The night was cool, as it typically was in the desert of Sunagakure. Many stars shone brightly overhead, covering the resting village like a blanket. Gusts of breeze would pass by every once in a while, giving the young Kazekage chills as she stood on the balcony of her new office. It was all so surreal. To be honest, the young woman never expected to become Kazekage. Nevertheless, the village elders had chosen her for the job after the previous Kazekage suddenly disappeared. But Why? That was the question that had gone through her head the entire night. After her first day on the job, she couldn't help but wonder. Of course, Gin had the strength for the job and possibly even the intelligence. But leadership skills? The respect of the entire village? She lacked those things. But she would work for them, just as she would work for Sunagakure.

Gin beamed brightly as she looked up towards the sky. It was well into the night, but she had something planned for the villagers of Sunagakure. Fireworks were set up against the railings of the balcony, waiting to be lit. There were dozens and dozens of them, probably enough to wake the entire population of Sunagakure up once they went off. She was giddy. Gin knew that the elders of the village and the older generations would disapprove, but she didn't care. It was the new generations that mattered. And even though her actions came off as purposeless and chaotic, they had meaning. SHe wanted to show the children that Sunagakure was wonderful, that it was worth defending and worth working for. She just hoped they'd get the message. The young Kazekage lit a match and held it between her fingers. She went as quickly as she cold, lighting the fireworks one after the other.

She covered her ears, waiting for them to go off. All th while, she couldn't help but smile - her goading and overconfident smile. In under a few seconds, the fireworks went off, lighting the sky with dozens of shapes and colors and raining down on the village. The way she had set them up, the fireworks would go off for at least ten minutes. "You hear that Suna?" She yelled to the sky. "Gin Kuroka's your new Kazekage!" She laughed, deciding to congratulate herself for the acomplishment. She went to stand on the balcony's railing, where some of the fireworks had already gone off. She wore the robes and hat the marked her as the leader of the village haphazardly. She watched as some of the people were coming out of their houses to watch the display.

Shibirin couldn't stand it anymore. The whole way through the night, all he could hear was sounds of crackling and poping. He couldn't help himself, he was curious and a tad, bit furious. He tried to block the noises by covering his ears with his pillow, but it was no use, he could still hear the loud noises. At last, he woke up with a start. What a shame, he had been interrupted from his wonderful dream: being announced the village kage. It was a personal goal he had just developed after the last kage mysteriously left. He thought he was up for the job, though he was only a genin still. Whatever is making that racket better have a good reason for waking Shibirin up, or he'd go insane.

The poor boy got up, out of his bed and went down stairs. He was wearing nothing but his tiny, navy blue shorts, a night robe over his torso and a pair of brown slippers. He made his way towards the door once he was downstairs and went outside to see what was going on. Syre enough, he could see a dozen and more fire works, lighting up the sky and disrupting people from their sleep. He could see that he wasn't the only one who had heard the racket, other villagers were coming out of their homes to see what all the commotion was about. To Shibirin's surprise, most of them were pretty happy. They didn't mind the fact that young genin such as he needed their prescious sleep in order to have the energy to do missions and train the next day. The kids that came out made more noise than the fireworks, screeming at the top of their voice, "Kazekage, mummy that's the new Kazekage!". It caused a loud ringing noise in Shibirin's ears. He decided to follow the children's fingers, no matter how grubby they looked. Wehn he had reached the drection they were pointing at, what he was the Kazekage's robe and hat, but on a different host. What was this? The elders had come up with a decision so soon? 'Aww man, i was going to post my application tomorrow,' he thought to himself, now making his way towards the large building to get a better look at the kage.

As he got closer and closer to the figure, it became quite clear that it was yet another female. Shibirin let out a long sigh, he had hoped that it was a guy. Still, he loved having a female kage. Whether it was their appearance in the robe or their fiesty attitude, it always turned him on. He loved a woman with power. He decided to test this one, to see what kind of a person she was before going back to bed. 'She has the guts to wake up the village just to make an impression, an impression i very much like, but let's see just how much patients she has,' Shibirin thought, just as he was about to shout, "Hey you, yeah you up there. You suck!!" to her. He waited for her response, hiding his face a bit not wanting her to see him, for this may very well drop his chances of meeting with her good side in future times.

People were beginning to crowd the streets. They were exiting their houses to admire the fireworks that the Kazekage had set up. Gin watched from her spot on the balcony, happy that things were turning out better than she would have expected. After all, she would have thought that most of the adults would have started whining and criticizing the Kazekage by now. Nevertheless, everything seemed to be going smoothely. From where she was, she could clearly see people celebrating and admiring the sky with hope and excitement . She could even recognize a few faces in the crowd. After all, she had spent the past couple of weeks - before she took office - to memorize the profiles of each of the shinobi that she had at her disposal. After all, she had to know who she could use and for what. She had even spotted a couple of Genin among the files that she considered making her students, but that was another matter that would be left for another time. She had also studied the profiles of the missing nin that had defected the village during the previous Kazekage's absence. She would drag them back here to face punishment, she was sure of that. The thought of betrayal made her blood boil, so much so that just thinking about such things made her angry.

Her train of thought was broken just then by someone yelling at her. Her eyes narrowed. "Did someone just insult me?" She thought. This only increased her anger. However, there was a small part of her that whispered to keep calm and not spoil the mood for everyone. She took a deep breath, deciding not to act impulsively. But that didn't mean thtat she would let such disrespect go by just like that. No, she would find the person who had yelled at her and they would have to face the consequences of a pissed off Kazekage. She growled.

The young woman leapt from the railing. After doing a couple of summersaults along the way, she landed gracefully on the ground. She walked among the people, greeting the young and giving brief acknoledgements to the old. "Now to find that disrespecftull ass," She thought, while she maintained a calm facade.

Ezra awoke to a very distinguishable array of sounds. There was no doubt about it. Ezra jumped out of bed, put on his sandals and ran to the balcony. “Fireworks?” He questioned the universe as he scanned the sky. He saw nothing but still heard the pops and crackles in the sky. He put a foot on the ledge of the balcony, jumped to the roof and looked to the direction opposite the one he scanned before. His mother who was already on the roof took one look at him and said “Check out the New Kazekage.” She pointed to an unfamiliar woman setting off fireworks on a building in the distance.

“I’m gonna’ go grab a closer look.” Ezra told his mom before he set off jumping roof to roof to get a closer look at the Kazekage. He felt the cold of the night even more as he ran against the wind. It didn’t help that he had been wearing his sleeping shorts and a cotton t-shirt with his clan logo on it. He arrived at a roof not too far from the Kazekage’s and then ran down the side of it to street level. He leaned against a wall watching and listening to other’s reactions to the Kazekage. All of it had been good besides some tired groans but then Ezra heard something that bothered him a little. He heard a male voice say that the Kazekage sucked. He tried to evaluate who it could have been but there were too many voices to distinguish among the people in front of him. He saw a boy about his age shift his head down a bit after it was said but he couldn’t be sure it had been him.

Ezra turned his attention back to the Kazekage who had leapt and somersaulted rather gracefully to the ground. He studied her as she made her rounds among some citizens. ‘She’s beautiful!’ He thought and Ezra knew beauty after all he was a Karisuma. He smiled calmly as she drew near his general area and then he began to wonder if she had heard the rude remark that was said earlier and his mind wandered to how she would react if she did hear it.

Shibirin's cheeky comment had been heard. He had no doubts she was furious, he could tell from a mile away, but he couldn't risk being noticed now. Still, the kage's reaction towards his false comment of her told Shibirin a one thing: she was short tempered. Just as he took another glimpse at her, he saw he landing at ground level and talking to the villagers who would now all swarm around her. He could just make out her voice among all the chitter chatter going on around him, he had heard her before when she asked who had interrupted her. At the moment, she seemed to be talking good things to the villagers about the elders. "So she's humble, ey?" he said quietly to himself.

Even though he was beginning to soften up towards her, he still had to face the fact that she would soon start searching for him when she was done talking with the villagers. He had to act fast or he'd be humiliated last the last kid the old kazekage toyed with. 'Uh oh,' he thought, just before easily turning around and walking away. His house wasnt too far away from the Kage's building, but Shibirin still some ground to cover before he could relax. He walked faster and faster as he got further and further away from the small crowd of villagers. He turned around a corner and was just about to bolt down the street, when his foot brushed past a small pile of stacked up, metal buckets. The stack fell and caused some clanking noises he had no doubt the Kage could hear. He had fallen becuase of this, but soon got himself up and started running towards his house.

Gin walked among the crowd, looking at who could potentially be the disrespectful little ass who had just insulted her. Honestly! She had only spent a day as Kazekage and people were already whining?! She expected such behaviour from the older folk who already knew what she was like but the children shouldn't be so hasty to make judgements. She scanned around the crowd, quickly detailing the features of each of the shinobi and civillians. As she did so, she caught sight sight of a young boy, only a couple of years younger than she was. He had blonde hair and the distinct, handsome features of the Karisuma Clan. She recognized him instantly. She had payed special attention to his profile. In fact, he was one of the Genin she was considering to take on as a student. He was a Taijutsu and Ninjutsu user, which could fir quite well with the other two shinobi she had in mind. She smirked in his direction and walked towards him. Thankfully, by this point the peopple had shifted their attention back to the display of fireworks. There was only a certain amount of attention that the young Kazekage could take. However, she was quite certain that Ezra was still paying her enough attention. She was close enough now to start a conversation with the boy. In fact, she was about to.

Nevertheless, there was something that shifted her attention from him to someone else. A boy with silver hair, what was his name again? Shebi... Shibi... Shibirin! That was it. She remembered now. He had only recently graduated, despite the fact that he was almost her age. This didn't strike the young Kazekage as impressive, quite the contrary actually. She turned to look at him as he turned away and began walking away from the crowd. His behaviour was suspicious, which made Gin narrow her gaze. His pace was fast and rigid, though he hadn't broken out into a run just yet. "That's him," She said out loud. Her voice sounded rough and angry. Gin began to follow the boy. Actually, she sprinted towards him. He turned into the streets, but just then knocked over what sounded like several metal objects. She caught up to the boy soon enough.

"Stop right there, boy," She began. She didn't yell, but her tone of voice conveyed her anger. "Keep walking and you'll have your ass handed to you before you can even blink," She growled. By her actions it was clear that Gin Kuroka wasn't a patient woman.

Nora had just woken up to the commotion out-side Suna for months had been a completely dead village nothing to do but relax, and drink tea. Just the way he liked it. However, judging from the noise and cheering things were about to get really busy. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and walked over to a full sized mirror he looked at himself in the mirror. wondering if he should dress up to meet the new kage. He decided against it he always looked good no need to make himself look better for one day.

He threw on his general outfit quickly, but at the same time he made sure he was as neat as possible. He put on his eyeliner with practiced speed and precision. He then grabbed his hat and looked at it with obvious fondness. He put it on his head strait up then. walked out of his apartment slowly.

He appeared in time to see the kazekage corner boy, he approached the pair with a smile and said loud enugh for them both to hear him " what's the problem."

Today was the day that Suna's newest Kazekage was to be officially introduced to the village, crowds of people had gathered in the streets to catch a glimpse of their new leader and to see for themselves if the rumors of her beauty were true. Nenshou had considered joining the rest of his fellow villagers to do exactly the same thing but had decided against it when he had realized the opportunity that this monumental distraction afforded him. Now was the perfect time for him to engage in an act of revenge upon a so-called friend of his who had had the audacity to humiliate Nenshou in front of a young lady he had been attempting to seduce just a few nights prior during a casual shindig at a local club.

He had had to work fast to install the ingenious pranking-apparatus in his "friends" house before he returned home. It consisted of two buckets, one filled with sticky glue, the other filled with feathers, both connected to the door by a string and set to dump over the unsuspecting victim as soon as they walked into the living space. Nenshou had just completed his little "project" and was taking a moment to admire his handiwork when he was startled by the sounds of clanging metal. His first thought was that his friend had already returned home, So soon?! he thought. He unconsciously crouched over and made his way to the window, peaking his head out just enough to survey the street below. To his relief, the person causing the ruckus was not his friend, but in fact a young genin who was just pulling himself up off the ground after his little mishap. Nenshou's pulse slowed.

Suddenly a voice rang out "Stop right there, boy! Or you'll have your ass handed to you before you can even blink." Nenshou tilted his head to get a better look at this newest arrival only to find his pulse quickening again, even more urgent than before as if his heart was planning to burst inside his chest. Walking up to the young genin was none other than Gin Kuroka herself, Kazekage and top-ninja-babe of the hidden sand. Even though she was only eighteen, the kunoichi was not someone to be trifled with and yet somehow Nenshou found himself wishing that he and the busted genin had their positions switched. Nenshou's face and unconsciously gone slack, a thin line of drool leaked from the corner of his stupidly-grinning mouth as he watched the buxom ninja approach, his vantage point giving him an ideal view of her scantily clad chest.

His attentions were drawn away however, when moments later another ninja came walking up to the pair. He was dressed in an outfit that reminded Nenshou more of a circus ring-leader than a ninja, but Nenshou knew that this shinobi too was not one to be taken lightly. For a moment Nenshou considered joining in on the action below, but another glance at the kazekage's....assets from this vantage point convinced him to remain hidden for the time being, allowing him to enjoy the "view" while events unfolded.

Ezra lit up on the inside as the Kazekage seemed to be heading his way. He felt obliged not to move until her attention seemed to draw to another boy. ‘The white haired boy from earlier?’ Ezra thought back to the rude remark said about the Kazekage. ‘Maybe it was him.’ Ezra watched as the Kazekage more or less followed the boy. Once she started to sprint to him Ezra made a point to follow her from a distance. He was a bit curious as to what precisely was going on. All of a sudden there was a clanking of metal; Ezra was a bit surprised he had heard it over the noises of the crowd behind. He followed the noise up to the corner but didn’t turn into it.

He looked from the corner noticing the Kazekage and the boy not too far from the metal buckets that had undoubtedly made the clanging noises from earlier. He walked toward them; there was no rush to catch up as the boy seemed to Ezra a bit helpless especially standing across from a Kage, Ezra had now assumed the situation was the one he had thought of earlier. As Ezra walked up to the two he took his surroundings in. The crowds for the most part had not spilled onto this street and there were nothing but homes to the left and right, the street stretched on into the dark distance of night which seemed the only escape for the white hair. Ezra looked up at a house on the right to a man in the window with one of the most stupid grins Ezra had ever seen. It was enough to make Ezra grin not as stupidly as the guy in the window though.

Ezra, with a bit of distance between himself and the pair decided to keep that distance and watch for the time being. He walked to the left trying to keep quiet and leaned against a wall for the second time tonight; he was still a bit drowsy even though it had been a good while after he had woken up. Ezra was a little shocked as another person, a man, dressed a little silly for Ezra’s taste had appeared. He asked what was the problem. Ezra covered his mouth and smiled for whatever reason he was unsure of.

Shibirin felt a tug on his shirt before coming to an unexpected halt. The kazekage had caught up with him already, boy was she fast, or was he just too slow? Either way, by some means she had found the speed enough to catch up to her. He released himself from her grip and stood there before her. He turned around slowly and and rubbed the back of his head with his right arm. He showed he fake smile, which he used everytime to hide his diveous intentions. "Good evening maám, something i can help you with?", he'd start, he couldn't talk to her in a sivilized manner until he was sure she had calmed down and nothing calms down people like a warm greeting.

He could feel her hatred pouring out to him. 'Oh yeah, she's mad alright', he thought to himself. It was a habit of his to get into sticky situations with women, but somehow he always made it out alive, though he was starting to have second thoughts on whether or not he should've messed with this specific lady, his answer was yes. He was as stubbon as the rest of his family. He had morked (check spelling <) her for not another reason but to test her patients. He was enjoying this a bit, maybe having the reputation of a trouble make didn't sound bad after all. He had been nothing but good all through his life, maybe it was time for a change.

Oh how he wanted to throw another clever insult towards her, but he wasn't as stupid to go that far. He now saw people gathering around the area the two were talking, most looked genins and at least one jounin. He knew Nora pretty well, but the others he was unsure of. He could tell by their expressions that they all were interested in this conversation, so he decided to milk this a bit longer.

Gin tilted her head to the side, turning towards the new arrivals. She racked her brain, trying to remember each of their names. Doubtless, some were easier to call to mind than others. Take Chikamatsu Norahike for example, one of SUnagakure's resident borderline psychopaths. The way he dressed was an expression of what he stood for. As far as she remembered from his file, he was a puppeteer and one of the Jounin she had at her disposal. And now he was asking what the problem was. Great. Just what Gin needed. Attention. Again, she didn't mind it under usual circumstances but she was just about to beat a kid senseless. That didn't usually fit under the things she wanted the general public to see. She groaned under her breath. "What's the problem, you ask?" She began, her voice clearly displaying her annoyance. "This boy thinks he can disrespect the Kazekage without consequences." She explained, narrowing her eyes towards the kid.

And as if her current company wasn't enough, she could hear one more person - possibly two - nearby. She knew, for instance, that Ezra had followed her. Frankly, she didn't care about his opinion all that much. Now, she didn't mean that in a mean way. That is to say, the boy would get to see what the Kazekage was like soon enough, if he did end up applying to be her student. He would have to deal with her attitude almost on a daily basis. "Sucks for him," She thought. The Kazekage very well knew how rash and demanding she could be. It was just a part of who she was, though. As for the thirds newcomer, she wasn't quite sure. Years of experience had taught her not to ignore the feeling that she was being stared at. She was usually right when she got them. She shifted uncomfortably in her place, knowing that someone was probably oogling her shamlessly. However, she would deal with that later. Right now, there was the matter of the silver haired brat in front of her.

Gin gritted her teeth. "What can you help me with, you ask?" She began. Her voice lowered distinctively. "You can start off by kneeling on the ground and begging that I forgive yout insuburdinance." She said. The young girl knew her reaction was probably exaggerated, but she had to keep her shinobi in place. She couldn't tolerate any form of rebellion, particularly not on her first day on the job. If she let people think that a Genin could push her around she would lose her position in the blink of an eye.

Nora nods his head then says with a huge smile, "Your're right insubordination should not be tolerated!" He then seems to disappear and reappear behind the genin. Without warning he pinches the genin's cheeks with an insanely delightful smile. "I could kill him," he says in a voice that very few people other than the kazekage and of course the insubordinate young man could hear. He seems to go into a trance like state still pinching the young ninja's cheeks, "He would make a lovely puppet," Nora says this aloud to no one in particular. He finally asks the boy" Would you like to be a puppet?"

A smirked had sneaked its way onto Shibirin's lips as he anilysed this situation very thoroughly. He could eithe A: pop out an appology towards the new Kage, have the others think he's nothing but a weak fool that dishes out insults but doesn't stay for the fight and get a bad reputation of being weak around the whole village, or he could stay and not take back anything towards the Kage and get the reputation of an idiot bad boy that picks on the highest ranks and take the hit when he needs to. Yup, the second choice sounded better, though he knew it'd cost the trust the Kage had in him, whch he knew he had already broken between the two.

He looked the lady in the eye and said,""So, what kind of a Kage pops a few fireworks in the sky and forgets the after party? I mean, if you're gonna wake up the villagers so late just to make an impression that you're the 'fun' type, at least have more to show than a few crakles and lights in the sky, you are the Kazekage after all," he said to her, looking at the others briefly to see if they liked the idea of a party, but sadly knowing there was less a chance that she'd buy this excuse. He had meant for this to go towards his earlier insult towards her, trying to explain that he had actually insulted her display and not ehr personally, though that wasn't the real case, he had intended to insult HER but merely to test her patients, after all, she had woken him up from his lovely dream, he couldn't let that slide just because she was the Kazekage.

Shibirin then turned his attention to the guy who wore a top hat and the one who had mentioned somehting about killing him and turning him into a puppet. "It seems puppeteers have run out of ideas for puppets, that they start using ordinary, plain old human bodies instead. I mean, at least be more creative than that, take the legendary Sasori of the red sand, as an example. There's a real genius," he said to the guy, noting how many people he could provoke in one hour. He didn't mind being the hated guy in the village, gives him moe of a reason to leave, which he planned to do some day when he had everything he needed. 'Might have some fun before i die, some enemies seem like fun,' he thought to himself.

Nenshou watched and listened as a small crowd of shinobi gathered around the confrontation unfolding below, ooooh man, this kid must have really screwed up, he thought to himself. It reminded him of the times that he himself had been cornered by his fellow ninja and had suffered under the vengeful wills of his superiors for any number of pranks and schemes he had committed in his adolescence. This pale-haired genin seemed to be handling it all in stride however, not backing down, but making smart-allick remarks that could serve only in worsening his situation. Bravado was all well and good but there were situations in life where it simply wasn't advisable, being threatened by jounin and the Kazekage herself was one example of such a situation. Nenshou's heart secretly went out for the kid, his thick headed back talk would have been credit to him in Nenshou's eyes at any other time.

A thought suddenly popped into Nenshou's head and he realized that he was wasting time cooped up here in his friend's apartment, he would be back any time and the place that Nenshou wanted to be was at the scene of the crime when he arrived. Nenshou swiftly rose from his spot and made his way out of the apartment and down the stairs, exiting out of the building's front door. As he closed the door behind him, he looked over his shoulder to see a young man,a unusually tall genin by the name of Ezra that he had seen around from time to time, standing against a wall across the way from him watching the debacle while remaining out of sight. Nenshou had hoped to escape from the scene unnoticed but now that seemed to be impossible.

"Oh, hey!" Nenshou said, giving a large smile and a chuckle, rubbing the back of his head with one hand as he did so. "Didn't see ya there!"

Ezra’s smile stood constant listening to the rather disturbing mystery man in the top hat, the rebellious or probably just plain stupid white haired teen and not to mention the Kazekage whose tone was somewhat indescribable for Ezra. Ezra debated for a second in his mind if he should make a square of the triangle conflict that was going on before his eyes. ‘What a fool… I mean that guy’s toast. Who does he think he is mouthing off to the Kage.’ Ezra thought. ‘That’s the Kazekage and judging by that man’s speed he is probably a Jounin. If this guy doesn’t watch it he’ll get punished, badly.’ Ezra wanted to tell the kid to kneel and get it over with but he also wanted to hear what else this kid would say and what else would happen. ‘Ehhh… I guess I’ll wait and see how this plays out.’ He told himself as he heard a door open from behind. He turned to the door and watched as a person, a guy, came through the doorway.

The red haired guy greeted Ezra and looked at him with a rather large smile he then said he didn’t notice Ezra was there. “Shhhhh” Ezra hissed to keep quiet before he turned his attention back to the conflict. Ezra thought for a millisecond and turned back to the red haired guy. “You’re the guy with the stupid fa… uuuuuhh nevermind. Hi, I’m Ezra.” He smiled awkwardly. “I don’t mean to be rude but can you keep it down for a sec.” Ezra was a fool to think he hadn’t already been made by the Jounin and Kazekage.

Gin narrowed her eyes. She couldn't decide whether the kid was brave or just plain stupid. After all, he was very much outranked, not to mention outnumbered. The boy could quite easily get himself killed if he got too cacky. But Gin wasn't about to kill a Genin on her first night in power. That would be going overboard. Still, that didn't stop her from making the kid understand his place. The Jounin, Norahike, had gotten behind the boy and kindly offered to take care of him for her. The Kazekage didn't doubt his good intentions; nevertheless, she didn't want her rule to begin with a night of unnecessary killings. "Thank you for the offer, Norahike," She began. However, she was interrupted by the boy in question. Shibirin began further insulting both Norahike and herself. Gin's eye twitched and her clenched her teeth in a menacing smile. "You know what, Norahike? Have fun with the boy. Just don't kill him," She said. She was quite sure that the Jounin would be happy to teach the boy a lesson.

Without turning around, she addressed the other two shinobi. "I know you're there, Ezra," She began. "I don't really know who's with you, but you can both come out. There's no need to hide," She stated, crossing her arms over her chest. "Unless you also plan on insulting me," She added. The young woman took off the Kazekage hat and ran her fingers through her hair. To be honest, she found the thing annoying. She probably wouldn't wear it unless she had official business with the other Kages. And even then, it would just be to show off her position.

Nora chuckled at the boy’s statement then as the kage allowed him to have “fun” he laughd maniacally. Then without warning he leaned next to the boy’s ear, “I know what you’re planning I can hear you thoughts as clearly as I can hear my own... You think you’re strong you think you’re badass,” He practically hissed these words into the young man’s ear. He then smiles and says still in a tone that only the boy can hear him,” I’ve been to hell I’ve fought it and I’m still here; much worse for the wear but i’m here... now it’s your turn to experience hell; welcome to team 13.

Nora smiled at the beautiful kage then out of nowhere a puppet flew out of the crowd with extreme speed. The puppet was moving faster than most genin could see much less react to. The puppet circled the boy boy attempting to wrap him up with strings. Nora pulled his fingers back and unless the boy managed a magic speed boost he would be wrapped up and thrown on Lini’s back with shin just like puppet.

Shibirin had hoped for the Kazekage to leave sooner, though he held this impossible dream to himself, he knew he had already put a dent to her evening. He knew she expected the whole village to praise her in aw, but Shibirin wasn't just anybody, he was the most unusual kid to most and the most usual to few, it was just how he was. He couldn't help but feel dependet, he hated following the crowd.
He then directed his attention towards the guy who had just threatended him. Shibirin knew it was a threat, frankly because he had spoken in a harshed tone. Before Shibirin had the chance to even reply to the guy, he summoned some sort of puppet and had it circling him around. Shibirin could see the puppet circling him, leaving him to think, 'Oh, a puppeteer ey? And just when i was about to go back to sleep'. He couldn't be bothered to fight anyone right now, he was too lazy and tired.

Despite his hopes of going to sleep early, Shibirin had to make a dission and had little or not time at all, to decide. If he allowed the attack to comence, he'd be viewwed, yet again, as the weakling he knows he is not. But if he does fight back, he knows he'd lose anyway, but at least he'd be losing to a jounin rather than his own strength. He diecided to fight back, it seemed like the most non-cowardly thing to do, and he had the right jutsu to use.

He firstly completed the sheep and ram hand signs, before chanting out the word, "Earth Style: Earth changing terrain!" and within seconds, a large pillar, about 2.5 meters, emerged from the ground directly under Shibirin's feet and lifted him up and off the ground as it emerged. He had meant to get the right timing, he usually does. Besides, with the slight breeze around the area, the puppet's wind resistance would be slightly increased, also lowering its speed by only a notch, but enough for Shibirin's jutsu to fully lift him up 2.5 meters off the ground, and if all goes to plan, the puppet would be left with the body of the pillar to drapp around, he standing on top of it looking down at the jounin and saying, "Really? I need to get some sleep, so can we do this...i don't know, another time?" as he was prepared to hop off the pillar he had made and walk back home.

"I'm going to give you a choice young shinobi; option A I take your arm and we forget this happened. Option B you fight me I take your arm and we remember this, and your final option; option option C if you will, you flee the village, and become a rouge. Then I'll hunt you and make you the second member of my thirteen puppets." He says this with a broad smile, "You have ten seconds to decide. Then I'll choose for you." Nora smiled at this he knew what he would pick he wanted a new puppet.

Shibirin let out a brief sigh: hated all his 'choices', but somehow he managed to tell himself that the man was joking. Honestly, the Kazekage meant to go this far with the 'punishment'? He had the guts to but didn't say to her, 'Yo old lady, why don't you punish me yourself?' but only kept the thought in his head. As of right now, he would scratch the bottom of his chin, giving the effect that he was thinking about the idea, when he had an answer already, which he felt was gonna piss off the jounin.

So far he had learned that the Kzekage is short tempered and can't fight her own battles, well, this may be because she'd be too busy at the time, but not. Right now she was busy 'flirting' to the other boys, showing off her meaningless role in this village. Shibirin used to admire Kages and dreamed of one day becoming one. But by today's display, it clearly shows that Kage's rarely get some time off their duties, so the go out and pop a few fireworks, just to feel good about themselves, but Shibirin had to admit that the fireworks was a good change for Sunagakure, almost nothing that exciting ever happens here.

Shibirin decided to wrap this up pretty quickly, after all, he had been woken up, threatened in front of some fellow shinobi he admired and the Kage decided to toy with him, just because of a tiny insult. "Glad to know my voice will always be heard," he said, not giving out too much information to describe that statement. He left it to those who had heard him, to work out what he meant by that, which is that his insult was heard above other people's screams, but then again: he had projected his voice louder than the others

Shibirin gave the jounin, and possibly others nearby who could see his face at the time, a false smirk, before giving out a small wave of his right hand. He meant no harm, mainly because he was too tired to really mess with people. He took a leap off the rock pillar and began to walk towards his street, both hands in his pockets. He doubted the jounin would try so hard in 'killing' him, at night too. He gave out a small but loud yawn, that even the kage could hear, as he walked back towards his street, unless stopped.

Before the genin could leave Nora's puppet flies in front of him at high speed Nora frowns at him. "The choice is not optional boy, "let me explain something to you. It's not good for a kage to allow an idiot to roast her on her first day, but it's even worse for her to randomly kill a genin. Now my reputation is even more important I am well known as a random killer. I have been described as a serial killer with a licence, and you have insulted, and underestimated me. Now the kage can't allow you to leave without punishment, but she can't kill you on her first day. I can't allow you to leave unscathed for my reputation of killing; I would hate to lose my spot in therapy. Now you only have one choice you either apologize to the gorgeous kazekage, and give me your arm, or I'll kill you. Nora's smile was gone he was instead sending out an air of pure insane rage.

Shibirin looked back and saw the puppet coming towards him, this time not circling him before. He wondered how it had uncoiled itself from the previous pillar he had made, but then again, its user was a highly skilled jounin. Ranks didn't matter to Shibirin. There are those who are titled as high ranked ninja, yet lose any battle they enter. Then there are those, misunderstood genin that turn out to overpower high ranked ninja, proving stronger than their given title. Shibirin couldn't come to categorise himself in that same group of misunderstood genin, though he was stronger than his rank describes.

As he saw the puppet heading towards him, every inch in his body told him to flee. He was tired, so that would've been a good enough reason to flee, but he wasn't the one to flee, without havign the last hit. True, Shibirin didn't stand a chance against a jounin, but others would disagree. He had tricks up his sleeve that would leave his opponent mesmorized, but tonight wasn't the time to show them, maybe in future times in a worthy battle. As of now, he had to deal with this annoying jounin, who he felt should just buzz off. the same thought ran through his head, 'Seriously Kazekage, sending others to do your dirty work, typical'.

He'd decide to jump out of the way, to the side instead of behind or up. He landed a meter away from where he was standing before and would dust himself off before saying, "I have no beef with you, so stop trying to make this all about you. You like taking orders from others, fine. Oh, as for your precious reputation, let's see you kill something that isn't there..." and with that said, Shibirin would perform the Kawarimi no jutsu just as the puppet 'seemingly' crashed into him, if that were its intended plans. A small amount of sand would explode in front of Shibirin's body just before he disapeared. He loved using sand instead of smoke to cover his disapearance, just to show how creative he could be.

Moment later, about a few seconds from the incident, he'd re-apear on the roof of a house, not far fromt he spot everyone gathered at. Now all he had to do was jump two houses to get to his, it didn't seem hard to do, but then again, he was about to faint with lack of sleep.

Nora was right next to the genin there was no way the idiot would beat him in speed. He then said with no emotion, "give me your arm, or I'll kill you" Nora was dead serious, he could and would kill this man if he didn't hand over "his" arm. He had to control the situation.

The Kazekage kept a close eye on the exchange. She expected some sort of fight. After all, she had told Norahike that he could have his fun. But apparently, the word "fun" had different meanings for the two shinobi. To Gin, fun meant a sparring session that ended with the other person's face burried into the ground. To Norahike, however, it meant severing limbs and spilling blood all over the concrete. This night was not turning out the way the new Kazekage had envisioned it. By the looks of it, she was going to have to intervene soon. Talk about annoying. The boy was aboutto lose a limb and he still didn't know when to call it quits. Gin didn't know whether it was bravery or just plain stupidity.

The young woman hadn't realized that she had clenched her fist until she felt her fingernails digging into her skin. Her eye twitched, her smile was stiff. She was doing her best not to lose her composure. As she saw both Shibirin and Norahike leave, she knew she had to do something. Before following them, however, she spoke to the other Genin. "Hey, Ezra!" She called to him. "I want you and your cousin, Miki, to meet me in the training grounds tomorrow. I want to have a team meeting before we head out to the Chuunin Exams. Welcome to Team 1!" And with that, Gin jumped towards the roof where the other two shinobi were. "Yami no Katana: Weapon Summoning," She whispered. A wooden handle appeared in her hand as she landed on the roof, only a couple of meters away from the two shinobi. "Stop now, or I'll have to stop you myself." She thought it would be best to give the two a fair warning.

Ezra heard the Kazekage call his name but he was not sure if he should step forward or not. He was sure she wasn’t mad because she cracked a joke about getting insulted or at least he thought it was a joke. ‘Who on earth would insult their Kage?’ he thought to himself realizing the situation he was witnessing. ‘Oh right.’ He told himself as he chuckled. Still he had not left from his spot on the wall. He was unsure why but he slid his back down the wall until he was able to sit against it. He stuck one leg forward and brought the other bent close to his chest. He turned his head and looked at the red haired enigma next to him then turned his head back and looked straight into the sky. Why he still hadn’t answered the Kazekage’s call was beyond him.

Ezra stood sitting as the peculiar jounin and the foolish what Ezra now knew to be genin, started using jutsu. He paid less and less attention as they carried on eventually ending up not noticing them at all. Ezra regained himself once he heard the Kazekage call his name for a second time. She asked for him to bring his cousin and now teammate to the training grounds for a team meeting. Ezra’s eyes lit up as he heard the words of the Kazekage “Welcome to Team 1!” Upon hearing that Ezra called out “You got it Lady Kazekage!” and then decided to go home realizing he needed his rest for tomorrow. He patted the red haired male on his shoulder as he walked by on his way out of that immediate area. Ezra reached his home after 10 minutes of walking and with that would try to sleep so he could be fully energized for tomorrow.
