Mission:

It was midday when Ruvaak decided to head over to the Tower of Heaven to do some more training, its been 3 days since he had been here before when he met a man known as Sanosuke who taught him how to use a katana and although he doubted the man would have returned so soon he came here to continue what he had learned from the man on his own. After entering the tower he headed straight for the stairs heading up to the same floor where he met and trained with the man when he arrived on the 25th floor he realized that the stairs to the next floor wasn't blocked off like the last time he was here and so he decided to head up and just see what was going on. When he reached the 26th floor he looked around seeing a bunch of construction equipment all over this level, it was as if the construction were stopped suddenly and everyone ran out of here, which would of explained why the stairway wasn't blocked off whoever ran out of here did it so fast that they didn't take the time to restore the barricade to block the construction area. Ruvaak knew that he shouldn't be up here, that he should just go back down to the finished levels but his curiosity of course got the better of him and he wanted to find out why they would just leave in such a hurry that they left everything lying around and the barricade to block off the construction level like it had been. Curiosity killed the Cat, Ruvaak thought to himself as he continued searching around the abandoned construction equipment.

Ruvaak entered the first room and was quickly surrounded by three beetles that was about three quarter his size, they were snarling and smelled without thinking Ruvaak quickly punched the one on his right which was the closest to him. The punch broke through the beetles stomach when he withdrew his fist from the creatures stomach it was covered in green goo and the beetle fell to the ground, well this will be quick Ruvaak thought to himself as he looked to the other two beetles when he heard the sound behind him, when he went to look he was met with the site of another beetle standing over the corpse of his fallen brother, ok maybe not he thought wondering what he was going to do with it. He stood ready to strike as he looked all around him, the three beetles just stood all around him staring at him as if they were surprised that he wasn't running away or how he was able to kill their brother he didn't know, what was he thinking bugs don't think like humans do it wasn't the same thing who know if they could even think... Ruvaak's thoughts were cut short, it was as if there was a voice in the wind calling out to him, it was low and he could barely hear it thinking maybe it was someone on a lower level or something he strained his ears trying his best to hear the words as he dodged a few strikes from the surrounding beetles, they were slow and even if he didn't dodge the attacks he probably wouldn't be hit as they didn't look like they were aimed very close to him. It was then that he heard the voice on the wind again and he strained his ears to listen to the voice, "Use your Kunai" Ruvaak looked around the room passed the beetles to see who was saying that too him but found no one, one of the beetles lunged at him and as Ruvaak quickly stepped to the side he landed an uppercut to the beetles midsection taking the creature down, however he didn't have time to celebrate as another beetle came out from behind the construction equipment. Is there no end to this, Ruvaak thought to himself as he continued to move around to try not be surrounded again.

Ruvaak's back was now against the wall no more beetles sneaking up behind him, of course it limited his ability to dodge them as easily as before. He was ready to react if he need to, but then he felt it again as if someone was calling out to him "Use your Kunai" What was going on Ruvaak thought to himself there was no one here who was saying that and why. Ruvaak moved out from the wall as fast as he could before the beetles could corner him back his way towards the exit still searching for the source of the voice but there was no one there. Another beetle lunged at him taking quick action Ruvaak kicked it before it was able to get too close, as it fell he delivered a punch to its stomach and it was down for the count just like the rest, and to Ruvaak's dismay yet another beetle came out from behind another piece of construction equipment. "Son of a Bitch!" Ruvaak shouted through the room as his frustration was getting the better of him and he was getting pissed off, he's killed three of them but he had nothing to show for it he was still facing three beetles. "Use your Kunai" there it was again, who was that his frustration was truly getting the better of him now but he was still in the right mind enough to listen to the voice grabbing his kunai from the small pouch on his leg, swirling it around on his finger before grabbing it with the blade pointing towards his elbow in a reversed grip. Growing tired of the kill one and another coming in Ruvaak decided to take them all out at the same time hoping that maybe with all three taken out more wouldn't show up.

He waited for the three beetles to get in close to him to where he could hit all three of them in such rapid succession that they would all fall at almost the same time. When the three of them were in the right position before moving quickly and striking the first with his kunai before delivering a roundhouse kick to the second beetle, followed quickly by a punch to the third and final beetle all three of them falling to the ground dead. As he stood back up and was about to put his kunai away three more beetles came out from behind construction equipment that scattered the 26th level of this tower. "Damn I thought I had it that time, looks like there's more" Ruvaak said aloud to himself before one of the new beetles charged at him, Ruvaak was quick to take it out with his kunai and as it fell to the ground another came to take it's place. At the point to where he wanted to scream at the top of his lungs, he took a quick breath before running towards the three new beetles stabbing each one in rapid succession before watching them fall to the ground. He readied himself for more beetles to emerge yet again, but this time to his relief no more came out Ruvaak searched the remainder of the floor before accepting that there were no more beetles on this level, as he went to leave the tower he searched every floor on the way down to ensure that there was no more threats from attacking beetles, there was nothing as he exited he made the mental note to head straight to an official building to inform them about the situation and that there was no more beetles and the construction workers could return to their posts.
