Changes:

The clan's early 4th spec has been removed. It now is simply a Specialist SC for free (using +1k WC)

In exchange, if they take Prodigy, they treat it as a normal SC rather than as a Major one.

Cleaned up Waveform, as well as the generality of how bioelectricity interacts with other jutsu.

Just Part of My Day now has its parameters stated for what kind of ability can be created as a 'passive'.
