ITEM GUIDELINES
As with weapons, armour and items, each need to be applied in the appropriate section of the object being put through the approval process. The rank of said object determine both the cost and effectiveness of the the item. Once an item/weapon/armour has gone through the approval process, the item must be paid for and after payment, it must be moved to one’s locker in order to use the item in any threads started after the item is in the locker.
E-Rank: The most standard of shinobi weaponry. This includes things such as kunai, shuriken, pouches, senbon, etc.
D-Rank: Slightly more advanced items than E-Ranks, but still relatively simple tools. This relates to items such as ninja wire, flash bombs, etc.
C-Rank: These are low quality items in terms of larger weaponry and armor.
B-Rank: These are finely crafted items in terms of larger weaponry and armor.
A-Rank: Items capable of possessing special abilities/qualities such as an elemental alignment, extremely advanced mechanisms, or special non-chakra based abilities (i.e. +1 to Bukijutsu)
S-Rank: Powerful items capable of having unique chakra based abilities. Any item which imposes a chakra cost to utilize falls under S-Rank.. (i.e. effects similar to the lightning fang blades.)
SS-Rank: Plot equipment and/or items with extremely powerful effects. These items can be bought in shops but must meet special conditions set by admin, these cannot be used in a thread unless it is tagged plot in the title or all parties in the thread agree to their use.
Legendary: 'Legendary' weapons and armour are weapons and armour used by canon characters in the Naruto series. These cannot be bought or attained except as an event prize.
Damage:
Weapon damage depends on the rank of the weapon, and must be specified in the description of the weapon with the dimensions and any additional effects or properties the weapon has (i.e cutting/piercing depth). Here's a small guide for weapon damage per rank:

E Rank: Light bruises, scrapes
D Rank: Light bruises, scrapes, 1 half inch cuts
C Rank: Moderate bruises, 1-3 inch cuts (i.e. can chip/fracture bone, not likely, but can cause death.)
B Rank: Deep bruises/ broken bone, 1 to 3 and a half inches cuts (i.e. can cut through/break bone, can cause death.)
A Rank: Shattered bones, light internal bleeding, 3-5 inch cuts, on a perfect direct hit A rank weapons can cut through a person. (i.e. can cut through/break bone, can cause death.)
S Rank: Crushed Structures, moderate internal bleeding, can cut through a person x2.
SS Rank: Crushed structures, extremely deep cuts (can cut through a person x4) , severe internal bleeding.
The prices of items are determined by rank, and then by the abilities the item has determines the price in the given range. After an item is approved, the moderator will give you a set price for the item.
E-Rank: 20 - 100 ryo
D-Rank: 120 - 250 ryo
C-Rank: 300 - 500 ryo
B-Rank: 600 - 1200 ryo
A-Rank: 1500 - 3200 ryo
S-Rank: 3500 - 6500 ryo
SS-Rank 8000+
If a piece of equipment is broken in a thread, it can be reforged back to its purchased condition, though this requires an additional ryo cost. Consumable items such as senbon, shuriken, explosive tags, kunai, etc. reset to their original amount once you enter a new thread. The cost of reforging a broken item/weapon/armor is based on the rank of the item. The prices are as follows:
E Rank: 10 Ryo
D Rank: 60 Ryo
C Rank: 150 Ryo
B Rank: 300 Ryo
A Rank: 750 Ryo
S Rank: 1700 Ryo
Every piece of equipment is capable of being enchanted once. For enchanting, the equipment has to be of B-Rank or higher for it to be capable of being enchanted. When applying to enchant a piece of equipment, make sure you post both the pre-enchanted and post-enchanted version of said object. The prices vary depending upon the original rank of the equipment and the rank after the enchantment process. The prices are as follows:
B - A: 500 - 750
B - S: 2500 - 4000
B - SS: 5000+
A - S: 1500 - 3000
A - SS: 4000+
S - SS: 3000+
