Ability/Function: This spool of wire has no real ability or function. It is made from chakra metal, and as such, allows Naota to channel his chakra through in order to perform various things. By weaving the wire into a 'mold' Naota is able to mimic and perform projectile jutsu, within reason. The wire is sharp, capable or slicing through flesh with ease and bone with enough force.
In addition, the wire can be used to restrain targets, binding them with no injury, if Naota wishes.
Close/Long Range: Close (0m-5m), Mid (5m-10m)
Appearance: Its a spool of wire, made from a dark variant of the chakra metal. It can be hard to see even in bright sunlight.
History: There isn’t much of a history behind the wire. It was a custom order commissioned by his father, Uchiha Takeru, for Naota. It was an attempt to allow Naota to overcome his 'disability'.
