Here he was again. Mure the shinobi. The thought of it made him frown but he didn't mind being considered a shinobi entirely. Even if it was the lowly rank of genin. But what was a guy to do? Still he only had five missions to do in order to prove himself and he was rather sure that he could manage that much. Even if his lazy nature usually prevented him from accomplishing much. A sly smile came across his mouth from behind the mask as he tilted his head. A mission was something that needed perimeters to be followed and the success usually relied on the details. Yet here he was bored standing beneath a tree watching a rather fat cat trying to cling to a branch that was bending so far it was like it was trying to get the cat off of it. The cat itself was stubborn though and had its claws dug into the bark. He merely had to wait for it to lose its grip and then catch it in the padded cat cage. A thought of that reminded him of what he was holding in his right hand. A padded cage so her little snookums didn't get hurt. Stuck up cats. He never had to deal with this with his bugs. Finally he watched the branch snap much to the surprise of a none to bright over weight cat. Still it was an easy task to catch the cat falling through the air in the padded carrier. It still resounded with a thud but the cat was entirely fine. Not a mark on his big rear end. Well now he had one. only five more to go. For now he would return this one so if he came across two more he could fit them all in the cage.

It was on his way back that he heard the hissing and barking. Things crashing as two dumb animals ran back and forth within an enclosed area. Well he better go investigate after all. He landed overlooking the alley to spot a dog and a cornered cat. He would have to be decently fast for what he expected to do next. After all he needed to save the cat from becoming dinner. Even if he thought the thing was richer then he was. He should not spite the spoiled animal when it was not the animals gluttony that was the sin but the owner providing it with such lavish things. Still he found the idea slightly against his view of the circle of life. The dog was superior and had trapped his prey and would finally be able to eat for the day. It was only fair to the dog to be given its chance. However Mure was higher on this chain and the prey in question was also his ticket to a higher existence. So he supposed he could consider this a natural course. Bracing his feet his eyes narrowed as suddenly he was moving. The cage with the cat freaking out in his right hand from the change in speed. It was another factor he would have to consider. He could only open the door for the briefest of moments or the other cat might escape. As he landed between the dog and the cat he clicked open the cage door and grabbed the cat by the scruff throwing it in with the other one. They where both so fat that they hardly fit comfortably but he was already moving. Closing the cage door as he launched back into the air to do a back flip over the fence the dog snapping after his heels. But far to late.

The rest of the day was less eventful as he found the other cats lazing about the town. One even decided to follow him back to the house of its own accord. A curious specimen. But still he had collected all the cats. He turned away from the fancy house to go and report his mission completion'
