D-rank
All of these missions of the original creations of Ano, and have simply been rebranded for Iwagakure due to their lack of missions.
Mission name: Our Bread and Butter: Basic Needs.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Forage for food, etc.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni - Wilderness
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: As the village of Iwagakure is positioned in the middle of multiple mountains, it’s difficult for them to provide for themselves, relying on other villages’ imports. It’s about time that we start providing for ourselves.
Mission Details: This mission simply involves going out to various valleys in the mountains and foraging for plants and berries, hunting animals, or gathering anything that might be useful to the citizens of the village. You’re unlikely to find any dangers while you’re in the designated areas.
Mission name: Adjunct Teacher: Academy.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Teach academy students in one area of ninja knowledge.
Location: Iwagakure no Sato.
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: There’s an academy instructor that’s out on a mission for today, act as a substitute and just teach them what you know best.
Mission Details: What you teach doesn’t have to be anything complex. There are bound to be troublemakers as well, deal with them without severely injuring them and continue your curriculum.
Mission name: Patrol: Within the Walls.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Scout out criminals within the village.
Location: Iwagakure no Sato.
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: Lately there has been some issues with people stealing, vandalizing buildings, and roughing up villagers. There’s no end to what these new gangs may do. As a Genin, you are not to engage subjects of suspicion. You are to immediately report to superior-ranking ninja with your findings.
Mission Details: What you encounter while on a patrol could be anything. If the occasion were to arise, this mission can be started within an already active thread. However, you cannot use the word count prior to this mission’s posting in order to complete the mission.
Mission name: Recruiting: Ninju.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Find wild dogs, cats, and other animals.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni.
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: Recently, the police force of Iwagakure has become understaffed. There has been a recent need of animals within the force. There are plenty of strays around the village, but if you can capture more wild animals, feel free.
Mission Details: Catching animals is usually easier said than done. These animals will likely have D-2 Perception or Reaction Time, along with D-3 Strength or Speed. Their weak point is their endurance, and they will often tire before humans do. Any animal you require will also have D-Rank natural weapons (claws, teeth, etc.). If you somehow deal C-Rank damage or above to the animal, the mission’s reward will go towards its treatment.
Mission name: Charting: The Valley of Mountains.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Make a map.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni Wilderness – Valley of Mountains
Reward:[/b] 150 ryo.
Mission Description: The seemingly endless valley of mountains is a confusing place. There are several paths that lead different directions that somehow go over each other to form a confusing maze. Someone should probably start mapping out this area before more people get lost.
Mission Details: It’s likely that you’ll be camping out while on this mission. Some mountain animals may come to investigate, but they won’t hang around for long. All you have to do is mark various landmarks and their distance from the village, not cartography skills required.
Mission name: Checkpoint Setup.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Help setup a camp.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni Wilderness.
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: Ever since we started scouting out these moutains, we’ve found several small valleys and overhangs that can work as good locations for rest stops. Setting up these camps is hard to do alone, however, so you’ll be helping us out for today.
Mission Details: You’ll have to help the caravan get to the location and help them ward off various animals that can come around before you assist them with pitching tents, hollowing out caves, setting up fencing, and so on.
Mission name: Sprint for Supplies.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Deliver supplies.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni.
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: It could be one of our training camps, scouting outposts, or traveler's checkpoint, we’re not sure. All we know is that they need food, water, kunai, or other supplies. It varies case from case. If we don’t get them what they need they might die of starvation or dehydration if we’re too late. Even a Genin can hold lives in their hands.
Mission Details: You’ll be given a rather heavy back filled with sealing scrolls that contain the needed supplies. Deliver it to whoever needs it in a quick fashion. They also take inventory, so don’t try anything funny.
Mission name: Dusting Duty.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Clean the employer’s home or business.
Location: Iwagakure no Sato
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: This shouldn’t be too hard, some crazy winds blew dirt inside and it got everywhere! All you have to do is get every nook and cranny, you can walk on walls, can’t you?
Mission Details: You should meet with your employer before cleaing. Try not to make a ruckus that might disturb them too. Unbeknownst to the employer, various insects managed to come in with the wind, try to get rid of them without the employer noticing. Infestations are bad for real enstate, after all.
Mission name: Tunnel Troubles.
Mission rank: D.
Objective: Assist the spelunking team.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni Wilderness
Reward: 150 ryo.
Mission Description: A team of specialists have been sent to investigate one of the various caves in the mountains. It isn‘t anything complicated, with the tunnels being generally easy to navigate. However, the have encountered a cave-in, which is a literal roadblock.
Mission Details: Since the spelunking team is just made of highly trained civilians, they need a ninja to clear a path for them. Two D-rank jutsu should do; using precision with weaker techniques makes it easier to control. A C-rank jutsu will cause the local burrowing animals to become upset, and you'll need to ward them off somehow without hurting the delving troupe.
