Honor. Family. Loyalty. The three words is what it means to be a shinobi for Kumogakure no Sato. A nation never known for the use of squads, the changing times has caused Kumogakure to adapted such practices with squads organized in three man cells under the hand of a sensei of higher ranking than the other members. Alongside promoting comradery, squads are encouraged to compete and form friendly rivalries with one another. For competition and rivalries breeds success and strength, motivating the winners and losers to continue to pursue strength to either hold onto bragging rights or to gain them.
Ninja who are assigned to a squad and perform threads from one another benefit from the bonuses that can be found in the Squad Rules, to become a member of a squad, simply send a Registered Sensei on the register a private message asking to be a part of their squad, if / when they agree, simply fill out the following application requesting to become a member of their squad. Likewise, if you wish to become a Sensei of a squad with a higher rank character, simply fill out the form as a sensei as opposed to a student.
Accomplishments: *As mentioned, Kumogakure encourage the squads to compete with one another for bragging rights. Squads are invited to spar with other squads of similar or higher strength. The winning squad not only gain ic bragging rights, and the accomplishment recorded in history, but also the rewards detailed in the Combat Guidelines. Furthermore, squads that complete quest mission, for the betterment of Lightning Country, will also have their effort recognized by the governing bodies. Depending on how this goes, additional rewards might be present, funded by the Raikage, to the squad with the most accomplishments.

ApprenticeshipNot all high ranking shinobi wants to take on a group of student, and that is where apprenticeship comes in. Shinobis of A+ can take on a single apprentice of lower ranking than themselves. The apprentice can still be on a normal squad if they wish to be. The process to register for an apprenticeship, or Sensei is the same as registering for a squad.
