As N'Jobu dashed forward, his opponent responded in kind by dashing forward towards the center of the arena. Kashiki would begin to make hand seals as he disappeared from N'Jobu's sight temporarily leaving behind a blurry visage, but was quickly discovered by his two clones behind him who were able to see him clearly through his jutsu. Soon Kashiki would be engulfed in reddish purple flames, forming a cloak around him decorated with a tengu-like mask across his face. "Katon...not good," he thought to himself before they would soon clash. "I need to end this fast...". The two parties would soon meet near the center of the arena where S'Yan would scurry into the ground to spring his trap upon his opponent should he get too close. Although he could not tell his opponent's exact location by himself, he could communicate with his clones to quickly relay his opponent's position and prepared for a counter attack. Given the timing, he would not be able to pull his bow and fire it as a distraction as he intended so he would need another form of distraction to lull his opponent into a false sense of security. Both parties would arrive at the center of the arena with Kashiki moving quickly to intercept N'Jobu as he turned in his path to attack from the left-hand side. With his clone able to clearly see his tengu-like opponent before him, he was signaled to dodge by jumping upwards over the attempted leg sweep. The clone on the right would continue past his opponent heading towards the opposite side of the arena uninhibited by his opponent leaving N'Jobu and his left flanking clone to deal with Kashiki. Knowing it was likely possible for his opponent to use the substitution technique just as he would, he would need to be very careful to not expend precious resources to be tricked. Given his opponent's entry from the opposite side, it was likely they may have set something up on that side of the arena given the shrubbery on the side of the arena which his previous opponent had made extensive use of. His right clone would stop about 10m from the back wall, maintaining its distance should N'Jobu need to quickly retreat and get away from a sneak attack and also give his clone an ample vantage point to deal with the current engagement along with any escapes his opponent may have. With N'Jobu in the air, Kashiki would pull two kunai from his side ready to plunge them into his opposition. With his opponent slightly distracted, the left-hand clone would pull the clone bow from its back, draw it, and let loose an arrow of insects aimed at his feet flying at 35m/s before fading away, making it nearly for Kashiki to dodge given the short distance of around one-two meters from the current engagement. The arrow would hold him in place leaving him open to attack even if he could somehow break from the trap that S'Yan was about to spring. While this was occurring, S'Yan would burst his legs from the ground and begin to pull his opponent down into the earth as the real N'Jobu would cock back his left hand and thrust it forward activating his blank feed ammunition launching him backward at 10m/s, immediately activating his chitin armor as he clapped his hands together forming the tiger seal before firing two bullets of insects at his opponent intended to drain his chakra and eat his flesh. He would fly backward about 5m before landing on the ground and regaining his footing where he could plant his back foot giving him enough leverage to cock back his right hand and thrust it forward aimed at his opponents head. The ground was all of a sudden flaring hot as the chitin armor surrounding his body, cracked and broke absorbing the heat of the ground below. With the heat of the ground absorbed into his shield leaving him vulnerable and exposed, his mind immediately went to his companion S'Yan. "Oh no,...". The flare feed ammunition would fly forward at 20m/s and explode on impact likely causing serious injury if he was able to penetrate his opponent's defenses. After this, he would bide his time and see his opponents reaction and proceed accordingly. Description: The Aburame will draw back a Kyūjutsu bow and upon fulling drawing the bow, the user summons Kikaichū to compress together to create an arrow which can be fired like a regular physical arrow. Upon impact with an object, the insects will tether themselves to the impact point. At the users command using the tiger seal, the insects will moving out at a speed of 25m/s up to 25 meters in a 45 degree 3m radius cone from the tether point latching onto the target binding them in place and draining them of 5 chakra per post. Natural strength of C-3 or higher can break free without the use of jutsu in 2 post, increasing by 1 post per tier below C-3 up to a maximum of 5 posts. This jutsu must be cast from a bow weapon (item or justu) and does not have an inherent speed or range, only dependent on the speed and range of the bow. As such, it cannot be cast without a bow weapon.

Speciality: Ninjutsu. Duration: 1 post preparation. Infinite postponement, Instant activation. Cooldown: 6 posts after activation. Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.

Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu | Aburame Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after the Duration Description: A secret technique exclusive to the Aburame clan, where 15000 of kikaichū are gathered in one place to take on the appearance of the user or anyone else the user wishes. After forming the Ram sign the user of this technique is capable of creating up to two copies of himself (15000 Kikaichu Each) up to 25 meters away from his position, the clones can travel no further than 40 meters away from the Aburame (the clones are capable of moving at C-Rank Speed) and is elaborate enough to be mistaken for the original even by chakra sensory of B-Rank or lower, and therefore may be used as a decoy or as part of a diversionary tactic. Due to the insects making up the clone when a basic attack is about to hit them the Kikaichu can separate and then reform when they are out of danger, however they cannot avoid jutsu in this manner. The insects that make up the clone can be used for additional techniques so long as they still have the required amount. A single clone can be used as the source of 1 C-Rank Aburame Jutsu or it can be used as 2 D-Rank Aburame jutsu. Considering the fact that the clones have C-0 stats across the board, if met with an attack that they cannot avoid (i.e. faster then they would be able to dodge) the clone would fall apart along with killing 2500 kikaichu due to how close together they are and not be able to reform due to not having enough Kikaichu to make it, instead they would fall into swarms of 2500 each that can still be used for jutsu that they have enough Kikaichu for. The clones cause no damage alone and is viewed by the Aburame as merely a more advance form of their Mushi Kumo, allowing them the capability to perform multiple jutsu from different locations. However due to them being separate from the host they can only sustain the form for a short time and after 3 posts the insects begin to die off. Due to the clones being made of the Kikaichu the clones themselves are weak to Katon based jutsu.
S'Yan Active: Name: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique (土遁・心中斬首の術 ~ Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Up to 3 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user buries himself under the ground at three meters deep and moves beneath the surface. The user can choose to delay his initial movement for up to three posts, adding to the ability of this jutsu to catch the opponent off guard even if they’ve experienced its use before. When the user chooses to initiate the rest of the technique, he or she can move up to fifteen meters in any direction from the starting position at a speed of up to fifteen meters per second. The objective of this technique is to drag the opponent under the ground along with the user. The user will, upon arriving within arms reach of the opponent, burst from the ground (any amount of their body may erupt from the earth, but generally only the hands are actually required) at a speed of fifteen meters per second and grapple the target, dragging them back into the ground with them. The user then rises out of the ground effortlessly. The victim remains trapped beneath the earth, with only their head above the surface, unable to move for 2 posts if their Strength stat is D-3 or lower. Anyone with Strength C-0 to C-3 will be able to escape after one post, while anyone with Strength stat B rank or higher can escape easily. Any technique which breaks apart the earth of any rank can free the victim.
