In a bit of a surprise, the wall of insects began to break apart as his opponent came flying through one side of the wall grabbing N'Jobu in a tackling bear hug and leaving his clone behind in his haste. S'Yan was pinned between them, a bit bruised up but he was a resilient little insect for his size. The force of the cannon like explosion through the wall into a tackle knocked both N'Jobu and Yugen back about 2m. His opponent had taken the bait. Now it was time to make him pay for it. N'Jobu felt his gauntlets being manipulated until his body was left in a T shaped pose with Yugen bear hugging him. He felt Yugen's hands on his back, his grip incredibly strong although the armor of chitin protected him from being crushed by the vice. Suddenly he heard a crack coming from his back. Apparently, Yugen had launched some form of jutsu into his back cracking his chitin armor slightly but could not pierce through it. He looked up and saw that his bow had fallen from its perch in the air as his opponent seemed to be more focused on his gauntlets instead. "Interesting...maybe he lost focus or maybe it has a limit?" he pondered as he sat restrained by his opponent. N'Jobu was simply biding his time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to set in motion his counter-attack. "Just a little bit more..." he thought to himself as felt a sudden pressure around his neck from some kind of belt or rope. His armor would protect him but the pressure began to mount. "Now..." he mused as he activated his substitution technique, switching places with his clone who was about 3m back waiting for the switch as Yugen failed to notice it. The pressure of the squeezing belt caused the after-image illusion to release the chakra within creating a small poof of smoke from which his clone appeared. While the puff of smoke likely obscured his vision, the clone broke apart into thousands of insects surrounding Yugen at 25m/s in a devious prison with malicious intent while also freeing S'Yan who immediately dove back into the ground once again directly beneath the two. Given the proximity of the clone to Yugen, it would be nearly impossible for him to react to his imprisonment. The insects would begin to swarm onto him, injecting him with a venom tailored to cause opponents to go blind. While his opponent was preoccupied with that, N'Jobu dashed towards the middle of the arena to retrieve his bow which had fallen to the center of the arena. He slid towards it to pick it up and rolled over to take up a shooting stance aimed at his insect prison. He drew back the bow and waited for his opponent's next move as if they broke out of his prison, he would be ready to strike him down for good and his poison would soon be taking effect. Upon activation of the poison 1 post after the injection, the victim’s vision will begin to become blurred, reducing their reaction time to visual ques by -1 for 1 post. 2 posts after the initial injection if not expelled via a medical ninjutsu of B rank or above, they victim will become completely blind for the remainder of the thread. Range: One prepared item in the user's clear line of sight. Speciality: Ninjutsu. Duration: 1 post preparation. Infinite postponement, Instant activation. Cooldown: 6 posts after activation. Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.
Name: Mushi Bunshin (蟲分身 - Insect Clone) (Dispersed into a C rank Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu | Aburame Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after the Duration Description: A secret technique exclusive to the Aburame clan, where 15000 of kikaichū are gathered in one place to take on the appearance of the user or anyone else the user wishes. After forming the Ram sign the user of this technique is capable of creating up to two copies of himself (15000 Kikaichu Each) up to 25 meters away from his position, the clones can travel no further than 40 meters away from the Aburame (the clones are capable of moving at C-Rank Speed) and is elaborate enough to be mistaken for the original even by chakra sensory of B-Rank or lower, and therefore may be used as a decoy or as part of a diversionary tactic. Due to the insects making up the clone when a basic attack is about to hit them the Kikaichu can separate and then reform when they are out of danger, however they cannot avoid jutsu in this manner. The insects that make up the clone can be used for additional techniques so long as they still have the required amount. A single clone can be used as the source of 1 C-Rank Aburame Jutsu or it can be used as 2 D-Rank Aburame jutsu. Considering the fact that the clones have C-0 stats across the board, if met with an attack that they cannot avoid (i.e. faster then they would be able to dodge) the clone would fall apart along with killing 2500 kikaichu due to how close together they are and not be able to reform due to not having enough Kikaichu to make it, instead they would fall into swarms of 2500 each that can still be used for jutsu that they have enough Kikaichu for. The clones cause no damage alone and is viewed by the Aburame as merely a more advance form of their Mushi Kumo, allowing them the capability to perform multiple jutsu from different locations. However due to them being separate from the host they can only sustain the form for a short time and after 3 posts the insects begin to die off. Due to the clones being made of the Kikaichu the clones themselves are weak to Katon based jutsu

At the users command using the tiger seal, the insects will moving out at a speed of 25m/s up to 25 meters in a 45 degree 3m radius cone from the tether point latching onto the target binding them in place and draining them of 5 chakra per post. Natural strength of C-3 or higher can break free without the use of jutsu in 2 post, increasing by 1 post per tier below C-3 up to a maximum of 5 posts. This jutsu must be cast from a bow weapon (item or justu) and does not have an inherent speed or range, only dependent on the speed and range of the bow. When the user chooses to initiate the rest of the technique, the swarm can move up to fifteen meters in any direction from the starting position at a speed of up to fifteen meters per second. The objective of this technique is to drag the opponent under the ground along with the user. The swarm upon arriving within 1m of the target burst from the ground at a speed of fifteen meters per second and grapple the target, dragging them back into the ground with them. The victim remains trapped beneath the earth, with only their head above the surface, unable to move for 2 posts if their Strength stat is D-3 or lower.
