However, it can effectively completely paralyze a target and forcefully cut off their chakra and thus ending all active jutsu for a single post.

As these gloves have many sharp and jagged edges and sharpened fingertips which can cause cuts of up to 0.5cm on their own, any wound caused by these gauntlets will result in a mild neurotoxin entering the opponent's bloodstream, which after a one post delay will activate and lower the victim's perception stat by -1 tier for 3 posts, this effect can be stacked, but is capped at maximum 3 tiers of perception reduction.

Veritas: This ability from your anbu mask cannot affect jutsu without some limiter because it is not an active ability (meaning that it's not the primary ability of the item) Nor is it paid for in chakra as an ability on the item. It also cannot defend against a jutsu per the rules of items now. You will have to change this in some way for this item to be approved.

Obscuris: This increases the range by 10 meters already, and that's a 40% increase, I am not sure that it is legal as is, much less with an 80% increase to the passives of the senjutsu Sage mode. With the above Veritas and the Obscuris being outside of the bounds of an item I cannot approve this item.

Wraith Armour

Remove the legs, this is a torso armor, armors can only cover one of the following: arms, legs, torso, head.

Silence is golden: This cannot function as a 'free' jutsu that is always on. Needs a chakra activation and to be the primary function if it is to act like a jutsu of the same rank.

Ghost mode: This should not affect the user if they're not targetting you. It should say something along the lines of, "when attacking or tartetting the wearer: (state the effect)." Also there is no range to this ability slot.

Wraith Gauntlets

Infection and corruption: I don't think that you're allowed to change the effects of an item when you're ranking it up or revamping it, since it would change the way your character's story happened up to this point. I think this would need a reforge to do this, which would take Ryo and training.

Infection: This does not meet the requirements of the rules of jutsu, this actually directly affects the jutsu that others can use and therefore is an illegal ability. The rules state:

Also, I am not sure that any foreign object that enters the body can go undetected by the pain receptors, so I am going to say no on this one until a senior mod says otherwise, the fact that they are unable to detect it without some sort of a numbing agent in as the ability is not within the limits of an A ranked ability.

This poison can be removed with an A rank or higher healing jutsu and only starts taking effect one post after having entered the victim's body.

Armor | Ghost Mode - make it clearly state it's referring to the users speed stat. Also I'd like to see the effect rephrased to "making it so that the opponent's dexterity interacts at -2 tiers".

Wraith Gauntlets | Infection - While it doesn't need to follow the poison template listed in the item guideline rules, it shouldn't be able to exceed what they can do. In this case the strength (4 tiers) of the poison and it's duration are not aligned with the guideline.

do note that Fuyuko did not include the dm discord talk which explained that the shade armor is essentially my old ANBU armor having been upgraded through time. Also the no interaction, far as I know, only applies to 'passive' abilities, abilities that cost chakra follow jutsu rules and are thus able to interact with other jutsu.

Right, I submitted this to a senior mod, I am not clear on whether an item can interact with a jutsu when it costs Chakra.

At the cost of 25 chakra, the user can snap their fingers resulting in a spherical field of chakra expanding at a speed of up to 80m/s to a radius 60m letting out an extremely amplified sound of said snap which can be heard up to several hundreds of meters away. However, it can effectively completely paralyze a target and forcefully cut off their chakra and thus ending all active jutsu for a single post.

[b]Poison Ivy[/b]
As these gloves have many sharp and jagged edges and sharpened fingertips which can cause cuts of up to 0.5cm on their own, any wound caused by these gauntlets will result in a mild neurotoxin entering the opponent's bloodstream, which after a one post delay will activate and lower the victim's perception stat by -1 tier for 3 posts, this effect can be stacked, but is capped at maximum 3 tiers of perception reduction.

Due to the precise nature of this scalpel, it is best used for stabbing rather than cutting when used in combat, though as it is able to cleanly cut through any and all bloodvessels, whenever stabbed with this weapon in a vital place, the bleeding effect will proceed at double the usual rate. Made for Orochi Naoto, the Ouroboros head of three generations ago, who had the nickname 'Master of the surprise death'. The weapon was forged by Suna craftsmen to the highest possible standards and quality, even still trumping many a craftsmen's finest work to this very day.

After the death of Orochi Naoto, it was placed in the care of the clan-elders of the Hebi family, who have deemed Orochi Risu; the next Ouroboros clan head, worthy to wield this small, but efficient weapon.
