Hello, welcome to the site. I am a staff member: Syekren Uchiha. Moderator for training and I help with jutsu. I'll be able to point you to the guidelines for most of what you need but I do need to ask you to stop posting on other topics such as Training Modding requests, training stat threads, etc. This is not so much a game as a role playing forum. We want you to have fun here but you must follow the rules and guidelines set out for you. The guidelines can be found at a link I will post below, I recommend reading them. Otherwise, create a character, wait for it to be approved, and have fun!
