Kekkei Genkai Description: The KKG of the Osamerukami Clan is rather unique in both it's capabilities, drawbacks, and overall effect. Firstly, the chakra of the Osamerukami Clan is very different. Should one be familiar with it, and be able to sense different chakras, even if by a smidgen, they would be able to clearly identify an Osamerukami. Furthermore, all Osamerukami members' Chakra have a distinct colour- black with a white outline. All jutsus that make chakra visible in any way will result in looking plain black with, believe it or not, a black outline.
There are two different Paths an Osamerukami is born into- they cannot choose their path. However, it is possible to receive the perks, but also drawbacks, of the other path- though that will be explained in detail later. Before getting into the perks and benefits of each and either path, let's get into the general traits that both paths undertake as a generalization of the Osamerukami.
A major common point in all Osamerukamis is lack of sight. Most are born blind, however, all are required to remove their eyes, for several reasons. In philosophical terms, the Osamerukami believe that ignorance is practically a cardinal sin, and that if you are already without sight, one cannot blindfold you from the truth. Thus, they remove their eyes. Of course, not just for a philosophical reason, rest assured. While they remove their eyes partially because of their beliefs, it is also in faith of their capabilities and the forced advancement in the other senses. Even more so, some would even damage a certain point in the neck which governs the nervous system, removing their sense of touch. Inherently, their smell, hearing and taste will heighten to a superb state; and then there are those extremists, who remove all but sound and smell, or even just sound alone.
Of course, none of these are without a counterpart to balance them in terms of perks- the Osamerukami find stupidity to be worse than ignorance. A common trait for all Osamerukami- in fact, something they're born with, is the sensitivity to external chakra and it's placement. Furthermore, they're trained to utilise this; all Osamerukami are expected to be born with talent. Talent beyond what can be considered genius. And through this talent, from the earliest age of when they can react to natural chakra, the Osamerukami train the children to be able to utilise chakra. During this time the clansmen will usually remove the eyes of their children, so that they adapt and learn to naturally use and recognize chakra.
To be specific, Osamerukami are sensitive to nature chakra and the displacement of it. In essence, it allows the Osamerukami another way to see, as objects that displace the chakra around it are recognizable to the clansmen. Basically, this allows them a +2 in reaction time.
Another common trait is the high metabolism most Osamerukami possess. All Osamerukami can go through practically 3500 calories a day and end up only gaining 2 kilograms through muscle weight. Naturally, they're well-toned. Combined with the rare genetic trait of ______, which is basically super-human strength capability (and allows a three year-old to do multiple chin-ups), the clan members are almost all thin and unnaturally strong, giving a +1 in strength.
Though not quite a clan member's trait and rather direct heredity, Osamerukamis have often proven themselves to excel in intellect, and especially strategy.
Moving on to the Paths, the primary path and most common is the "Black Aether" Path. This path presents to the Osamerukamis a KKG directly dealing with their trait of black Chakra. Generally, the Osamerukamis manipulate this pure state of their own chakra by exuding it from their Chakra points and manifesting it to be
tangible through condensing it. In essence, the Osamerukamis of this path can manipulate their manifested Chakra as if it were an element. However, those who are born into this path heavily rely on this innate ability, therefore being unable to practice any other element(s). Black Aether, as they call this ability, or it's nickname "Black Light", has no explicit effectiveness nor definite weakness to the other elements, essentially staying as a neutral element. It's effectiveness is as potent as a standard jutsu absent of Elemental specialty in it's according rank.
Black Light takes on certain qualities that's considered synonymous with teleportation. In terms of offensive capabilities, it can take away a target's arm. Of course, there are specific requirements, such as having the black light condensed enough to withdraw the proper mass of the arm from the torso, or the volume to completely consume the arm. In battle, many opponents of the Osamerukami have thought it to be a plague that destroys mass; considering the broken physics that pertained to the thought, it was extremely false, but bore fear in their name nonetheless.
Another trait Black Light possesses in contrast to "teleportation" is "intangibility". Often times, used to suprised enemies, Clansmen have used this trait of Black Light- for example, if one formed Black Light as a sword, using intangibility, it could swipe through an enemy, almost as if an illusion. Black Light cannot regain tangibility in the midst of a large amount of mass, so to reform it's physical aspect within a person's body is impossible. The displacement between the regained mass within the place of present mass would cause a paradox, therefore, no. No, you can not do something like that clansmen. Don't even try.
Black Light is painstakingly complicated, both in manifestation and utilisation, so using Black Light jutsus quickly drain Chakra, and furthermore, present an additional 100% word count when learning it. Learning it from someone else will not change the word count increase. Creating your own Black Light Jutsu (making a jutsu not already in the provided list of Black Aether Jutsus) increases the word count to +150%.
Furthermore, all SS-Ranked Black Black Aether Jutsus, though low in Chakra cost as contrary to the usual, take away the Chakra permanently, decreasing the overall maximum chakra capacity of the clansmen who has used it.
Using Black Light is literally withdrawing Chakra from ones self and translating that energy into mass, and though it's simple, not too different than eating food and converting that into energy, instead of food, it's one's life force, and instead of energy, it's mass. Thus, it's excruciatingly tiring. Not to mention that doing so consumes tons of chakra. So, every Black Light Jutsu's Initial cost must have -10 chakra added to the usual deduction per rank. when deducting chakra in the occasion of "per post", add a -5 chakra deduction. Furthermore, Black Light Jutsu can only be used a set amount of times per rank, per thread.

This path is naturally the harder one, considering the mental capacity and calculation, and though Black Light requires such, Pure Aether requires so much more. Those born into this path are always one of the more intelligent bunch, and are usually able to calculate the specifics of performing Aether Jutsus properly subconsciously. General Drawbacks:
Fuuinjutsu techniques performed on Clansmen receive a +2 to it's capabilities.
When Regaining eyes, their reaction time is lowered by -3, going no lower than Genin-Level. This effectively eliminates the original +2 buff. After gaining a rank or successfully killing a Player-Controlled Character of same rank or higher, the reaction time returns to normal. No +2, no -3. When closing their eyes, their reaction time receives a +1.
When being rendered unable to sense natural chakra, clan members' reaction times drop to Genin-Rank immediately, excluding those who can use their eyes. See above for details.

SS-Jutsu is exempt from this, as the gap between SS and S is too large. The second advantage would cause the user to feel rather fatigued if used to perform a higher ranked Jutsu. The third advantage is better Chakra control. For every post after 5 posts of this Jutsu being active, the word count for Senjutsu is decreased by 10 words.
