Mission name: Find a lost shoe
Mission rank: D
Objective: Someone was moronic enough to lose their shoe. You are tasked to find it.
Location: Kumogakure
Reward: 70 ryo
Mission description: Its rather simple, just find the shoe.
Mission details: Regarding the person who lost the shoe, you might make him or a no-appearance npc, you could make him or her a tourist or whatever. You can decide where the shoe is because freedom and storytelling is entirely up to you and how it goes. You can also decide if your character lies about the shoe and buy a new one if he or she gives up, like i said, entirely up to you. Failure on making the client happy with getting his shoe back (doesn’t matter if its fake or not) will result in mission failure.
Waking up in the morning, practically starving to death, Haranobu had felt an odd sensation coming from his bathroom. He had the deepest feeling that someone had been inside his bathroom, lurking around. Curious of what was currently happening in his own domain, Tayama got up from his cozy, yet boring plain bed. As he would get up from his bed, a creaking noise would be heard, until finally, fatal silence. Nothing could be heard, and he didn't dear move until it was the right moment to do so. Tip-toeing across his creaking floor, he held out one hand for the slightly opened door. Quickly, he pushed it out, seeing that nothing had been lurking in his bathroom after all. It was just a branch tapping against his window frame, which for some odd reason sounded like a person moving things around. He didn't expect it not to be that way though, for this small joint he was in made lots of weird noises here and there. Toyama laughed silently to himself, not noticing that he was being watched by someone across his little house. Slowly now, he went downstairs, where his wonderful breakfast had waited for his taste buds to slobber on. He never felt so hungry in his life, he could eat a dog at this point, but no really.
Now, fixing up his breakfast he sang a little song to himself. "Bacon, egg, I like to eat it on the bed. Honey, with some fries, yeah that kinda stuff makes me wanna cry." he said making up hilarious and idiotic lyrics along the way. But, before he could finish his little song a hard "thump" had been heard at the door. No one had usually visited Haranobu, neither have they even knocked on his door. Tayama went up to his door, and peaked threw his door hole, looking at a formed Kumogakure shinobi with a letter in his hand. Yet again there was another hard "thump" on his door, but this time more aggressively. Immediately, Haranobu opened the door. "Hey man, what the hell is your problem..." he trailed off, but was stopped by a letter shoved in his face. Suddenly, the Kumogakure shinobi was no more in appearance but a spec of dust left outside of a crappy place mat. Opening the letter, Tayama's eyes widened with a huge smile across his face. He had recieved his first mission directly from the Raikage, man was he excited. Jumping and skipping in joy, Tayama skipped his breakfast, and headed right out his small house to complete his mission.
Haranobu mission had been find an old cranky man's shoe. It had seemed this old man, Puma, had lost his shoe near a waterfall and he couldn't find it anywhere while attempting to look for it himself. Surely after reading Tayama thought it was a truly dumb mission, but he would get payed for doing it. Instead of going to the old mans house for clues or suggestions, he went right to the cut. He already knew which waterfall the man had dropped it at, for it had been the smallest waterfall of all.
Slowly, Tayama encountered what had seemed a water fountain that had been leaking in a waterfall shaped form. This old man clearly did not knowthe difference between a waterfall and water fountain. Despite the lack of knowledge Puma may have had, Haranobu looked for the shoe in case it was there. Looking in various amount of spots, and nearly chocking by the disgusting spell, he finally found the pair of shoes hidden within a box. labeled Puma's Shoes. Obviously the shoes was his, and he ran towards his cottage to give it to him.
Puma had been surprised he forgot his box of shoes, and misplaced it without even knowing. In the end though, he was great full of what Haranobu had done.
