Mission Details:

And

Training Jutsu:

Shihai walked out of the mission administration building around noon time, with the sun up high in the sky, it was getting pretty warm in the summer. Shihai reached around her bag and checked her notes, it looked like she has one more mission to do, and that is temporarily filled in and teaching the academy students of basic and simple ninjutsu.

Although technically, having only recently graduated, she briefly wonders about her own qualification. Still a job is a job and she intends to preform it well, and besides, she has to do it well, can't have the younger generation of ninjas learning about survival and combat incorrectly, after all, it is a matter of life and death in the future! (Shihai raises her hand into a fist, feeling pumped up with a new sense of purpose and determination!)

But just as she was walking out to the street, she heard someone was running up towards this way, fast. Shihai quickly turns around, body tensing in preparation of a potential ambush, until she saw the same white coat and realized that it was the same administrative staff that she had just spoken to.

"Arthur? What are doing with all that running, I thought someone was sneaking up..." Shihai says in confusion, after all, she had just finished submitting her report, unless she did something wrong and he was here, running fueled by anger and was here to scold her and tell her to redo her reports?

"Oh good, you are still here! Good, take one more mission!" Arthur stopped in front of her, taking a brief moment to catch his breath. He reached forward and pushed an envelop into her arms.

"Huh?!" Shihai let out a sound of surprise as the envelope was pushed onto her arms, she looked at the orange envelope. "What is this? I...I can't, I have a teaching mission to do."

Arthur clicks his tongue and was having none of that, he waves his index finger at Shihai and stopped her in her mild complaining. "Your teaching can wait! It doesn't have a set schedule. This just got in, someone had intercepted with our messenger birds! The Hokage needs anyone available nearby to get those birds back and catch whoever is responsible and get them back here for interrogations! This is a matter of potential information leak and must take precedent, just go and catch some birds, I'm sure that even a new genin like you could do it! Now go! They are last seen around the western forest just around the walls, I will look for more shinobi to send over there, you just go first and wait for reinforcement before you engage in any fights you hear!" Arthur shouts and turning away, finishing saying what he wanted to say, impatiently, he shooing away Shihai as he was turning around, and quickly running back to the office building, presumably to change the official mission board and maybe getting more help on this new mission.

Shihai stood there dunbfounded, with the envelope still in hand, she numbly nodded her hand.

Ok....so that happened...I guess this calls for a change in plan then, alright, they always teach us in school that a ninja should be flexible and prepare for anything right? Now! This! This is what I am talking about! My first day as a true ninja awaits!!!

Shihai folded inward to herself, and suddenly silently pumps her fist into the air.

Alright, time to go!

Turning around, long black hair in a pony tail waves around behind her as she runs forward towards the location of the walls. She was determined to catch the birds and the thief and really really impressed the staff member of the mission building so that they would be nicer to her next time, in her rush and excitement, she didn't even check her equipment and what else was in side the envelope. Just hasty stuff the envelope into her bag on her belt, after all, the mission had barely started, she was sure that she would have time to check it out properly later on, and besides, it was probably nothing important anyways. Right?

Hatake, Tre, you are to hereby report at once to the Administration building at once for a special assignment.

Tre reread the letter that Uno had passed to him moments ago. An special assignment, something that was had been hand delivered to his door by a chuunin messenger several minutes ago. Perhaps it was important? There were no details listed about the mission, but he never should have even bothered to check; there never were details, anyway. One never knew what kind of mission that they would be assigned to until they actually arrived at the administration building to pick it up.  He should quite possibly not keep the secretary waiting for him to arrive, otherwise the mission would go to someone else. He only wished that he had more time off -- he'd only recently arrived back in the village from the delivery to the outpost a few hours prior. He had wanted to get some kind of sleep before being called for another mission, but apparently, that was just not meant to be.

Tossing his lunch dishes into the sink for one of his siblings to wash -- one was Due's day for dishes after all -- and headed up to his bedroom to get dressed.  While the village shinobi corp had no set dress code, he was pretty sure it would be frowned upon if he showed up in his pajamas -- not that being clan in only his briefs could even be called pajamas. He no intention of willingly setting foot outside his home in just his small clothes, and so into his room the male dove, pulling open drawers and opening closets until he could pull out a suitable clothing ensemble. A black jacket with skull-motif buttons and sequenced details on pockets. He keeps it unzipped and the tag on the zipper also has a small skull. Underneath he wears a steel gray shirt with skull prints. Tré wears black cropped trousers and black buckled boots with red soles. He wears a black motorcycle glovelet on his left hand. When he was satisfied with his clothes, he grabbed a brush and pulled it through his hair, thanking whatever deity that watched over him that he was blessed with easy to manage hair. When he was done, Tre snatched up his identification papers, his hitai-ate, a kunai and three shuriken to deposit into clothes in various places and the message that was delivered to his home, and then headed out the door.

It would not take him long to reach the mission board; perks of being from a small family like his was that they were able to live just about anywhere in the village instead of being regulated to a compound like most of the larger clans. As such, their home was close to the administration building, making it very easy for him and his siblings to pick up missions on the fly. But in the times such as this, given how close it was, they were often the first though of when it came to assignments. Once inside, the male approached one of the free secretaries with his identification papers and he message that he had received in hand.

" Hatake, Tre. I was told to report in as soon as possible. What is the situation?" The secretary took his identification papers and the message and looked them over briefly, then handed them back to the young male. "Thank you for getting here quickly. We seem to be having a bit of an emergency; our courier birds have been released  by a ninja who's gone rogue. We are not sure if the birds are carrying any sensitive information, but they need to be found."

Tre nodded slowly, placing his paperwork back into his pockets. If something like this was going on, a rogue ninja releasing all of their courier birds, then it was indeed an emergency. Without this bird, the village was limited to only wireless radios and cell phones; this rogue ninja was smart and was using a signal jammer, then there was no way for the village of Konohagakure no Sato to request aid from the nearby outposts. They were not quite defenseless, but rather stretched very thin. But a thought occurred to Tre in the moment, and he was about to ask a question of the secretary when she continued on.

"Right now, the birds were last seen flying west and settling in the forest just outside the wall. In addition,  Kazura, Ryoma, the rogue ninja that set the birds free in the first place has also been seen headed in that direction. Head there immediately, Tre, and round up those birds. If you come across Kazura Ryoma, please be careful; he is considered armed, and has already killed a chuunin in his efforts to escape." Tre nodded to this, pulling his headband from his jack and slipping it onto his forehead. If things were going to get dirty, then he needed to be prepared. "Bring Kazura Ryoma back here, dear or alive. Preferably alive, as if he has any information, we would like to know about it. We have already dispatched one person to the forest already, and will be sending more as they arrive. Dismissed!"

"Alright!" The male turned on a dime, and left the building, kicking off the ground until he hit a wall to run up until he hit the rooftops. Turning his body in the direction of the west wall, the male would break off into a dead run with the hopes of reaching the wall before too much time had passed. As he moved, he began to wonder about a few things, most notably questioning why this man would suddenly do this to his own home village. Why place them in such jeopardy, such danger to the outside world? Did he not have loved ones who lived in this beautiful village? Was he angry about something? And who was the person that was dispatched before Tre to gather the birds from the forest? Tre could only hope that his skill set would mesh with that person's own in a favorable way; lest they bumble over each other in thier attempt to complete the mission.  If they did not work well together, it would just be another reason as to why Tre preferred to take on missions solo or do them with his siblings. He hated to rely on other people to assist him with getting a job done, but his siblings knew him the best out of anyone walking on this earth's surface; they knew how his mind worked in battle and he knew theirs; the three of them often did not even need to speak to coordinate their attacks with each other.

It would not take the male long to reach the wall that bordered the forest. After quickly running up the side of the wall to come to a stop at the top, the male took a deep breath to steady himself, looking out over the great expanse.

All those trees, and he had to find some birds. This had to be like trying to find a needle in a hay stack when the haystack covered several thousand miles and there were several different types of needles in the hay stack, and Tre had to find a certain, specific kind of needle.  Great. Just fucking great.

There goes my plans for an afternoon nap.

This...is...madness...!!

Shihai clutches her teeth as she landed on the tree branch one level below, the bird that she was aiming for was already on alert by then and have taken off just a few second before Shihai made her move, and is now flying causally in the air before Shihai. If birds are capable of expression, Shihai was pretty sure that it is now mocking her with a snobby face.

Shihai was at it for sometimes now, after she got around the walls, perching on top of the village walls, it grants her a very good vantage point for the edge of the forest. Because she left so early, when she reached the walls, she could see what appeared to be the messenger birds flying on top of one of the trees a little deeper into the forest. For whatever reasons, they were all there and circling around this one big oak tree. Shihai was not the type of person to consider the deeper meaning of things, so without any further consideration, she quickly and silently approach the one large tree and attempted to complete the first part of the mission. Getting all 10 birds back to their cages. Of course, the mission also stated that there was also a rogue ninja on the lose, and he might be potentially nearby, the mission package had even helpfully provided a picture of the said rogue, he has short black hair, but the image was too small for her to make out what his eye colors were.

Shihai was aware of the possibility that going out into the forest by herself, she might run into this rogue ninja. In fact, this could all be a trap of some kind. Purposefully letting the birds circle around this one tree and set out ambush somewhere nearby, that is a possibility. However, as far as being a ninja goes, going into a trap while knowing full well that it could possibility be a trap, that comes within the job description, and is a situation that ninjas across the world faces regularly, so no complaining. Shihai was heading towards that way no matter what anyone else says, and if she were to meet this Mr. Rogue guy on her way there, well then, she was fully intended to kick his sorry ass. Who does this guy think he is anyway?! Releasing messenger birds and causing troubles for the village...and disturbing my schedules! How rude! I am totally going to teach this guy some manners and after that, I'm going to submit him to the mission building so that the admin staff can laugh at him for turning rogue, that will show him! (The fact that the rogue had already taken down a chunin didn't cross her mind at the moment.)

Lucky for her, she managed to reach the oak tree in peace and the rouge ninja was no where in sight. She thought that the first par to the mission was as good as over with already, since all she had to do was to catch those birds, how hard can that be. That was until she climbed up to this tree and all of the birds previously perched on the tree all lift off into the sky all at once.

.......

They were birds trained by ninjas, ninja birds if you well, they got so used to working with shinobis now that they were alert of all movements nearby, anything short of stealth is not going to work on them.

Shihai attempts to show them her village band, the birds pay her no mind. Apparently coming from the leaf village was not enough to persuade them to come down again, and now Shihai is in a huge disadvantage. Being that they are birds and that they can fly, but she cannot.

Shihai tries talking. "Hey there! Birds! I'm on the same side as you guys! I was send here by the people who feed you, you guys don't work for the Rogue! He is never going to treat you guys as well as the care taking staff! Remember all the good memories you have? Remember all that yummy worms? Come back down and let's all go back to the village together!" Shihai tries to reason with the birds while keeping her voice relatively low, she didn't want to alert her position to the Rouge (but at this point, after all that jumping up and down it's kind of already too late.) And yes, she did feel a little silly talking to some animals, but once again, that is something ninjas do, now, if only the birds would reply to her and also come down that would be perfect.

The birds replied by flying even further away from her.

"Traitors!!" Shihai yells.

Catching them seems like so much work right now, and Shihai considers to just shot them down from the sky. Unfortunately for her, Shihai was a pure combat unit, if she were to use Jutsu against them, they would soon become yummy fired birds, and the mission had specifically called for catching them alive. Not to mention she would be alerting the enemy to her position instantly if she did that. Her only option now would be to shot them down with Senbon, with precision, she can avoid killing them and only wound them so that they couldn't fly.

But would that scared them for life and thus hinder their ability to work with ninjas ever again?

Yes...yes it will.

Shihai sighs heavily in defeat.

What am I going to do with those things! Ugg!! This is frustrating! Shihai ruffles her hair and dropped down to the ground. Time for a change of strategy. She still carried some snack what she was going to use to bribe the students, maybe she could use them to bait the birds.

But wait...maybe there is still a way to do it. Shihai thought about the Ninjutsu that she had been practicing ever since this morning, it has the ability to bind and paralysis a weaker target!  Yes....I can use that, it I did it right!

Thinking of that, Shihai quickly look around to locate all of the birds. With precision aiming, she shot down 6 of them with her Senbon, aiming to the joint of their wings.

Next, she uses her academy Jutsu Doppelganger Technique to create 5 copies of herself. 4 of her clones went after the remaining birds and once her clones are in range, they use the Temporary Paralysis Technique to bind the remaining birds, and the last of my clone, clone no. 5 goes around to collect all of the birds.

Clones:

The real Shihai walks away from under the tree, she meet a shinobi whom she had never seen before. He had short black hair. Shihai quickly pulls out her mission brief and compared the person in front of her to the person in the picture. Her village band that she wear on her right arm was showing.

Is this the Rouge Ninja or my reinforcement...?

"Traitors!!"

His attention snapped up, eyes turning in the direction that the male thought he heard the sound come from. Who was that? Who was yelling out here? Surely not another ninja met thier end at the hands of this rogue ninja? The Kunai that the male had brought with him was drawn and fit snugly into his palm, almost hidden from sight. Tre leapt from the wall, arms crossed over his face and neck to protect them as he fell through the canopy to reach the forest floor. Before he could reach the ground, he used a solid branch as touch point to slow his descent into something more manageable. As soon as he hit the floor, however, he took off into the direction that he thought the voice came from.

If it was indeed someone being attacked by the rogue, then Tre had to do everything in his power to attempt to save that person; he was a ninja of Konohagakure no Sato, afterall. As the young man walked through the forest floor, his eyes would shift, transitioning from the normal saphire blue to more of a ruby red that signaled he was in a much more serious tone of mood. Those crimson orbs watched his surroundings carefully, attempting to percieve a threat before it could ambush him.

He had not gone far until he spotted something, or someone rather in the distance. They were a bit too far to make out clearly, but were clearly headed in his direction. The young man could only hope this was not indeed the rogue ninja That he had been warned about. As he came closer to person, certain details became apparent; that the person approaching was female. Was the persona that Tre was searching for not male? Unless the rogue was smart enough to use a Henge...? He would wait and see exactly how this would play; the kunai he held was hidden well enough by the young man's gloved hand and jacket. He was not sure if he would need it with this persona, but time would tell.

(OOC: I modified my previous post so now only the rouge Nin is left, let's take him out.)

For a moment there the two ninja stares off at each other and neither of them made a move.

Shihai was not sure if this was the rouge Ninja or her reinforcement, if only if he attacked her or say hello it would make it so much more clear. But as time was ticking away, it was not like she could just stare at him forever (what), unsure of whether he was a friend or a foe, she couldn't attack him neither and she was really not sure what to do with the situation, but she does need to do something, she needs to know who's side is this guy on.

"I am Shihai Kimura, I have received a mission of capturing a missing nin who have released the birds, if that missing nin is you. I suggest that you surrender peacefully before this goes down badly for you. No one needs to get hurt." Shihai says calmly. Sure, it did feel a bit dumb to announce her intention to a potential enemy, but she just need something to spark a reaction out of this guy.

GKK burning eyes:

Eyes turns golden as she locked her gaze onto this black hair male standing in front of him, she was watching for a reaction, and if he were to try to lie, his heat signature should still have some kind of change, indicating that he was lying and therefore, potentially being the rouge ninja.

Now...which one are you...?

Narrowing her eyes she was watching out for his reaction, but just then, she vision picked up another human heat signature, sneaking out from behind the male shinobi. Shihai blinks and quickly switched back to her normal vision and caught a glance of whoever it was approaching. This new guy had looked exactly like the rouge ninja on the poster, thereby making it crystal clear that that was her target and not the one standing in front of her.

"Behind you!" Shihai shouted at the ninja in front of her, quickly step to the side and performed a few hand signal. Without a moment of hesitation, she quickly made a few hand seals to active her Raiton Jutsu.

Lightning Restrain:

Fire Dragon:

Lighting ropes shots out towards the missing nin and wrapped around him, temporarily prevented his movement. Shihai tagged on the restrain harshly to bring him to her and as soon as he was within range, she high kicked him across the head. And quickly uses an one hand hand seal to follow up with fire dragon Jutsu against him. Hoping that the surprise attack combo would be enough to knocked him out, otherwise the missing nin will be able to break out of the restrain soon.

She hoped that the mysterious other konoha ninja will help her bring this out down?

"I am Shihai Kimura, I have received a mission of capturing a missing nin who have released the birds, if that missing nin is you. I suggest that you surrender peacefully before this goes down badly for you. No one needs to get hurt."

Kimura, huh? It was kind of obvious, especially given the appearance of her eyes.  A clan of fire users, if memory served correctly. If thier history was accurate, they were once a cult of dragon worshipers that lived in the mountains once. But that did not matter, as that was then, and this was now. As it was, this female was speaking to him as if she intended to do him harm. Did she not see the Konoha head band tied around him head? Why would the missing nin continue to wear his own, especially since he showed absolutely zero loyalty to Konohagakure no Sato at this moment. The young man was about to voice this objection when the female suddenly spoke again.

"Behind you!"

Immediately, the young male stepped to the side, lifting up his kunai in one fluid motion and flicking it in the direction of the rogue ninja. The kunai flew true, as if miraculously guided by the hand of some deity, embedded itself into the eye of the other male. Screaming and cursing would fill the air, the rogue ninja  clutching at his face as the female's ropes of raiton wrapped themselves around him and proceeded to electrocute him into submission.  Normally, Tre would not have minded, but this guy had a Kunai in his eye socket; surely the raiton would spar-- oh, there it was. A bit of the raiton energy sparked onto the metal kunai, causing the male to convulse one last time, before growing still. Tre was pretty sure the male was dead; the mission called for him to be captured dead or alive, though Tre would have preferred to capture him alive. Information was valuable, after all. But, before the male could make his way to the body, a stream of fire flew past him, setting the body of the male ablaze.

"...."

A furious, mental scream went off inside the young male. Why did this female had to do this?! The man was probably dead anyway from the raiton; rogue ninja or not, the dead were not to be defiled as such. An angry expression was cast in the female's direction; she probably did not know what he was upset about, and he would not tell her, because to him, she would not understand.

This is why Tre preferred working alone or with his siblings. People annoyed him, and did way much more than the situation called for, usually all in the name of trying to 'prove themselves'. He had no time for that, nor did he have time for this bull shit. He would inform the administration complex of the 'success' of the mission, and head home. He did not care if he was credited for working no this mission; the woman did all the work, so let her take it. Given the way things happened, he would rather his name not be attached to this fiasco. Turning on his heel, the young Hatake walked away without a word to this female.

Shihai blinks in surprise at the turn of the event, the Missing nin went down without putting up any more fights, it looked like the two newbies actually managed to get this missing nin?!

What the hell happened there?! I would have thought him to be much tougher.

Thinking to herself, Shihai went ahead to check on the Missing nin, he was apparently still alive abet only barely. Apparently that combo did more damages than she would have thought, but if she hurries, she could still get him to the hospital in time.

Turning to look, the mysterious konoha ninja was already walking away back to the village.

"Hey! Wait for me!"
Shihai calls out and quickly grabbing the missing nin and hoisting him up to her shoulder, she would run up to him and return back to the village as well. Turning in the mission and getting this random guy to the medical ninjas.
