Gin

Gin

Retired
It was one fateful day approximately five years before the current time that Gin cultivated her long lasting friendship with Ayakashi, the current Mizukage. That was also likely the reason why she had been allowed to crash in Kirigakure - somewhat illegally - for the time being. The first couple of weeks, she had been living on the Mizukage's couch, much to the blue haired woman's chagrin, Gin suspected. She could never quite tell for sure. Then again, Gin was becoming a loyal servant of Kirigakure in exchange... Sort of. She was a member of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. That was all she could really say that proved that she was some sort of citizen of the village. Eh, whatever. She didn't need much beyond that.

She was back in Kirigakure for the first time in a long time. The Land of Water was bringing back so many memories like there was no tomorrow...

5 Years Earlier

Gin sat next to Ayakashi in what seemed to be an old - and somewhat abandoned - temple dedicated to Kumokure's version of Buddha. Several people sat in the same room, all waiting for the person who was supposed to give them the details of what this mission even was. It was to be the new Mizukage's first mission holding that title, which was bound to be something interesting. Why was the Kazekage there? Well, some sort of diplomatic thing, she supposed. It was also a way to get away from the family for a while. Albeit, she loved them all to bits, but her parenting style was far from typical. In her eyes, she deserved a vacation. Besides, newborns were a handful.

The young woman lounged on the chair, feet propped up on the chair in front of her, occupied by someone she didn't recognize. The capital was full of a plethora of people she didn't know of and did not care to get to know. Dignitaries weren't her thing. Her black boots brushed against the man's back, to which she received a glare that she ignored completely. Her silver hair hung in a braid over her shoulder. The only thing covering her breasts was a bandage wrapped tightly around her chest. Her prosthetic arm looked normal, human - as it was designed to look. Black leather pants covered her legs, though they left little to the imagination. It was just the typical way Gin dressed, nothing odd there. Her weapons were strapped to her sides, the scabbard that marked her as the leader of the Kuroka hung across her back as it always did.

It only took a few more seconds for the head of the program to appear on the stage - or rather, the altar of the temple. A large Buddha with distinctive features from Kumogakure - a wide nose, dark skin, cornrows and dark glasses - stood behind the man who actually bore very similar features to the statue.

"You all comfortable?" Came his booming voice. Gin shrugged. "Get your motherfucking asses up when I'm talking to you!" Everyone in the room stood up. Gin eyed Ayakashi before doing the same herself. "Y'all are here to infiltrate the local high schools. You are here simply because you look young. You's some Bustin Jieber, Siley Mirrus lookin' motherfuckers. And I know what you thinkin'. Angry black captain - it ain't nothin' but a stupid stereotype. But guess what? I'm black. And sometimes I get angry. So suck a dick! All I'm sayin' is, embrace your stereotypes. Like you over there," He pointed at Gin, who was somewhat taken off guard by being singled out so quickly.

"Hot and probably a dumbass," Gin was about to retort something clever but held herself back. Diplomatic mission. Diplomatic mission. Diplomatic mission. She kept on having to remind herself of that. He now pointed at Ayakashi. "And then this girl. She's short and insecure. And she's probably good with money."

"Oh you are pretty good with money," Gin whispered to Aya.

"Did nobody tell you two this was an undercover operation?!"

"I.. um... We didn't really get a memo or any-"

"Teenage the fuck up!

Next thing she knew, Gin was wearing a school girl uniform that seemed at least one size too small for her large chest. She stood in front of the changing rooms, assuming that Ayakashi was still in there. Next to her was the giant black guy that was the head of the program, glaring daggers at basically everyone. Time to wait for everyone else to get changed so she could get specific instructions.

Ayakashi

Ayakashi

S-rank
Aya had thought this to be a worthwhile endevour at first, though the deeper and deeper that they were getting themselves into it, the more and more she realised the opposite. The head of the ANBU at the time was someone at this point she was really considering replacing, her placement in this group was as much a secret op to analyse their performance, as much as it was her performing a mission herself. And from the moment the big black guy opened his mouth, Aya no longer cared how good of a ninja and an officer he was, he was gonna go. She had arrived in an ANBU uniform, which, due to her lack of information on the task which was going to be performed, was deemed inappropriate for the mission at hand... it would be the first in a long string of mistakes. Looking to Gin at the idea of embracing one's stereo-types, she wondered what he would react to him realizing there were 2 kage in this room... if he only knew...

Aya's insecurity however, she considered to be well founded, at her young age she had been forced and voted into a position which meant that she was to be caring over a massive population of people, needing to watch over and protect an entire country with the aid of a young Daimyo and his adviser, which was already usurping all of the power to himself... and Aya was sure she was not the girl for the job. The title of Kage was really something which the most powerful person in the village needed to hold, and following in the wake of Sero, Aya was not the only candidate which was ready to receive the position. Yet here she was, doubtful in her abilities, but with only just enough resolve to be able to give it a try and hopefully not lead the village into little more but a hole in the ground. As for the comment on being short, and good with money, the man needed to have his eyes checked, Aya was 5'10" of fully matured girl, though she bound her breasts tightly, so that they would not get in the way of combat.

The part on money hit home though,

Yet Aya shushed at her comrade in response to her agreement with the officer. Aya's dealing with money had very little to do with the mission at hand, but, thematically the mission here seemed simple enough. Infiltrating the chuunin academies, and rooting out the crime which was within them by using their younger looks as a disguise. In this scenario, each of them were definitely physically superior, should events come to blows, Aya would not be afraid of loosing a fight, though, Aya would not be able to take anything iconic with her on this mission. So, ditching her body armour, her near legendary sword and even her gloves, she took basic weaponry in their stead, her fuuma shuriken, as well as adorning basic clothing, moving to wear a semi gothic dark purple muscle shirt which was covered in black fishnets, coupled with baggy black pants, stitched with flexible material so that they would not break, much like most Gi. Looking to Gin, she took a bag and slung it over each of her shoulders, placing the fuuma shuriken and sword in holsters at her hip and back respectively.

"You know I think this is a stupid idea right? This is never going to work, and if by some form of miracle that it does work, which i doubt, drinks at mine after... So cap!? What's the mission?"

She spoke before redirecting the speech to the captain, inquiring to the specifics on their mission, they had been given a briefing on the position, and that he was a stereotypical black man, but other than that, they were entering the school blind. As an intellectual, Aya needed to enter the school knowing what she had to do, knowing how things were going to work and being able to structure them in her head. As a Kage, in many ways, Aya was still just a jounin with a higher rank, she had done very little extra training to be able to truly fit in the shoes of her title, making her one of the least physically apt people here, though she exceeded any singular chuunin in every way. She only hoped that it would be enough...

Stretching her body, she felt like she wanted to hide behind that mask again, looking for it, but it was nowhere to be found, buried lost in her possessions to be dredged out later when she would finally need it, standing there with the other young looking ANBU officers who would be joining them in this rather questionable mission. Her sapphire pools of eyes memorizing each of their faces as best as she could, though they would more than likely use jutsu to further disguise themselves if they needed to, to change their appearance in small sums, or even completely reconstructing themselves...

This is a baaaad idea...

Aya muttered to herself, looking round them, hoping, and waiting for the captain's response.
