Kekkei Genkai Description: The Chikara have very thin chakra, and through their training in Genjutsu they were able to develop a technique that thins their chakra even further. When the technique is active, their chakra becomes so thin and sensitive they are able to immediately and involuntarily detect any disruption in their chakra flow; a minor eruption follows dispelling the technique interfering with their chakra; basically an automatic Genjutsu kai.
Drawbacks:Genjutsu Block once activated can not be deactivated causing a constant drain to their chakra pool until user's chakra falls to 50. Due to the extra thinning of chakra caused by the Genjutsu Block, once activated, user can only use Ninjutsu up to C rank. Also, despite their great chakra reserves, their chakra thinness makes it difficult for them to create enough chakra in a reasonable amount of time. As a result, they require more training when training jutsus and elements.(+25% word count to element rank up and jutsu training).
Chikara can not choose ninjutsu as their third specialty.

:Tens of centuries ago in the foothills of a mountain range outside Kumogakure, resided a village that consisted of 2 sects, separated by their ideology. In history these two sects are simply referred to as the Imperials and the Pacifists. The Imperials wanted to rid their area of anything that differentiated them. Their goal was to become unified in every sense of the word and use the strength of unity to expand. However, the Pacifists were very spiritual and philosophical and wanted to keep their scrolls and artifacts; as well as to continue their teachings that the Imperialist also wanted to bring an end to. The Pacifists believed that individuality was where new ideas sprung from and as a result, strength and advancement. Surprisingly, the Pacifists were very skilled fighters due to their knowledge and discipline, but only used physical means as a last resort. After years of disagreement and minor skirmishes; the two sects engaged in a full out war. The two groups fought ferociously for eight years, almost equal in strength, the war saw very little swings in momentum. In the final years the Pacifists utilized the techniques described in the ancient scrolls they possessed. These scrolls illustrated how to access spiritual energy (chakra), they waited so long to use it because they had vowed not to dab in such mysterious dark art. However, these techniques solidified their victory. After the long destructive war, the foothills were no longer inhabitable. So the few survivors moved into the mountains. These were indeed the earliest members of the Chikara.After a while the Chikara people started to experience constant fatigue due to the high altitude. But after a few years their bodies adapted, giving them increased stamina and thin chakra, resulting in increased chakra control (Later allowing feats such as genjutsu and sensing to be relatively easy tasks). The original members lived in these high altitudes for centuries before migrating to lower ground. These traits would become embedded in their blood, passing it down to their offspring. Because of their great stamina and discipline they possessed great fighting ability. Hailing from their mountain dwelling days being very familiar with using stone and other objects to hunt, all members were highly skilled in weaponry. However, Chikara were very peaceful so it wasn’t until the birth of the most recent generation, that they have willingly participated in the way of the shinobi.

Description: Due to the Chikara's extremely thin chakra, any disruption in their flow is immediately and involuntarily detected, causing a minor chakra eruption dispelling the technique interfering with their chakra. After chakra is used for activation, jutsu causes a constant chakra drain per post. Is only deactivated once user's chakra pool falls to 50. Cost -15 chakra to activate, and drains -10 chakra per post.
Even though this Genjutsu is C rank, it has variable chakra cost. The user must pay 10 more chakra for every rank the Genjutsu is above their own rank.
•Genin: 10 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
•Chuunin: 15 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
•Special Jounin: 20 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu. Sp.Jou. cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
•Jounin: 25 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.
•Sannin/Kage: 30 chakra for an S-ranked Genjutsu.
