank you on the fish though."

He waved his hand as if to indicate no thank you. He liked his fished cooked properly and he suspected that fish was barely cooked and definitely not seasoned. He may have picked up a couple of habits from his days in the manor after all. Spoiled with chocolate chip muffins and coffee. But his taste in foods didn't make him weak. He could survive if he was in need of doing so. He had spent years in the forest away from civilization as he studied medicine after all. Still that had cost him valuable time with his father that he would now never have again. But for now he watched as Yosuke prepared to eat. Trying to figure out how to ask. Before finally he hesitantly spoke up once more. His words a little unsure of how to ask what he intended. But still a warm and sturdy tone.

"First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Chi Rippa. Head of the Tenshi branch in the Chi clan. I apologize for taking so long to introduce myself. But I was curious. How do you harness Raiton chakra within yourself? Is it much different from Suiton?"

The man was gentle, he was not some punk, not a cocky brat as was Tsuneo a second ago, Tsuneo would thank him for taking care of the bodies, he spoke in his calm demeanor and with a cold exterior “Don't go thinking that I underestimate your power” Tsuneo cleared his words, despite the remaining meaning, he remained a mystery, yes Tsuneo was no cocky brat, but an honest one, he would surpass even death, if it meant he would achieve his goal, and have his vengeance, Tsuneo would take a bite from the fish and spit it out, as he spoke: “Ugh disgusting...What a waste” Sadly its taste didn't amuse Tsuneo, not in the least bit, or that's how it seemed, next thing was the man asking Tsuneo about lightning techniques. It seems he was intrigued about the ability to manipulate the  element of lightning, Tsuneo smirked as it was his favorite element, a one he preferred to fight with, no he actually loved to fight with.

“Mmmm first well to us, one's born with the element, it comes by instinct, however, for others, they need to first understand, the concept of lightning. Lightning is a powerful sudden flow of electricity, mark that as one, and the second secret is your body, without electricity your brain would shut down, and you will die kind of...Everything we do is controlled and enabled by electrical signals running through our bodies. As we learned in intro physics, everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons. Protons have a positive charge, neutrons have a neutral charge, and electrons have a negative charge. When these charges are out of balance, an atom becomes either positively or negatively charged. The switch between one type of charge and the other allows electrons to flow from one atom to another. This flow of electrons, or a negative charge, is what we call electricity. Since our bodies are huge masses of atoms, we can generate electricity  When we talk about the nervous system sending "signals" to the brain, or synapses "firing," or the brain telling our hands to contract around a door handle, what we're talking about is electricity carrying messages between point A and point B. It's sort of like the digital cable signal carrying 1s and 0s that deliver "Law & Order." Except in our bodies, electrons aren't flowing along a wire; instead, an electrical charge is jumping from one cell to the next until it reaches its destination. Now the key lies in infusing that electricity with your chakra Bringing it outside of you body and coating your chakra in it and changing the chakra's form along with increasing the amount of lightning in order to suit that chakra. Another way is to manipulate the electrical charges around us, by simply infusing our chakra with them, it's very simple really, Manipulation of the electricity in the body, and the electrical charges in the air, increasing its size reshaping it, empowering it, and bam you have a raiton technique, of course the lower level a technique is the lower is it's quality, let's say  you created a ball of electricity and didn't infuse it with enough lightning, it will be weaker because the chakra will assume the form of electricity, massive electricity equals lightning...Eh it's kind of complicated for other who're not born with it.” Tsuneo gave out a long and scientific explanation, he would hope the man was capable of following, he ended his sentence asking him  “Difficult?”

“No need to apologize, Rippa. The name's Yosuke. Now would you like to show me how you hold your own against these guys, ugh the amount of bandits in this village is insane” He spoke as a group of bandits surrounded them a group of nine, appear to be below average B-ranks.

Rippa took the time to relax and listen to the lengthy explanation. It was mostly explaining how the body communicated with the brain by sending electrical impulses. This was hardly new news to him however. Learning how the body communicated with itself and worked was some of the first stages of starting into the medical practice. A health 101 if you will. A rather simple course but still something that was so involved and advanced into the human anatomy that it took part in everything. It was actually surprising to think how advanced the whole system was. Electrical signals sent from anywhere on the body instantly to send any number of thousands if different messages. Defining if something is hot or cold or feeling the harsh feeling of pain or the gentle feeling of a breeze. As well as a more subconscious aspect to it all. The brain telling the body to breath, blink and even keeping the body moving in general. The hear beating, the liver processing. All the internals working with electrical signals all sent from the brain. In a way it made sense that there was always a current running through ones body. And it was not much different from his blood jutsu. How his chakra had bound to his blood as it rushed around as his life source. A special relationship and control forming there. If he could just collect the passive electricity in his chakra by convincing his chakra system to collect it by sending electrical signals to do so from his brain. Then he might be able to harness the Raiton energy. He was certainly looking forward to trying. If he thought about it then he was subconsciously filtering the electricity out of his chakra when he used it anyway. T^his would just be removing the filter when he so chose.

Still Rippa felt the presence approaching even before they surrounded them. Bandits were never good at hiding their killing intent. He heard Yosuke introduce himself an mention them. But Rippa felt more annoyed at the idea of being interrupted. He wanted to take the time to feel out his chakra and harness the electricity into raiton jutsu but these fools had other plans. If anything the pile of dead off to the side should of been enough to ward anyone away from them. But fools would be fools. With a sigh Rippa held his right hand out before him. His palm turned up. It was obvious that chakra was forming there as his hand began to glow red before suddenly without any wounds opening a torrent of red shot out of his hand. Chakra taking on solid form and the smell of blood hanging in the air. The pure power of the jutsu seemed to flatten the grass around them and make the fire dance almost going out entirely. But Rippa was just remaining calm. The blood took form in under a second. A deep unearthly growl coming from it as it took on the form of a monstrous chinese dragon. The snake like body coiled in the air above them as its crimson form twisted back and forth. It's gaping maw opening with a deafening roar and then it began to move as if of its own accord. Smashing through the bandits and crushing them over and over again. Chasing them down and smashing through them only to come back again and again. Easily wiping out the bandits with both speed and power. However Rippa paid it little mind as he used a stick to poke the fire back to life. Speaking over the crashing sounds and screams of horror in the background.

"I am actually very familiar with how the body works. I have studied medicine for years. So the idea is there is a constant current running in our body. To utilize it we simply need to leave it attached to our chakra and then give it form? That sounds incredibly simplistic. Though my clan does much the same with blood as you may have noticed. Even though that won't be enough to kill them it should disable their ability to fight. I do so hate being interrupted in the middle of a discussion. Do you happen to have any tea?"

The breeze brushed against his hair as he glared at the approaching enemies, did they not notice the murdered bunch, justice by murder, that is how Tsuneo saw things, why should scum that spread sadness and despair, and unhappiness to others be allowed to live, the ideologies others live by, such as peace can be achieved through peaceful procedures, hubris, he never believed in such peace, whether suicide, murder, or sacrifice, peace in the past times was achieved by those, death was the key to true peace, if so is true, how is murder worse than peace, if death was a promise in both situation. Leaving the poetic discussion in Tsuneo's head, that he was not so fond of, to one simple answer, he loves fighting, bloodshed was the beginning of his insanity, why should he hate something that will not leave him?

The bandits approached the unamused Tsuneo, as he rolled his eyes, more killing is in order, or perhaps not? It took Rippa mere seconds to get rid of the bloody fools, with blood too, it intrigued him, the ability to manipulate blood, it was truly wonderful, he couldn't help but smirk slightly, it was truly amazing, he enjoyed  seeing his display of power, it was simple, and quite elegant, not as messy as Tsuneo's, Tsuneo's fighting style was either a quick neat kill, or a massive destruction style, Tsuneo would look at the pitiful weaklings standing before him as mere bugs, and perhaps so did the man, but he showed them mercy, he was alot more like his older brother, compassionate and forgiving, Tsuneo's smirk faded, as he replied to the man's question that he asked in a muscular yet elegant tone, asking him if there's tea, Tsuneo replied truthfully, tea was his favorite, and the earl grey to be more specific “Earl grey?” he asked in reply as he pulled out a teapot and a poured fresh water into the pot, placing the tea bags, and pulled out a jar of sugar from the same bag, as he left it open with a spoon in it.

Minutes passed, that he spent gazing at the sunlit sky, as he asked, a simple question to the man, asking him about his village, he spoke “Where do you hail from” complete simplicity, he had no ill intentions, aside from the matter of keeping a good healthy conversation going, nothing came to his mind. More minutes passed and the tea was ready, he poured the tea in Japanese styled cups, handing him his own cup, luckily he had brought two cups, he has been meeting alot of people lately it was not strange for him, to bring an extra cup.

As they both enjoyed their tea, hopefully, he asked the man another question, he wanted to grasp at the man's ideologies, asking him a simple question, yet as simple as it was, it weighed the world “Why do you show mercy?” is one that shows mercy wrong, or is it right, could things have been better if Tsuneo had shown mercy to his victims in the past, could things have been better?

Tsuneo sat as he observed the man's every action it was amusing to sit with one, with such strength, he found himself enjoying it to the max, a joyful day such as this one was truly. Tsuneo's day didn't seem so terrible after all, ten it hit him shockingly, when had death, and murder become so easy a matter for him that he could take it easily, never the less, the souls of the one's he murdered continue to haunt him, how many has he killed by now, he can't even remember a hundred? Two hundred, maybe lesser, maybe more, who knows, the amount of his kills was a bewildering number truthfully, he wished some of the deaths he caused were avoidable.

The manipulation of blood—A fearsome ability, and the clan was a dangerous clan itself, supposedly according to the books, a war between two branches of the clan lasted for fifty years merciless war, supposedly forbidden love happened between two members of both of the clans' branches that lead to the birth of a stronger child, supposedly the child was far superior than anyone from the two branches, or so the books spoke their silent words, Tsuneo would invite the man to a spar, but for now he would sit back and enjoy the peaceful time as he took sips from his tea, it was well prepared and quite enjoyable, he wasn't one to praise himself but this time, and for the first time, the tea he made, was quite the amusing one, he praised himself thankfully and hoping the man would enjoy his cup of tea, it would be a shame if he was the only one to enjoy it.

He pulled a book out from his bag, as his eyes began tracing the words, he would make sure to pay attention to his visitor, and offer him a book, perhaps he was one that would enjoy a good read every once in a while, Tsuneo would merely read the four first pages and set the book aside, as he turned to the man asking him “Have you any questions about the use of raiton?” he asked politely in his stern cold voice with his cold usual exterior, perhaps the man is more interested in the use of raiton, than just sitting around a lazing off.

The man was apparently interested in the element of lightning, which happens to be Tsuneo's favorite, he would offer help, but Tsuneo never was the teacher type, still he would provide help if needed, why not.

Tsuneo was aching for a fight, a spar shouldn't hurt but it was up to the male sitting before him, Tsuneo's mind was thirsting for revenge but such moments are what calmed his chaotic unbearable monstrous thirst.

Rippa

Rippa was actually fairly satisfied with how his jutsu had worked out. But somehow it had managed to make the whole ordeal of being attacked by bandits seem so mundane. When had he grown enough to handle a death threat with out so much as a glance? He had recently been just a scared young man. Haunted by his fathers illness. The very threat of violence locking him down with fear to the point that he needed assistance with most matters of combat. Just another support medic in the field. But now here he sat having disposed of the enemy without even flinching. He knew they would be after his life if he gave them the chance but instead of hesitating and hoping to be protected he had simply wiped them out. And then calmly asked for tea. Was the death of his father such a heavy impact on his heart that he had become cold? For the first time he began to worry where this path was taking him. He had abandoned his clinic and in doing so had abandoned his patients. But he hadn't been left with a great deal of choice. His life was on the line after all.

Still the response to his request for tea was a kind one. No hesitation from the man across from him to serve tea even with the jutsu tearing into men so nearby. Normally he would of found it odd. His chakra type drove civilian and experienced shinobi alike into a fearful state. Even his leader, The Hokage seemed reluctant to be involved with that jutsu too much. Or for that matter his friend Risu didn't like the use of it at all. He had found that out after he discovered she was a capable individual. He supposed their duel could of left an impression but that was some time ago. She too had changed since then. If anything she had grown even colder then he had. His fingers went to his stomach where her kunai had pierced him. She had been aware of the danger after the two of them well before Rippa had even begun to understand. He had asked her then if she would care had it been a child instead of him. Her lack of compassion still made him shiver inwardly. He didn't want to become like that but still he knew full well that may just be the only path for them that keeps them alive. Still he nodded to the type of tea.

While the tea cooked the man known as Yosuke asked him where he was from. He found that question some what odd. After all he had a Konoha headband stitched into the left shoulder on his coat. Still it made him wonder a little bit on just how indifferent he had been feeling with his own life. Had he been so preoccupied talking to someone that the man who lacked the perception to notice a head band had sensed the approach of enemies before he had? He looked over his shoulder a moment as he checked the progress of his jutsu with a cold gaze. The blood dragon was just tearing into piles of barely conscious or even unconscious men at this point. He sighed and released the jutsu with just a little bit of focus on it. The dragon letting itself shoot straight up before dispersing. The blood raining down some distance from them in a brief downpour soaking the bandits even more. Still those that moved didn't do very much of it. Victory was already claimed. So he turned back to Yosuke and spoke in normale tones. No extra cheerfulness for his victory.

"As my shoulder would suggest I am from Konoha. It's where my entire clan resides. Though not many of them pursue the shinobi life style as I do. And where is it you are from Yosuke? The lightning country?"

He took the tea once it was offered to him and added in a good deal of sugar before sipping at it. He did love his sweets. Still he sighed happily as he finished his cup and sat it down just before Yosuke asked him yet another question. Why did he show mercy? Well he hadn't really considered that much. He had just never really been one to ever murder another. After all if one was thoroughly beaten as the men behind him were, So defenseless in their defeated state they could barely move much less defend themselves then what would come from killing them? Some sense of satisfaction? Or was it simply that killing people still made him sick to his stomach? All his life he had wanted to become a shinobi to save lives. He had never really considered having to end them before. So now that he was asked a simple question he hesitated. Realizing only then that he had the power over life of the men behind him. Was he truly ready to kill any of them? He had killed before though. But he had been buried under rage and grief over his fathers death. Now his mind was clear. And he felt like he wanted to spare the men. He rose quietly to his feet and went over to look at them. Observing them quietly before he spoke up.

"I just don't have the desire to kill anyone. It's not something I am personally eager to do. Ever."

He noticed then something sticking out of the pockets of one of the men. A partially blood stained image. With his name on the back of it. He blinked at it in shock. Were these not bandits? Had they actually just been a scout team looking for him? He knelt down and with a quick hand yanked the picture out of the mans pocket. The blood had not stained too much of it yet. He could see his own image well enough. There were hunters here after him. He paused for a moment as he felt his anger rising. Before he himself would rise to his feet. He turned as cold blue eyes turned to look to Yosuke. A trap perhaps? Had this all been some elaborate ruse to get him to lower his defenses. The tea! What if he had been poisoned. A brief flicker of raiton energy zipped around him. His mind already utilizing it. Though he didn't notice how it left slight burns on his finger tips as well as ripped the picture apart with red electricity. It wasn't blue or white but red lightning. And his control over it didn't match the power over his chakra. Hence why it burned him. When he spoke his words were colder then before. A dangerous tone.

"That isn't entirely true. There are the ones who poisoned my father. I will bury them one day. And these men, they are a team scouting for my location. Are you with them Yosuke? If that is truly your name."

Konoha, raised somewhat heroes, the man was  unique, no he didn't want to take lives, he wanted to save lives, no take them, maybe Tsuneo will entrust the shinobi world to him, a psychopath, a hand stained with blood can never push the world to peace, the man amused Tsuneo, he truly was a find, he smiled at him.

The man asked Tsuneo about his village, Tsuneo was bewildered, what to tell the hero before him, he had a request for him, Tsuneo did. The world in Tsuneo's eyes was wretched, he hated it and wanted to destroy it, he smiled at Rippa, but his smile would fade, as it appears that he discovered the identity of those scum, they were hunters, however, he was no ally to them, and Rippa appeared to be inexperienced in the art of hunting, Rippa would question Tsuneo about his real Identity, and ask him about his objective, and if the tea was poisoned, Tsuneo sighed in discomfort as he remained silent but patted where he once sat asking him to sit again as he sipped another glass of tea for the both of them.

As more approached them ten shinobi approached aiming to kill the two, Tsuneo had spoken few words “Rippa, I will only teach you few things aside from the manipulation of lightning. One: Only the one's who're prepared to be killed, may kill. Two: Never trust anyone, if it's a drink or a type food, inspect it.”

As he said so he turned his back towards the man he spoke with and walked towards the eight fools, as he dodged each attack with simplicity with his hands in his pocket, right, left, forward, downward, it was as easy as pie to perceive each one of their movements, Tsuneo would move swiftly around and mess around with them for about ten seconds, and when he had decided playtime was over, it really was over. The exhausted fools stood surrounding the man, he had thought about the fact that this man might be an enemy let Tsuneo use nothing but his hands, as one approached him from the left, Tsuneo would crouch and sweep the man off his feet, the footsteps of another one coming from behind him were far too obvious with the same leg he swiped the first one off with, his left leg, he would  push the hunter's left foot as he raised his right leg, and while the man was off his feet falling over Tsuneo, a third one came from the sky, with his blade aimed down at Tsuneo, but he would grab the second one in that same second by his collar guarding himself with the man's body until it became a corpse, since Tsuneo memorized the location of the blade he analyzed where the blade would land which made it pierce the second one's heart, and while the first one also died thanks to  Tsuneo's crushing his neck and choking him, the third one was on top of him, and the third hunter decided he would continue with the stab to pierce Tsuneo, not realizing Tsuneo had already left his prior location only to reappear from behind him, but a fourth one came rushing behind Tsuneo, and aim to slash him Tsuneo would side step and let him slash the third hunter, and as he slashed his partner, Tsuneo twisted his head three hundred and sixty degree, killing him, the third one while injured remained alive, Tsuneo would grab the blade and complete the slash cutting from his should down to his kidney cutting his heart in the way, killing him.

And as for remained they rushed towards him in fear releasing some sort of wind collaboration technique, which was easily overpowered by Tsuneo destructive flames as he released a devastating amount of flames in the form of  a dragon as they were merely four meters from him meaning it was a straight up deadly clean hit, the flames raged towards their target as would a raging crazed bull, destroying the four left shinobi, and as if their scorched pitch black corpses weren't enough, Tsuneo would go as far as to pierce their necks with their blades.

It took him mere seconds to erase a large area of thirty meters and kill eight shinobi, but what was more terrifying about him, was the look in his eyes his black and vertical slit red eye, next to his normal eye, and his white hair, cold skin, and black finger nails, which all soon faded back to their natural color, black hair, and silver eyes, Tsuneo's look was what was frightening, uninterested, not amused, not caring, Tsuneo then continued walking towards the young male sitting infront of him once again, as he normally sipped tea into his cup, and continued drinking.

“Rippa, only a handful few come, that are similar to you, people like you are near nonexistent, people whom have power and believe in peace, and that's why I'll believe in you, and that you can protect the innocent and correct this world's wrongs, can I put my faith in you?” PAUSE “Never change Rippa. As for my identity, you'll have to swear, that your lips are sealed about my existence, and anything I tell you.” He spoke in a serious tone, why would he speak such words, or revel his identity to someone he met, it's because of the compassion in this man's eyes, perhaps, there still is hope “I do not believe in peace, but I do believe hope still shines” Where his words as he glanced at his cup of tea, before taking another sip.

Tsuneo never did believe in peace, but he believed hope exists, regardless of the situation, hope will never cease to exist. the past is filled with men and women shining ever so brightly with hope, the world still has hope, this world still has hope, Tsuneo will some day become a terrorizing beast, and when that day comes, he would seek out the one that could kill him, for they would become his hope, Tsuneo's darkness consumes him, bit by bit, the murderous psychopath within him will one day wreck havoc, Tsuneo would never cease to believe hope exists.

Rippa blinked at the mans reaction to his accusation. For one he didn't seem offended or act like he had been caught in a lie. It was odd for someone to merely sigh uncomfortably when accused of being a part of a group someone like Rippa hated. He expected a violent or a defensive reaction. Neither of which would prove or disprove any guilt on the mans part. Instead all he got in return was a nearly silent sigh. Impatience perhaps? Or was the man so overconfident in his abilities that he was not worried about any attack from Rippa. In his own experience Rippa had met a few people too confident in their abilities to the point they didn't guard properly or chose to toy with the enemy. Was that the case? Rippa certainly didn't feel any effects from any drugs. But there was still some time left before most drugs would kick in normally. Mere moments had passed since the tea had been handed to him. So if he had been drugged it could be minutes before it took over. Still if that had been the intent a strike team like the ones he had just taken out would of been on standby longer.

Still if he was being underestimated. He would use that as he had done before. He would target the enemies weakness and while they thought too little of him exploit it. And once he had defeated yet another individual he would once more get his answers. One should never willingly or otherwise be captured by a medic. Their medical ninjutsu made interrogations that would normally kill people just another mundane thing to survive. Pain could be applied endlessly over and over again and then healed just as quickly. The flesh peeled from the bones by layers and then healed within seconds only to be done over again. The fingers crushed only to be reformed. One could not even kill themselves with a medic there. Biting off their tongue would simply be healed over, perhaps even regrown. Even if you snapped your own neck or tried to burn yourself the medic would just heal what you did. It was a truly terrifying process to be in that seat with a decent medic there but there was at least a point to it. A medic tasked with getting answers would eventually get them. Pain threshold or no, A medic could rise above and beyond the human limitations of tolerance and crush through the resistance and deception.

But he really didn't appear to have time for that right then. Instead the man had patted where Rippa had been sitting. He could feel the slight pain on his fingers then from the burns. Apparently he had been rather affected by the adrenaline in his anger. Now that it was wearing off it was really somewhat painful to bear with. Still he was a rather curios individual to invite him next to him and if he was underestimating Rippa he would learn the foul mistake he was making. Either way Rippa cautiously moved over and took his seat again. Before Yosuke began to talk. Speaking of being prepared to be killed in order to kill and not trusting others so much. Did that mean the tea was drugged? He would of taken the time to inspect the tea but it appeared that even more individuals were coming to the killing grounds. Seriously? How many men were out here? And did they not see the bodies laying around? Rippa felt a little bit of anxiety caught in his throat over the pure amount of death surrounding him. Was this the only future? Was this what destiny held in store for him if he continued down the path of vengeance? Or was it just that his uncle would stop at nothing to end him? Still hiring idiots even as scouts seemed a little bit underneath his uncle. No in fact his uncle was smarter then that. He wouldn't just toss money around, Likely there was a bounty on him. And this trash was bounty hunters.

Still it appeared that Yosuke wanted a crack at them. He walked into their midst and seemed to toy with them all for a time. Putting little to no effort into dealing with them for several seconds. If anything Rippa figured that would be the mans downfall. Toying with the enemy left openings regardless of how good you were. Showing off was not something a reasonable person did during battle. So with that he figured Yosuke had not matured yet as a warrior. He was too inefficient for Rippa's tastes. Still he watched as the man dispatched eight of the ten. Before returning to him. Apparently two of them had observed and fled before they too could be targeted. Rippa couldn't blame them for being intelligent enough to run. But that did mean more problems would be heading his way in due time. After they reported what had happened there likely a much larger force or more elite bounty hunters would arrive. Eager for the challenge of hunting a worthy opponent. It might even be assumed Yosuke was working with him. If that came about likely Yosuke would be targeted as well. The poor bastard might wish he had never met Rippa Chi. Head of the Angel branch. Not with a small army hunting for them. This wasn't Konoha and with the festival more and more could move about unnoticed. He really wished he had stayed within the confines of Konoha. Or at least one of the great nations. Were armed travelers would be noticed.

Still Yosuke sat next to him and spoke. Said things as if Rippa was somehow special. As if not many like him truly existed. A slight blush tinged Rippa's cheeks but he looked down at his tea to avoid eye contact. At that moment it would be too awkward. Instead he listened to something else the man said. His true identity? What kind of person was he to have a fake identity? And to the point that his very existence was a secret to be kept? It was odd that such a thing would be revealed so soon to meeting each other. But Rippa just nodded his acceptance as his blue gaze rose once more. Expecting something interesting. Something he didn't expect. Who was this man?

Before he had began talking about his identity, Tsuneo would sigh in dislike to his actions, saying simply and coldly “I need to stop fooling around and take these weakling seriously tch...” Tsuneo would pause, not even slightly bothered about the fact that he just took lives a second ago, Tsuneo would wipe his dissatisfaction with few more words, about his identity as he pointed towards the man's headband, he would begin speaking revealing the truth, it would indicate, his reaction would, whether to trust this man with Tsuneo's hopes.

“Remember the Katsura clan, the one that was slaughtered by a single chunin(secretly five) that chunin's name was Uzumaki Tsuneo, the young chunin was actually tasked by the secret branch, created by Danzo hundreds of years ago, Tsuneo was tasked with eliminating the clan and all evidence regarding it, fire was set to the clan's buildings, and everyone in the clan was murdered, mercy was shown but for the left children, their memories  were confirmed and it was confirmed none of them had their brains defiled by the acts of the clansmen, the clansmen's filth. The clan specialized in the underground and was popular, was working for a secret man, the scum bag was not found until now. Anyway the clan was plotting a war with other villages, they kidnapped women and children sold them for sexual slavery, mass production of multiple drugs, rape, thievery, all in secrecy, but the secret organization called Kage, the one Tsuneo worked for, was the one to take care of such issue, after receiving the approval of the fifteenth hokage, and after confirming Tsuneo's resolve, and thus, the mission was confirmed: Eliminate the Katsura clan, and abandon the village living as a traitor, and serving Konohagakure from the shadows, Tsuneo's bounty was then reduced by the secret organization to two hundred mere ryo, why was the mission kept secret? The Katsura clan resided in Konohgakure for over one hundred and fifty years, a close bond it maintained with other clans, such betrayal would start a cold war amongst other village and perhaps lead to a civil war, a risk Konoha couldn't take, to have a civil war, and get attacked by greedy villages, meant thee utter destruction of the village, something which was not avoidable, unless with a sacrifice. ”

Tsuneo would pause as night fell, with the moon shining  above the two shinobi, Tsuneo gripped his vest where his heart would be behind the cold pale skin of his chest, as he continued talking painfully “Tsuneo was then rendered a traitor, the officials of the organization were human, they knew the truth, and they had emotions, thus to keep the village safer killed themselves and another set of high position shinobi were placed instead of them, only one of them and their leader knows the truth, and holds documents regarding that mission.” as Tsuneo sighed and let go o his vest, grabbing his cup and taking slight sips of tea, he continued “I never did underestimate you, I trusted you, even when you accused me of something that's so absurd, going berserk or defensive would never prove my point, I thought I'd show you, the tragedies in my life are too many, I know we all got our own luggage, but as for me I want to place my hopes in you, my faith in you, and my sacrifice in you, I will view you as a hero, I will hope and pray you never change, and that you will continue to show mercy, even when you defeat  your target of vengeance, show mercy, it will do you lots of good, trust me. As for me, I am slowly crumbling away, I will one day fade into my darkness and become a beast that shows no mercy, a beast that takes lives, I will trust that you will be the one to stop me...For you are the one I chose as a hero to the new generation, my final request is that you stop destruction and sacrifice, and this unbreakable chain of hatred, break it. ”

Said the burdened Tsuneo as he placed his hopes in this man, he would hope the man would live up to the expectations Tsuneo placed on him, Tsuneo would truly soon fade into his burning darkness, he placed every last drop of hope in this man, hoping that salvation will strike this peace, and hoping that one day, someone, will know o the man named Uzumaki Tsuneo, the young man that sacrificed himself.

He cares not for recognition, all he cares or is the next generation, and this blood tainted world, he would hope it would become a better, more cheerful one, Tsuneo spoke as he smiled.

Children should smile, the innocent should smile, this world is way to beautiful to frown, but to show its beauty, one must become a hero, and show the world, that there's much more than idiotic actions, and bloody murders, the world was never in peace, hopefully Tsuneo's hero won't fail him, and as stated before, the world never was in peace, but never was without hope, Tsuneo would say this phrase to Rippa as he smiled, the smile of an older brother, despite him being perhaps younger than Rippa.

There's a hero in all of us, gives us strength, and let's us die with honor, if we can all awaken that hero, all will be well, in the end everything will be alright, or so Tsuneo believed.

Tsuneo was still being crushed by his inner darkness, his smile seemed like that of a dying man, in his final moments, in his sad final moments, saying goodbye, Tsuneo was barely holding on, he wished to be saved from this darkness within him, perhaps Rippa would save him, someday, or perhaps not, wishful thinking, in the end is wishful.

Tsuneo would continue smiling he disliked the depressing atmosphere so he cracked another one of his silly jokes.

It was funny, not the silly joke but, was he actually pleading, begging for someone to save him? Yes, he was, and it was a sign of weakness both to him, and the sinister existence dwelling within him aching to overcome Tsuneo's hope and take control of his fragile heart, open his eyes towards the darkness that lies beneath a blinding light of hope, one can hid as much as they want behind masks of fake smiles and ideals, but in the end, reality is reality, it hits you hard? No it destroys you, should you not have the endurance, Tsuneo has the endurance but not  the control over his emotions, he could very well lose his cool and become the devastating monster a prophecy warned him of, should he become so, he would seek someone to end his monstrous existence, he was not some fool to accept the destruction of others, but he had his darkness, and that darkness he feared....

Rippa listened for a time to Yosuke. His thoughts drifting to the times of old. Times were peace had seemed to be what the future held. A point in time were all the fighting had stopped and people stood tall. Where there was no greed openly ruling over the hearts of men. It was a wish among the people to simply survive in peace. But that peace had proven an illusion. A flower embedded in unhealthy soil. It could not survive with the filth eating at its roots and corrupting it. Men's hearts were fickle things. Always swaying when it suited them. Blind to the things they chose not to see. Rippa thought of this as blue eyes stared into his tea in light of the setting sun. The dull glow reflecting off of the tea's surface. His own reflection was distorted within it. What was with the world that within it such corruption rose up regardless of how often it was washed away and appeared clean. Was it simply something no amount of preparation could do anything towards?

He shifted then. His gaze returning to the azure sky as the sun painted the sky in a row of colors more beautiful then love itself. He could feel the air cooling around them even with the fire burning so close by. The cool air rising from the water. But all of it was ruined with the stench of death and burned bodies. All of the beauty torn away to reveal the atrocity that all human nature eventually led to. The dead laying in piles and covered in the ashes of their friends and comrades. All because of some ones greed. It was pitiful. He wanted to stop smelling it. He could taste the smell of the rotting burned flesh chalk black from the heat. The blood soaked ground attracting flies. So much death surrounded them. The sunset was no longer beautiful. It was the setting on a horror show. And so many had died simply due to wanting more then others. For wanting a promise of power and wealth. He had seen enough of human nature to hate it. Enough to want to abandon it.

Still he rose to his feet and left the tea cup sitting next to where he had been seated. Sad eyes looked over the field of destruction they had caused. He needed to leave before the two that had escaped came back with more. And with a plan this time. He stepped around the fire and sighed before replying. His voice quiet. But clearly heard over the breeze as it made the fire flicker.

"At times I wonder if we have learned nothing from the past. To slaughter an entire clan, even sparing the children from that destruction is horrible. If there was such crimes then the people should be allowed to know. Instead of killing them the accused should of paid for their crimes after proof was found and given a fair trial. Instead men murdered men in cold blood. I don't want to be the hero in that world. But I will say this. We choose our own path. Each step we take is a choice. And it is up to us to choose what direction our next step takes us. Resigning to your fate is foolish. And I will not be burdened with your destruction because you refuse to change even knowing that you must. I will choose my own path. I will find evidence against those who ended my fathers life and I will deal the judgement that is fitting the crime. I will not become a monster for the sake of fighting monsters. I will remain the man I choose to be. I would advise leaving the area though. They have seen your lightning and your fire. Likely they will return with stronger men with the proper elements to negate you. Do not be foolish enough to be here when they arrive."

And with a flap of his red coat he was suddenly gone. His form having disappeared off into the setting sun as he evaded those who would pursue him to the ends of the earth. Biding his time while he prepared himself. His understanding of Raiton increased evermore and preparing him even further. For whatever the future intended for him.
