Find the forbidden book:

Although the book was called forbidden, to shinobi that was merely a formality and most shinobi had techniques, items and even unique attributes that were all forbidden. As loose as that term was it did not matter to the young genin warrior, for him the art of jutsu was reason enough to find this secret elemental book. Makoto had woken up on the wrong side of the bed as he entered the library as usual with his hair all fluffy and scruffy, barefoot as he stepped on the floors with the only noticeable formality being a loose t-shirt that was ruffled like a birds feathers and a plain black shorts as he waved to the librarian who just re-adjusted her glasses as he was a regular at the library.

He entered so plain as day and in such a simple way that even those experienced did not really care that he was going to the restricted section, though to be honest the true high ranked forbidden techniques were kept in a different location or on people. So the forbidden books he could find would not necessarily have everything he wanted, but for him it did not matter as long as he was able to obtain new jutsu in order to expand on his ever expanding jutsu capabilities.

Makoto was exploring deeper into the section in the library and he found a book with a bluish glow that seemed to call out his name, begging him to fight. As he shook his head as he was maybe imagining things as he looked around to make sure no one was looking as he looked at the book once more being more careful and then looking around one more time.

He carefully reached out to the forbidden book, but something told him to be careful as he contemplated his options as he heard a sound and hid behind the bookshelf as some strange girl walked through. She had a strange ornament in her hair and her clothing looked tribal as she shook her hair like some kind of super model. He was bothered by her appearance and hoped she would leave soon since books came first, girls came last and makoto came second or was jutsu before books so maybe makoto was third or second in competition with books. In the end girls were always sitting close to last place when Makoto was involved as this girl was nearly as useless and annoying as the hospital nurse as she finally left he made his return to the location as he checked out the book and realized it was higher up then he first thought as he sighed for a bit at his new height dilemma once more. In the end he would have a way, he was not letting this book get away today.

The time was flowing and passing by as Makoto reached as far as he could with as much strength as he could. The strength from his stretched out arm as he felt the energy surging through to his finger tips that were out of reach, to his fingers and the knuckles which felt a pain as they became so straight. Down to his plain as day wrist through the forearm and up to his elbow as it bent to be like a stick in the night standing straighter then any other stick in this world as his shoulder felt like it could break off at any moment as he pushed his back up straight as well and then felt like he needed more height as he pressed down on his heals before raising his body on his front heal with his toes in pain as he was still unable to reach and then he panicked for a moment when some girl lifted him up as he reached up and managed to grab hold of the book.

He was in a slight panic as he was put down as the girl smiled and walked on as she had a familiar face as she began to giggle to herself in a whisper he could not hear. "Silly Makoto", as she walked on he was a bit confused, but then he realized he got his book raising it into the air with a look of accomplishment. Although the books were forbidden, that was merely a pretense as they actually wanted the shinobi of this generation to learn any jutsu that could be of benefit to them on the field. The reason why they were put in the forbidden section was to be found in order to make shinobi feel excitement at learning this forbidden technique, however the true forbidden techniques were inside the sanctum deep underground as Makoto found he could not get this book to open no matter how hard he tried as he did not want to find someone with strength as he took the book and hid it under his top and just walked towards the window checking if anyone was watching him.

Makoto slowly opened the window wider to let the windy air flow as the brushing of the breeze on his forehead as his hair would move to the sides as he began to wonder what life was like as a leaf in the wind. However he began to wonder if the rocks could roll around like a turd in the wind as the venom deep inside his heart was getting deeper and deeper. The large responsibility of the feelings he had deep down inside boiling up like a bubbling water with the calm cooling feelings of the water within, to the bright burning feelings of bursting balls of bubbling flames falling from the sky scaling into the soft skies as he closes his eyes. He felt as if the book was talking to him as he could not understand at the time as the monsters inside his heart began to collide as the feelings deep down he could not hide as they now decide to break free.

Makoto had no idea when he made his escape, but it seemed he just rolled out of the window as he landed on his feet not sure how he got there as a shinobi nation no one was even bothered by this practice. However something was calling out to him once more begging him to fight as he turned around and realized he would have to ignite.
