Yokochima Senju

D-rank
Cf: A New Path

Yokochima had finally plucked most of the branches from his clothes and was now standing right next to the slightly buckled bush he fell on top of. For a few seconds he didnt move and listened for footsteps on wood but it still didnt seem like somebody had followed him. Maybe it was for the best. He sat down in the shadow of the tree that stopped his advance through the forest and fold his hands. The sun was shining through the leaves in the canopy of leaves and the light was creating funny pictures on the ground in front of the genin. For a few seconds, Yokochima closed his eyes, allowing himself to think of his family and his brother. She is probably sitting next to his picture again... A picture of his mother appeared in his imagination, sitting next to a little shrine with a picture of his brother standing in the middle. Thats how he remembered her and also the way she was when he saw her the last time. His father was probably in the garden, looking into the woods, hoping for his sons to come back. The only one missing in his imagination was his brother and Yokochima couldnt possibly know where he was or what he might be doing nor if he is even alive.
Tch... I should stop thinking about these things... i concur, its not getting us anywhere if you think about these people... Yokochima didnt even have the power to tell his imaginary voice to stay out of his thoughts again. Especially since they had the same opinion this time. Instead he smiled.

Chisaki calmly navigated her way through the forest, not much caring for where her feet decided to take her. As a Senju, she was accustomed to spending a lot of her time in the forests that surrounded Konoha, be it training or just relaxing. Right now, Chisaki was unsure of what her purpose in these woods were, but she just felt the song of nature calling to her once more. Looking up at the canopy of leaves above her, the sunlight danced through any cracks it could find, creating patterns of golden light upon the forest floor below her feet. Chisaki had her hands clasped behind her back, as she gently meandered her way through the bowels of the forest, the light dancing across her face as she walked. Chisaki gracefully moved through the trees, avoiding every single root without fault. Roots... The very beginning of all plant life. From roots, gigantic and powerful flora could grow, such as the very trees she walked among. The sentinels of the Hidden Leaf. They had been here since the very beginning of the village, put there by her ancient ancestor, Hashirama Senju. That man had been the God of Shinobi, or so it was told to her by the elders of her clan. He had made the Senju what they were in the past, he was the true founder of both her clan and village.

Once again, Chisaki found that she had her head in the clouds, and daydreaming had overtaken her. Chisaki turned her attention to the present and the future, instead of allowing her mind to swim among the memories of the long forgotten past. Before her, however, she saw a Genin. Why was he resting here of all places? Interesting. "So, how long did you intend to rest in the middle of the forest for, hmm?"

Abruptly breaking free from his imagination, Yokochima flinched at the sight of the stranger stepping out from the woods. This caused him to take a step back which in turn then made him trip up on a root that was forming a small arch on the ground. Who? Me? His face showing a mix of ashamed frown and overcofident smile he placed both his hands right next to him on the ground and crossed his legs. Ooh, you know, just enjoying the weather and the atmosphere here. Its quite warm today, dont you think...er...Miss? Now he was slowly finding his way back to his usual confident nature. His smile was now a rather big grin and his position seemed almost planned, except for the one leaf that was still sticking out of from his hair. Without looking away, he raised one hand and held it in slightly above his head thus casting a shadow on his face. Now, that he wasnt blinded by the gleaming light of the sun anymore he was able to see the woman that appeared.
Somehow...her appearance reminds me of someone...did i maybe see her somewhere before? The thought that she may be someone from his own clan crossed his mind for a second, but was quickly forgotten again. Somehow the blue coat she was wearing reminded him of the medic nins he had seen once in the Ninja Academy. Back then one of the other students had injured himself badly with a kunai so the teacher applied first aid just before calling two of the younger medic nins over. Yokochima was also unable to perceive a visible head protector on her or any other sign of identification. Kinda unusual, eh? She did look somewhat pretty though, and that distracted him a little bit in his search for a clan sign or something similar.
The only thing the genin could assume so far was, that she must be of a higher rank than him or atleast more experienced since she managed to reach his position without him noticing. Still, he gave himself a mental pat on the shoulder. After all, his intuition DID tell him to listen for possible persons earlier, altough he couldnt hear her.

It was Leanna's day off from the village and at first she intended to relax just a little bit, but then she felt the need to do something. her being herself and a ninja had given her the constant feeling of motion as she went on mission after mission and then going to train to only do another mission afterwards, honestly it was all a bit tiring for her at first, but after awhile she had gotten used to it, and now tat she finally tried to stop she couldn't. So Leanna got up off of her couch packed her Kunai and Shuriken in there leg pouched and headed out and into the forest for her favorite training spot. Just as she opened the door she reached over and grabbed her Head band and tied it around her head. Then she quickly readjusted her hair so it fell back over it. Now she was finnally ready to go train her new justu that she had though about trying to make a possibility only yesterday. out the door of her house and into the streets of the village she quickly made her way to the front gate, where she headed out of the village. once out of the village she ran a little bit father down and then took a sharp turn left and headed into the dense forest towards her favorite training spot. She jumped into the trees, seeing as how it was a much faster way of traveling, and continued her journey. She reached her spot in no time flat, then hopped down into the slightly more open area (about a 10 meter circle of clear space) and then she got ready. Leanna stood in the center of the circle and got into her fighting stance. Then she infused chakra into her foot, while simultaneously adding Katon chakra into it as well. Her foot caught on fire quickly and she stamped it onto to the ground several times before it went out. she tired again only this time she put her feet together and stood in an upright postion and made the tiger seal, infamous for helping control fire chakra. then she closed her eyes and focused on the soles of her feet. the right foot caught fire, but it wasn't nearly as much as she needed to make this kick more effective. So she added a bit more flames to it, too much, so decreased and increased until she got to the desired amount she wanted then she openned her eyes and kicked the air, when she legs fulled extended and stopped moving the flames didn't and they made this cool whooshing effect as she pulled her leg back. Awesome she had gotten it but she needed to learn how to control this thing without having to make the tiger seal. so she stood up straight and closed her eyes focusing small amounts of katon chakra into the bottoms of her feet. Still to small, she added a bit more, Nope just a little bit more, YES the perfect amount. Leanna kicked the air again having the same visual effect as before. okay so now she needed to be able to do it in her stance, and this was going to take a little bit more effort. she stood in her fighting stance and tried to focus a small amount of Katon chakra into her back foot. She made the flame to small and that wouldn't do. so she tired just adding a little bit more Katon chakra to the bottom of her back foot. This provided the effect she wanted, but to the far extreme, the flame on her foot became massive! Leanna dropped to the ground and rolled around putting the flames out after a minute or so and then stood back up dusting herself off, damn this justu was difficult to master. she stood in her stance again and poured a little chakra into her foot making it to small once again.  Leanna was determined not to make the same mistake as before, but determined or not she did and once again she had to flail about the ground in order to make the flames go out. OkAY! one last time, she infused chakra into her foot and slowly added more and more until she FINNALLY got the size of the flame that she desired and then kicked with her back foot hard into the air. "Okay on to the next step" she said out loud, then she ran to one end of the circle at began sprinting towards the other end and steadily infused chakra into her foot, AMAZING the first time she got it. Then Leanna twisted her body and spun kicking the air right about where someone her height's chest would be, but this wouldn't work she was still too slow on infusing the chakra into her foot and so she headed back to the edge of the circle. She would have this justu down by the end of the day. she sprinted to the edge of the circle once more than ran full speed towards the other end of the circle and tried to instantly achieve the amout of Katon chakra she needed in her foot but she applied to much and it discharged, and so she feet got kicked up in the explosion and so she fell flat on her face ans skidded for a few more feet before finally stopping, she got back up determined to master this justu. she walked over to the edge once more and then sprinted to the other end of the circle she instantly sent chakra to her foot only a little less this time, and she twisted her body and kicked by the fire that maintained its motion was less than significant, actually it was about the size of a spark. ONE MORE TIME. Leanna told herself, then she walked over to the circle once more, fully sprinting to the other end once more she infused just a little more chakra into her foot, twisted her body doing a cool little 180 degree spin then she extended her foot forward, the effect was perfect, just the amout she needed for her justu. Leanna jumped up and down in joy but then relized one crucial fact her kick wouldn't hit normal people in the chest, and so she needed to change up her technique just a little bit. she walked to the edge of the circle one last time, then as you know sprinted to the edge then she did a slide with her left hand a foot pushing against the ground in order to slow her down and allow her some leverage. Then once she reached the center she infused the perfect amount of chakra into her foot and with her right foot kicked upwards shouting "Katon Style! Leaf Typhoon!" That seemed like a good enough name for her as she watched the swirling flames going both forward and upwards with momentum.

Leanna being exhausted collapsed onto the ground and breathed heavily, but she grinned in success, she had mastered a new justu all on her own, but she couldn't celebrate for much longer, she needed to master yet another. This justu was a little bit more tricky to master and she needed someone else to train it with her. She sighed loudly because she was a loner and didn't have anyone to train with her and so this new justu seemed like it would never get accomplished for her. Just then, as if the awnser to her prayers she heard someone not to far off hit the ground hard and this peaked Leanna's interest and so she decided to check it out for herself, which is unusal for her because normally she hated people and wanted nothing to do with them. it was probably the want tot train her new justu and so she headed over in that direction, as she neared she heard Ooh, you know, just enjoying the weather and the atmosphere here. Its quite warm today, dont you think...er...Miss? Leanna could agree that it was a nice but she highly doubted that the man was talking to her and so when she got close enough to she the man and the girl she was talking to she simply sat in the shadows to watch how this would play out. well that was her idea anyways until she felt the feeling tugging inside of her to go converse with them so she could train her justu. this was an unsual feeling for Leanna as she never EVER felt the need to talk to people, she usually felt just the opposite and so this was new to her, but she decided to try it anyways. "Hi my name is Leanna its nice to meet you to, guess its weird seeing people out here its a weird place to be" Leanna said as she stepped out into the light, god she hated small talk and she was bad at it hence the statement after she said her name. Leanna looked around awaiting a response from the people in front of her. What is these people were enemies? she had just walked blindly and opened herself up to them. Leanna took one step back and was ready to bolt in any direction if either one of them made a move, god how could she be so stupid.

A young child flew past the three shinobi with his arms reaching out in an attempt to reach something to cling on to. His eyes of determination were deceiving as he failed to protect himself from the fall. He landed on the ground with a loud thud and continued to roll into his back hit the trunk of a mighty tree. A deafening yell could be heard from the genin as he hit the tree. The managed to get to his feet with the help of the trunk. "Damnit Koonta, are you really telling me you are getting beat up by this boar? Get your head in the game and defeat him. You already know how to" He spoke to himself as he was getting up. He noticed that there were three other shinobi standing near him. He then looked over to then with a smile, " No worries, I am here to slay the beast of the forest. I am here to protect and I assure you that I can handle this on my own..." A sudden grunt cut him off from as he turned his head to see what the noise was. It was the boar, preparing to charge. He had his head low and his tail high, Koonta had never seen such anger from an animal before.

Koonta gritted his teeth in an effort to not show any emotion, however he couldn't hold it in anymore. "You don't even hit hard!" He yelled to the boar while holding position. Koonta then started to charge at the boar, the boar then reacted in the same way. As the two were about to meet, the boar lowered his head to ram into the stomach of Koonta. However, the young genin decided that, he wasn't going to get hit again. Leaping over the lowered head, he was going to twist his body and attack the body of the boar. With a swift kick heading towards the right ribs of the boar, Koonta was sure he was going to land a good blow. The boar reacted with incomparable speeds and lifted his hide legs into the air. The donkey kick that the boar performed managed to sneak up on Koonta and land a direct hit. The back leg of the boar managed to Koonta under the eye. The sudden amount of force knocked Koonta onto his back, knocking the wind out of him.

He was stunned on his back. 'Koonta, you need to get up. This isn't meant for your death.' The young genin then got up with some blood dripping down his right cheek. He was more than certain his cheek wasn't going to heal for awhile. Koonta was not about to give up now and he would certainly never leave the battlefield. He is to proud for that. "There is no way a little boar will conquer the might of a Konoha ninja!" He yelled out loudly as he stood up with might. There was a sparkle in his eye that seemed to be unmatched. The determination of his shinobi is unparalleled. This boar has gotten way over its head.

---

The boar then started to charge once more towards Koonta. The young genin started to jumped backwards to create more space between the two. The boar started to push harder and started to move faster. It looked like the boar was putting all of his effort into this one swing, even an indirect hit will cause a lot of damage. With Koonta jumping backwards a couple times, he made a sudden jump sideways with a flip. The boar managed to turn and was able to follow Koonta. His turns weren't sharp and he had to slow down before continuing his pursuit. Several times the boar would get close and try to cut Koonta with its sharp tusks but Koonta could easily evade with such speed and quickness. The boar didn't seem to be getting tired but the young genin was and he knew he was going to have to end this soon.

Koonta started to run as fast as he possibly could. It looked like he was making a mad dash from the boar and the boar started to chase him down. The boar was getting closer and closer. There were a couple times were Koonta struggled to maintain balance because he had never ran that fast before. With the boar only inches behind Koonta, he jumped into the air. The boars face looked up to follow Koonta. A loud thud could be heard from underneath Koonta..the black boar ran right into a mighty tree. Koonta landed on his feet a couple feet away from the boar who fell to the ground. The boar didn't even see the tree and seemed to be knocked out. There was blood and sweat dripping from Koonta's face but there was a smile like none other. Koonta then quickly ran over to the three shinobi, showing off his speed once again.

---

His face had some dried blood and his clothes were torn. He was dirty and bruised all over and smelt like a boar. "See? That was no problem?" He said with a smile holding in all the pain. "Now you all are safe." His hands were on his hips and his head was held high, for whatever reason his headband never seemed to shine so brightly.

Yokochima Senju

Before the woman could answer Yokochima, a rustling noise proclaimed an approaching person. Apparently somebody else felt the need to join their little "meeting" in the forest. Yokochima put his raised hand back on the ground and lifted himself up again, the pain of jumping into the tree was now nearly gone not so much the shame of actually failing his jump. He sighted, noticed the leaf in his hair and quickly pluck it out. Urgh...i feel so messy...lets hope the woman is not going to laugh at me... When he looked down again at the green wall in front of him he noticed the young girl standing in between two trees. The first thing he noticed about her was her size. If he'd have to guess he would say she was around 5 ft which made her look almost like a dwarf compared to the big trees next to her. She wore a white vest on top of a black shirt which made her look even thinner than she already was. Also her face was hidden by a face mask. Someone wants to be all secret-secret, eh, haha... she looks like someone who lost his mommy... Sometimes i really wish i could hit you, you know that? Like really, in the face and all that stuff... Go for it, i suppose even someone with your skill can hit his own face without a mirror.... The other voice was calm and without the slightest bit of humor. Before Yokochima could answer though, the girl started speaking. "Hi, my name is Leanna, its nice to meet you too. Guess its weird seeing people out here, its a weird place to be." Then she proceeded looking at them. The only weird around here is you right now... Yokochima put on a little frown, that seemed like a mix between frustration and a smile and was just about to say something nice or at least funny to the girl, mostly to balance out his other inner voice, when she twitched and flinched back a step. Oh God...she reminds me of a deer... Now his face turned completely back into his usual grin. He opened his mouth and was rudely interrupted, again, by a young boy flying right past his face before landing gracefully with his bottom on the ground and rolling a few meter. Yokochima instinctively closed his eyes for a second and jumped back a few steps, but even then he could still hear the sound of the boy yelling. Sheeeesh, what kind of a day is today anyway...i could really use a break and a nice little ramen right now... From a distance he could see the strange Boy mumbling something as he was getting up. Then, he too noticed Yokochima and the others and looked at them as he said "No Worries, i am here to slay the beast of the forest. I am here to protect and i assure you that i can handle this on my own..." Yokochima just stared at the boy without a comment. In his head though, he apologized to the girl in the name of his other voice for thinking of her as a weirdo. THIS boy definitely just took her spot as such. Er...yes, thanks i suppose? Yokochima looked around, searching for the so called "Beast of the forest" couldnt find it though. Hallucinations maybe?... Suddenly a big, black boar broke through the flora right across the boy. Of course...its a boar... Suddenly the young Senju realised something. He turned to the woman that had entered his place of shame earlier and, while ignoring the grunting, swearing and generall fighting behind him, said: Are those two perhaps your...pupils? Cause i really dont wanna disturb your training here and all, i was just here to...relax a bit, yeah, i was here to relax. That last sentence sounded more like he tried to convince himself than the ninja he talked too.
He turned around again, just in time to see the boar ramming his head at full speed into a tree. A loud thud was heared and the animal was knocked out by the impact. Next to it stood a very proud, smiling boy with his hands on his hips and his head held high. If it werent for the torn clothes, the dried blood and all the bruises he would look almost as good as he appeared to feel judging by his posture. Weirdo...definitely a weirdo... "See? That was no problem? Now you all are safe." Ah...ya, thanks there, i really appreciate you saving me from that boar over there... Not really convinced himself, he added a raised thumb and a broad grin to his sentence. He really hoped this whole situation would resolve really fast, because he felt like he really could use a nap right now...

Chisaki watched the young man for a moment, trying to determine his type of character. He seemed pleasant enough, someone who could be trusted. Smiling at this, Chisaki inclined her head ever so slightly. A shinobi of the Hidden Leaf, and a Genin most like. The foundations of the village were getting old now, and the new foundations were growing up right before Chisaki's very eyes. She saw it every day, new Genin graduating from the Academy with the hopes of becoming someone respected among the village, someone of authority and power. These were the mantles any shinobi adopted once they put on the sigil of their village. Chisaki herself had experienced all this herself, she was once young as well. Now however, it was her turn to pass on her knowledge to those younger than her, for her to become the teacher of the students, rather than the student. A rustling of the leaves brought Chisaki out of her day dream. Another shinobi, young and short, stood before her and the boy beside her. This couldn't be a coincidence surely? Two shinobi, Genin no less, in the village at the same time? Bizarre.... To cap it all off, a third shinobi appeared, this one much younger than the other two, but young shinobi were seen all the time, it usually meant they had great potential if they were allowed to become Genin at such a young age. Chisaki smiled once more, before speaking "Three young shinobi, and one older, all in a clearing in the forest... This reminds me of my own childhood. You're all so full of youth, it gladdens my heart to see the youth grow into young adults of the Leaf. However, I would test each of you, show me what the Academy has taught you, please. All three of you, defeat me in combat, or try your very best! I shan't hold back!"

On their own? They stood literally no chance against her, but together, they could possibly overpower her. That remained to be seen. A test, to see how stable these new Genin would grow! Springing up into the air, Chisaki span around, several feet off the ground now. The clearing and the three Genin shrunk below her. Training, something each of them would have to sustain. They might not become her pupils, but she wanted to see what kind of talents had been allowed the honourable title of shinobi! Rapidly, at a pace the naked eye couldn't keep up with, Chisaki wove seals. Beside her body, a giant mass of water condenses, creating a watery monsoon, a dragon no less. "Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!" Was the only warning the poor Genin got before the dragon came slamming into the ground. Chisaki didn't have time to observe the results, she came slamming into the ground after the dragon did. If the Genin were quick, they would have retreated to the treeline where the dragon was not circling. The dragon beside Chisaki flew back into the air circling above the clearing. Keeping the Genin on their toes, that was key. She wouldn't let them rest for a moment, keep the pace up and all. More hand seals followed, the water around Chisaki condensed into thin, razor sharp needles. "Water Release: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" One thousand, watery needles of pain. Three hundred and thirty three a piece. Each flew outwards from Chisaki's location, seeking to impale an unsuspecting Genin.

Today was a strange day indeed.....

Now that Leanna was out of the shadows she got a better look at the two people in front of her. the boy who now seems a little bit older than her is now looking at her trying to figure her out. The female just simply gave her a glance and that was all, well its not like she had time to because, another young boy came flying out of no where, almost hitting Leanna before he slammed into a tree " No worries, I am here to slay the beast of the forest. I am here to protect and I assure you that I can handle this on my own..." beast of the forest? the hell was he talking about... was he crazy? Er...yes, thanks i suppose? Leanna heard the other boy say as she was busy looking around for this beast of the forest. just then Leanna heard the sounds of a boar running at them. it tried to attack the boy and then the two ran off. "what a strange boy." Leanna said matter of factly. she could help but giggle at his heroic claim. the other genin looked about as weirded out by this whole situation as Leanna did. then the older of the group of genin's started talking to the other female, who seemed to be a much higher ranked shinobi. Leanna stood there in awkward silence not quite sure of what to do, thats when the other boy returned bruised and bloodied. apparently he had managed to defeat the so called beast of the forest, but not without some harm to himself first. As Leanna was busy looking him over The older female began to talk.  "Three young shinobi, and one older, all in a clearing in the forest... This reminds me of my own childhood. You're all so full of youth, it gladdens my heart to see the youth grow into young adults of the Leaf. However, I would test each of you, show me what the Academy has taught you, please. All three of you, defeat me in combat, or try your very best! I shan't hold back!" Defeat her in combat? was she crazy. Leanna saw her jump up into the air and before she saw anything else she turned a ran out of the little clearing at the opposite direction of the attacker. Assuming the others were some what near her she shouted "Hey you two! yeah the two boys! we need to work together or we will never take her down.... she's a much higher rank than us, so if work together than our combined attacks should hit her.... Now follow my lead!" during her little speech Leanna heard the crash of water hitting the ground and then what sounded like several things hitting a bunch of trees. Leanna than found a small log and infused some of her chakra into it, than she carried just a little behind the edge of the clear and then ran out of the clearing heading straight for her "you two! attack her sides with i head up the front. boar killer take left and the other take her right." Leanna said taking complete charge of the situation, because if she didn't then no one else might and then where would they be? probably still sitting behind trees and plotting there own course of action indiviually... no. now with a leader they could accomplish much more effective team work than before... Leanna was now running straight towards the other girl, and without making any hands signs (because her kekai genkai allows her to mold chakra with her mouth) and shot out a fireball directly at the girl. Knowing she would either have to dodge or block it somehow this would open up a perfect opportunity for the other two and so as the fireball came closer to the target Leanna shouted "NOW!" signalling for the other two to make there moves at this very moment.

Apparently Koonta had gotten himself into a spar after his battle with the boar. On the spur of the moment, he was placed on a team to defeat the beautiful kunochi in front of him. Luckily for Koonta, he was standing next to a tree when he stopped the boar so he was already at the treeline. He knew that this was going to be a long battle and it didn't help that Koonta was already wounded. His right shin and under his eye had stopped bleeding but pain still had a strong presence in those areas. His back was also covered in bruises along with red hands from punching the strong hide so much. Fortunately, the young genin didn't use any charka. 'Okay, Koonta. How are we going to defeat this kunochi?'We can't take her down ourselves so we'll need to enlist the other genin into our plan. The kunochi would never allow us time to huddle up. Maybe if we..!' While thinking to himself he noticed a wave about to crush him. The young Kimura quickly jumped up to the tree and hid there as a cover behind the trunk. He peered his head out to look at his location but then quickly jolted his head back into the safety of the tree. He could hear thuds all over the battle ground from the senbon-like weaponry hitting the trees. He didn't hear a grunt so he knew that no one was hit yet, which was perfect.

'Okay, maybe if we...!' He was cut off once more the kunochi on her team. Her planned seemed to work well, but Koonta knew it was never going to work. He was going to have to twink to a little bit to suit his needs. While the shinobi on his team was yelling out the plan, he looked at what attacked him. They were senbon like weaponry made from suiton. He knew these could be a problem because they were very small and hard to detect. Koonta felt comfortable facing a suiton user, he came up with a little solo plan that just might work. Then he vaulted out of the tree and ran behind the girl. The enemy kunochi couldn't have known she was there because the cover of the fireball would have protected him from her sight. He wished he had more kunai to use but he will have to use his fists and wait for the perfect moment to strike. He took several deep breathes, he was already in pain. In his mind he feared getting hit again since it would hit him so badly. He gritted his teeth and went on anyways, to prove he deserves the title of shinobi.

This is getting me nowwhere... He turned back to the woman, just as she started talking. "Three young shinobi, and one older, all in a clearing in the forest... This reminds me of my own childhood. You're all so full of youth, it gladdens my heart to see the youth grow into young adults of the Leaf." Yokochima was just about to say something but instead smiled at her and scratched the back of his head. After all he was one hell of a promising adult. Eh-hehe "However, I would test each of you, show me what the Academy has taught you, please. All three of you, defeat me in combat, or try your very best! I shan't hold back!" Yokochima's grin turned into a frown almost instantly, elbow-dropping his jaw almost to the ground. Wait..wait...wait a second here, will ya? What do you mean "defeat" you?? I am not going to fight you without a reason, just like that!? He took a step back and crossed the arms in front of his chest. I mean, look, maybe you should ask my buddy over here, eh? I mean, chances are pretty high that your stronger than us anyway, i suppose your atleast a chunnin? While he was talking the woman gave him and everybody else a quick glance and jumped. Altough she was not able to hear him anymore, Yokochima finished his sentence, unable to understand why those kind of things always happened to him. I have a really bad feeling about this...one could think you were afraid...i am... ...in deep sh... He barely managed to add those two words to his thought when the giant water dragon crashed into the ground in the middle of the small clearing. In the background he could here the voice of the little girl "Hey you two! yeah the two boys! we need to work together or we will never take her down.... she's a much higher rank than us, so if work toget..." Everything else vanished in the sound of water hitting the earth. The jutsu created a small crater in the middle of the grass and exploded.
The woman seemed to be determined to fight him and the two crazy genins and she was not holding back! Water splashed in every direction and hit Yokochima with enough force to lift him of his legs and throw him backwards into the forest. The impact wasnt all that hard, he was used to hits, but the stones and sticks on the ground bruised and scratched him when he landed. He had luck his head didnt hit the ground as well.
Well...on the other side, you seem to be quite persuasive... I did not want to hurt you, because you seemed quite friendly but now your just asking for it! Still dizzy from the landing he put his hand on the tree right next to him to stabilize himself. On the other side, right between the trees where she appeared first, he noticed the strange small girl. She was hiding with a somewhat grim look on her face, which made her look kind of cute, behind one of the trees. Yokochima, snickered when the image of the small girl leading him into battle appeared in his mind. But now was not the time to daydream, so he quickly shook his head and focused on his opponent again.
Just in time. The Senju saw the needles gather in the air around the kunoichi, just before they were released in all direction and that gave him just enough time to tumble behind the tree that was next to him. The sound of wood being pierced reverbrated through the clearing. He couldnt stop himself from thinking how the other two managed to dodge the attack, especially the girl. "You two! Attack her sides while i head up to the front. Boarkiller, take left and the other one, take her right." Is she being serious?...I think naive or maybe stupid would be more appropriate...Being brave is one thing, being stupid another. I should not make the same mistake as her... His hands formed the necessary seals, not as fast as the enemy though but still at a respectable speed. Timber Wolves Technique... He mumbled, before placing both his hands at the tree in front of him. Then he pulled and the wood followed his hands, forming into two big wolves. They growled silently and the sound seemed to mimic trees breaking. Go get her, Boys! But dont forget, no mindless charging, eh? I dont wanna be put in danger. He touched one of the wolves and marked him with the Kawarimi no Jutsu. The wolves hinted a nod and started circling the clearing clockwise, thus moving away from the other two genins. As soon as the woman would be distracted by anything, one of the wolves would break out of the treeline and try to attack her from behind. The marked one would would wait for a later chance to use his jaws, hiding patiently in the woods. With the wolves being formed from wood they were quite hard to see in the forest; which could prove to be an advantage.

Chisaki

Chisaki

D-rank
Quietly, Chisaki stood in the centre of the clearing. Each of the trees around her had been impaled by the watery senbon of her jutsu. Silently, Chisaki observed each of the Genin in turn, time seeming to slow down before her. One, the girl was rushing her, a fireball being projected towards Chisaki from her direction. She thought she saw the flicker of the smaller shinobi, but she couldn't be sure, he wasn't to her left or right, or in front, which most likely meant he was behind her somewhere, no telling where, so far he posed the greatest threat. And to her other side, two wolves made of wood were circling around the clearing, at least she thought they were, they were in the treeline somewhat. A Senju apparently, how very interesting. Chisaki looked around, at the two techniques she could see. Running, Chisaki opened her mouth and quietly whispered "Water Release: Hidden Mist Technique" practically instantaneously, a thick mist concealed the area around them, the timber wolves and fireball all vanished as Chisaki leaped. Silently, the mist seeming to muffle anything, Chisaki headed in the only direction available to her, the only one she wasn't being attacked from. Dealing with multiple opponents at once had been something Chisaki had done before, especially in the war of Seven Bells. Silently, Chisaki reached the treeline, the mist providing the ultimate cover. Chisaki was no doubt faster than them all, so silently slipping away in the mist was ideal. However, the mist had a secondary effect, it concealed the Water Dragon from view. After it had hit the ground, it had been silently circling above the clearing. Now, Chisaki directed it to come down, and wreak havoc in the mists. The water dragon roared out, the sound echoing around the mists. Silently, it rushed onto the timber wolves, the B-Rank technique crashing into the wolves, crushing them subsequently. The fireball? Washed away by the water maelstrom of the dragon. It then flew back into the air. Chisaki silently sat in the tree, the mists obscuring the tree she was sat in. Quietly, she took one of her hairs, and just as quietly said "Reflection Clone Jutsu" a copy of Chisaki dropped from the tree, and rushed towards the Genin out of the mist.

exactly as Leanna had thought. no one had followed any orders she had given. The boar slayer behind her and who knows where the other one went. this was not going to end well more them, but at this point they were on there own. Leanna had tired to make this a team effort and failed.  then she saw two wooden wolves dive in after the girl in front of her. the girls response however was interesting, she created a hidden mist justu. Leanna coulldn't tell what she had done after that. she was now blind. she figured it would be best to get out of here right about now, and so she ran back to the tree (the opposite end of where chisaki was) and waited at the tree line for an appropriate moment to strike. thats when she heard a dragon's roar. she looked up above the mist, seeing as how she out of the ten meter circle of mist, because she was behind the tree line, and saw a massive dragon of water fly straight into the mist, and then she heard a loud crash of water. and what sounded like wood breaking and water sizziling. she knew she shouldn't be in there right now.

Leanna needed to analyse her opponent before she continued her assault. she had that water dragon up in the air, and judging by the mist, she seemed to be extremely skilled in water techniques. so raiton was Leanna's best option against her, seeing as how her fire was going to be very, very in effective. she also seemed to be a long range attacker not getting herself mixed up in the figthing to much, but letting her ninjustu do all of the work for her. so if Leanna could get in there with her taijustu it might be the end of this battle. but she needed to be closer to get a taijustu attack on her, and at the moment that wasn't happening. Leanna wished someone had earth to help them against this water user, or at least wind to blow the mist away from here.

OOC: sorry for the short post its just i didn't know what to write given all that Leanna could see.

As Koonta followed the girl, he noticed she performed a jutsu. The Hidden Mist jutsu, he could started to notice it very quickly. The jutsu would quickly take up the entire battleground and Koonta knew he needed to make his way upwards into a tree. He also noticed that his teammate quickly turned her body to head into the same direction he was planning to head towards. He was knew that he was getting better because before today, he was certain that he wouldn't have been able to spot the jutsu so quickly.

Being able to see the jutsu progress, Koonta had allowed himself more time to react. His reflexes also allowed himself to do an easy, simple hand spring to avoid being hit from a random jutsu. The young genin did this as a safety precaution because he could expect something to head his way. He was getting much better because before, he might have only been able to run away, let alone perform even the simplest of gymnastics fundamentals.

With the great speed that Koonta has, he was able to head towards the general location where his partner was headed. He made a sprint towards the tree line, as if he was going to die in the mist....which was something that he did think about. The young Kimura also didn't want to go into a dead sprint because he didn't want to run into his own death. He has read too many stories about that and it is against logical tactics. With his speed he managed to reach the treeline and jumped upwards towards the tree. He could see his partner standing underneath a tree watching as the water dragon would destroy everything in its path. It surely was a mythical jutsu but Koonta spent no time worrying. With his quick speed he managed to acrobatically hop from the branch he was standing onto and landing on another one. Vaulting a couple more tree branches, he quickly found his way on a tree branch atop of his partner.

Following the young girl in front of him, he noticed several wooden beasts heading towards his female enemy. 'Senju?' With the great speed that Koonta has, he was able to head towards the general location where his partner was headed. He made a sprint towards the tree line, as if he was going to die in the mist....which was something that he did think about. ' Alright Koonta. You are now stuck in a limited vision zone. You need to escape as quickly as possible while maintaining safety of yourself and your partners.' It would be hard for him to watch over his comrades since he had no idea where the boy was and he could hardly see his female counterpart in the thick fog.

Vaulting a couple more tree branches, which he did with great ease since the trees were fairly close and weren't effected by the fog. If there was fog, he might not have been able to use the trees to his advantage. He quickly found his way on a tree branch atop of his partner. "My name is Kimura, Koonta. We need to stick together to win this!" He spoke softly to the female underneath him.

Yokochima Senju

D-rank
Curiosity made Yokochima look out from behind his tree. He watched the woman in the middle of the clearing and she seemed to watch him and the others. Damnit, arent the others doing anything at all?... He allowed himself to frown, seeing as those two displayed the usual Genin tactics. The girl tried charging the woman, while shooting a small fireball and the boy just dissappeared somewhere in the woods behind her. And they DO apparently know each other...Birds of a feather flock together, i'd say...Yes, yes they do... Yokochima shook his head before he went back to following the Kunochi's movements. That deemed harder than he had anticipated, since she was just about to exhale the Mist of the Hidden Mist Technique when he turned back to her. How interesting. A lot of Suiton so far, good for me, bad for them... His Mokuton, altough still somewhat hard to use for him, had an advantage against Suiton, while the girl seemed to use Katon, for what ever reason.
From behind the womans back, one of the wolves broke through the woods and charged into the middle of the clearing, while the other one continued running through the forest, where he would probably soon meet one of the two other genins. Hehe, gotcha...
Yokochima grinned when the wolf let out a small howl. By now he could not even see the clearing anymore but he was sure the wolf hit her. Then he heared a different roar and this one sounded very different compared to his wolf. It sounded like gushing water, very similar to when the water dragon earlier crashed into the earth. Dont tell me, she used another dragon!?...I highly doubt she used another one, it seemed more like the first one didnt dissolve after crashing into the clearing... This fight seemed to becomer harder and harder by the minute. In the background he could hear the dragon roaring and to his left a few more trees broke when the mysthical creature broke through the treeline and into the forest. Yokochima could feel some of the cold water drops splash into his face and moistening the air around him, altough this might aswell be the mist, which had reached his place already. His thoughts started racing and he tried to focus on the fight. If she ambushes me now, it might all be over... It seemed as if she had left the clearing already, but he could be sure. This woman displayed a great prowess when it comes to Ninjutsu, she might as well have some other aces up her sleeves. She is surely no mere Chunnin...probably a Jounin or similar...stop wasting your time with those thoughts! We need to get into higher grounds!... Yokochima nodded, altough nobody was there to see him. Then he decided for the one most obvious way, he started to climb the tree he was hiding behind. When he reached the top, he carefully looked around, always prepared to just drop like a ripe fruit in case someone would shoot a jutsu at him. Nothing... Indeed, for a few seconds the whole forest seemed to breathe in. To his left Yokochima could see the missing trees that the water jutsu had ripped out, while below him a big, white wave of Mist was passing through the trees. Finally the boy sat down on the branch he had climbed to and started thinking. The mist was pretty much preventing him from doing anything at all at the moment and without knowing where the kunoichi had gone even moving around proved to be dangerous. He had his second wolf moving around, of course but he could not really utilize that knowledge right now.
Suddenly a silent sound startled Yokochima. It sounded like something...,Somebody... he corrected himself, had landed on the ground somewhere nearby. Could that have been the Kunoichi?...Only one way to find it out... Silently he started pulling out kunai's out of the branch until he had five kunai's ready. Four of those he put into his leg pocket, for later use. The fifth he took in to his hand before he started sneaking along the branch always watching out for smaller branches and leaves that might ive away his position. Throwing at an invisible enemy just based on sound is a bad idea, we should better get some closer... At this point his smile had vanished and turned into a focused look. This was his passion after all, aside from eating, sleeping and pranking.
