Description: The user molds lightning chakra in order to create an extremely bright flash used to temporarily blind all in the area who look directly at the light. Those blinded by the effects of this jutsu completely lose the ability to see for 2 post (By that time the light will have faded). Enemies blinded by the flash will suffer lingering effects as their eyes re-adjust, resulting in seeing spots and blurry vision (imagine the after effects of looking at the sun) for one post following their blindness. This makes the enemy unable to see and react to fine visual cues (i.e. they can see the opponent moving, but will see them as a blurry mass, unable to make out anything more than direction, size, and speed), resulting in a 50% decrease in reaction time while they suffer from the lingering effects. The user closes their eyes during this jutsu as to avoid being blinded by it themselves and initiates the flash by clapping their hands together as if in prayer thus the name. This technique is most often used for temporary displacement as the light provides cover for another action whether it be attack or retreat. Blinding Flash is most effective at night or in dark places where light is scarce and the flash's effects will be more pronounced where it's lingering effects will last one post extra.

Description: The Water Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's chakra. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Water clones are capable of only using suiton jutsu provided they have enough chakra to cast it. A Maximum of six clones may be created at any one time. The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra, or when hit by any attack that can cause a noteworthy level of physical damage [second/third degree burns, broken bones, stab wounds, etc] or a C rank offensive jutsu/ 2 D rank.
