The Sunagakure Genin, Hikari Iki, held a scroll in the palm of her left hand. This was going to be her first C ranked mission. The Medical Ninja didn't want to mess this up. Hoping she'd get something related to the field of medicine and healing Hikari placed her right hand's thumb on the scroll and pulled it open slowly. There was an intense excitement on the inside for Hikari. Until she saw what she had to do. It was something related to relationship problems. Now, Hikari has never been in an relationship herself so how could she possibly be able to fix something like this? How could she solve other people's relationship problems when she didn't understand them? The Genin didn't want to return to the Kazekage and back out from the mission. Surely Lady Kazekage didn't want Ninja who ducked a challenge around. Hikari went with plan B. Looking for help.

The Genin didn't know that many people in Sunagakure. She wasn't the most social person in Wind Country. But there was a fellow Genin whom Hikari knew fairly well. The two graduated the Ninja Academy together. Hikari stood in front of her friend, Misoka Karisuma's home. Dressed in a pair of black leather pants and a matching black long sleeved shirt. Hikari forced her left hand up and balled it into a fist pounding on Misoka's door. "Misoka...." Hikari would say. Sounding extremely calm didn't mean she was calm. The Genin did panic.

"Open the door Misoka, hurry. I need you. There's this mission. And I have to fix a couple up. Yes a boyfriend and girlfriend type of situation. My head hurts." Hikari would stop talking wondering if her friend was able to hear anything she said. Hikari wasn't that loud a person. The Medical Ninja then heard some footsteps inside of the house.

It was a really dull day to say the least. Misoka lay on the couch, dozing off every now and then while her father was looking for his Katana once again. It was a mystery to her how you could lose something as big and important as your ninja sword. And that multiple times.
"Have you taken a look into the cupboard yet?" The young Karisuma called out, not caring all too much, though.
"Yes of course I have!"
A grin spread across Misoka's face. She opened her eyes, just to see her father running his hands through his hair, about to freak out completely. It was then that a knock on the door could be heard.
"Ah, Misoka, go! I don't have time for visitors now!" Her father groaned and went off into his bedroom, probably to go through his stuff again.

After a quick stretch, Misoka got up and ran to the door. "Coming!"
When she opened it, her eyes widened as a huge smile flashed over her face. "It's you, Hikari-chan! Wow, I haven't seen you in a while!"
She greeted her with a short hug before looking her over. Hikari was still as pretty as ever with her black dress and her neon-green eyes which could still frighten you quite a bit when looking at them directly. Her long black hair hung down in curls.
Just then Misoka recalled what she was dressed in right now - Her pyjamas! How embarassing! A light blush crept up to her cheeks. Thank Goodness, it had been Hikari at the door; she hopefully wouldn't mind too much.

"Ah, um, I know I'm not wearing the best outfit at the moment, but it's still great to see you again," Misoka said, grinning slightly. "So why are you here at this time of the day?" It was still morning, after all.

The door was pulled backwards, another teen girl popped up and wrapped her arms around Hikari. It was Misoka! Still, Hikari's body became tense quickly. She wasn't used to a lot of physical contact. The Genin managed to return the favor and wrap her slim arms around Misoka. Even though the reunion was slightly awkward it was always great to see a friend. The two truely haven't seen each other in quite some time. Hikari was to blame, she tended to keep to herself. She tried to be more social but it just would not work sometimes.

"You're correct, Misoka-Chan and I'm glad I got to come here." Hikari said in her usual gloomy tone. Soon the Medic noticed that Misoka was dressed in her night clothes. That wasn't an issue to Hikari. The Medic's expression didn't change. She wasn't even remotely entertained at the thought of Misoka running outside with her PJs on. The Genin's neon green eyes trailed down to her friend's lower body examining what she was wearing. "It's alright, it has happened to us all at one point. But I'm here for a reason I'd classify as odd. But first let's get inside and sit."

Hikari held the mission scroll out. Waiting for her friend to take it. Hikari then waited for Misoka to go back inside the house so she could too. "There's this man in the village who fears for his daughter's mental health. She recently broke up with her boyfriend. So I have to meet this girl and get her to give me all the information about her relationship. I have to save it and get them back together. Small problem Misoka...."

Hikari's blank facial expression faded. Misoka was able to see slight sadness for a short period of time. The Medical Ninja's eyes shifted down to the ground below her. "I've never had a boyfriend. You know I used to get scared around boys or scare them because of how I looked at them back in the Academy. I don't know how these type of situations work. My brain is over loading, and my attempts to make this mission make sense is futile. I need you. You've had boyfriends before right?" Hikari would follow that up by saying. "Would you do this mission with me? Lady Kazekage said I could recieve help."

Misoka gestured for the girl to come in and continued to listen to her when they sat down at the kitchen table. A mission! She beamed. Looked like the day would not be so dull after all. However, as Hikari went on in a slightly sad and frustrated tone, the situation became more and more awkward.
"You've had boyfriends before, right?" The gaze full of expectation made Misoka's stomach turn. Her mind raced feverishly whilst searching it for any kind of remarks she might have said to the older girl back in the academy. Had she actually been bragging about going out with boys at the innocent age of 13? Of course, Hikari didn't know about how her life had changed shortly after she had become a genin. How this incident had changed Misoka herself and especially her attitude towards men. She still held a great fear of them as a consequence of the trauma she had went through due to her mother's death.
And she was in no mood at the moment to explain all of this to her friend, let alone having to recall the painful memories whilst doing so.

"Sure... this, um, should be fairly easy." So the young Karisuma put on a cheerful smile. "We'll get the two lovey birds back together in no time. Don't worry about it."
She lightly patted Hikari's shoulder before standing up. "Just give me a sec so I can change into something more fitting for the world outside this house."
A small giggle could be heard, then Misoka dashed off into her bedroom. With a soft click she closed the door and leaned against it. Oh dear. The truth was she had never had a boyfriend before; hell she hadn't even come close to kissing a guy! But she was not going to admit that and crush Hikari's hopes... it shouldn't be so hard, really. That girl and that boy split up - okay. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding. If they still loved each other, they should have some desire to hook up again. All they needed was a small nudge in the right direction.
These thoughts managed to calm her a bit as she quickly changed into a white shirt and a skirt.

"I'm ready to go!" She exclaimed, running out of her room up to Hikari. "Come on!" Without waiting for her friend's reply, she rushed out of the house. Hikari would surely follow her in an instant and show her where they should meet that heartbroken girl.
