Kekkei Genkai Description:The clan's abilities are focused solely around modifying their body and such to steal the bloodlines of other clans, the highest level of the clan members being able to hold five at once upon their body without the conflicting bloodlines tearing them apart.[Only one of each selected bloodline.]

The Dorobo's bodies adapt as they grow more skilled as shinobi, allowing them to take on more bloodlines onto themselves, or transplant the body parts better.

Genin: One Bloodline allowed, up to D-Rank.

Chuunin:One Bloodline Allowed, Up to C-Rank. Transplants take 5% less for the wordcount.

Special Jounin: Two Bloodlines Allowed, Up to B-Rank. Transplants take 5% less for the wordcount and can be done to self for +10% wordcount.(5% less does not apply at this point.)

Jounin: Three Bloodlines Allowed, Primary at S-Rank, other two at A-Rank. Transplants take 5% less for the wordcount, and may be done to self for +10% WC(Unless Second Medical Bloodline is Already Implanted, then +5%)

Kage/Sannin: Four Bloodlines Allowed, Primary at SS-Rank, Secondary at S-Rank, and last two at A-rank. Transplants take 10% Less wordcount, and may be done to self for +15% WC(Unless Second Medical Bloodlines is already implanted, then +10%).

When the ranks are given to the bloodlines, this means their required specializations and elements can reach that level[not going over four elements or specializations meaning those with more than one or two elements may be exempt from bloodline stealing, save for if other bloodlines share core elements.](Sabaku=NoNo) through training, which will take +20% wordcount for the stolen bloodlines.

Drawbacks: As the clan has to steal bloodlines from other clans, they may NOT start out with their own elements or specializations save for the needed medical ninjutsu specialization which makes it so they may transplant what they need from other clan's member's bodies. Medical Ninjutsu must be primary as it has to be the strongest specialization in order to use jutsu necessary for transplants.

Members of this clan also suffer a 1.5x increase to chakra consumption from regular bloodline jutsu that is stolen, and the normal 2x for Doujutsu stolen from another clan.[I.E Normal Chakra Use for Senju: 10. Dorobo Chakra Use for Senju: 15.] Members who steal a Doujutsu may only have one other Doujutsu and do not need to implant them in eyesockets. See: Danzo Shimura. Others are free to disagree, I think that stealing Kekkei Genkai is something that should stay banned.

If stealing Kekkei Genkai is banned, then taking sharingan, byakugan, and other doujutsu should be banned. I wasn't done with wording this it wasn't like all kekkei genkai only a few applicable ones, where stealing limbs and transplanting them would give the user SOME of the power. Sort of like Danzo from Naruto. Just..Haven't finished it.

Hodaka is correct. Stealing KKG is banned and, at least from my end, will stay banned.

Even if we were to unban KKG stealing in the form you wish, we would not, EVER, unban Izanagi. So you can remove that bit <3

Yeah, i don't like this at all. It's one thing to take a doujutsu that wasn't part of your bloodline, it's happened in the Canon multiple times...Danzo being only ONE example (others including Ao and Kakashi), and even taking advanced elements (which isn't going to be implemented here, despite being in the Canon), but taking multiple kekkei genkai of different types in addition to a lower transplant failure percentage? Nah. OP. Transplants are a different story, but this is like Sage of the Six Paths >_>
