Dark clouds darkened the midday sky over Kaminari no Kuni, lightning flash and thunder cracked as though the clouds were begging to unleash the storm that was brewing inside of them. A lone boy stood motionlessp in the vast emptiness that was the valley outside of Kumogakure no Sato, his hair seemingly the only thing moving as the wind blew. A cloak held down by a rock fluttering in the gusts of wind, as the boy's hair does, five meters from where the boy stood. The boy was shirtless, and though his hair reaches to his lower back the wind blowing his hair reveal the large amount of tribal tattoos that cover his back. His arms and his chest also baring similar markings as his back, not nearly as numerous. His black pants strapped tight to his legs and topped with a white sash that bares the boy's Hitai-ate, also holds his small array of ninja tools.

The boy could have been a statue, at least at first, however in reality he was moving. His movements would not be noticed unless the person was staring at him for several minutes, as his movements were so minut and slow that his was moving less than an inch a minute. The boy had been out here training since dawn, or at least what he believed to be dawn considering the fact of the blanket of clouds that covered the sky. Jaes hates when his training is interrupted and that seemed to happen a lot at the training grounds inside the village gates, one of the reasons he searched for a more secluded location for himself to train. He found this valley a little over a week ago and has been coming here since, everyday the same routine, slow miniscule movements tightening his muscles and straining them as he preformed his uncommon practice.

A crack of thunder interrupted his thoughts as the sky finally opened up and unleashed the downpour of rain from the heavens, the boy watched as raindrop after raindrop hit his right forearm that was parallel to his head. The boy felt nothing from the rain nor anything else for that matter, the fact was that if he did not see the rain with his own eyes he would not even know it was raining. He sometimes wondered what the rain felt like, when he was still a young boy he would have given up anything to feel  something even going as far as to cut himself with his kunai just to see if he could find some part of him that could feel, but it always ended in ldisappointment. Presently the boy does not care that he can not feel, however he still wonders what it is like. The boy did not waver from the howling of the wind, the torrential downpour of rain or the crashing of the thunder, nor did he fear the lightning that soon began striking the ground around him, Jaes had come here for a reason and that was to train and not storm was goin to run him off before he had finished his set.

A storm started to brew. Thunder and lightning had cracked with the sky giving off an ominous, but loving harmony. Tomohiro found comfort within the the storm. The storms always brought a sense of stillness, peace even, that seemed to take command of his inner being. There was always a unique beauty that the storms in this land entailed. It was almost out of his ability to explain what he found within each passing storm. The warrior monk would find himself meditating often. Meditating within storm was a way he became attuned with his own spirit. It was a way to show the manifestation of his own control. The fight that was within him. A bloodlust that was quelled by his strengthening of his psyche. It was like a wolf lusting after a bright moon. There was a drawing in that would compelled him. Though, he would resist. Each day, each passing week, it died down. It would simmer to a stand still. He had yet to feel that draw of emotion for months now. Tomohiro knew that it would be foolish to act like it had subsided permanently.

The path he trod had been through a large valley. Kaminari no Kuni was known for its vast valleys that separated the mountain ranges. Though, seconded to the mountain themselves. He had been passing through as he traveled from a small village. There was hope that one of his clansmen had been staying in the village. It turned out to hold some truth. His clansman was stubborn, but he convinced him to return back to the village to help fight the growing threat of the cults. Taking down the cults influence was a prime priority for him. Tomohiro still had his responsibilities to the village. The mission his clan sent him on was necessary for the good of the people of Kumogakure and the good of his clan. Tomohiro was no fan of Hastur. The animosity that built up against the man’s actions was strong. Though outside of the events of the Gokage Summit, the Lord of Thunder seemed to be silent. There wasn’t much that affected Tomohiro directly that he knew of. He did wonder what the thunder god could have been planning.

As he walked through the valley, he noticed someone up ahead. He wasn’t sure if they were friendly or not. Assam growled at the sight of the stranger as Tomohiro motioned with his hand for the tiger cub to calm himself. The young mammal ceased his growling abruptly. Assam was still naive to the world having been only a couple of years old. Though he knew more than most animals his age, the tiger was very intelligent. Tomohiro never thought that he would have his very own ninneko. He didn’t even expect to have a companion at all. It was a strange course of events that fate had played on him. Tomohiro had a bad history when it came to animals, but mostly canines. The fact that he was able to bond with the animal was astonishing.

The Nakir continued to walk forward toward the young man as he rested his wrist over the top of his Kenmei. Tomohiro wasn’t sure if the lad was a member of Kumo, a traveler, or a bandit. In these times, he could have been a cultist for all he knew. Though, he didn’t want to leave the individual there without knowing who he was or his intentions. If it helped protect the village, he would do what he could. The rain dropped down on him as it soaked through his clothes. His black bodysuit and his poncho were soaked through. The only that had been dry was his boats and and head. Tomohiro tipped up his leather kasa slightly to get a better look at the individual as he got closer. Assam moved down into a pouncing position as he stopped within six meters of the individual. A moment pass before he spoke. He would constantly look for any signs of an alliance to Kumogakure. The individual was young and maybe younger than him from what it looked like. The young man was also shorter than he was. Tomohiro firmly stood above him.

“I’m Nakir Tomohiro of Kumogakure no Sato, chuunin. State your business,” he said with a monotone voice.

The boy was at complete peace as he continued his training within the storm, though his muscles were tight and straining as he moved ever so slowly his mind began to wander back to the day he had first seen rain.

"Come outside, Hideki hurry" came the call of a young girl outside the barracks. "What is it, Jade?" The young boy would ask as he made his way through the doorway, taking a step outside and his breath was taken away from the sight, water falling from the heavens and flooding the earth. The boy looked out to see his brothers and sisters playing in the down pour, it was as if they were having fun for the first time in their life. The boy took a step out into the rain to feel the water strike against himself, but no feeling ever came. The boy could not understand it, he splashed his foot in a puddle and still felt nothing as if there was nothing different from it and a sunny day. "Come play with us, Hideki" called Jade once more. "What's the point?" The boy asked as he slumped back into the barracks.

The sound of approaching footsteps filled the boy's ear over the sound of the torrential downpour that surrounded him now. Opening his eyes the young Tsuyoi was met with the approaching silhouette of another despite the distance the boy could see that whoever the silhouette was the person was at least half a foot or more taller than himself and what looked to be an animal accompanying them. The boy sighed silently to himself as his first thought was that his training was going to be interrupted yet again, however the silhouette stopped short keeping some distance between the two of them and the boy. Jaes hoped that whoever they were would just continue walking along and leave him be. Where the unknown person and their pet stood the young boy could see them a lot more clearer than before, it was a boy close to himself in age though he couldn't tell exactly how old the boy was and his pet seemed to be a tiger cub that could not be more than a few years old judging by it's size.

Jaes did not break his stance, his eyes the only thing that moved on his body save for the microscopic movements his muscles made as he continued. When the stranger finally spoke, a flash of anger ran through the young Shinobi's body. 'The nerve of this boy thinking that he can command me' Jaes thought to himself as he continued to size the boy up, not forget about the boy's pet that looked primed to strike the moment the order was given nor the other boys hand resting on his blade. 'This boy obviously has no idea who I am.' the boy surmised 'otherwise he would not be so demanding with his words'

"I must say Tomohiro Nakir, I do not find the tone you have taken with me to be very friendly. In fact I would go as far as saying that it is rather rude, between your tone and your little beast there looking as it does I am going to say this. I owe you no explanation, I am out here alone and I am causing no trouble. Now leave me in peace." Save for the last sentence the voice of the boy showed no sign of aggression nor did he make any movement towards Tomohiro as he stayed in his stance with his muscles tight and constricted as he continued his slow movements as he spoke. Once Jaes had finished speaking he turned his head to the left looking out towards his left hand which was outstretched and slowly coming back in towards his chest. A flash of lightning would illuminate the valley casting light over the boy and the metal Hitai-ate tied to his waist that bore the symbol of Kumogakure. The boy's eyes fell onto his cloak, knowing that it was better to be safe than sorry the young Shinobi began channelling a small amount of chakra should the other boy decide to attack him. If it was a fight the boy wanted it was a fight he would get, however if the boy listened to Jaes' words and left him in peace then that would be the end of it.

Tomohiro raised an eyebrow at the stranger’s response. The young man didn’t seem to do anything wrong, but he also trusted the instincts of his companion. Tomohiro questioned if he should engage in combat or not. Assam didn’t seem to like the guy at all. Tomohiro wasn’t sure if the tiger was attempting to get him drawn into a battle or was there truly something wrong. It was rather confusing. He almost thought about just leaving him be until lightning cracked through the sky. There was a glint that he noticed coming from the other man’s waistline. A Kumogakure headband showed true. Tomohiro sighed as he raised his hand for the young tiger to back down. Assam agreed hesitantly as the tiger sat while waving its tail up and down.

“Oh, I see. I apologize for the intrusion. You never know. I’ve coming across many hostile targets lately. Though, if you wouldn’t mind, how about a spar. I’m curious about your abilities. You look strong. I’m always obliged to assist in other Kumo shinobi in training. We need to be strong. Don’t worry, Assam won’t join in.”

There was slight hope that the stranger would join him. Tomohiro did seem kind of edgy today, but his voice typically always sounded that way. Fighting was something that he enjoyed doing. Maybe fighting would break some of the tension between the two. It wouldn’t be anything too serious or so he told himself. Tomohiro preferred action to that of words on most occasions. He was slowly breaking out of his shell from restraining his speech. Slowly he was becoming more pacifistic as time went on, but not at the neglect of training and honing his body. Tomohiro believed that doing for others was as just as important as doing for oneself. There needed to be balanced. Though, he wondered if his opponent would agree.

Tomohiro would take his hand off his sword and spread his legs apart. He lifted his fist to chest level hoping to get a response from the stranger. It wasn’t often that he fought with his bare hands. Most of his training was done with weapons. He didn’t want to do a lot of damage to a fellow shinobi of his village. They were quite a distance from the village and Tomohiro didn’t know any medical ninjutsu. The clan mines were the closest and he wasn’t sure about bringing a stranger into them. Not only that, it was forbidden to invite outsiders into clan territory. He would need to be careful. Tomohiro knew not to underestimate his opponents. Not knowing what someone was capable of was just as dangerous as running into combat aimlessly.

Excitement welled up in his chest. A brief smile showed on his face. There was no doubt that he was prepared to fight. It was almost like an explosion that had been contained for far too long. Assam could also sense the adrenaline within his partner’s blood. The tiger shook off the excess water as he began to bound off about 10m away to give the two some room. Assam would then lie down in the grass and watch from a distance. Tomohiro was stubborn. He wouldn’t back down without getting what he wanted. Though, he didn’t want to resort in force. Attacking another shinobi directly could be considered a crime. He wasn’t into committing criminal acts. Though, they were not in Kumogakure and the rules wouldn’t apply in the wilderness.

“How about it? A spar for a name? Just a simple equal exchange.”

Jaes was more than surprised at how quickly the boy changed his tone, perhaps he was not as foolish as he looked. Then the boy made a suggestion that lit a fire within the Tsuyoi, the thrill of a spar. It had been so long since the boy was able to put his training to practice and see for himself just how he was improving physically, and though the boy did not look like much to Jaes, he knew that the real metal of a person was through their fist. This would not be an all out fight, for the simple fact that there pair of them are of the same cut, however if the boy wanted to test his metal who was Jaes to deny him.

Jaes exhaled slowly as he continued his training pulling his left arm back into his chest in a slow and meticulous manner that took several seconds, leaving an air of silence between the two boys. The silence was short lived as the other boy spoke again, a spar for a name even Jaes had to admit it did sound fair. Looking to the boy who had already taken his stance Jaes would adjust his own stance, shifting his feet so that his left leg was closest to the other boy and his right leg was placed firmly behind him bracing his body and providing his root. With a slow inhale raising his arms from his stomach to his chest as he did so before exhaling and lowering his arms back down towards his stomach and lowering his head. Jaes closed his eyes mentally preparing himself before raising his head to face his would be opponent and completed his stance with his right arm closed tightly to his chest with his palm opened and his left arm outstretched in front of him towards the boy parallel with his left leg, bent with his hand coming even with his face his fingers slightly clinched ready to make a fist or even an open palm strike depending on the opening his opponent provided.

"That sounds like a fair trade to me," Jaes said aloud though he doubted that the boy would be much of a workout it was still better for him to apply his training every now and again even if it was just a spar. Jaes had taken his sweet time with readying himself for the spar and his opponent had been ready before he had even started to get ready, and so with a nod to the other boy Jaes made the first strike.

Pushing off his left leg the young Shinobi launched himself at his opponent closing in the small gap that was between them as fast as he could, once within striking distance the boy would feint to strike Tomohiro on the left side with his right arm, however at the last second he would shift his weight on his left foot and twist his body to his own left and swing his right foot around behind him coming up on Tomohiro's right midsection with the back of his right foot.

Should the strike hit it's mark Jaes would follow it up with a downward swing of his left arm as he continued the momentum of the spin coming down across Tomohiro's right shoulder. If the spin kick was to be blocked he would shift his weight on his left foot once more and spin himself back towards his own right and try to get inside Tomohiro's guard to deliver an uppercut with his right hand.

If Tomohiro was to do something that would have stopped Jaes before he was within striking distance than the boy would evade and take up his beginning stance to await whatever Tomohiro might have in store for him.

Tomohiro took notice of the strangers stance. As the young man in front of him took on a stance of his own and agreed to his offer. Tomohiro nodded in response to the man’s words. Tomohiro would continue grinning as the stranger would charge toward him to close the distance between the two shinobi. Tomohiro watched as the shinobi went in for a strike. The stranger then shifted his weight the punch was only merely a distraction. Tomohiro would shift himself to block the strike to his midsection with his right forearm. As the hit collided, Tomohiro processed the strength used into the kick. It wasn’t too bad. The stranger was competent in his actions, but Tomohiro was just faster based on the first couple of actions his opponent completed. His opponent had a lot of potential. Just based on the short amount of movements that he provided, Tomohiro could easily tell.

The Nakir would allow his opponent’s attacks to make contact with him. It wasn’t something he would normally do. Last time he did anything similar to this, he almost broke his arm. The basic strikes weren’t enough to do him any damage, but watching the strikes reminded him of his younger brother. His younger brother was quite competent in using hand to hand combat. He also moved in a similar manner. This started to make Tomohiro feel nostalgic. Though, he wouldn’t have time to dwell on it as the opponent maneuvered himself in away to strike him again. Tomohiro jumped backed a meter forming to avoid another connection. He went on to perform a one handed Tiger seal. Two sizable fireballs spiraled toward his opponent from his mouth aiming for the young man’s torso.

Tomohiro would then take the time to counter his opponent. He closed the gap between them again, but with greater speed. The next thing he would do would be to send two hard jabs toward his opponent’s gut with his right hand. If successful, he would jump back a meter.

Tomohiro found that this was well worth it. It had only been a brief moment, but he was already enjoyed. This was where he found the most entertainment. Trading blows with an opponent did something to the body that he couldn’t explain. Pure adrenaline flowed through him. He felt like he could jump off a cliff. Though, that would be taking it a bit too far. Maybe it was fate that brought these two together. There seemed to be something that he felt within him as he took on the strike from his opponent. It was something there. The contact made it feel like he was drawn to him. Though, the purpose he felt that way was unknown. It wasn’t often that he felt like this. Not many people he fought made him feel anything that connected them. To say the least, it was weird. The feeling would happen only when fought with his older brother Ishino. He wondered what the similarities would be between themselves that made him feel this way.

The first strike struck the other boy's arm, and the boy did not even flinch. Tomohiro surprised the young Tsuyoi, not only was he fast but he was tough too. Jaes couldn't help but feel that this might be an interesting fight after all, at the very least it would turn into a good workout for him. As Jaes spun in for his uppercut inside the boy's guard the boy jumped back, Jaes saw the boy make a hand sign forming two fireballs. Jaes only had one option at the point, he had to use his substitution technique. Activating it, instantly disappearing in a puff of smoke as the boy's cloak appeared to take Tomohiro's fireball attack. The jutsu transporting Jaes five meters away from where he stood appearing on top of the boulder that his cloak had been on. As he appeared his own thought was that the current down pour would keep the fireball's from burning up the entire cloak.

It was clear to Jaes that the boy had skill that could possibly even rival his own, a smile formed on his face as he jumped down from the boulder and assumed his original stance. He had entered the spar thinking this would be a hand to hand contest, however it seemed the challenge did not have the same inkling. That did not bother Jaes, it did however change his strategy. Channelling chakra into his hands, Jaes would release a wave of Raiton chakra aimed right for the chest of the boy. This wave was only a meter wide however considering the fact that it travelled at fifteen meters a second Jaes doubted the boy would have time to dodge it considering the fact that the boy was only a little over five meters from where he stood, adding in the fact that his target was soaking wet from the down pour Jaes knew that it would cause a bit of a shock to the boy. As soon as Jaes released the wave of Raiton chakra the boy would quickly form a string of four hand seals, Dragon -> Rat -> Horse -> Tiger, before reaching out with his chakra and grabbing ten of the small rocks that scattered this empty valley. In an instant Jaes' chakra molded and sharpened the rocks into sharp stone shurikens that then launched themselves at Tomohiro's upper body.

Jaes hoped that his wave of inspiration jutsu would cause enough of a buffer that the boy would not be able to defend against his tile shuriken, however whether or not the shuriken hit their marks or not did not matter the truth was that even they were meant as a distraction for the boy to use as a cover for him to close the distance on the boy. Once the shuriken launched Jaes took off, keeping himseld crouched low to the ground as he ran a quickly as he could in an attempt to use the shuriken to hide his approach. As he drew closer to the boy he would jump into the air flipping himself as well as spinning himself so that he would land on the back side of the boy facing him. As soon as he landed on the ground the boy would deliver two quick jabs to Tomohiro's back before quickly shifting himself backwards to put a small amount of distance between the two of them as he assumed his stance once again. Jaes already discovered that trying to stay close to the boy for too long would be a risk, thanks to his first attack, if he was going to beat this boy he would have to use his training to it's full extent. Only staying close for a few seconds to deliver the needed strikes before moving away from the opponent to provide the space and time he would need for a counter.

Tomohiro’s attack hadn’t hit home like he planned his opponent used the substitution technique. Though the skill was basic, it saved many shinobi lives while in the field. Tomohiro knew not to underestimate the technique. His opponent was quite competent in his abilities. Though, Tomohiro did notice some openings in his opponent’s attacks, but he didn’t exploit wouldn’t exploit them. He was curious to see what his opponent was truly capable of. Tomohiro was trying to make this sort of a learning experience for the both of them. Though, the chuunin wasn’t quite sure about how much leeway he would give his opponent. He didn’t want to handicap him by being too lenient.

The young Nakir noticed a flash of raiton come from his opponent as he attempted to jump back. His opponent had released a wave of raiton toward him as he wouldn’t have enough time to deal with it. Tomohiro instinctively jumped back gaining another two meters from his opponent as the attack struck him. The sting of raiton could be felt as he grunted slightly. The next thing he saw was his opponent ending a set of hand seals as he followed up with his own. Tomohiro could deal with the burns of the wave of inspiration, but the electrical component was the part he didn’t care too much for it. Opening his palm, he released a barrier from his hands as his partner sent a hail of shuriken in his direction. His barrier was able to protect him as he noticed his opponent moving from behind the shuriken. It was a nice distraction. He would give the young man credit, but it was his eyes that gave him an advantage.

His opponent started to jump over his as he moved to his left a meter. He closed his palm to end the barrier as he moved away from his opponent. He formed a single half hand seal as he released a large fireball from his maws using his Katon: Endan technique. The massive fireball would travel toward his opponent at 20m/s. Tomohiro wanted to show off his prowess with katon techniques as well as show is progress as a close range fighter. The technique wasn’t quite necessary, but he wasn’t trying to suffer another raiton technique like the last one. Using long range techniques at close range was dangerous, but it was something he enjoyed doing. A thought hit him as he thought that the technique may have been too much.

He was glad that his pet tiger had listened to his commands or so he hoped so. He didn’t want Assam getting into this fight needlessly. The young cub was overly protective for such a young age. Though, it would be to his benefit when the cub grew older. Assam was rolling around in the wet grass minding his own business. Assam would watch the fight short between the two conviene with not much interest in his master getting injured. Though, the wave of inspiration caused the tiger to hope up onto his feet and pace in place. The tiger would then sit down and watch how his master with great envy as he wished he could participate. The young cub would just have to wait patiently to see the outcome of the fight. Assam was very impatient and hated to sit and wait in the background. The tiger wanted to be apart of the action whenever he could. Though, Tomohiro was afraid the young cub would get hurt. The two of them had grown quite attached to each other, but he didn’t want to see his partner get injured because of him.

The young Tsuyoi smiled as his plan seemed to go off without a hitch, his opponent buffered by his wave of inspiration long enough for him to get his tile shuriken at him, now all Jaes had left to do was get close to him. As Jaes moved behind his shuriken using them as cover for his approach, his heart sank as his opponent extended his hand creating a barrier of fire around himself. His shuriken would strike the fire but held no damage to the barrier, this did not change the boy's plan however, sticking to his original plan of flipping over Tomohiro's barrier hoping he would find a weak spot in the back of the construct.

As he flipped he saw the boy's barrier disappear, Jaes knew that this was not a good sign but there was nothing he could do now. As he landed the boy instinctually raised his arms in defense forming them into an X in front of him to take the blunt of Tomohiro's fireball. The smell of burning flesh and arm hair filled the boy's nostrils, however Jaes knew he was tougher than some fire. As the fireball began to dissipate the boy pushed his arms forward to finish dissipating it, looking down at his arms to see fire still burning on his arms. Taking his palms he smothered the fire on the opposite arm, before looking to his opponent with a wicked smile on his face. "It's going to take more than that to stop me," he said with an equally wicked laugh to match the grin on his face, before moving towards the right of Tomohiro. Closing his hands together with both his index and his middle finger extended Jaes would fire off fifteen tennis ball size balls of electricity, keeping a estimated distance of seven to ten meters from Tomohiro as he fired off these shots. It was clear to Jaes that this boy was fast and a skilled fighter, however he refused to accept that the boy could be better than him. Jaes was no longer holding back, the young Tsuyoi was giving it everything he had to prove that he was better than this Tomohiro.

After firing off his electric bullets, Jaes would take his original stance so that he could go on the defensive when the other boy moved to strike.

"It's going to take more than that to stop me," his opponent stated.

“Let’s take it up notch shall we,” Tomohiro responded with a monotone as he drew his sword.

Well he attempted to, but not before his opponent would form a finger gun that was pointed toward him. Whatever his opponent had planned he didn’t want this to escalate any further than this. The Nakir kept his hand on his partially drawn sword as a sound wave erupted from the tip of the handle. A cone shaped wave would formed in front of him as the hail of raition bullets would absorb into the defensive wave. His opponent would be pushed backward ten meters if caught within the technique. The wave would travel at 15m/s. The sound of a dungchen would ring across their battlefield. Tomohiro would end the technique as he would then completely draw his Kenmei.

“I’m not usually the one for words, but I hope you gain something from this,” he would say while forming half hand seals with his free hand.

His own conscious would suggest that this was going too far for just a spar. Tomohiro didn’t want to kill the genin, but his focus was too hard on winning. Even Assam sort of groaned slightly as the tiger somewhat felt the shift in his partner’s aura. Tomohiro was always quite competitive. Many of his clansmen were. Though, the issue usually became with where to draw the line. Tomohiro was unaware of his opponent’s total skill. Tomohiro wasn’t sure if his opponent was quite taking this seriously, but the tenacity that he seemed emanate from his opponent said otherwise. The chuunin also wanted to push his partner to the edge as much as possible. In the real shinobi world, there wouldn’t be anyone going easy on each other. Survival and learning to survive was key. He hoped that this spar would help his fellow Kumo shinobi in the future. Sometimes you had to take a few beat downs and learn from the experiences. Tomohiro had plenty of scars from just training with his clansman. The path of a shinobi was hard and Tomohiro would only give a slight taste on what his opponent would have to deal with later on.

At the end of his hand seals, the Nakir’s chest puffed up with katon chakra. Grey flames consumed the area in front of him traveling at 35m/s toward his opponent. Dwelling form his flames were the pride of his clan. The pride of the warrior monks that survived within the Kaminari no Kuni for hundreds of years. It was these flames that burned bright in the heart of the Nakir. A flame that was hidden among the plethora of shinobi that lived within the Kumogakure no Sato. Tomohiro believed that his will would prevail. His will wanted peace for all of his village. Were there certain lengths he would take to make sure that his village had peace, certainly. Though, it would take more than just him to protect others. Unity of the villagers shinobi and non shinobi alike would need to be a thing. The issues in the village that were arising within the village was the exact opposite of unified. There was a lot of work that still needed to be done on his behalf, but what cost would there be if he failed in the end.

Jaes fired the bullets with precision all fifteen of them flying towards the tatget's midsection, however before they could make contact the young genin heard what he could only describe as a loud humming. His bullets disappeared before reaching their target just before the humming hit him knocking him backwards, as the boy moved to regain his former standing his opponent let loose another fire style jutsu. Jaes could not help but to grin, the boy was not scared of the fire. He knew it couldn't hurt him, he had already proved it once before in this fight, but apparently his opponent was not paying attention and that was his opponent's mistake and the boy was going to capitalize on it. Jaes took off running forward straight towards the jet of flames heading for him, leaping up into the air and bursting through to the other side of the cone of flames.

Landing on the other side of flames, Jaes moved to attack his opponent but something was wrong, no matter how hard he willed his body to move it did not seem to want to respond. His vision began to blur, as the color of the area began to fade to Black. Before Jaes could even realize what had happened he found himself flat on his back looking up to the sky, the torrent of rain pour down splashing into his eyes as his vision continued to fade. "Is this it? Is this the extent of my abilities?" Jaes softly questioned aloud as he laid on the ground, whether the other boy heard his words or not it did not matter as it was mostly just him questioning himself. The young Tsuyoi was barely conscious as he looked up into the cloud filled sky, the vision of his father filled the boy's eyes as he tried to reach out to him. "Forgive me father for I have failed you," he mumbled before finally slipping into unconsciousness.

Tomohiro

B-rank
Tomohiro looked toward his comrade as and figured that he may have overdid it a bit. His fellow Kumogakure shinobi had put up a decent fight. It was now time for a bit of rest. It would have been disrespectful to just leave the guy here unattended. What kind of shinobi would he be to just abandon a comrade. He looked onward at his opponent’s fallen body. The scorched grass around the area in front of him smoldered as he decided what he would do next. Assam stood up and walked over to the body and began licking his lips. Tomohiro gave a stern look toward the tiger to back off and Assam sort of purred as he removed himself away from his opponent.

Tomohiro definitely had gone too far. He sighed as he slowly walked over to the young man’s body and hoisted him over his shoulders. Assam purred and tried to rub up against Tomohiro’s legs as he walked. Tomohiro just grunted as he continued moving onward toward the village. Hopefully, they would meet again after he would drop his opponent off at the hospital. He would hate to just leave the young man unattended, but he needed to report back to his clan. At the very least he would let them now that he was back in the village, though he wasn’t sure for how long it would be for. He longed to just go home and wrap himself up in his sheets. Though, his mission wasn’t quite over. There were still people he needed to recruited. There were clansmen that were still scattered throughout the world.

The thought of bringing back his exiled clansmen sort of brought a happy feeling to him. He pitied them a bit. There fate could have easily been his some day. There was too much that he needed to in what seemed like so little time. It didn’t help that he would need to track down some of his clansmen. His brother did some of the work for him, but there was still a lot of information that he wished he had. Tomohiro was trained to track individuals, but tracking down higher class shinobi was beyond him. It would be even harder if the individuals didn’t want to be found. He grunted at the thought of trying to find more of his clansmen. A thought arrived in his head that he should probably just rest for a few days and see what happens. Who knows what lay ahead for him in Kumogakure no Sato.
