Strafe walked through the town of the mist at a slow pace today. He needed something to do and was drawing a blank. He wanted to train, but training by himself all the time was starting to get boring. Strafe stopped suddenly as a bird circled in the sky over him. He recognized the bird as one of the Aisu's messenger birds. He immediately stuck his arm out, allowing it to land. He took a small scroll that was attached to it's leg, reading it with anticipation.

Strafe,

I have been told to give you this message from the head of the Aisu clan. You are to go immediately to the lake east of the administrative building and wait there. See you at supper!

Strafe racked his brain for a reason why he would be summoned to the lake. He hadn't done anything wrong, had he? He pushed the thoughts out of his head, heading to the lake where his mother told him to be. Maybe this was a good thing. He was bored after all.

He soon arrived at the lake, seeing no one in sight. What was this? A joke? He looked around again, hoping that he was blind. Maybe whoever he was supposed to meet was late or something. It didn't matter, he was where he was supposed to be.
