Standing with perfect posture only a few inches from the railing of the viewing platform, Gi examined the stone faces that had been carved into the mountain by generations long past. His vantage point did not allow him to pick up all of the faces of the legendary hokage, they were simply beyond the range that his Wide View could reach. Tho if he wanted to examine the stony faces better he wouldn't pick this viewing platform to do it from, he'd just go up on top of the mountain and walk around to get a full view; no instead he came here mostly to relax and expand his familiarity with his peers.
It had dawned on him that when he under took missions and training that he lacked both back up and a sparing partner. If he wanted to truly get better then he would need someone who could actually check his strength ageist, and when he finally got in over his head on a mission, have someone who could pull him out of it. And to that end he would inspect anyone in the area his Wide View reached to gauge if they were ninja or not. Weapons, a head band, and or battle scars were all good markers of being a ninja, amusing they weren't hiding it; so that he could be easily identified as a ninja he too worse his battle gear: sword sheathed on his back, headband across his forehead, armored hand gear worn and various projectiles in his pouch. Some people would have problem wearing the armor so often as he did, but he didn't feel the press of it on his skin so he didn't mind it.
As each person got with in his line of sight and his range of View he tracked them with his none functioning eyes as he examined their inventory for tell tail gear, not because he used his eyes as apart of it, just because deep down inside he liked to mess with people. His eyes were obviously blind unless they were only vaguely familiar with the beyakugan, and when they noticed his eyes tracking them as if they functioned properly most people grew confused. To him it was a fun laugh at people who normally thought his blindness meant he was helpless.

Tadashi would be running through the streets that morning, with Mitsuru on his heels. Today, he knew where he was going. He was going to see the Hokage Mountain, for what seemed like the thousandth time. To him, the mountain was one of his most noteworthy memories of his arrival to the village. As he ran, his tan jacket would be blowing in the wind, along with his luscious blond hair that was held up by his red headband. He continued to run along the streets, dodging the pedestrians who were going about their morning business.

Quickly enough, Tadashi reached the viewing platform for the mountain. He swiftly made his way up the steps with Mitsuru by his side like usual, his boots padded against the stone. Whenever he reached the top, his pace suddenly slowed, surprised to find that there was no one else there. All but one person, a short kid who seemed around ten years old. As Tadashi stared at him, he saw that the kid just stared blankly toward the mountain.

"Oh.. Uh.. Morning," Tadashi said, throwing a lazy wave towards him. Tadashi slowly walked up beside the boy, a nonexistent smile on his face. Tadashi turned his body towards the mountain, putting his hands on the railing and leaning into it as he joined the boy in his gaze towards the stony faces.

As time slowly ticked on, how much he couldn't really say without getting a watch of some kind, Gi was left without much to do besides follow the air currents as they swirled around him. He was the only person in the area "viewing" the hokages. This meant that no one was close by, but he would still catch some people enter and exist his outer ranges. Most time they could stay for a few seconds before walking out of range, others lingered for a bit before they left. None seemed to fit the description he was looking for: armed. At least no one until a thin man jogging to the stairs leading to his locations.
At this newcomer's side was a good sized and well furred dog that seemed to loped along as only animals could do. What made him all the more interesting was his obvious head band bearing the inscribed marking of a leaf ninja and a few small weapons on his person. Either this man had a nice dog for a pet, or a canine battle partner. The trade mark bestial feature suggested he was of some bestial blood line like the inuzuka, so a battle pet seemed all the more likely.
It was a nice change of pace to finally have someone come up to the platform. So as to not be incredibly creepy and stair at the company before he even entered view he kept his gaze on the mountain side, only shifting it over as the man waved a greeting. Doing as he was taught he introduced himself " Hello! I'm Gi Graeae." He tried his best to show some emotion in his face with a smile, something he wasn't particularly used to doing. His happiness was normally kept on the inside, not shown to any who cared to look.
Giving a few seconds for his gaze to register with his company Gi returned his eyes to "gazing" back up at the stone features inscribed on the mountain wall. " Great leaders, all of them. They lead this village to the greatness it is today. Each one instilling a sense of community for years to come despite adversity, particularly the first." Nodding to himself he again looked over " Sorry for my rant. What brings you here?"

As Tadashi looked towards the mountain, the boy beside him seemed to introduced himself. Gi Graeae, huh? In response to this, Tadashi simply turned his head towards the boy, a caring smile appearing on his face. "Gi, huh? Short and simple, I like it," Tadashi said, running a hand through his hair, "Well, my name'd Tadashi, Tadashi Inuzuka... And this here is Mitsuru." Tadashi would turn to the left, towards Mitsuru, patting him on the head. Mitsuru would bark in response, looking relatively pleased. Tadashi would turn his look back to the mountain, his smile disappearing as he looked at the mountains. Whenever Gi started his rant about the past hokages, in which Tadashi simply nodded in agreement, not really listening.

Tadashi would silently tap his fingers on the railing as he gazed away, letting out a long, drawn out sigh. His mind would be racing with thoughts. This Gi kid's personality is just.. strange to him, and the way he acts was even stranger. It would be obvious that Tadashi was thinking this, with the confused look on his face (not like you can see it). Tadashi would be blown out of his sudden daze by Gi's question. "Oh, why am I here? .. Well, I kind of just like to come here and look at the mountain, the reason why, well.. it's kind of personal, mainly memories and stuff. Weird, I know, but... It's just hard to explain." Tadashi would just leave it there, letting out yet another sigh.

During his rant, Gi noticed that his companion's smile faded as he looked in the direction of the faces. It seemed particular to Gi; wasn't the faces supposed to be a symbol of village pride or at least something along those lines. To see them and have one's smile vanish didn't make sense to him; perhaps there was a lot on the man's mind, or his rant truly had been nothing but a bore. At least one of his suspicions about the man's family were correct, and inuzuka, which defiantly meant the dog was battle ready. Tadashi and Mitsuru, two names that seemed to fit each other just as their bearers seemed to fit each other.

Gi's ears twitched ever so slightly as Tadashi's fingers made silent contact with the railing, not because of the sound that was caused, for there was none noticeable to his ears, but rather in an attempt to pick up the sound that he thought would be coming as he detected the two objects making contact. The accompanying sight only reinforced some of his earlier suspicions. Not wanting to dance around with words, but seeing no other thing to say he tried. Many things in life are personal, and the more personal things are the more complex and difficult they are to talk about. Perhaps it is best to save it for another time sense we have just met.

Thinking to move the conversation off of a dead end route to a different more lively topic. Along with the topic he once again shifted his un seeing gaze "So who was your Sensei if I might ask? I notice you seem to be a ninja, who has helped you train to this point? Changing to something that he shared common ground with his so called peers brought thoughts of his own Sensei to his mind, Hisaki-Sensei, a man he hadn't heard from in a while.
