She sat there at the back of the Kazekage's peak, or rather what remained of it, the narrow piece of stone allowing her to look upon the magnificent destruction just a few shinobi had left in their wake. It reminded her of the stories of Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama and how their battles more or less shaped the surroundings of Konoha to this day, despite the fact that the legendary Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Naruto's battle probably trumped those earlier battles on a destructive scale, it all just proved what but a few powerful shinobi could really do to a village, a nation, the world itself.

With the helmet on her head, she seemed so out of place; a lacquered black harbinger of Suna's end. A cold and uncaring figure watching over the final twitches of a dying nation. The kunoichi simply let out a sigh, the sound distorted by the golden rebreather attached to the slick, spherical helmet. "I saw a village burn, I heard the screams of hundreds of innocents and I laughed, I enjoyed it..." Another sigh escaped the kunoichi's lips, her arms spreading as she stood up and overlooked the entire village. She began chuckling, a rather creepy sounding laughter coming through the rebreather and signifying her state of mind. "

Herhands reached for her helmet, pulling it off of her head and revealing an expression filled with lust and satisfaction. Her face was so obvious, so easy to read, it showed how content she was while looking at the destruction that had been left in the wake of their attack.

"The Ningyou, the Sabaku," Another chuckle escaped her lips, this time perfectly audible and perhaps even slightly more creepy than when she'd still be wearing her helmet like earlier. "A few clans have been blooded, crushed and scattered as an example, but more is necessary. This is not enough to set an example, to begin a new era in this rotten shinobi world." For an instant, her slender, gloved hand combed through her long, jet black hair, softly touching the two boney protrusions which more or less seemed to form a crown on her head. Her skin was no longer entirely smooth and soft, with a hint of scales visible on her neck and throat reaching almost up to her chin.

"To reach beyond the power of the greatest shinobi of old," The kunoichi muttered the words in a slow and rather deep fashion, her voice stern and filled with zeal. "You need the conviction and the courage to destroy everything, you need the desire to take whatever you desire, you need the will to continue where others would stumble and fail."

The shinobi stood quietly, listening to the sound of a monologue from the woman whom he'd helped destroy a village. The village that'd he'd grown up in and met his friends in. The place he'd known as home for his entire life time was now, more or less, in shambles. Burned bodies and glassed buildings were all the was left of the main district. He could still hear the scream upon his ears, could still feel the cold of the bodies that fell beneath his strikes. He'd left himself lose control for the first time in a long time, and had relished in the bloodshed that had come from it, allowing himself to enjoy the scent of death on the air. The Uchiha had wiped out the ningyou clan for his own reasons, reasons that had to do with the clan's most prominent member being the latest Kazekage in a long line of failed leadership that had abandoned her people. For her sins, the entire village had been put to the torch, the sins of her and the administration. The council was another reason for such destruction, and now all were gone.

Syekren watched the woman quietly, pushing his hands into his pockets. His mask had long since been pulled from his face, strapped to his belt. There were bloodstains across the porcelain face cover, as well as blood across his armor. His black clothing underneath smelled of death and despair, of iron and salt. Blood and tears were upon his garments, and it was a stench he was not comfortable with keeping. A soft sigh escaped his lips when she finished talking, his form coming forth to step upon the peak's ground lightly, the chakra made sandstone  click clacking under his boots. He stood next to the woman, looking out over a village destitute, a village burned, considering what had led to this point in his life. He spoke not yet, but stared still over his old home, the three tomoe sharingan he bore still activated as he looked for any signs of struggle. He was a cautious man, there was nothing to say that some would not have survived and waited for their chance to kill two of the trio that had brought such a fate upon them.

Alas, with nothing coming up, the Uchiha deactivated his sharingan and turned towards the woman, his different coloured eyes meeting hers. From a pouch behind his left pocket, the man procured a bottle of amber liquid. He popped the cork from it with his teeth and spit it out over the cliff, watching it fall far below. With a solemn stare at her, he quietly took a large swig of the bottle, the whiskey's cinnamon and smokey ember flavours revitalizing the somewhat dead stare of a man steeped in regret. He sighed once again and parted his lips for a third time to speak to the woman. "Now that this business is concluded, what is next for Lamya, former ANBU of what I can guess is the leaf? Seeing as you knew old man Mitsuo, I'd have to guess you came from around that area. He's likely either left or is soon to leave, do you plan on staying now that you've destroyed these people and their hope? Or do you plan to move along as well, leaving these people with the holes where their homes were?" The Uchiha looked from Lamya, back over the village, then back to her while speaking. He took another drink of his firebrand whiskey, trying to dull what he felt inside.

Her eyes slowly followed Syekren, not showing the fact that she was quite surprised by the realization that he'd been an Uchiha all along, not to mention one who was looking to destroy members of his own kin and blood. A shiver went accross her spine just by looking at his eyes, the crimson red with the three tomoe signifying that he had at the very least the base version of the fully matured eyes, though for all she knew he could've already have achieved that which lay beyond. "An Uchiha from Sunagakure, this world never seizes to amaze me, but still... to burn and destroy the very village you called home, the cursed blood of your clan runs without a doubt strongly through your veins."

Letting out a deep sigh, the kunoichi stretched out her arm towards Syekren, motioning him to hand over his bottle of liquor, because even though she wasn't surprised by the fact that she had enjoyed the chaos and the despair around her, she was still surprised to simply feel nothing at all when it had ended and just for that, she needed a bit of liquid gold to liven up her spirit. "The village hidden in the sand will be no more than a vague memory, a footnote in history after today." Stretching out her arm, clenching her hand in front of the sun as it went down at the horizon, the kunoichi made a rather significant sign, a clear show of what her ambition truly entailed. "The pain, the loss, the despair...I like it, this whole village is in shambles, while the whole Land of Wind is currently in disarray and this chaos will more than likely drive it to the edge of the abbyss."

Slowly turning her face towards Syekren, she smiled brightly, an expression that seemed so out of place in a time like this, one could've argued Lamya's sanity was something that didn't exist to begin with. "These people are weak, they're abandoned by their superiors, their so-called protectors. Their hope may be gone and this village may be destroyed, but it is because of this that it is an opportunity which I refuse to abandon or to refuse. With so much hatred and so much desire for strength and power, for order embedded in them by this single act, this single atrocity..."

Letting out a single chuckle, Lamya yet again went through her hair with her left hand, closing her eyes while breathing in the smokey, dust filled air. "I think I'm going to stay...I'm going to do what no kazekage ever managed to do: use these people to their full advantage." Suddenly patting the apparently rather tired-looking ex-ANBU on the back, the kunoichi laughed so hard that tears started to well up in the corners of her eyes. "Anyway, what are you going to do? Still planning on looking for those other Uchiha, planning to dissappear, what will you do exactly?"

"Aye, a curse. That's all it's ever been. But I'll use this curse to finish what was started for me. You know the tired old cliche. We never ask for any of this. I never expected as much death as I saw, never expected to see children's eyes go lifeless."

The bitter Uchiha took another haughty swig of his liquor, turning his gaze to the woman's hand who motioned for his bottle. He reluctantly handed it over to here, his eyes wandering back to the village as he listened for another monologue to come from her lips. It seemed all that was left after the destruction would be meaningless platitudes and monologues of the conquerors. Of course, who could stop them at this point? Really, not a soul lived that could stop the duo that stood on the peak conversing as if everything was normal. She spoke once more, though, and she spoke of the village in shambles, the disarray of the country of wind, how she enjoyed such a thing. One normally wouldn't enjoy chaos lest they themselves were chaotically aligned. Did she truly care so little for the lives of others that she could relish in the chaos it brought on? It was a necessary move but still one that took a toll on the Uchiha. When the woman turned towards him, Syekren did the same, not matching the bright smile she wore on her face. The smile of a school girl that had just gotten everything she'd wanted in her life handed to her on a silver platter.

Syekren didn't share the sentiments she apparently had, but he only grunted when she began to speak again.  She seemed to believe that from the single act of the trio destroying the village, they'd done something that proved the village was weak and without order or structure. It was when she spoke next that the Uchiha was moderately surprised.. and confused. She would stay in the village and use the villagers to their full advantage. This was a bit more than just a surprise to the Uchiha, but he didn't speak on it or react. Time would tell if she truly would do anything for these people other than destroy them again. No one ever stayed to lead them. When she questioned what he'd do, the Uchiha's eyes met her own for a moment before he sighed and looked skyward. He spoke, in a tone not unlike his normal, but not entirely sobered or the same. "I think what I'll do is stay long enough to get the kills I came fer. Then I'll be heading back to the leaf for a bit of unfinished business. Got some intel I need ter look into. After that... I'm not too sure. I suppose I'll take to wandering again. Don't really have a home anymore."

The Uchiha reached back out for his bottle, should the kunoichi be done with it. When he received it back, he'd take another haughty swig and sigh, allowing the taste of the cinnamon and roasted coals to fill him up with a familiarity he would soon be without. A feeling and taste of home.  He sighed at the thought and stared down at the village for a time before he spoke. "If you had the chance, would ye do the same t'yer home village? The only home ye knew? Would ye be willin' ter sacrifice so much, to gain so little? Or do yer think you'd do it simply fer the carnage and chaos ye gained from it? What drives ye, lass? What is yer driving force, what makes ye do the things ye do?" His eyes trailed back to meet hers, a bit of the old fire rekindled in them. He wasn't sure where he was going with any of these questions but he wanted to know what kind of a person he was dealing with. Would she truly be so happy to destroy everything and see the chaos? Would she ever feel differently? The Uchiha's accent was changing and slurring a bit from the drink, an after effect of getting a more potent bottle. He was unable to contain his speech as normal, resulting in an accent he hadn't had since he was a child, or pretending to be someone else.

The kunoichi's eyes seemed to dull a bit when she looked at Syekren again, handing him the bottle again to calmly think about all the things he said. In a sense he was right, the Uchiha had never asked for the curse that seemed to afflict all of them, but on the other hand, she saw it as a necessary part of who they were, to understand power, they needed to understand pain, a wise life lesson if there ever was one: Before one should deliver pain, one should have experienced it first. "It's rather funny to hear you talk about never expecting to see the life escape the eyes of mere children, while you were not so weighed down by morals when you slaughtered that entire clan...the Ningyou was it?"

Slowly raising her hand to her face, her index finger curling above her lips, while her thumb softly touched her lower lip. "Indeed, you still have a few people to hunt, is it not?" A chuckle escaped her lips, making it obvious that she had not forgotten everything just yet, despite him looking a bit different now than before, she still knew that he had some loose ends to tie up. They had had a conversation like this before, a conversation about the curse of the Uchiha and about how much she truly knew about them. "This village doesn't seem to be able to escape from your wrath just yet, how lucky it is to have the undivided attention of a shinobi and an Uchiha like yourself."

If Syekren's words were meant to be sorrowful, empty or even full of hatred, Lamya would not know, to her they sounded like the words of someone who had lost his goal, someone who seemed to lack the ambition to reach for new heights, to reach for the sky itself, something she found rather uncharacteristic for an Uchiha. "I can make this place into a home, if you so want it.
I can use people like you after all."
Again, she looked at Syekren with rather dulled eyes, as if she was deep in thought, while still trying to maintain a semblance of a conversation with the man who seemed to have lost more than he was letting on to. "Wouldn't you like to be the leader of a whole new village, a whole new society?"

It was an idea she'd been thinking about for a while now, thinking that if she'd ever lead an organization, a division or even a village or a nation, she'd rather have someone act as the public face. After all, she was first and foremost a monster, seen by many as such after just a first glance and by now her soul had turned as black as her skin was white. She had no qualms nor did she feel any remorse towards her actions, justified as they were by her ambition, her desire and her lust. "Yes...I would."

Looking straight into Syekren's eyes, hers had lost their dullness, being wide open and showing every shimmer and glitter the eyes of someone who just seemed to have relived their most blissful dream. "Yes...I would utterly destroy, rip apart, burn and crush the Leaf with all my might,
from the lowliest hatake to the mightiest senju, I would erase that accursed village from the face of this world. I would lovingly end its existence and that of all those who would stand in the path of doing so."
There was no lie to be detected, no exageration in any of the spoken words. "The only thing that prevents me from doing so...is the fact that I am far from being complete, far from having achieved that what I desire to achieve."

With a smile on her face, she came closer to Syekren, reaching out with her left hand to gently touch his chest with her fingers. "My driving force is my desire...my desire to have everything, to be everything to control everything. Perhaps I desire to be loved, perhaps I desire to be hated and despised or perhaps I just desire to have some...fun." twirling a bit with her fingers, the kunoichi grinned at the former Sunagakure ANBU, licking her lips rather seductively with the tip of her tongue. "So tell me now, what is it that you desire?"

Syekren took another swig of his liquor, sighing as the woman with the moniker of a serpent spoke. His form stooped to set his bottle down while he listened to the words that came softly from the lips of a woman he'd not expected to see more than once, much less destroy a village with. He stood up fully once more, his hand sliding to his left pocket, procuring a pack of filtered full flavor cigarettes, a bad habit he'd only recently picked up once more. It was a soft pack, one that he could flick quickly to have the 'butt' of a cigarette protrude enough to grab with his lips. When he had his prize, the pack was pushed back into his pocket, with his other hand reaching into his right pocket for the lighter he had.. coming up empty. He hadn't thought he'd be without a lighter at a moment like this and he wasn't going to simply give up on something that helped keep himself calm if he could help it. Without more than a grunt to her question of the clan he'd slaughtered, the left hand of the Uchiha pushed into his pouch of tools on the back left once more, procuring two knuckle duster trench knives. Without too much effort, he put them upon his fists and scraped the blades together near his cigarette's end, the sparks that came from the metal lighting it up. With this done, he pushed the blades back where they came from, taking a long drag and blowing the smoke from his lungs before he bothered replying.

"They say in times of war, a man changes. Or is it that he shows who he always was? I couldn't tell you anymore."

The Uchiha was not sober at this point, having drank quite a lot of the bottle he'd set down, the more potent brew specially commissioned, so speaking without his slurred accent at that point was nearly unheard of. Still, he was slightly impressed with his mind and mouth working in tandem perfectly that time. The Uchiha flicked the ash from his cigarette when the snake woman attempted what, flattery? He couldn't tell, if he were honest. Another long drag, the smoke filling the small sacs within his lungs as if it were nothing more than air itself. It wasn't the village that had yet to escape his wrath, rather the two he used to know as 'family' hiding out in the slums from him after doing their best to use him for the 'gift' the Uchiha were born with. His eyes lazily moved over to meet her own as she spoke of making this place, his old home, a home for him. That she could use someone like him. Even asked if he wanted to lead the village, a new society as she called it. His eyes grew intense, sober even, for only a few seconds before he spoke, doing his best to keep the cigarette between his lips as he did so.

"Listen, lass. There's no way I'd stay ter lead the village I helped destroy. My home isn't here and it cannae be anymore. It hasn't been home fer a long time now, that's how m'fate has been decided."

The Uchiha looked back to the village as he spoke, glaring down at the clouds of smoke still rising from embers and flames yet to be put out by those desperate to save what was left of their home. The Uchiha watched the woman, unblinking and unfazed as she spoke of how, yes she would, she would destroy her own home. At least she was consistent in her destruction of those that truly did nothing to her. She spoke, however, of not being 'complete' in some way, but the man had no clue what she could possibly mean by such a thing and he only shrugged, continuing to take long drags of his cigarette. At least they were able to agree somewhere, or rather, find a similarity. They both had more they desired to achieve and wouldn't be able to go on a 'final mission' of sorts without finishing other business first. When her hand went to his chest and she smiled, coming closer, the Uchiha was noticeably taken aback. He wasn't sure why women had such an effect on him, but he was flustered when she spoke of her 'desires.' At the mention of 'fun' she began to twirl her fingers gently on his chest, while she grinned and seductively licked her lips with the tip of her tongue. It was then she asked what he desired.

"Lass, I.." He paused, considering his options. He didn't actually know what he desired. But something in him told him that it wasn't whatever this was. He may not have experience with such things, but if there was anything he really desired, it came to him after a few moments of thought. His hand came up to take the cigarette from his mouth, flicking the ash off of it. He inhaled once more, finishing the cigarette and pulling it to toss off the cliff edge. His hand then came to rest on her own, stopping the movements calmly while his eyes met her own. "Lass, I'm flattered an' all that. But Ah cannae let business an' pleasure overlap. There be much that Ah desire and the foremost one is killin' the two Uchiha Ah've been huntin'. Then Ah only wish ter give m'daughter a good life. Ah'm sorry an' all. Ah'm sure a night with ye would be a good one." The Uchiha sighed, letting her hand go before his eyes traveled back down to the village below, lost in his thoughts again.

Letting out a sigh, the kunoichi took a step back when she was being told off by the Uchiha. It wasn't like it was impossible for her to tease him a bit more, but the man's expression and his somewhat gloomy demeanor more or less took out all of the fun of trying to convince him to have a good time. It wasn't hard to imagine why he was like this though, Syekren had just participated in the destruction of Sunagakure and from what she gathered out of all he was saying, it looked like his actual feelings greatly contrasted his words. Even if he didn't call the village his home anymore, Lamya was certain that somewhere deep down, he felt the pain and the guilt of having his village being swept off of the map in a single night.

"Hmm, you Uchiha always have to act so dramatic," Turning her attantion back to the village, the kunoichi just slumped down to the ground, leaning a bit backwards while looking at the sky. "It's rather amusing to see how the people your clan seems to hate most usually end up being those of your own blood. So do tell me, how is someone with those values, those thoughts going to give his daughter a good life?"

They were harsh words coming from themouth of a woman who had not an inkling of knowledge on how to raise a kid or how to care for it, but despite the severity of those words, they were certainly not meant to enrage or hurt the Uchiha, they were simply meant to illustrate the doubt Lamya had in regards to how any parent with a background like Syekren or herself for that matter could ever dream of having a happy family. There was after all a time in which she dreamt of a life like that, a life in which she had become a mother, a life where she had a husband and no worries or ideals to weigh her down, to darken her nights. Yes, despite how everything had gone, she never forgot the one short time in which she had it all: friends, comrades, love and a light in her life, but by now all that had been ripped away from her, stolen from her heart and mind, leaving her with nothing but her own pain and her own nightmares.

"There is no doubt that by being the monster that I am, I won't live long enough to ever dream of having a child," A wry smile came onto her face. Despite the fact that she had long accepted her status as a monster, a being without morals or scrupules, Lamya still didn't have to like it. Even though she got drunk on power, high on her own bloodlust and extremely excited at the sight of despair in others, she didn't have to agree with her own body and mind. "Funny how certain choices in a woman's life can change the entire outcome of their destiny. However, I despise destiny, I refuse to acknowledge that we have been born with single purpose and are guided by a single fate. If you want to make the life of your daughter worth while,
stop being a shinobi, turn your back at the bloodshed that dictates your reality. Face destiny with pride and stride, but promise me never to leave her on her own, never to put her second to anyone or anything. Promise me, Syekren..."

She sat straight up, her eyes becoming slightly wet, as she looked at the Uchiha. It wasn't like she was actually feeling sad or worried, her eyes' wet shimmer simply came as she talked, remembering that all this man was wanting for, was something she had wanted long ago as well. "I'll keep my end of the deal and help you take down these enemies of yours...but if I would ever see you again and you have not turned your back on the shinobi world, I will be forced to kill you...do you understand?"

The Uchiha watched the woman quietly, his head tilting as she sighed and moved away from him, apparently put off by his demeanor. Syekren lifted an eyebrow as she spoke of how the Uchiha liked to be so dramatic, slumping to the ground and leaning back a bit to look into the sky. She went on to speak, mentioning the way his clan seemed to hate each other the most, asking how a man such as him, one with thoughts and hatred like his planned to give his daughter a better life. He couldn't think of a good answer to the question at this point. Call it inebriation, or being taken aback, he was lost for words. He truly hadn't considered how to give her a better life further than just adopting her officially upon his return to Konohagakure no Sato, and giving her a new home. But would that truly be enough to give such a young child a better life? It would seem so on the surface, given that she currently resided in an orphanage where she wasn't too popular with the rest of the kids. The Uchiha sighed and sat next to the woman, picking his bottle up once more, looking into it. Lamya sure had a penchant for asking the difficult questions.

The Uchiha sat there quietly, contemplating his answer while his hand glided over the mouth piece of his bottle of amber liquid, now between his legs. He lifted it to his lips once more, taking a swig to 'help' his thought process, knowing it would only muddy his mind further. He wasn't the type that would normally be good in these types of situations, helping others especially children. Even for the love of children he'd grown into, he still knew better than to think he could just give a child a new home and a bed and expect that to be it. He knew he still had more in life he had to do. There was more he had to finish before he could settle down to be a father. Such things stayed on his mind more than he liked to admit, and it was mostly unlike him to be emotionally available as a former ANBU. They were trained to be killers, after all. Syekren turned to look at Lamya when she spoke of being a monster, likely not being able to live to having a child of her own.  Syekren sighed a bit and looked back at the sky as she continued on, speaking of destiny and her distaste for it, telling him that he should turn his back on the shinobi world and face his destiny with pride and stride. She wanted him to promise to never leave her alone or have anything or anyone come before her, something that the Uchiha knew full well he would already do. Something he could not bring himself to do was to leave Chou alone again, after making his promise to her. Making a promise that neither of them would be alone again.

"Aye, lass. Ah promise ye I cannae leave the girl by herself. Not even if Ah tried. She's special to me."

His eyes met her own, looking at the wetness that came in them. The uchiha was confused as to the nature of the wetness, unsure if they were meant to be tears, or simply a reaction her body did involuntarily. She spoke on the old deal they'd made, something that felt ages ago now, to kill the Uchiha he was after in the village. By now she could guess why he'd been looking for them, but would likely get it wrong. He only wanted their deaths so they couldn't come back for his later on down the road. It was a battle of survival, and he wanted to be sure he would be the one coming out on top. It was when she spoke of seeing him again and if he hadn't turned his back on the only life he'd ever known.. she'd have to kill him. When he was younger, such a thing may have made him drop the headband and the life of a shinobi then and there, swear it off for good. But in his age he'd grown, learned what it meant to not only be a shinobi, but a protector as well. Sometimes you have to do things that you aren't sure are right, and sometimes you have to do things because it's the only way. He knew she was serious with what she said, but he only grunted, looking back out at the village, without reacting much. The years had not been kind to him, they turned him into a tool, unfeeling and unflinching with his own mortality. "Ah understand ye lass. But I've got more to do in this world yet. Sunagakure won't be m'last stop. There're things Ah must set right, things Ah must finish. Ah cannae in good conscience tell ye I'll give up after we kill those Uchiha. Ah have ter kill a few more, and Ah have ter make one las' stand ter ensure m'daughter needs worry not. If m'mortality catches up with me, well Ah couldn' think of a better lass to end it with."

The Uchiha's eyes glazed over, as if reliving everything he'd seen in the last few hours, the last few days, or even throughout his entire life. He still had too much to do, too much to finish. If he quit now, he wouldn't be sure that Chou would be safe. Involving her in his own problems and subjecting her to old debts would simply be too much for him to bear. Still, he'd lift the bottle, holding it out to the woman without making eye contact. A soft smile would pull across his lips, the beard upon his face contracting as he did so. "No reason ter sit here with a threat loomin' over though. Ah propose we sit here and finish this bottle, enjoy the las' few moments we can as friends. Comrades. Whatever ye may wan' ter call this. Whatever it is, we sit here and finish this bottle before everything changes fer us. Tomorrow is still uncertain, as they say." The Uchiha nodded as he looked over at her, his blue, different coloured eyes drifting over the village, watching what was left of the smoke floating into the air. It was polluting what could possibly be a romantic and beautiful skyline, but perhaps to the woman he was lucky enough to share the company of, such a thing was still beautiful. He knew that tomorrow would change everything.

"A special girl, heh," The kunoichi simply chuckled a bit, resting her head upon her left arm and crossing her legs while staring blankly into the vastness of the sky above her. It seemed this guy really had everything he wanted and apparently was more than willing to go to the greatest of lengths to see that that which he held dear would remain. It was so much different compared to Lamya herself, who had forsaken all her desire for love or for a normal, loving future for the sake of pursuing that accursed goal of becoming the strongest, the most powerful shinobi of all time and all times to come. She sighed, followed by a long yawn, turning her head towards the former Anbu who looked weary and frankly even old now that the fighting had died down."Hmm, once you've had blood on your hands, it's easy to continue accumulating it upon them, layer by layer until the day your own blood warms another person's hands.

She rolled with her eyes when hearing him talk again, mentioning he still had a few things to do, a few loose ends to tie up and yet again it seemed that he was going for Uchiha blood. It was such a shame that any Uchiha she'd known herself had either vanished completely or had left the world too soon due to inconceivable complications and now here there was yet another of those ill-fated Uchiha trying to probably stand atop of them all. "I reckon that at the very least you're talking about those two targets you had requested my aid for. The rest will be your problem unless you'd desire my help after all, the deal will still remain the same though, I simply need to be paid sufficiently to be willing to sidetrack my own ambition for the sake of others," Letting out a chuckle, she sprang right up again, sitting with a straight back now, Lamya stretched out her arms and let out a soft moan as she did so, making it obvious that she really did feel the same fatigue and strain he had felt. "But for now, with all this lovely carnage behind us, let's just do as you said and enjoy this evening as it is now. You may be my enemy in the morrow, but for now you and I are still bound by our contract."

Holding out her hand, she motioned Syekren to hand her the bottle before he'd be drinking it up completely. Wether he'd give it to her was still a question, but if he did, she'd simply take a good swig and enjoy the taste of the grainy alcohol travelling down her stomach and warming up her insides in a considerably comfortable way. "It's a nice night, despite everything. Ah well, it wouldn't hurt to be a bit friendly before turning at eachother's throats."

Syekren silently stared on as he was, listening to the woman speak. She was right, as you got blood on your hands more and more it was hard to stop accumulating it. It wasn't impossible, but once you'd made as many enemies as he had, you'd need to watch your back and hope you were fine to live a normal life. If not, you would need to get even more blood upon your hands, to settle whatever scores or debts you would need to. It was a vicious cycle of settling things and cleaning the blood from your hands to only have to turn around and get more blood upon them. Still, the Uchiha couldn't help but think, with his alcohol addled brain, that eventually he would be able to rest if he played his cards right. People were only given so much time on the Earth to do what they needed to, and if he didn't finish his work, he would likely be taken from the planet faster than he would have if he'd never gone down such a path. The Uchiha knew such a path was of his own doing, he could have sat back and not worried about anything. Yet, he decided to go against his own people and destroy the only home he had ever truly known.

He found comfort in the company of this woman, though. She was a type of partner he was happy enough to have by his side, if only to destroy villages and other ninja who dared to get in the way. The two would work well enough together, for a time. It seemed to be on her mind as well when she spoke of the targets he was meant to kill, which would come soon. Of course, she cared about the payment she would receive for side-tracking herself of her own ambitions, much as anyone would ask of a favor from another person.  The man watched as she chuckled and sprang back up to a straight backed seated position, stretching and letting out a moan or groan as she did so. She obviously felt the same sort of fatigue he did, on some level. She mentioned that with the carnage and death behind them, they should indeed relax, though they would be enemies on another day. The man smiled softly and only spoke a few words, looking out to the village and counting the smoke clouds that still came up. "Aye, lass, aye."

Syekren looked over when he saw her reach for the bottle, handing it to her and watching the long swig she took from it, enjoying the taste and feeling of the liquor. He titled his head at her words, chewing on them for a time. He would speak, but first he'd need to collect his thoughts carefully, the alcohol doing its job of numbing his mind. "Aye, nights like this'n are a dime a dozen Ah'd say. Ye kin never be too careful, even after destroying all resistance. Some poor sod may decide he kin take the two of us out and reclaim his lost homeland, wouldn't that be the sight?" The Uchiha laughed a great raucous laughter and ran his hand through his hair, smoothing it back. It was caked in blood from his enemies and sweat from the effort he exerted throughout the night.  He would need to bathe soon, he hated the feeling of being grimy or gross after a battle was done. When the adrenaline wore off, one always realized just how dirty they were and would normally fix it as soon as possible. Still, for some reason he'd come here, he'd come to see the woman he'd met so long ago and helped destroy a village. Why?

The Uchiha was unsure of his own motivations for such a meeting. The woman didn't seem to have anyone else she was waiting on though, and Syekren was sure Mitsuo had left the village by then. "Lass, you know, even if Ah don't stay ter take up a mantle ye don't want, I think should you need me.. I could come back some day. Help ye with somethin' you need, or somethin' you require. You're a capable woman as it were, but I'm sure even sometimes you could use some help. I still need to help Ryu with his little plan anyhow." The ninja looked at the woman, his eyes less tired, and more vibrant at this point. He knew what he was suggesting to here, and wanted to make sure he was committed to such a thing before speaking, but his mouth had other ideas. Still, it wouldn't be too much to ask to come back every now and then to assist her in areas she may be lacking, or train others for her army if she did take the village as her own. He was a man without a home now, and no one would be hunting him from Sunagakure no Sato. No one from the other nations would know his face or his name either, it really did make things that much easier for him to deal with.

For the moment, Lamya remained calm, the liquor not yet having worked its magic on her mind and more importantly the restraints she herself had put on herself. Syekren's words were true and powerful, thoughts coming from a man who obviously had already seen and done much in his life, yet his words also betrayed something else; a fear or rather a hidden cowardice which was unbecoming of a man who had earlier revelled in the slaughter of dozens of technically innocent people.

Standing up, her skin slightly pinkish around her cheeks and her eyes showing the obvious signs of being slightly tipsy, it became clear that at last the booze had cut through the restraints of the kunoichi and allowed her to show her more...savage and ruthless side again, one which Syekren had already seen before, but not as open and unfethered like she was doing now.

Her chakra flared up, a dark purple hue visible to the naked eye, with her reserves finally restored to her full potential, the cold chakra descended upon the kazekage's peak with an unfathomable pressure that would've scared off any lesser shinobi just by sensing it. This was no ordinary shinobi, this was no ordinary chakra either, this was the chakra of a monster, a person who lacked any morals and didn't have any scrupules to gain what they desired. "I relish the idea of having someone sneak up on us and show us the courage of defying those who are closest to becoming the new god of the shinobi. To allow such reprobates to close in on us and allo them just a sliver of hope, such is the true deliverance of power," She laughed loudly, spreading her arms and letting out even more chakra, the rocky surface of the peak they were standing on, cracking beneath the weight of her chakra, dust being blown aside and pebbles scattering due to the tremors traversing through the stone. "It's a pity though, that if I want to reach my goal, if I want to fullfill my desires, I would indeed need to heed your words and root out any and all opposition for my own sake."

Calming down a bit, the kunoichi allowed her chakra to subside and she sat back down, swaying a bit and obviously no longer of sound mind. "Wow, you drink this stuff every day? It's pretty heavy."
