Other: Adding a new jutsu style. It's relatively technical in how it works, but in theory shouldn't lock any descriptors out from anyone. This is an attempt at replicating how Sound jutsu works in the canon, and the clan is thus not as cohesive as other clans. I think this is done, at any rate.
