Symbol: Iruse Clan Heal_iratze_rune_long_sleeve_tshirt

Clan: Iruse

Kekkei Genkai: Fuuinjutsu efficiency.

Elements: Any

Specialization: Fuuinjutsu. Optional Medical Ninjutsu

Location: Kiri

Clan History: The original for bearers of the blood line migrated from the norther most reaches of the world, beyond the known countries as they stand today. When the ninja teachings reached these primal tribes many of the teachings were not suited to the harsh cold life, at least in the forms they were taught in. What ways were retained were divided across the different tribes, one specialization. The Iruse learned what is commonly known as Fuuinjutsu, but the cold and unforgiving climate did not lend itself to the elaborate markings of fuuinjutsu. To adept the skill set to their way of life, strong and normally singular runes replaced the ink and drawings.
With the changing of the ages the tribes migrated to warmer climates following the scourse of the teachings as the tribes began to die off one by one. It is believed that in the softer and warmer lands the tribe could survive, and indeed it not only survived to the modern day, but has grown more than just a simple tribe.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The Iruse's ability with Fuuinjutsu is broken into 2 parts.
All Fuuinjutsu abilities cost 5 less chakra, with the minimum chakra used for jutsu being 5 chakra.
The Fuuinjutsu runes are much more difficult to destroy than normal. Simply scratching the rune or making minor disruptions to the glyph does not inhibit the jutsu's effectiveness. To invoke Fuuinjutsu's normal weakness the rune must be removed in it's entity, by using damage of at least 1 rank lower than the Fuuinjutsu's rank.

Drawbacks: While the tribe members originally came from the north, their resilience to the cold disappeared, prompting their migration to warmer climates. This causes damage from Ice jutsu to be increased by 1 rank, and if they receive damage from a Fuuton and a Suiton jutsu in the same post, all damage taken from any suiton and/or fuuton jutsu to like wise be increased by one rank.
As they clan members are set in their ways, learning of a new specialization or element takes twice the word count to train to D rank.

Members: A rock

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:

Name: Jutsu Delay Glyph
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C-B
Type: Supplemental
Element: None
Range: Touch
Specialty: Fuuinjutsu
Duration: Untill triggered.
Cooldown: 4 posts after triggered. 6 for B rank
Description: This jutsu has to be cast in combination with another jutsu (not another person's jutsu) which then post pones it's onset until the predetermined condition is set, at which time the paired jutsu then is actually cast. The chakra for both this jutsu and it's paired jutus must be payed up front. The type of trigger must be set at casting of the jutsu

  • Touch: The next valid target that touches the glyph triggers the jutsu(non living matter can not trigger a  healing jutsu for exsample), and the jutsu is aimed at the person who touched it. The surface the glyph is put on does not count as touching it for triggering, but if a different part of the surface(someone's other hand for example) touches it, that is a valid trigger.
  • Delay: A set number of posts is set upon casting this jutsu, and after the duration the paired jutsu is triggered. If there is no valid target the jutsu fizzles(nothing touching it for a touch only jutsu), otherwise the jutsu aims for perpendicular to the surface it is on. Tempering with the glyph can not prematurely activate it.
  • Remote: The paired jutsu only activates after the user triggers it, by paying 5 chakra. Immediately targeting anything touching the rune with a preference to any none surface touch, for touch based jutsu. For non touch the target is perpendicular to the surface.
  • Damage: The paired jutsu triggers only when the glyph is damaged somehow. Even if the damage is enough to destroy the glyph, it's paired jutsu triggers.

The C rank of this jutsu can be paired with up to B rank jutsu. The B rank can be paired with up to A rank jutsu.

Name: Conditional Healing Glyph
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C-A
Type: Supplementary
Element: None
Range: Touch
Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu
Duration: Untill triggered, 2 posts.
Cooldown: 4 posts after duration finishes. 5 for B, 6 for A
Description: An advanced form of the Jutsu delay glyph, combined with medical ninjutsu, to create a conditionally triggered healing glyph. The glyph is activated automatically based on damage accumulated by the bearer's body and when the over all damage reaches the thresh hold given, the healing is triggered.

  • C rank. Thresh hold: two D rank wounds, or one C rank wound. When triggered the bearer of the glyph begins healing over the course of two posts, one inch cuts, any external bruising, and major first degree tissue damage.
  • B rank. Thresh hold: Two C rank wounds, or one B rank wound. When triggered the bearer of the glyph is healed over two posts of cuts that reach two and a half inches deep, mend broken bones, and major 2nd degree tissue damage.
  • A rank. Thresh hold: Two B rank wounds, or a single A rank wound. After triggering, over the course of two posts, the bearer of the glyph is healed of cuts up to four inches deep, shattered bones, and even major third degree tissue damage. At this power the bearer of the glyph can be brought to barely stability even after a utterly fatal attack as long as their body is mostly intact, tho a lengthy coma and heavy medical attention will be required to fully revive them.

Name: Tribal Battle Runes
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: D-B
Type: Defensive
Element: None
Range: Touch
Specialty: Fuuinjutsu
Duration: 3 posts
Cooldown: 6 posts
Description: Placing a large glowing Rune on the target's torso, A protective barrier then surrounds the Rune bearer and protects them from harm. This body barrier can protect the bearer from two jutsu of equal rank from the active runes, 3 of one rank lower, or a combination. This barrier can only reduce the effectiveness of a more powerful attack(of one rank higher) by 2 ranks. A vastly more powerful attack(two ranks higher) is un-phased by this protective measure.

Name: Branding Runes
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C-B
Type: Offensive
Element: None
Range: Touch
Specialty: Fuuinjutsu
Duration: 1
Cooldown: 3
Description: These runes are transferred by touch, and can bypass cloths and normal armor(IE armor that dosn't have the ability to block jutsu). Once placed on a target the Rune then digs into the flesh causing one and a half inch cuts in flesh for C rank, or 3 inch cuts even into bone for B rank.

Jutsu Delay - Lower the maximum rank of jutsu affected by the B-Rank version from S to A-Rank. Increase the cooldown to 6 posts for the B-Rank version.

Conditional Healing - Increase the cooldown to 5 posts for the B-Rank version and 6 posts for the A-Rank version.

Battle Runes - Defensive jutsu can only protect against 1 of higher rank, 2 of equal rank, or 3 of 1 rank lower before breaking. Change this accordingly.

This is looking good to me, so unless another mod says so, this is approved.
