Moments Earlier

Controlled. Calculated. Precise. These are the words that come to mind when describing the moment of Guanyin Nanashi. The silver haired Jounin of Iwagakure was making way his through the lifeless halls of the hospital that has became his main workplace and ,in some cases,  his home away from home for the past two weeks and some odd days, checking up on the residents of the facility. Only an idiot would be surprise that he was allow the needed access to read the files of versions patients along with treating some of the upper echelons. For it was well recognized through the Nations that Nanashi was a medical genius and is considered by many to be the best medic in the current era. And it’s because of his reputation that so many flock to whatever hospital he might be working at.

“Aoi. “Nanashi said, causing the aforementioned woman to look at her boss,

“Yes?” Such a timid woman she was.

“I’m going out to the hotsprings this evening. Thus making you in charge of running things here, okay?” Nanashi didn’t even bother to wait for a reply for he already knew it. She would do what was ask.

After all she’s the head medic and founder of the hospital. . .

Present Time

Having giving back control, for the time being, the hospital to it’s rightful owner, Nanashi was making his way through the congressed stress of Konohagakure no Sato, his destination unknown to all but him. While walking through the streets Nanashi noted how distinctly different Konoha was to Iwagakure, his home. Where Iwa didn’t have a lush scenery, it being incredibly rocky with the earth forming different formations, Konoha did.  While the populace of Konoha kept their Hokage’s monument in pristine condition, allowing for their Kages to forever be remember, Iwa did not. Their monument was a testimony of time and the will of their village, for while the faces of their Kages might have befallen by time, the teachings that they share would also be remember. Of course there were other differences between the villages but foremost mention are the ones Nanashi recognized immediately.

”Guess this the place.” Nanashi mused to himself, his lone eye peering at the medium size building that he stopped a front of. Tashiro’s Hot Springs. A popular stop for tourist and locals a like who want to taste a small piece of luxury.

“How may I help you?” The receptionist at the front desk asked, not even bothering to look up at the one whom she addressed.

“I have reservations here.” Nanashi replied, having quickly taken note of the woman’s lack of attention.
“Your name?”

“Guanyin Nanashi.” The name seem to spark something from the woman for she quickly shot her head up and looked at the one who gave that name.

“Oh. “ She stutter before making her way around her desk “Right this way Guanyin-Sama. This hot spring has been reserved only for you like you ask.” She said leading the silver haired male to the location of the spring.

“Thank you.”

“Your welcome sir. “ The woman said leaving the man to his privacy though she did eye him like a piece of meat when he took off his shirt a front of her, though a quick look sent her scurrying away.

After making sure the woman was gone, Nanashi finish undressing and made his way into the hot springs. The heated water doing wonders for his sore body. Leaning his head against a convenient place rock, Nanashi allow his body to relax and simply enjoy this small moment of peace.

Sadly this wouldn’t last

For another receptionist had reserved the same hot spring for someone else and she had forgotten to write it down. And that person would be arrive right about . . .

Chisaki

Chisaki

D-rank
... Now

Chisaki Senju was well known among the people of the Hidden Leaf, not revered or feared, nor exalted, but she was liked, and known far and wide as the Divine Owl Sage. She had not created that title for herself, the people had simply started calling her that. At first, she had been unsure about the name, but eventually she had come to accept it. Sighing slightly, she wound her way through the familiar alleyways, side-streets and more. This place was her home, somewhere she knew she would always be welcome. The Senju themselves were well known, and this had proven especially true for Chisaki. Her fame, her recognition meant nothing much to her, all she wanted to do was make others smiled, and if accomplishing that via strength was a path to her, then she would walk it with her head held high, as all shinobi should.

Right now, her life sat in an interesting place. Chisaki was young, and gifted that much was apparent. Her progress could skyrocket in the next year, or remain exactly where it is, for better or for worse. She had no intention of letting her dream of being a shinobi go, especially now she was finally making a name for herself. Her dream was simple: To create a kind world, and she intended to do this however she could do it best. To mark this milestone in her life, Chisaki had made a few alterations to her appearance. Her ears had been pierced, and her hair and clothes had been changed up as well. It was symbolic to her, that she get something to remind her that life was open to multiple possibilities, and if your heart was in the right place, you should always follow it with a burning passion.

Right now, this Senju however was going to relax. Despite her new found conviction, she understood that sometimes everyone needed to relax, and that was exactly what she intended to do today. Have a nice, quiet day of relaxation, hopefully. As she arrived at the Hot Springs, she smiled to the receptionist, who waved to her "Hi, Chisaki-Sama! Your reservation is this way!" The girl was young, and slightly dizzy. But she meant well, and that was enough for Chisaki, who simply smiled and followed her. In the changing room, Chisaki was left alone. She began to undress, carefully folding her clothes and storing them nearby. She saw a mirror against the wall, and took a second to note her reflection. She was looking wiser, something she knew Lord Owl would find amusing. Sighing, she wrapped a towel around her upper half, obscuring her naked form from view. Her legs were still on show however, as she let her hair tumble down to her hips in a wave of dark lilac. Sliding the door open, she entered the Hot Springs, what she saw next was unexpected. A man, sat in her reserved Spring. She realized that the receptionist had confused the two reservations. Chisaki was... tempted, to go and ask for a change, but she was already here, and didn't see the problem really with the man.

However, she didnt know him. So as an added precaution, while she slipped into the Spring, she used the Hidden Mist Technique, obscuring her naked form from view, there would be no spying today at least... She dropped the towel to her feet, before slipping into the warm water. Sitting around the edge, she dispersed the mist before looking over at the man, one eyebrow raised. "So, fancy being in the same reservation...." A bit blunt, perhaps, but she didn't mind much. The water was washing away the aches and pains she felt, and all her muscles were at once knotting. Chisaki was calm her, but also very curious. Never before had she seen this man in or around Konoha. Who was he? A Ronin, no, surely not. She pondered on this, before eventually saying "Who are you, sir?"

Days as this didn’t come around often for the resident Iwagakure shinobi. They were even less frequent when he took these expeditions to neighboring towns, ports, villages to check up on the medical facilities that was either own by him or invested in by him directly or indirectly - the latter usually done by a figure head who makes the investment or through the clever usages of the henge. Besides giving Nanashi a means to fall back on if he was lucky enough to either retired from being a shinobi or at the very least get cripple to the point that he couldn’t perform the services ask by the village, most of the facilities worked as a variable way to learn what’s going on around the Elemental Nations -- in short it was like a spy network . . . only made up of doctors and nurses.

But Kami! Sometimes he wondered why he even bothered in taking those long, expensive and at times dangerous trips to see how the establishments are holding it. Don’t get it confused the man had no problem with the danger aspect of traveling along, for killing a couple of bandits or shinobi who think they can take on even the mighty Shinigami, was a nice way to get the endorphins pumping. No, the thing that’s grates on Nanashi’s nerves is having to deal with the stuck up, arrogant, self-righteous, selfish , employees that somehow wormed their way into employment at the medical facilities. Like cockroaches they are a hard to kill nuisance. Think you fired them all, next thing you know there are more! It was maddening at times and Nanashi had to control the urge not to kill all that he come across. Oh! They were smart to which made controlling that particular urge even more harder. He would never admit to actually killing anyone, despite having cause some of the more . . . persistent roaches to permanently disappear. Nope he’ll never admit that.

Though he would admit about toying with the idea of allowing some of the more pest infested establishment to implode on themselves and there wasn’t a doubt in his mind that such a scenario could happen. Reasons being that many of the memories have a memory span that of a fly’s life -- incredibly short. For crying out loud Nanashi can’t remember a time where he just could visit a facility and not worry about having to do any procedures because the staff was skill enough to handle everything except the more delicated of things. When visiting them Nanashi never had a break, constantly training the employees over again or doing a procedure that they SHOULD be able to do. Yes, they were a major ignorance for the medic but he kept funding the facilities for the end game.

”At least those  in Fire Country know what they are doing.” Nanashi thought to himself, a content sigh escaping his lips , head laying on the flat stone, damp hair covering the black eyepatch over his left eye, the hot water doing it’s job in taking away all his aches and pains. Anyone would tell you that hot-springs has the interesting effort of causing one to let their guard down. The heated water and warm steam lulls people into a sense of security and safest, making feel like they are safe from danger. For no one would attack them at such an intimate time, right? Such a foolish idea. Never should one allow their guard to slip. And it was that exact reason why Nanashi’s head swiveled towards the direction of where he heard the door opening and closing, followed shortly by the padding of footsteps. Who could be interrupting his private time? Didn’t he reserved this hot-spring for himself? He thought so.

His single eye narrowed at the sight of the mist thickening around the hot-spring and he immediately knew what this person did. They used the Hidden Mist Technique, a jutsu that he was familiar with, having frequently  partner with an Aisu during Kiri’s war and knew it’s mechanics fairly well. Now why would they use the Hidden Mist Technique? Was they planning on assassinating him? Or was this just some genin pulling a prank? His questions were answered when the mist cleared up and revealed . . .

”A woman?” There sitting a mere couple a feet away from him was a woman - a pretty one at that. Nanashi took a moment to commit the woman’s appearance, from what he could see to memory. The dark lilac hair that seem to flow on forever framed her face perfectly and brought out her eyes mores. From what he could see this mysterious woman had a stunning figure. The top of her breast in plain sight, teasing all those who could see them,  while the rest was submerged under the water. Making him having to settle for a teaser.

Shrugging at the comment regarding them having the same reservation “I’m sure it was just a mix-up on the staff part.” He replied, having no intentions of leaving the hot-springs or asking the woman too, seeing how she seems comfortable with this arrangement. Shifting his body some exposing more of his chiseled  frame that still held a hint of feminine to it, a by product of his former lifestyle, allowing him not only to get more comfortable but to talk to the water better. As she inquired about who he was, Nanashi couldn’t help but to chuckle at the question but deciding to explain, just in case the woman thought he was laughing at her “I’m actually glad someone doesn’t recognized me. Though you probably will after hearing my name.“He stated honestly “Guanyin Nanashi, Jounin and head medic of Iwagakure.”

And the bomb was dropped. . .

Chisaki

Chisaki

D-rank
Chisaki's days as a shinobi often meant that she had little to no time for respite. True, she may be around the village a lot but that didn't mean she always had time to relax. Her days were often stretched very thin, what with patrols, training and other items. So, taking a chance to relax now while she wasn't doing anything for once would be a big morale boost to her. She felt her mind wandering, and it eventually arrived at her skills as a shinobi. Chisaki's understanding of Medical Ninjutsu was most peculiar, she understand almost everything in theory, heart transplants and the like, but her actual practical skills were fairly limited. Her Ninjutsu was honed to a refined edge, and it would always remain that way. Senjutsu was an entirely new concept to her, she had knowledge of how to draw the chakra into her body, but not what to do with it as off present, she would need far more training with the Owl Lord first. Sighing contently, she sank a little deeper into the water, the tops of her breasts sinking. She felt the water wash away her worries as it ran over her skin with a warm, caressing touch. As a child growing up, her squad had spent a lot of their time here, discussing their futures. Sadly, they had both become Missing Nin. Chisaki deeply regretted that one day, she might have to end their lives, if she remained in Konoha.

Sighing again, she rose out of the water some more, the top of her breasts peaking out from the waters surface, without actually fully exposing them. She took a moment to study her male companion, finding him most curious. Chisaki thought she might know the man, but there was no definitive way to know until he decided to tell her his name. His body was chiseled, that much clearly highlighted him as a shinobi. However, she saw that his body has a slightly feminist look about it, that was slightly bizarre. Perhaps it was a fault in his genetics? Or, the more likely reason, it was the result of an operation of some kind, she wouldn't point this out however, due to it not only being rude but also insincere. His face was interesting as well, heck, most of his body was interesting. Chisaki was allowed to look all she wanted, she was single right now and honestly didn't care much what he would think about it, he would most likely enjoy the whole situation. Hm, that was a bit sterotypical on her part. Just because he was a man, did not mean he was a pervert. However, unless he was a homosexual she had no doubt in her mind that he to, would be studying her every feature. Chisaki committed his features to memory, so as she could never forget this moment.

The hot springs were calm, and reflected on one of her favorite things. Water. Being a Senju, she relied heavily on Suiton to create her jutsu, it also happened to be the element she had the strongest affinity with. Idly, she made one a flower nearby sprout from the ground, revealing her Senju heritage. Honestly, she didn't mind whether or not he found out of not. Interesting, a beautifully crafted owl ring adorned her index finger, also hinting at her Sage half. Chisaki was an open book when it came to her skills. Years had gone into honing them all, to the point where she could happily call herself a strong shinobi. No matter what, she would never hide what she was, even if it could result in her death. Several more flowers appeared from the ground, each one of them lilac, like her hair. The water on her left arm glistened slightly, as it coaxed the flowers from the ground. Her fingers gently swirled over the ground, giving the flowers life. Chisaki was known as a nature maniac, even among the Senju. Her garden was one of the most impressive in the whole world, and she was immensely proud of herself for it. Others were famed for more noteworthy attributes, Chisaki was simply proud of her garden. She stopped her hand movements, causing the flowers to stop growing. Roughly ten of the lilac plants now dotted the edge off the pool, and a small patch of grass to boot.

Chisaki found herself nodding when the mystery man commented on the mix-up. It was most likely true. The receptionist wasn't exactly the shiniest button in the pot. But, it seemed the two of them were mutually content with remaining in the same spring, for better or for worse. Her figure had been noted as stunning, it was true, something she always denied. Men and some women around the village had dubbed her a woodland fairy, which made her smile and nod in appreciation but not actually agree with. Again, titles meant nothing to her. Finally, it seemed, she was about to finally learn this mans name. She had to admit, she was most intrigued. When he introduced himself, a spark of recognition flew through her head. This man was famed as being the most well learned doctors in all the lands. However, Chisaki wasn't much bothered. Titles had little or no meaning to her, so she merely smiled before saying "Good to meet you, Nanashi-san. I'm Senju Chisaki, and I very much doubt you know me" Smiling sweetly, she looked over at him, waiting for a response.

Nanashi didn’t bother in commenting on the fact that he had caught her staring at his chiseled body - for he was doing the same to her. it’s not often that he would admit that a woman was beautiful, of course he tells all those who he meet that but it’s usually out of politeness and not with sincerity. So, for those who knew him would be shocked that the silver haired male actually founded someone beautiful. But what exactly made the woman across from different from all the others whom he had called beautiful. Was it the cascading black locks seemingly flowing on forever? Maybe it was her unblemished tan skin that seem to accent her not only her hair but her eyes that held innocent within them -- a rare thing to find in a shinobi nowadays. Was it -- No! It wasn’t anything physical that caused him to see the woman beautiful but rather the unseen, untouchable aspects about her that caught his attention.

A sensor he was not but it was plain as day that the woman held immense power within her feminine frame. The subtle aura of danger lingering around her persona being masked by a sense of purity and openness only seem to solidify the aforementioned fact. Many would say it’s entirely impossible to sense such things from just being in proximity of another being. Nanashi would tell those people that they obliviously don’t know what they are talking about and apparently never met a shinobi for most were trained to pick up these subtleties. The subtleties that he was able to pick up from being near the woman is what caused him to see her as a beautiful being . . . unlike all the others that he had the pleasure of meeting.

“Let me guess, you are curiosity about my feminine-like appearance?” Nanashi asked, having noted confusing fleeting from her eyes that had soaked in his appearance. He even shifted more, body rising out of the water, crystal droplets rolling off his hard ass and disappearing at his waistline that was still submerged by the water - can’t give her a free peek show . . . yet. “Believe me when I say this. It’s not from any surgery. It’s a combination of looking like my mother and being raised and worked in all female geisha house. Plus certain people had a taste for my feminine looks.” The last part being said with a little bit distain. Those certain people who desired to had a feminine looking male usually tried more than they payed for and always ended up deaded either by his hands or his mothers(yes plural).

“You comfortable?”Enjoying the view?"He asked, referring to the fact that she was sharing the hot-spring with the opposite gender, but despite the fact she seemed to be composed and relax. It seemed like Nanashi wasn’t the only one not caring about having to share the waters with someone of the opposite gender. He was also referring to her staring at him to blatantly like he was doing to her. Either of them held any shame.

”Oh the irony. . .” Nanashi chuckled mentally at the irony two hated clans sharing the same hot-spring, him being half Uchiha and the mysterious woman being Senju. It was truly a funny picture. Even though the woman didn’t say that she was a Senju, the fact that liliac began to sprout around the hot-spring only prove she indeed was from that clan. Gracefully gliding through the water. Nanashi moved towards a lilac, closing the distance between the pair but leaving enough that their personal space would be intruded “I presume lilacs are your favor flowers?” He asked inspecting the flower with a train eye before turning his attention back at the woman.

As she spoke her name, Nanashi immediately recognized who the woman near him was. For the past few years the medical community has talked about a Senju Chisaki, a kunoichi who had the talent to be a great medic in her own right. There was some who even said that she could be the second coming of the 1st Hokage, being able to heal others without the need of hand-signs and by touch, if she dedicated herself to mastering the act. Of course Nanashi pay attention to those who said that for no one will ever be like that man. “It’s nice to meet you, Chisaki. Please call me, Nanashi. I don’t like formality much unless it’s necessary.” Nanashi said flashing his pearly whites at the woman.

“How have your day been?” Nanashi inquired.

It was true, then, he was indeed staring right back at her body. Despite most of her body being hidden underwater, she still sort off understood why he was analyzing her in such a way. It was clear now that he wasn't homosexual at least, so there was always that. Chisaki had honestly never taken much off a notice in men. So far in her life, she had been fully focused on becoming a shinobi. Now, however, that she had achieved that goal, she could finally slow down slightly, and take more off a notice in the people around her. Romance? No, never before had Chisaki actually been in a committed relationship. True, that might be a bit embarrassing but she didn't mind all that much. She had a lot to learn about the world, and she intended to live her life to the fullest. That was the thing, the motto the Senju lived their lives by. Life life to the fullest extent, appreciate every page in the book that is written about your life, past, present and future. Chisaki took a moment to study Nanashi's face a little more. His hair was white, and long but no where near as long as hers was, she had a fair amount of hair after all. One eye was obscured from her; she was guessing from an old wound or perhaps a defect in said eye. He was handsome, she guessed, that much was apparent. Despite her studying so much, she had still noticed men, and felt the feelings everyone feels growing up into an adult. He held an aura about him that suggested he had a lot of hidden talent, and he carried himself well. Nodding slightly, Chisaki relaxed further into the water.

Really now, why was she having these thoughts? Surely, there could never be something between the two of them. Chisaki barely knew the man, should all these vivid thoughts be crossing her mind at all? Or should they be repressed? Right now, she was unsure, so she would handle herself normally, without falter or second thought. This was just a friendly conversation between two shinobi, right? But still, despite all this she couldn't help but feel some sort of connection flowing through them, like the water around them. Sighing slightly, she cleared these thoughts from her mind, before looking back over at him. Strange, she couldn't place it, no matter what it was. Maybe it was simply the fact they were both doctors, or perhaps it flowed deeper still than what she had previously envisioned. So much for pushing these thoughts out of her mind....

When he began to speak about his feminine appearance, she sprang upon the chance to make these bizarre thoughts leave her mind, she listened with a smile, as she always did. So, it seemed that he had a very interesting childhood. Chisaki's, on the other hand, was rather boring in comparison. When he stood up out off the water, she watched a few droplets of hot water meander their way lazily down his chest, before she began to speak about her own upbringing "My parents are both Sages, like I am, but I only found out recently after my training began... I get my looks mostly from my mother, but I have my fathers eyes, or so everyone says, honestly I don't believe them..." Her parents were both very protective over Chisaki, but her father especially. He cared a lot about status, but her mother was quite literally, the older version of Chisaki in practically every way.

Nanashi's sat fairly close to her, but not to close as not to sit literally on top off her. Their legs underwater must have been mere inches apart from each other. Smiling at him again, she shifted her body weight to face towards him, watching his movements. He held a certain grace and authority about him, something which she humbly bowed down to. Honestly, she liked a man who wouldn't back down from his opinion without a fight, and she was under the impression that Nanashi was one of those men. Being a highly skilled doctor also meant he had a certain degree of discipline, it was required of all doctors after all. Nodding ever so slightly, Chisaki continued to watch the white haired male. Nanashi gently picked one of her flowers, and spun it between his index finger and thumb. Chisaki watched him, smiling the whole time. Flowers were her passion, and wherever she lived there had to be a flower garden, end off discussion. Chisaki nodded when he asked if lilacs were her favorite. They were a wonderful colour and smelled marvelous. They had a keen beauty, that took some understanding behind them. A small sigh of contentedness slipped out of her mouth, as the water and casual conversation served to make her smile even more, her teeth shining in their white uniforms.

Recognition seemed to move across his face, maybe he did know her limited reputation after all. It was a surprise, in all honesty. Almost no one, she thought, knew her outside off Konoha. Oft, she had heard other people boast of her talents, but surely that wouldn't serve to attract the attention of one so much higher than itself, could it? "Alright then, Nanashi, what brought you to the Leaf? And my day has been content, your own?" Chisaki often spoke rather formally, it was just natural for her.

Being a shinobi of Iwagakure and the head medif of their hospital, the thought of getting romantically involved with another person has never crossed his mind. He simply didn’t have the time or want to start the long, tedious  ritual known as dating. The idea of meeting and interacting with other people wasn’t something that Nanashi had  the time or patient to do. Hell, the interactions that he does on a daily bases was enough for him already. The act of having to meeting others isn’t the only thing that detours him from the dating scene . There were others that gave him pausing, the prominent being betrayal. Only a handfull of people knew of his relationship with the Yanagi heiress and how it ended. The woman  cheated on the man with a client during a D-rank mission where she had to perform a strip show for the paying client and well the strip show led to the heiress sleeping with the man. Oh but that wasn’t the worse part! Nanashi only founded out when he stumbled upon them at the hot springs, his girlfriend being drilled from behind llke some cheap slut. Of course she tried to deny everything when he confronted her about it, but once she noted that Nanashi wasn’t buying it she decided to come clean and the rest of history. That was only one of the many betrayals Nanashi had when he entered the dating arena, and it was the main reason why he stated away from it to this day.

”Plus I’m technically emotionless. . .” He mused to himself, thinking about all the personality quirks that he got from his mother, the biggest and least known being his lack of emotions. Yes, what many people realize is Nanashi truly don’t care about anything. The emotions that he goes through or show on a daily basis comes from years of mastering an unbreakable facade, allowing for  him to interact with others and blend in with society being none the wisers.  It’s the lack of feeling that allows him to perform some of the most risky surgeries known to man, for he does not fear the repruccusion of his failures, he doesn’t not feel guilt when it comes having a patient die. . .he simply feels nothing.

Or so he thinks . . .

Mentally sharking his head to clear his thoughts, Nanashi focused back on the beauty that caught his attention when she entered the hot - spring. He listened intently as she spoke about her upbringing, and how both of her parents were Sages respective. How the goddess like body of hers was gifted to her by her mother and how she decides that she had her father eyes. Nanashi mentally thank Kami for the wonderful work she did when she created the dark haired woman. The pair was similar on point that most of their looks came from their mother , Nanashi being a more masculine version of his mother but as a child was often thought as her younger sister than son.  A  fact that use to irk him when doing childhood.

A sigh escaped his lips as the question she inquired made him think about why he came to Konoha in the first place “I’m here checking up on some doctor offices that I either own or help funded. I’m also here teaching inspiring medics and retired ones. You be amaze how much Konoha’s hospital or most big hospital charge for a visit. That’s why those that I fund hardly charges anything allowing people,  who  otherwise not get treated, get the help the needed.” He admitted truthfully about his reasonings for being here. “My day has been hellish. Haven’’t slept in two days and this morning had to deal with some rowdy patients.” He stated before, accidently brush his leg against her own before focusing back on the flower in his hand.

“Flowers are more of the most purest forms of beauty.” Nanashi mused, gracefully moving towards her and placed the pluck lilac into her hair neatly before moving away though more noticeably more closer to her than he once was  “And have the tendency to accentuate the beauty of others if used correctly.” His flirting with her were oblivious for he made no attempt to hide it. Besides there was no harm in flirting right?

Sighing in contentedness, Chisaki rested her head on the stone behind her. Her damp lilac hair was flung out behind her on the rock, lazily left to its devices. The rest of her body was still submerged beneath the water, as she closed her eyes, allowing her thoughts to once more travel wherever they desired. Her thoughts this time, turned to her heritage. The Senju clan were famous throughout the lands, legends told of the founding of Konoha, with a jutsu that Chisaki herself knew... The Deep Forest Emergence. Many sought after the DNA of a Senju, which was how her clan was restored. Experimentation had lead to the founding of a whole new era off Senju, strong and powerful. Of course, that was a while ago and none of her immediate family knew of it, though the elders of her clan spoke with wizened faces when it came to that topic of conversation. Sighing once more, Chisaki turned to the rivalry with the Uchiha clan. While Chisaki herself didn't hold grudges, against anyone, she was acutely aware of how much some of her can detested the Uchiha. Opening her eyes, she stared up at the stars above. The sun had set while she had been in this spring.... How long had she been here? When on missions, Chisaki was always comforted by the thought that no matter where she went in the world, the same set of stars would always be watching over her. Smiling at the thought, she sat up again and looked over at Nanashi. This man certainly was intriguing, but again, there was something she couldn't exactly place about him. Sighing yet again, for the third time. she looked back towards the sky.

The emotions that Chisaki was most associated with included kindness, joy, anger and a general sense of forgiveness and grace. Heralded as the most kind yet lethal person around. Chisaki's anger issues stemmed from years of being unappreciated at the Academy, and wanting to prove herself against the stereotype. So, she had set out to become one of the most powerful females in Konoha, and she had achieved that. Since she had turned twenty, she had gained a control over her anger, and only used it when she was really annoyed, or was simply angry at someone. Sitting up, she put her hand back onto the side of the spring, and looked over at Nanashi. He began to speak about his work, and how he funded a lot of medical centres around the different countries in the shinobi world. That was interesting, it hinted at a wealth that surpassed most. However, Chisaki had honestly never cared about wealth in any way shape or form, she was just happy to know a person for who they actually were, instead of how money inflated them above and beyond their stations. While Chisaki lived a comfortable life, she wasn't extremely rich, a fact she was glad for at times. Chisaki was suddenly aware of how she felt something brushing against her leg underwater. Chisaki merely assumed Nanashi had accidentally brushed against her leg. She smiled at him, stating that the accidental contact.

When Nanashi approached her, she didn't move much, she merely sat up slowly and looked over at him, raising an eyebrow as he began to speak... Oh, he was one of the harmless flirting types. Chisaki always found these types amusing to converse with, so after he spun the flower into her hair, she smiled slightly. Placing a hand on his head, she made a flower crown of bright pink flowers appear on his head after a brief use of her Mokuton "And some say, royalty makes you even more beautiful, especially with a flowery crown on your head"

A ghost of a smile playfully dance across his visage before fleeing, and returning his face back to it’s stoic nature. The smile have been brought by the reaction. or rather, lack thereof when he spoke about the facilities that he had funded and subsequently works at when away from Iwagakure no Sato. It’s a refreshing sight to be in the company of a woman who wasn’t impressed by material possession -- especially money. Nor did it seem she cared about titles or one’s fame. This was good in the medic’s eyes for he honestly have gotten tired of dealing with woman who were simply after his money or wanted to nothing but a ‘trophy’. That being someone who’s just is pretty, and expects their significant other to take care of them with complaint. Yeah . . . that definitely wasn’t what Nanashi was looking for this time around.

Wait.

What?

This time around? Did he really want to put himself through all that again? Did, Nanashi, really want to deal with the pain of heartbreak, betrayal, all over again? What would be the point in even doing such? He was emotionless, detached from normal human feelings, right? So there was no need go into the dating scene again, for a masochist he wasn’t . . . right? There was no way that he would exact subject himself all over again, especially not after the death of --

“Oh Daddy, stop being silly. You know me and momma are doing okay. We are in a better place now.
The unmistakable voice of Nanashi’s deceased daughter, reached Nanashi’s ears who listen intently to what she had to say.

”But - “

”No buts, daddy! Me and momma want you to happy. . . like you was with us.”

”But I lack emotions. . .”

”Of course you have them! You just got to find the key that unlocks them again.”

”You was the key, though.”

”There’s always more than one key to open a lock, daddy. Just got to look.” The daughter said before fading away, once more.

”Maybe, I will give it a shot.” Nanashi mused to himself, having placed the lilac in Chisaki’s hair, something the woman didn’t objected to at all. It was kind of surprising to find a woman, who wasn’t after his money, comfortable enough to share the same hot-spring as him. And there was something about this particular woman that drew Nanashi to closer -- like a moth to a flame.

Nanashi watched with curiosity at the woman who placed her hand on his head, he could feel the subtle use of chakra as a crown of pink flowers was formed on his cranium “It’s not royalty that makes one beautiful, it’s who they are that does.” He spoke, idly fingering the flowers, not at all angry of at the choice of color. Nanashi noted, having briefly looked up at the star filled sky, that the pair had been in the hot-spring for an incredibly long time seeing how it was around noon when they both got here. Where did time go? Did they really enjoy each other company to the point that they lost track of time?

Looking back at the woman near him, Nanashi spoke “Would you humor me and allow me to treat you to a dinner? After all, it’s the least I can do to make up the staff’s blunder on those reservations.” He ask, most likely surprising the woman for the question came out of nowhere

“Just a casual date between to respective medics. Nothing more nor less..” He clarified, making it crystal clear that his intentions were pure. Now the only question remains is.

Would she accept?

Chisaki continued to allow to her thoughts to freely wander wherever they chose to go. Her thoughts took her to her own, slightly boring lifestyle. Never before had Chisaki had a serious love interest, she was, like the flowers she so easily created, a tightly folded bud in that respect. True, she could have practically any man in the village, being among the most eligible bachelorette's in the village. Looking once more to the sky, she blinked as she saw how dark the sky had become. Had they truly been sat here so long? Smiling slightly, Chisaki shifted her position in the water, the moonlight reflecting in her eyes, making them sparkle like two gems in the misty hot spring. Chisaki's past so far, had been fairly carefree. Never before had she dealt with unending anguish nor had she had to deal with the loss of her loved ones, so far. Her life in that respect was perfect, but she was young and she knew that this would all change very soon, perhaps, or she would live out her life in true contentedness, whether or not that became a reality remained to be seen. When he mentioned going out for a meal, it gave Chisaki pause. True, he clearly stated his intentions outright but she had to wonder what truly lay hidden behind the mask of indifference. Smiling, thinking that it honestly couldn't hurt she spoke, removing the crown from his head "Sure, pick me up at my home in the Senju compound. Look for the one adorned with flowers and a wonderful garden" Chisaki blew out her mouth, until the air was once more filled with a heavily condensed mist. Slipping out of the water, she quickly wrapped a towel around herself. She headed back inside the building, and dressed as quickly as possible. The mist would dissipate the second she closed the door to the building in question.

Chisaki carefully weaved her way through the village, under the watchful eye of the moon. She observed the nightlife that had emerged with the setting sun. Drunks wandered the streets, singing bawdy songs, not harming anyone. Eventually, she arrived at the Senju compound and her own home. She hung the wreath of flowers from Nanashi's head above her door before slipping inside. Breathing, she headed upstairs. To begin with, she coaxed the shower into life, the hot air once more filling the room. Taking her clothes off again, she slipped into the shower and washed in scents of lavender. Done with that, she dried off and head into her bedroom. She stood by her wardrobe, and took in the surprising amount of clothes she had. Not many associated Chisaki with a wide variety of clothing, but here it all was, dresses of deep purple of of bright pink, and everything in between. Smiling, she picked out a light blue dress (See spoiler), perfect for the occasion. Sitting in front of her vanity, she styled her hair and applied minimal make-up, mainly there to accent her face. Then, she slipped into her dress with a wide smile upon her face. She looked great. Heading downstairs, she sat down on one of her chairs, and waited for Nanashi to arrive. When he got there, she would lock the door and follow him wherever he went, foolish thought maybe but oh well, she could handle herself well enough.

Nightfall had descended on the pair, like an assassin does an unexpected victim, completely taking Chisaki by surprise as evident by the look etched on her face when she stared up into the starless night. There were a full moon tonight. The giant ball of mass suspended lazily within the night sky, it's rays illuminating the earth below it, casting an ethereal glow over the hot-springs, and reflecting of the surface of the water's surface. The glow only seem to enchant the appearance of Chisaki even more, accentuating the natural beauty she possessed to almost goddess like levels. She truly was a beautiful woman. Why was she single again? Granted, he didn't know if she was single but she has to be. She wouldn't be consider his offer if she wasn't, right? From what he were able discern through their conversation she wasn't the type to lead others on, he could be wrong - not like it would be his first time. Shifting his thoughts elsewhere, Nanashi began thinking about this potential upcoming out with her and why he asked her out in the first place? It had been sometime since he had gone out with someone who he founded to be interesting; the last time being with his deceased lover. A frown marred his face as he thought of the woman who he loved deeply, even now, vanishing quickly, he couldn't think about her at a time like this. She would undoubtedly whack him on the head for thinking about her when there might be a chance for him to move on. She were just that type of woman, and it was one of the many trait that he loved about her.

Nanashi's attention turned towards the dark hair beauty, feeling the crown of flowers being removed from his head, listening to the words of the woman before him. She accepted. He would find the home adorned with the crown. A small smile dance across his face at the thought. Before he could give her a time to expect his arrive, she had already obscured his vision via the mist technique, the splatting sound of wet feet hitting the ground told Nanashi that she was leaving the hot-spring. Pity she had to use the mist, he could have looked at her delicious body a little bit longer.A second after the sound of doors being close, obliviously those to the hot-spring, the mist dissipated revealing Nanashi to be alone. That didn't last long for he to slipped out of the hot-spring, wrapping a towel around his lower half, headed to change back into his clothes and then go get ready for the dinner. But first . . .

- - -

Upon first arriving in the village hidden within the leaves, Nanashi had taken his time to familiarize himself with the location of the most prominent places that the village had to offer. The silver haired male had located some of the best weapon and clothing shops along with many of the restaurants. Hey, a man has to eat. . . And at this moment in time, Nanashi was using his knowledge on those establishment as he walked into a restaurant before exiting and headed home, having set reservation for himself and Chisaki. Hopefully she liked the place he picked. . .

Making it to his place of resident for the time being, Nanashi quickly stripped himself of his clothing and went to freshen up for the upcoming dinner. With a towel wrapped around his waist, he began shifting through a couple of formal kimonos that he brought along with him. It's a known fact with Iwagakure that Nanashi loved his kimonos as much as he loved tea ceremonies. The man even had a knack for making his own when the time permitted. Having settled on a kimono; a pure white one with red trim and golden roots intricately woven within it, Nanashi set it aside as he finish his preparation. Having long sense stop doing his duties as a geisha, he still founded himself going through a dressing ritual, hair stylized, a light body oil and than finally putting on the kimono with the greatness of ease. No sooner after that was finished, Nanashi looked within a full body mirror, making sure everything was in place - perfection. Nodding at his appearance, Nanashi picked up a white eye-patch that matched his outfit, before locking his door as he headed out.

It wouldn't take long for him to reach the Senju compound, having passed the guards who allowed him in, and continued on till he stood a front of Chisaki's house - a crown of flowers being hung on the door to signify this. After knocking on the door three times, Nanashi watched patiently for someone to answer and when the door open - he was speechless.

There standing before him was a goddess. For a minute, he just stood there soaking in her appearance but not once looking at her without the uttermost respect. Yes, he could have looked at in a perverse manner but that wasn't an impression he wanted to make on her. "Beautiful." The single word described what he thought about the female before him, and nothing more needed to be said regarding that "We have reservations at a restaurant." He stated, walking down the street of Konoha with Chisaki by his side. If one didn't know any better they would assume that the pair were a couple, which was furthest from the truth. They were simply two people going out, nothing more nor less.

Once arriving at the restaurant, it being located in one of the richer districts, the pair were guided to their table that were obscured from the main portion of the establishment, giving them privacy. - apparently they thought they were a couple. Being the gentlemen that he was, Nanashi pulled out the chair for Chisaki, making sure she was comfortable before taking his seat across from her. The establishment was unique, it having a Western style to it instead of the normal Eastern style.. "What do you like to do for fun?" He asked, wanting to get to know the woman before him.

Chisaki continued to wait in her living room, enjoying the few moments of silence she had to collect her thoughts. The moonlight shone through her windows, casting rays of pearlescent light onto the room. Chisaki stood up, and paced over to the window. She pulled back the drapes, and looked quietly up at the moon, admiring its beauty. The moon was her favorite out of the two celestial bodies that could be seen in the sky. The moons rays had always had a calming effect on her persona, no matter what she was doing at the time. On this particular night, the moon had completed its cycle and had become full once more. Chisaki counted the craters she could see upon the moon in her head, as the rays of moonlight illuminated both her and the village she treasured. Chisaki calmly waited, as her gaze shifted to the river. Her house sat upon a small hill, and from here she could see a river, calmly meandering its way through the compound. The moons rays glistened upon the waters glass like surface, the image broken only by the bugs that stood upon it, sending vast ripples outward. Ripples... Such large reactions to even the tiniest of things, a real reminder that everything could make an impact, no matter how small and insignificant they might seem at first glance. This would be a lesson she prized her entire life, and one she would teach to her students as best she could. If they could understand the value of every living thing, then she knew they would become brilliant members of society, destined to achieve great things with their lives if they believed they could make a difference. Chisaki cherished the youth of the Hidden Leaf. Chisaki and the older generation stood as the foundations, and they the building blocks for truly glorious creations of unparalleled beauty. But these big aspirations best be put into the back of her mind, for right now she had to focus upon the road before her. She stepped back, and pulled the drapes shut, cutting of the fragile rays of moonlight from the room. Carefully, Chisaki went around the room and ensured every single drape was closed, she did the same upstairs. In her bedroom, on her bedside table, there stood a small picture frame. Chisaki picked it up, and stared into the depths of the image. A younger Chisaki stood between two males of her age, an older shinobi behind them. This was her squad from her own youth. The corners of her mouth crept upwards into a crescent shaped smile. Placing the picture down, she headed back downstairs. Her staircase spiraled downwards, and Chisaki followed the familiar steps. As she stepped of the steps, she heard a polite knock at the door. Chisaki hurried over, and paused before opening it. Taking a few moments to compose herself, she opened the door to behold Nanashi, her date for this evening. Clearly, time had been spent on orchestrating this, which made Chisaki's smile return. He had put effort into this, showing that he cared for her on some level, however deep that feeling stood in his heart. Nanashi paid her a compliment, to which Chisaki replied in kind "Hello to you as well, Nanashi. You're looking very suave tonight. That will be lovely I'm sure." Chisaki smiled as they walked out of the Senju compound, she would make this night enjoyable as possible.

As they walked through the village, the dyad that was Nanashi and Chisaki, the female half of the pair thought about this night. The light from the buildings pooled over her, as the night life of Konoha flowed around them. However, there was a certain air about the two of them. Most single men did a double take as they saw her with another man. This was Chisaki Senju, who hardly ever was seen at night with a man, especially in such finery. Blushing ever so slightly, she stuck by Nanashi as they weaved their way to an impressive looking building, located in the richer part of the village, if any part of it could be deemed richer. As they entered the restaurant, they were quickly escorted to their table, in a nice secluded location of the restaurant, for better or for worse. Sighing with content as Nanashi very kindly seated her. He was such a gentleman. When he asked her his question, she smiled and spoke back "For fun? I mostly read or spend time attending my garden. Pretty boring, I know. What do you do outside of your career?" Chisaki smiled kindly as the waiter returned, and poured each of them a glass of a very fine wine. Chisaki thanked him, and sipped from the glass, it tasted wonderful as the fruit coursed through her body. Chisaki turned her eyes back to Nanashi, and smiled at him as the atmosphere of the restaurant banished any of the fear or anxiety that remained inside her mind.

Really, it was cute; how she blushed during their stroll through Konoha, as the couple headed towards the place where they would be dining at tonight, rather this was caused by Nanashi himself or the men who looked at her with surprise, her wasn't for certain but he did find himself longing to see more of it. The light, dusty, pink hue accentuated her beauty - making the goddess beside him even more beautiful. Glances were stolen. Nanashi it hard not to look at the woman beside him, eyes soaking up more of her appearance, as they continued their trek. There were a couple of times where he had to look away, having lingered on certain aspects about her longer than necessary. Thankfully he didn't get caught - at least he hoped not. His thoughts drifted towards the impeding da -- Why does he keep considering this a date? It's just a dinner with an incredibly beautiful woman, who seem trestauranto have a level-head, there's nothing else, right? He didn't want to pursue a relationship with someone he didn't thoroughly know, right? Who's he trying to fool? The silver haired man . . . a smile graced his face at the view of the restaurant.

**Present Time**

There were only a hand full of people, mostly couples, within the restaurant idly chatting with each other, smiles both playful and flirty plastered on their face. There were even a few playing a discreet game of footsies underneath the table. The staff all wore uniformed clothing, and each carried themselves in a joyous, lively manner. And it was one of the staff members who decided to turn on some music, the soft soothing tone rolling through building, given the restaurant a more romantic feel to it.

A soft smile adorn the face of Nanashi, he listening intently to the woman speaking about her hobbies, as he occasionally took sips from the wine - it's fruity taste being refreshing. While she might find her hobbies to be boring, Nanashi did not, for they peaked his interest, something that he spoke on "I don't find them boring at all. Sure, they might not be something I would do but that doesn't mean that they're boring. " He said, putting an end to her assumption of her hobbies being boring. He placed the thought of potentially taking her to a book signing of one of her favorite author , to back of his mind. He first got to find out who was her favorite author. The waitress returned back with menus in hand that were promptly given to the couple, as he waited for them to order. Nanashi, allowed Chisaki to order first before he himself order, and watched as the waitress left.

Turning his attention back to Chisaki, he briefly thought about her question before answering it "I have quite a few hobbies.  Because of my childhood, I enjoy Tea ceremonies and sewing, both being something I take pride in. Aside from the mentioned, I like to read and take walks late at night or early in the morning. " He stated, not mention the fact that the kimono that he wore was sewed by him, it was a pointless fact.

"What are you dreams?" He asked, wanting to know more about the woman before him
