Personality: This aloof ninja was decently injured after a fight with one of the ninja in black that now patrol the area. Though he is hesitant to fight he stubborn to a T, and he is tired and frustrated. He is one of the ninja who betrayed the Sand during the assault. Though he has since recovered from his wounds he still bears the frustation of losing to the unknown entities.
Goals: After his betrayal of the Sand he has been commiting crimes and reeking havoc in the name of the Sand village, in an effort to justify his actions.
Abilities: Additionally he has C-Rank Iryo-Ninjutsu and access to all Library Medical Ninjutsu.
Items:This ninja has C-Rank Kugutsu and three C-Rank puppets that he controls with the puppet strings technique with no mods.

Alright! So this looks cool so far. However, I'll need you to make some major changes. This NPC will need to be reworked to be in line with a C rank and then added as part of an application for a C rank mission. I'd recommend making a non repeatable mission with him as the NPC.

EDIT: After further conversation and review of rules, I'm requesting this NPC be made C rank and then it's approved.
