Clan History: The Fōn’s are a nomadic clan well known for their circus acts that originated in the Land of Fire decades ago. Everyday was an adventure and every night somewhere in the world a story of their feats was being told. They lived an exciting lifestyle very much like their performances. The act that children were especially drawn to was levitating objects.

Kekkei Genkai Name: Shuuhasuu Seigyo - Frequency Control
Kekkei Genkai Description: Frequency Control allows the user to manipulate the frequency at which sound waves pass through tangible objects with chakra. The human ear can perceive these waves as long as there frequency is between 20 Hz - 20,000 Hz. Anything above or below cannot be heard, but they’re still there because these waves contain energy. With enough din, the user can make these waves do interesting things. Ex: Reflecting the energy waves back and forth so quickly that it forms a standing wave, a specific point where the energy from the sound can hold an object in midair.

A Fōn can create frequency-based sound techniques that use maximum damage values for their rank without having to balance them. Additionally, a Fōn is in tune with their surroundings giving them a +1 in perception.

Drawbacks: Cacophony is a Fōn's greatest weakness. Volume-based sound jutsu are treated 1 rank higher and have their effects extended by 1 post if applicable. Unfortunately, a Fōn's chakra capacity is smaller than your average shinobi; as a result, they suffer a permanent -10 to their chakra.

So this clan is supposed to be specialists in sound manipulation or more specifically 'frequency manipulation', however this doesn't require a clan to do and the way you have it written with no technical advantages or extra mechainics I'm not really seeing a reason to have this as a clan. Though feel free to add something more to this, just don't forget to post in the clan requests when you need this checked. <3
