There was something almost peaceful about the river today. The air was cold, the sky darkened and cloudy. The water was flowing by, undisturbed in its path. Despite the coldness of the air, and the possible coldness of the water, Amaya had positioned herself on top of a rather large boulder that was mostly flat on its top. A boulder that stuck out from the river a good foot or so, just far enough to keep anyone who happened to be positioned on it from getting wet. It was also large enough to hold several people, especially given the way that Amaya was sitting on it, in the center, Indian style.
Her eyes were closed, and every so often she'd take a small breath in and out, though it was barely noticeable, given the bulkiness of her clothing. She had bundled up today against the cold, given that she was pregnant, something that had become recent knowledge, she wasn't taking any chances in becoming ill. She even had a nice warm hat on top of her head, hiding all but the few white strands that had managed to escape.
She had come here about an hour ago for the purpose of meditating, but she'd long ago become bored with it. She just simply had no bothered to stop, as no other distraction had popped up, yet.
