Description: Warcry is a technique that amplifies and distorts the user’s voice beyond natural boundaries and turns it into an offensive, deafening force. While the overall range of this technique reaches over 2 kilometers, because loud sounds travel far, the effective range of the technique’s ability to damage is only a 45-meter cone (initial radii of the cone is 3-meters in diameter as it is exhaled) in the direction that the user is facing. The deafening force within the roar travels at 40m/s. Anything within the range, indiscriminate of friend and foe, will have their eardrums burst and be deafened until healed by A-Rank or higher Medical Ninjutsu.
In addition to the aforementioned effects, the power of the technique will render anybody within the radius that has not adequately defended themselves unconscious for 2 posts. Because this technique attacks the target utilizing sound, it will not be hindered by non-physical chakra barriers (i.e barriers made of elements such as fire, wind, or unaligned chakra that create barriers without a physical descriptor and do not dampen sound), and simply pass through them. Description: Warcry is a technique that amplifies and distorts the user’s voice beyond natural boundaries and turns it into an offensive, deafening force. Utilizing chakra-enhanced air compressed within the user’s lungs, the user is able to exhale a loud, powerful roar(warning, loud noise). While the overall range of this technique reaches over 2 kilometers, because loud sounds travel far, the effective range of the technique’s ability to damage is an 80-meter radius cone that travels up to 80-meters in the direction that the user is facing. The deafening force within the roar travels at 80m/s. Anything within the range, indiscriminate of friend and foe, will have their eardrums burst and be deafened until healed by A-Rank or higher Medical Ninjutsu.

It can be used to consume a single technique before the cooldown is initiated. When utilizing this technique, the user is able to physically consume any and all fire within a thirty meter radius of themselves. When used on fire not produced by chakra, their only limitation is that any amount of fire can be consumed so long as it is in relative proximity to the original fire being consumed. They gain no chakra from doing this, and in fact have to expend their own chakra in order to bring the flames to them. Once the fire is within their body, it is extinguished using the user's own chakra and exhaled as dark smoke.
