RAIKAGE REQUESTS:
Greetings fellow citizen. Should you request to travel or require a rank up or permission for plot specific occurrences in the nation that may effect the overall functioning of the state, or a thread with the Raikage please post a request here first so they can be looked over and approved.
Simply fill out one of the required applications:
- Travel Request:
A formal request to travel so that you're not seen as a deserter or criminal.
Character Name: Character name you're travelling with.
Where you wish to travel to: Name of the country you're going to.
Purpose: Why you're travelling

- Rank Up:
A formal request to the Raikage, proving ones skill and dedication for permission to rank up.
Character Name: Character you wish to rank ups name
Current Rank: Current ninja rank
Desired Rank: Rank you're apping for.
Jutsu: The jutsu you trained to meet the requirement
Stats: The Stats you have to meet the requirement
Missions: Links to mission application threads completed (with page number please.) Or mention whatever other means you wish to rank up IE. beating a ninja of higher rank.
Social threads: Links to your social threads for your activity requirement :)

- Event Permission / Notification:
Should an event alter the climate of the nation, its required to ask permission here so that record is kept of it. This includes mass village destruction, death or alteration of plot or major NPC's etc.

Details: The details of the event, what it may entail, etc. The more detail the better. (Ie, meeting the Kage, destroying a portion of the village, interacting with major NPC's and how)
