The yellow orange sun slowly descending towards the horizon. The wind carrying the smell of ocean salt as it slowly breezed past her face. There she stood before the final bridge that would take her out of her country, away from the village hidden in the mist. A path towards a land where the grass was supposedly green, the homeland of her lover. Although it wasn’t the first time she left the country; not that she had left it often before, only once before in fact.  At that time, when she left the borders of her beloved country behind, it was merely to capture a couple of ninja that had gone rogue. Her partners for the mission were Mokuzai and Kirei. The mission went mostly smooth up until the very end where there was a slight hiccup, however they overcame that together and ended the mission in a success. She wondered how the two of them were doing now. After the mission they parted ways again and she hasn’t seen them in what feels like an eternity, was it months or years even. Now that she thought about it she especially curious about how the latter was doing, Kirei. He had sustained a substantial wound from their mission and by the time she wanted to check up on how he was doing, she was unable to find him anywhere. Thinking about him sparked another thought in her mind. With her recent discovery and having seen his scarlet eyes with black dots they were related now weren’t they? Her eyes could color the same way that his could, so that meant they were now cousins or something right? What their family bond was precisely is kind of vague and would only see true light if they investigated it, however they were connected in one way or another. She would need to seek him out sooner or later when she reached the village hidden in the leaves. Reconnect with the person that could perhaps tell her even more about her origin and powers than that Takao could. While he might have learned about the Uchiha a lot through reading up on their powers and history, she doubt it would be the same as receiving information from someone who embodied it, someone who had the clans history running through their veins. Speaking of Takao there were also several things that she would want to do with him now that they were in his home town. Go to his favorite spots on cute dates together, attend the festivals he had been talking about since they had left her parents’ house with which he seemed very obsessed with. Or perhaps not obsessed but just overly enthusiastic. Further she was kind of nervous but also excited for meeting his family and become even more integrated into his life. Then there was also that one final thing that she wanted to do with him. An act that she had always stayed very far away from, something that she had always thought would just happen at one point or another when she was with a partner when she was older. Not one that she would explore all by herself.  She wondered if she would be able to contain her urges, she had been craving it more and more with each passing day after having experienced it all by herself. Would she end up having to make the first move? Tempt the man she loved into the act of love making. How would she do it, could she even muster up the strength? A red hue glowed on her face as she tried pushing that thought aside. It was time to stop reminisce on what had transpired in the mist and instead just look forward to the good things that might happen in the leaf.
