Julius hadn't managed to make any distance on Iron Falls becoming an official mercenary group within Kumogakure yet but he was hardly dismissive about the possibilities. They had done some work for the village and earned some coin as well as renown but there were limits. Basic missions done two at a time were something they had expected of anyone truly claiming to be a part of that line of work. However it had not been for nothing. Now five days a week there was a delivery to their registered residence on the ship of mission postings C rank and under. At least if there was anything new to be seen. They had a registered mobile residence though and no one was making a fuss about their location either. The mine had been confirmed as abandoned and beyond that was rumored to be haunted so no one even came out here for no reason anyway. Truth was they weren't in the way enough for anyone to bother. It was a comfort all the same. He had even started a free month trial for the daily paper. Reading up on what was happening in the village was more valuable than one might think.

Still Julius had woken up early that morning before the mail arrived and stood on the deck of the ship. Already having prepared a steaming pot of coffee as he sipped from his own mug. A cup of sugar next to an empty mug and the pot for when his sister woke up. His own was simply black coffee. He was barefoot in a pair of black joggers pants with the strings tied tight around his waist. A white tank top on over that and a little baggy. He didn't have any weapons on himself but somehow his tall form looked capable. His free left hand brushed through his hair as he looked to the sky. It was due any moment now. Out this far the mail cart wasn't running so they had issued him his own delivery bird. It cost a small fee but it saved him the extra walk into the village. For now he was satisfied with it. Mostly because as of yet if you gave the bird a berry of some sort it didn't poop on the deck. Bird poop was never fun to clean up. That aside he felt a little extorted by said bird. Keeping Berries on hand under threat of fecal matter.

It wasn't long before he saw a large hawk slowly lowering down towards the ship. Attached to its leg was the paper and a single bundle of papers. He would wait until it landed fully on one of the rails before approaching it. Setting his coffee down on a table before taking the ties off the birds claws and giving the bird a raspberry. It chomped it down quickly before letting out a small screech and flapping its wings. Then it took off for its flight back to the village. Satisfied with its tribute. With that bit of business done Julius would pull up a lawn chair and settle into it. Placing his feet up on a small crate and crossing one ankle over the other. He would open the roll of papers and glance at the missions. A couple were doable but the one that caught his eye the most was escorting some merchants to town. Merchants meant to arrive that very day. It hardly seemed challenging but they had deep pockets and could afford the two of them. Easy money. Still he would set it down and open the paper. Flipping to the front page and picking up his coffee before sipping in the bitter flavor. It was a nice morning.
