At first the dark world was just that. He couldn't seem to feel anything anymore. And that itself was odd. His memories seemed so vague. As if he couldn't put his thoughts in order. He felt, weak. Like his strength was ebbing away. Where was he? What was he doing here? For some reason he couldn't think straight. He didn't like that feeling much. Dislike. It was an emotion. Something to hold onto. But it lacked much passion. Family. No he had abandoned them. He was alone now, wasn't he? Along with dislike the feeling of family sunk with him. Deeper into the darkness. Rage. It was glowing strong. He reached for it and clung to it. It was powerful and held him afloat. It was a driving emotion to him. He clawed his way onto it with teeth grit. He would not fade here. It was then that he snapped back ton consciousness. The searing sensation of a blade against his open wound snapping into him like all of the pain he had ever known had found him and demanded he not die. He had been unconscious from the shock of the wounds. His mouth opened wide though his eyes remained dark. A scream of pain echoed from him. Yes the pain meant life. But he was still feeling it.
He almost passed out again. But then he heard a familiar voice. He clenched his teeth yet again and his head swung as if too look around. Only to remember he was blind. Rapidly he assessed the amount of damage on himself. He couldn't feel his lower leg or one of his arms entirely. It was then that he felt Daraku working on him. It had to be Daraku. He was the only one able to help that Tsuyo had brought. But something was wrong. It felt panicked. Quickly Tsuyo reached out and grabbed Daraku by the arm and gasped for air. Unclenching his teeth. His grip was firm as he spoke. But his words little above a struggling whisper. He needed to convey the message though. He would not die here. But he would not live a cripple either.
'Th..The limbs.....B...Between us...We...We can re...re....attach them while the wound.....is fresh....Get them....push them into place...and ....reconnect the tissue and....the bone....Do it now!"
