This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeding. The technique can also be cast on every target at once, depending on the user's skill, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions.
