Clan History: The Namikaze Clan was created by the Great-Grandson of the Senju Clan Ancestor, who didn't quite agree with his Great-Grandfather's beliefs, and wanted a family that wanted both War and Love to get Peace. Back then, the Clan had only around 20 members, but grew in time.
When the Senju Clan was created, they became Allies with the Namikazes and decided to help create Konohagakure, after using their legendary building skills. It is said to be that they created the Hokage Monument.

The Namikaze Clan disbanded during the Third Shinobi World War after Konoha-Nin found the research and the Advisants tried to invade Konoha, but were eventually stopped by their leader, Minato Namikaze, who didn't even know about the research, or as he says. Remnants still survive of the Old-Namikaze Clan, who hid in Kamigakure so that they could steal their most prized possession - Thunderstorm Release, as it was revealed by the Remnant's leader that Minato was forced to give him the DNA to it. Description: )Thunderstorm Release (雷雨盤, Raiban), a Tier 5 element, is made of Tempest Release, a Tier 4 nature, and Wind Release, a Tier 1 nature. An extremely rare Kekkei Genkai, it is thought to be that users of Thunderstorm Release are similar to those of Wood Release; Their DNA is precious as in being a way of improving any techniques, similar to Yang Release. Thunderstorm Release allows for the creation and manipulation of Thunderstorms, in varying power, from a normal electric shock, to an army being disintegrated by the force alone, and destroying the landscape around it, which also means manipulation of amounts of chakra needed. It is unknown exactly where the Thunderstorm Release actually originated from, though rumours have said that it is the secret power of the Namikaze Clan, and they used it to hopefully gain the Tier 6 nature, to use on others to gain world domination.
