Clad in his old black Uchiha cloak, Syekren strode through the gates of sunagakure no sato, into the bustling streets. Under the cloak, if one could see as the cloak covered all but his ankles and the hood even cast a shadow over his face, one would find a stout young ninja of sunagakure, clad in black shinobi tights and a gi with a netted shirt, black tabi and black sandals. On the right shoulder was the marking of the Uchiha clan, while on the left was the marking of an ANBU member. Upon his face was black shinobi mask that covered the lower half of his face while his headband was pulled down over his left eye, which was missing at this point. The eye that was there was a dark blue, almost black color, the only other thing that was dark was his hair which had taken on a jet black colour.

He stood quietly in the middle of the bustling street, observing everyone that passed by him, quietly taking everything in. His form moved past each one in turn, making his way towards a small cafe on the outskirts of the market district, his one eye darting to and fro, looking for something specific. Upon reaching the cafe he took a seat on the outside terrace at the behest of the owner, looking at the three empty seats that he was left with. He was to be meeting his squad today and if they were anything like the squad he'd had before, they'd probably be aggravating, angry, smart ass little genin. But, he couldn't judge his new pupils on the actions of his old ones. He'd have to give them the benefit of the doubt and that's exactly what he'd do in this case.

It was a beautiful day, Syekren noted, even if a bit hot. The sun shone high in the sky, sand wasn't kicking up everywhere from the soft wind coming through, and there was no hints of any storms. It was a nice day to sit outside and enjoy oneself. That's what Syekren wished he was doing at least. But instead, he was sitting here on the terrace of some small cafe by the name of 'Sand Witch's Eatery' waiting for three fresh faced genin to join him so that he could introduce himself and take down their dreams, motivations, yadda yadda. When they were done, he'd have to make a report on his evaluation of them, then make a psychological evaluation and make sure they're fit for the active duty of being a ninja. It was all very trying, but to say the least, could be fun.

So who was he going to be meeting today?

Syekren silently pulled a few dossiers out of his cloak, flipping through the first.  The first he came to was a young woman, a member of Karisuma. Whatever that was. He'd have information on it if he asked, he was sure. Her name was Lillith and she was a seventeen year old genin. Little old, but she was probably a late bloomer. Much like Syekren. Though, he knew that ranking up in Sunagakure was a bit harder than it needed to be lately after all that happened with previous kage. He'd heard they had a new one, so he'd have to report soon. He sighed and flipped through the next dossier, finding it to be for a young man named Lux. Well, young wasn't the word as he was four years Lillith's senior at a genin level and hailed from the clan Bulate. Shaking his head, Syekren read over the dossier a bit before moving on to the last one. Lynn. A young Uchiha clan member was going to be in his squad as well. Syekren sighed, remembering his last encounter with an Uchiha had ended with the other being dead.

Syekren closed the dossiers and thanked the heavens he was still technically an ANBU so that he had access to more information than just the names of his pupils. He wanted to be sure this time he knew what he was getting into and going in blind, no pun intended, was not something he wanted to end up doing again. Since he'd lost his eye he'd become more careful and cautious about the people he meets and the company he keeps. He just hoped that with taking these three ninja under his wing he would get off the hook for being gone so long and his kage wouldn't flay him alive for it. He'd had personal issues the caused him to be unable to stay around the village until he solved them. There were a lot of problems the village faced now because of him failing to stick around and Syekren noted that he'd remembered seeing new names added to the bingo book. One of them being a ninja he'd met prior to his return: Seiryu. He had no idea what happened to make the other man turn and at this point he didn't care. Once he got back into the swing of things and trained again, Syekren was sure he'd be sent off to find Seiryu and bring him home, dead or alive. That wasn't a thought that the Uchiha particularly enjoyed as it meant more work, but he wasn't one to tell his Kazekage no, especially after disappearing as he did for such a long time. But, to think on that would probably be his downfall as he would show guilt against his actions and he knew that his kage would sense that in an instant. He didn't necessarily feel guilt about it, more he felt as though he just made more work for himself and that made him feel down about it. He hated having more work than necessary and disappearing as he did simply made it so that he'd have more work than ever.

Well, Lynn certainly didn't expected to be accepted into a Squad so soon. If anything, he was thinking he'd be left alone, to do missions and rank up as he saw fit. But, that wasn't the case; after coming home from a rather rough night, encountering not just one, but two separate Shinobi, one of them being a Uchiha, he noticed a letter he had gotten (written in braille, mind you) that assigned him with meeting up in a small cafe, dubbed the "Sand Witch's Eatery", to meet his new forced squad. Either that, or he forgot completely that he applied for it, since he was exhausted after getting home at three in the morning. Regardless, with an apathetic groan, he'd walk out his door, letting the sunlight cover his body.

Alright, so it was just a right turn from the Great Bazaar, up the street, yada yada... soon enough, he had approached the Eatery, sensing a young adult was already in a table for four. That must be it. With that, he slumped into the seat facing his new teacher, and took out a package of rice balls he decided to pick up, and slid it over to the one in front of him. He had decided to keep his word the night he talked to another Uchiha, and try to be more respectful towards not only anyone in general, but his own blood as well. Of course, it did piss him off, and he was uncomfortable and awkward as always with it all. But there was no way he was going to get anywhere if he kept acting the way he was, and no one would trust him just as much as he distrusted them. At the very least, he should try to form just that, so he can be in a safe place, and have people to fall back on if he ever gets out of the mindset of being a jackass out of fear.

"Good morning, Sensei. I brought you these...to thank you for your time today, I suppose. It has meat on the left two, and none in the right two, in case you're a vegetarian or something like that. Sorry if I seem cranky...didn't sleep much last night."

Well, that was a good start at least. Way better than how he acted last night, but he still felt sick, trying to get along with anyone. He'd have to do this shit with his squad mates, too...could this day get any worse? Bet there's just gonna be a freaking bubbly student or something, that's optimistic all the time around him, that'll drive him nuts. In all honesty, he expected it to happen at this point; his luck hasn't been the best lately. It had to turn around soon though, right? And who knows, maybe this team will help him break out of his insecurities...doubtful, but...it's possible. More possible than becoming even more secluded and anti-social than usual, that's for damn sure.

His eyelids would flutter before blinking a few times at the sound of harsh rasping against the door. His brow would crease waiting for them to enter only to realize he wasn't where he thought he was. The ceiling wasn’t the same, the scent in the room wasn’t the same... nothing was. He would slowly lean up using his hands as a support as he placed them behind himself. He had slept in that rigid position again, leaving his body to ache. Taking a moment he would lean onto his right hand applying his weight there as he lent from his left slowly drawing it up to rub the pad of his palm against his eye as his other slowly focused on the broken restraint in the middle of the room, beside the drawn that stood beside the front porch. Another harsh knock would sound snapping him out of his daze, having thought it were just his mind waking him, the sound would make him jump. His head would tilt down into his hand as he struggled with a chuckle at his own actions. Irrational, yet completely rational for someone that had been to the institute.

"I'm coming." His would shout loud enough to be heard on the other side of the door, keeping his luxuriously deep tone of voice level as it held a raspy crisp to it. He would push up from the ground, grasping at his t-shirt on the way before slowly shrugging into it, quickly covering the blemishes of his once flawless flesh, all save for the light scarring around his neck. Moving over to the door his steps would sound rather heavily, enough to mask the scraping sound as he kicked the restraint under the set of draw's and out of site. Reaching for the door handle with his right hand; gripping it tightly as his fingers curled around it to twist it, slowly pulling the door open his free hand would remain by his side just in case something unexpected happened, he had of course just returned and in the slum's anything could happen.

Opening the door enough to draw the left half of his form into view as he gazed out at the four people stood in front of his door. His brow would arch through hidden by the door. For a moment silence would persist before one of the four shinobi spoke up, "Were here to take you for the assessment you... avoided yesterday." His mint green gaze would wash over each of their headband's before flashing them a wide toothy grin, drawing his pearly whites into view, stepping back to open the door more as he spoke "Ouh, all four of you?" Chuckling somewhat darkly to himself though not out of jest, no. Quite the opposite, before continuing "Come right in. If any of you would like a drink there's bottled water otherwise you'll have to go thirsty, I haven't got anything else in." He would sleek back from the door watching just two file in before stepping around them sucking in a lung full of air, keeping his smile in place. "It will just take me a few moments to get ready." The two would close the door leaving the others outside as they all remained silent.  He would step back as she shifted about his business, leaning against the wall as he tugged a sock on speaking if only to try and lift the weighted silence "I'm surprised four would get sent... Im barely at the level of a Genin... and let me tell you" his head would tilt down a touch as he continued, slipping into his other sock "in that place, you don’t get any training."

Remaining silent, they would simply watch him. Deciding himself safe enough he would lower, taking a seat on the ground as he forced his feet into his boots one at a time, before lacing them up. He would slowly raise drawing his jacket from nearby slowly slipping into it before moving to place his hand into his pockets. As he did the two would close in rather, uncomfortably quickly. He would step back removing his hands from his pockets drawing out his packet of opened cigarettes. Knowing what they could have thought, he didn’t want any trouble, not right now. He would tilt the packet downwards revealing seven left and his lighter as he spoke, "it's just cigarettes..."  inspecting him for a moment one of them would sigh before indicating for him to follow, "Come on you haven't got all day."
'I haven't got all day?' What an ominous thought. His brow would crease momentarily as the two took up their positions either side of him. The one that had spoken both times opened the door before indicating for him to step out first.

Stepping out he would ease closer to the one that had spoken keeping what little distance he could from the other three, feeling a slight bit of unease as they all walked silently. Taking a short while they stepped out of the slum's and through the grand bazzar as they made their way to the administration building. The two behind him would close in enough for their bodies to brush against his, such a light touch almost calming, though it were meant to be anything but that. Guiding him off to one of the side rooms he would be sent inside, all four following in only to be dismissed by an aged, stern looking women. Looking over the brim of her glasses before removing them from her face to fold them and release, letting them hang by their ornate silver chain, tapping before finally resting against her chest. Keeping her back straight she would indicate for him to take a seat on the chair opposite her as she sat behind her desk. Inclining his head he would speak up "Thank you Dono." Stepping over as indicated he would take a seat resting his hand's palms down against his thighs, keeping them parted comfortably, only for his body to find the ridgid sitting position he were so very used to. She would look him over for a moment before speaking "just to confirm, you are Bulate, Lux. Born on the twenty-seventh of July?" He would nod "Yes Dono" he would give a short to the point answer, feeling almost like a child in trouble as she stared him down. "Right, I will get to the point, there isn't any reason to beat about the bush. We know how long you've been in the correctional facility and we have read their report and thought's on you coming back here. As I am sure you are aware you have been being watched during your short time back, right since the moment you entered Sunagakure. To keep an eye on you, we have decided to assign you to a squad." Pausing she would take a breath, more so to let her point sink in, giving him that moment before continuing "this way, we can keep an eye on you and asses you properly under the supervision and word of your Sensei. We will see how competent you are, how well you can carry out mission's and work as a part of a functioning team. Said team will be made up of members younger than you, and you will accept this. Depending on the word and assessment of your new Sensei and those that have watched you, will depend on weather you stay here in Sunagakure No Sato or return to the correctional facility. We do hope you have learnt from your mistakes and are ready to become a functioning member of society."

Taking a moment he would let her words sink in carefully assessing his words before speaking, choosing to go with "Thank you Dono, I don’t plan on leaving." As a pose to
'you'll have to kill me before you think you can send me back there.' She would simply nod placing his old hitai-ate on the desk for him, returning her gaze to her paperwork signing a few pages, not looking back up at him as she spoke "We do hope so. Your sensei will decide weather or not you are trusted with your old ninja tools. You are dismissed." Immediately standing and taking his Hitai-ate he would move around pushing the chair under the desk before headng to the door. As his hand reached the door the women would speak once more "You need to head to the 'Sand Witch's Eatery', your Sensei and squad are waiting for you there. Remember, Trillium that’s squad three." Freezing briefly he would nod. "Yes Dono." Slipping out of the door rather quickly, as to avoid anything else she might say he would almost glide past the four that had brought him in as they slipped into the room, he vacated. Pausing outside of the administration building he would tather his hitai-ate to his belt before heading off.

He vaguely remembered where the café were taking his time on the way there, stopping only to pick up a pouch of tobacco for his tin that rested in his right zipped up breast pocket, along with some rolling papers and filters and a bottle of water. Avoiding the rush of people crowding the streets, burning through a cigarette on his way. He would enter the café, drawing his pale green gaze around the room as he searched for what could be a you squad only to find anything but that.

He would catch sight of an open door giving a sigh as he headed for the terrace, concluding the squad must be out there. As he stepped over to the only two that seemed they would be the makings of a squad he would catch the end of the young lad's sentence causing him to purse his lip's attempting to avoid smiling or laughing at the end of the conversation he had walked into, only to fail as a smile spread along his lip drawing his canines and pearly whites into view forming what only could be classed as a, cheeky yet somewhat charming smile. Chuckling lightly as he though
'wow I came in at the wrong time...' Following his chuckle he would step up placing his hand carefully on the back of his chair as he spoke "sounds like you had a good night..." Pausing enough for his tongue to quickly graze over the surface of his lips, giving them a light coating of saliva, an attempt at keeping his lips moisturized. "I've been sent to meet with Trillium, squad three... I do hope this is where I'm supposed to be otherwise this would be pretty awkward." His luxuriously deep toned raspy voice would linger in air, giving a light chuckle his hand would raise from the back of the chair to place a cigarette behind his ear, resting it at an angle. Waiting for confirmation that he were in fact in the right place allowing his pale green orbs to wash over who he assumed to be his sensei, and quite possibly the man weighing his worth, To the young lad he assumed to be a teammate, inevitably drawing his gaze back to the older male of the two, his smile never faltering.

Not long after the older man named lux sat down with the bunch,  a younger girl, small spats of blood on her hands and face, as well as a few here an there on her clothes as well entered onto the Terrance.

Lillith, was brought here because the group of three men were rather odd amongst the group of patrons on the inside who all just looked mostly like standard civilians, and more so there wasn't really a group of three of them, much less with another seat at the table for another member on the inside, and the out here were the only ones on the Terrance. So walked through the open door to the terance. Her hood down, and spats of blood on her, with her hands having a bit more. She qould give a brief eye smile to the group, and in a rather bubbly and cheery tone of voice say "Sorry I'm late, Something held me up on my way over here" She would then take her seat next to the one with the bright green hair, and quickly eye over all of her new squad mates. There was the rather shadowy looking one covered in black with a dark hood leaving a shadow of his face, and an eye patch over one eye, with a mask. She wasn't sure if it was just because he didn't trust his surroundings and didn't want his identity known, or was just trying to as suspicious as possible, but it really didn't matter either way.  Lillith's eyes would then scan over the green haired one who was sitting next to her, and outside of his apparent bad mood, there wasn't really anything she could tell about him right off the bat. Then her eyes feel on the rather brawny man in a white tee-shirt. Lillith's eyes widened a bit, and her in her mind said "This man's a genin?!? no way." But then her eyes switched back to the one who was permuting darkness, and there was something about him that felt strong, and she honestly couldn't decide which one was the sensei. especially given both of them seemed to be of similar age.

After the brief moment it took Lillith to eye her squad mates, and get a general gist of their personality, she let out cough, and then spoke, with a similar sort of tone. "So...
um... Which one of you is the Sensei?
" She would say with her eyes darting between the brawny man in the white shirt, and the shadowy man with the eye patch. The now dried blood still on her face, and seemingly unphasing Lillith.

One by one, the seats around the table filled, until all three had butts in them. His new squad had finally assembled, which took long enough if Syekren was any judge. They each spoke in turn,  as they arrived, one after the other. The first, a green haired lad of a young age, about Syekren's when he first started had sat first. He pushed some rice balls in the ANBU's direction saying something about one having meat and the other not, apologizing for an apparent bad mood that Syekren hadn't cared to notice. The next was a man about his age, if not exactly his age. He fancied himself a joker, mentioning something in a joking way on the end of Lynn's sentence, then saying that he too was here for the squad meeting. This one had to be Lux, or Syekren had the wrong files. A burly and large genin he was, but a genin nonetheless. The last to arrive was the female, Lillith. She apologized for being late, whilst also being covered in blood, which didn't phase Syekren and he was rather unimpressed. She took note of her surroundings, to which Syekren smirked to himself over. She was attentive, good. She then asked which of them was the sensei and his cold, dark blue hue came to meet her eyes quietly before he moved on.

From his cloak came his alabaster pigmented hands, bearing their dossiers as well as a small notepad and a pen. He set the dossiers down, and opened the notepad, writing their names quietly on a different page for each name. Keeping it from their view was pretty effortless as the chairs were positioned to face him from an angle straight on, instead of being at his sides. They were his pupils and their attention should be on him, after all. They should not be in his notebook. On each page he wrote a summary, starting with the first arrival to the last arrival.

Uchiha. Punctual. Doesn't sleep enough. Generous(?). Possibly poisoned riceballs.
Lux. Joker. Carefree. Not late, not early. But still not on time. Recently Released from correctional facility.
Lillith. Bubbly. Late. Observant. Blood upon self. Doesn't wash?

After taking his notes, Syekren replaced the notebook within a pocket in his pants, the cloak closing around all but his arms. He lifted the Uchiha's dossier first, rereading key elements. He did the same for each of the other documents in turn, sighing as he replaced the dossiers within his cloak, his arms retreating with them to have his body covered. His eye moved around the three of them gathered around the table with him and he carefully structured what he was going to say.  He weighed his options with the three of them and tried to make an analysis of the situation and exactly how well they could possibly work together given their strengths, weaknesses, specializations, and chakra natures. It was hard to guess from a first meeting, to be sure, but Syekren wasn't one to take risks. Not anymore at least. So he pushed the rice balls near him to the center of the table before he addressed the genin.

"From what I've read of you so far, I'm not impressed. Lynn, while you are punctual, excuses do not work in the ninja world. You gave too much information. Were I an enemy, I would have an advantage. Sleep more. Less sleep makes you less efficient. And as a rule I do not eat food I do not prepare or see prepared. Lux. Your carefree attitude could possibly be a danger to the team. You seem to lenient in your training and your attitude towards the ninja world. From what I've read of you, I'm to be in charge of your ninja tools. But I'm not your father. I'm your teacher and you need those tools to learn, so I'll give you a note from me so they release the tools to you. But should you use them in a way I do not agree with, I'll end you. And now....Lillith. The Late one." At this point his cold blue hue moved to the girl and stared into her own hues. "Be more punctual, seconds in the ninja world can mean life or death. Most likely your own. I did notice you taking note of surroundings, which is good. But if you were half as good at spotting marks, you'd know that someone like Lux.." He motioned a hand to the ninja in question before continuing. "Couldn't be your sensei. The arrogant nature and confused look tells that he's just as inexperienced as you."

With a sigh the ninja shook his head, looking at all three of them in turn. He wasn't exactly happy with what he'd gotten as they were far from the cream of the crop. Yet they weren't the worst ninja he'd seen. In fact they could quite possibly be the best team if he trained them and taught them right. They'd have to work together in harmony to be able to achieve the great things he saw in them. But once this meet and greet got out of the way and they were able to take on missions together, he was sure that they would learn to work together perfectly. He wondered if he could in fact observe them without their knowing on a mission. Well who was he kidding? Of course he could. It would be rather simple but he'd need to play it correctly. He sighed once more before speaking again.

"Not exactly a star team here but..I've seen worse. Welcome to squad three. My name is Syekren and I'm going to teach you to be a team, and train you to be the strongest shinobi this village has. Take a good look at the members of your squad. That's your family now."

Well, this certainly wasn't as surprising as Lynn hoped for it to be. Should have been expected, though; it's only once in a blue moon that people weren't annoying and painful to Lynn, much less getting a wish granted. But, he'll just have to deal with it, now that he's stuck in it all, now won't he?

First was the tall, raspy-voiced man by the name of Lux. While Lynn couldn't take a peek at him, from his unfortunate blindness, he could at least gather a good idea of what he looked like from the other sensory info available to him. First off, was of course, the voice; this was no child, not even teenager, that's for sure. Or, if he was, he must have gone through a wild fire or had his vocal chords strangled. But it had a certain masculinity to it that, admittedly, brought some sort of blush to his cheeks. He could also feel his heavy steps, which Lynn deducted as him being buff. Yet another thing a regular Genin would not have; a built body. Of course, it at least gave him a sense of safeness, as that meant at least one of his teammates weren't going to be incompetent, and he wouldn't need to pick up the slack. Course, he knew he wasn't going to like him much as a person, once he joked about the awkward situation Lynn put himself in. It simply made him roll his eyes, and pout a little as they waited in silence for the final squad member.

Now there was Lillith. Immediately, Lynn's head went off with warning alarms, as the metallic scent of blood filled his nostrils. It made him flinch a bit, thinking something was about to happen, though what did occur was not what he thought. It was simply their last visitor, and from her voice he concluded Lillith was in fact, a girl. From her tone, she was also rather happy-go-lucky; something Lynn knew he would despise. Of course they got the bubbly clown, right? Though, since he now recognized she was the one covered in gore, he at least had a feeling she wasn't one to underestimate, and was no push-over. Either that, or she just randomly witnessed someone's death today, and was covering it up with her joyful exterior. It didn't matter to him, no matter what the story was.

Their sensei finally spoke up once they were all together, after apparently writing down something, as Lynn heard the noises of pencil scribbling and erasing. And what he decided to say, was...less than satisfactory. Lynn was once again, reminded about the harsh reality of being nice, when he was told he was too open, and that he was making excuses. Then there was being told he needed to sleep more. Oh, if only he knew the bullshit Lynn went through last night, maybe he'd shut his face right up. He already knew he needed to have good sleep, and he did so nearly every night except the particular one before. All in all, he became a bit pouty, crossing his arms and closing his pale little orbs, letting out a frustrated sigh. But, at the very least, hearing they weren't all the worst, and hearing that he wasn't the only screw-up on the team, made him feel at least a tad better.

Maybe this "family" won't be so bad after all.

Blood... but where? His skin would crawl, visibly so as the Kyoni beneath it writhed at the scent, though it were just a little barely enough to rise a response, his pale mint green hues would raise from the two at the table anyway, allowing his gaze to search out until resting on the female, well not so much the female but the speckles of blood that were littered along her. His somewhat charming smile still in place, as she approached taking a seat 'late? Well if she's late I guess I could be classed as late too... wonderful. Not the best start.' His thoughts would dull yet his appearance wouldn’t betray such as he shifted, remaining standing his hand returned to the back of the seat, feeling along its hard ridged texture. 'No thank you' would be all's that came to mind about placing himself in a straight back seat, he'd rather stand. Blinking at the female's words, only briefly before trying to stifle a chuckle, such evident on his face before tilting his head a touch as though to indicate to the other as his shoulders shook slightly, as he held in his chuckle. Both action's causing a brief glimpse of the light scar's littering his neck to come into view. 'She really couldn’t tell?' His state of mind almost dismissing the thoughts of any reason's why she would have blood on her in the first place, she didn't seem to be hurt, there for without reason to question it outright.

Shifting the position of his hand's allowing his free hand to grip the cap of the bottle to undo it, before raising it to his lip's, his attention would return to the Sensei before catching movement files... and a notepad?  The item's themselves drew more intrigue than what the Sensei were scrawling down, naturally averting his gaze. Not really wanting to be rude and lean over to take a look, taking a short glance at the other two, wondering if they had noticed the Sensei faffing with paperwork, only to catch a light blush on the green haired male. Arching a brow as he wondered why, it were hot but he didn't think it were that hot... and he wasn't blushing when he first took a look. A quizzical expression on his face his attention would return to the Sensei. Knowing he had to be careful with the male. For the time being the Sensei held the majority of his attention, his attention would flow to the others at a later time, though how late he didn’t quite know just yet. Raising the bottle up his pale green hues would close, enjoying the sensation of the cool water as it, for now quenched his thirst. Drawing the bottle away to reseal it again as the Sensei began to speak his pale green gaze returned to him, listening intently though in truth not expecting much of any form of a 'pep' talk, not in the least. As far as first impression's go it could be safe to say non, including the Sensei's had gotten off to a great start, the Sensei's quick assumptions without a solid grounding, yet in the same breath understandable, were it he in the Sensei's position would he have not assumed the same?

For the moment not seeing the point in speaking on behalf of himself, his action at a later day would speak up against whatever wrong's had been scripted into his file by those of the institute to give such indiscretions about him. It would simply take time to erase such and he would as far as he could, go with the flow. As for his equipment, he couldn’t really say it were a relief of any kind, he had been without it for so long his method's had adapted to meet the circumstances he had been placed in.
'I'll end you... comforting.' The comment not really phasing him, though he knew it should have. At least it was a threat outright and not a mind game or that of sending him back to the institute, such be the case he would rather be ended for any wrong he could commit. His attention's as the male spoke however would drift the his lone eye, 'Is it damaged? Stolen.. Or simply gone?' No scent had given away to the reasons why one of the Sensei's eyes were covered yet it were common enough that some would lose their eyes to another, powerful dojutsu were often sort out by those foolish or brave enough to try to take such, or maybe even collectors of such. Somewhat repulsing of a thought, that there were people that prided themselves in the taking of organs that they did not need. His gaze would shift slightly remaining on the covered area where the Sensei's eye should be settled, pondering on how it would be to have an eye removed only to trail back to thinking about how odd a sensation it would be to regrow the eye. Could the damage be repaired, if there were in fact damaged, had he stolen an eye? Did this sensei have a dojutsu of his own? Or where it merely a fashion statement... Lux's mind would wonder as it strolled through the gillfumury of questions. 'just how crazy are these people?' his gaze would flicker along the others briefly before returning to his centering point, the Sensei, resting with his lone eye.

As he took the time to let his mind wonder his right hand would raise to take the cigarette from behind his ear, shifting it to tap it against his bottom lip before allowing it to rest between his lip's, giving it a slight slack appearance. His hand would dip into the pocket of his jacket removing the lighter as the Sensei continued. He would pause though at the word 'family' such stopping the lighter midway to his cigarette. Did the Sensei expect them to introduce themselves properly? Would he introduce himself or at least give a name as to match his voice. Palming the lighter, he would roll the cigarette off to the right with his lip's trapping it there, giving a moment before speaking, drawing his gaze about the others "Well, It's a pleasure."  His luxuriously deep, raspy voice would wrap the words like silk, his tone merely friendly, cheerful so to speak. There were in truth far more he could have said yet, for the time being he would hold his tongue. Family the sensei said, stranger's his mind screamed silently. His trust did not come so easily no matter how much he could portray it to be so.

Family so soon, not likely. Yet in time things could work as a team but why the use of the term family, were it to make them feel closer? Already bonded? The term itself set his insides on edge, when family were something he had been so proud of, adored and appreciated them, now left with a black hold a raging confusion. Pushing of the thought trail his hand holding the lighter would raise once more to his cigarette as his other hand still grasping the bottle slowly rose to join the other. Thankful they were out on the terrace at this point, his composure almost too pristine and precise. Something that over time, the institute had taught him. At this point he did wonder about what thing's the other's were capable of, the Sensei included, he knew his current limit's and the general flow of where he could take it yet, how would it fit into this miss matched group. The Sensei really had been dropped with a right bunch. How interesting this could be.

It didn't take very long after Lillith sat down for things to begin shifting around her. First and foremost, her sensei, or at least whom she would soon be told is her sensei, was pulling out a note book. He then quickly began writing things down, lillith could thing of a few things that the notes might entail. One thing obviously, was noted about the people around him, though could he already be so quick to judge? Lillith supposed that first impressions were everything in the ninja world. A few other things, could maybe writing down notes for a waitress because he had specific instructions for his meal to be prepared, or maybe he was jotting down things he needed to take care of after this was over. Or possibly he was enticed by Lillith's beauty and was drawing a picture of her. Really the possibilities were endless. Though if she had to put her money on one, it would likely be the first. Maybe it was notes about there abilities? Lillith focused in on the shadowy man a bit more, as she let her mind wander in the silence. Thinking about all of the possibilities as to how he could possibly have determined their abilities, if it was indeed the case. Taijutsu was an easy one to point out, physique, stature, and the fluidity of movement could easily be seen on the person. For as much as Lillith could tell, at least the bulky man a crossed from her was a practitioner of martial arts. If she had to guess by his build, it was punching things outright, but who knows, the Ninja world is a surprising place. The green haired one, looked like he could possibly practice a martial skill, though Lillith really wasn't sure what? judging by his build, a rapier may be suited for someone so thin. And as for the shadowy man to the girls right, she really couldn't determine much about outside of his general distrust of the group. He was so heavily cloaked and guarded in himself that Lillith struggled to really determine what he was capable of. Maybe if she saw him run, she could determine if he did indeed practice taijutsu or not, but not whilst he was just sitting there.

Though with martial practices out of the way, determining other abilities such as how skill we were in Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, or any of the other skills which involve proficiency in the usage of chakra, and not the physical body... Then a sudden thought dawned about Lillith. If he was the sensei, he'd likely be prescribed a list of all of their abilities. Though that then would beg the question of why would he need to write them down once more? Maybe he picked up something new? Or maybe he was simply writing down first impressions like Lillith thought. Either way, her train of thought was interrupted by the man in question putting away his booklet and standing up to speak to the other three. The Late one... Be more punctual, seconds in the ninja world can mean life or death. Most likely your own. I did notice you taking note of surroundings, which is good. But if you were half as good at spotting marks, you'd know that someone like Lux.." The shadowy man moved his hand over to point towards the rather bulky man who casually had his feet upon the table. "Couldn't be your sensei. The arrogant nature and confused look tells that he's just as inexperienced as you."

At this point a few thoughts went through Lillith's head. First the satisfaction of knowing, or at least being mostly sure she had pegged what he was writing down on the book, and that being their personality traits and first impressions. Though if he had just gone off of Lillith's personality then he was sorely outplayed by the false narrative that she portrayed. If she had to guess, he, and most of the other squad members had pegged her as the cheerful, bubbly, ditsy type. If that was the case, then they were in for a world of surprise when Lillith decided that one of her enemies needed to scream for her enjoyment, and the dark side of her usually, only seen in combat came about. As lillith was thinking this however, something ticked in her. Like an uncontrollable scratch she wouldn't be able to itch, as the man that was standing before her began to chastise her. More specifically for being when in regards that that could cost her her life, when her life was the reason why she was late.

Before she could even contain it the smile that the girl was previously wearing feel, and the bubbly atmosphere around the girl quickly turned dark and twisted, as if the girl herself didn't belong in this world, like she was a being opposite of nature, her yellow eyes turned a glowing crimson, though those familiar with the sharingan would recognize it not as such, as the lack of tomoes would be prevalent. Even still, all those that would stare in her eyes would terror, and fear, as her eyes produces all of the necessary chemicals in their brain for fear. Her eyes would flick towards her sensei, with something akin to hatred and would be held there for a bit before darting down towards the table as she realized what she was doing. The girl would then shake her head, deactivating her dojutsu. The smile and bubbly atmosphere around herself slowly returning to place and the feeling of dark unnatural energy leaving as it returned.  She would then turn to her sensei and give him an eye smile before saying "My mistake sensei, It won't happen again. Thank you for the welcome to the squad, though I only hope you'll trust as a family if you expect the same from us." Lillith will then give a little cough, pretending what just happened didn't and look around, seeing no one is going to make a move before standing up and introducing herself "Well, since no one else is going too I might as well introduce myself! My name is Karisuma, Lillith. I'm a genin, I should have been a genin much sooner than I am now, but due to the unfortunate circumstance of my clan and my family, I was only able to become a genin recently. However I am excited to meet you all, and to be a part of this squad,
and this family.
" Lillith would then give another eye smile, and a brief bow, then quickly look over to her sensei to make sure that that was enough information for suitable introduction before sitting down. If Syekren would imply that she should present a bit more information about herself, she would tell them about her specializations and what elements she is proficient in before sitting down. Lillith would then patiently wait for everyone else introductions.

Syekren watched each in turn, taking in their reactions. He had reacted harshly, true, but this was the ninja world and he wanted his young students to be ready for everything that could come their way as it would be more dangerous than anything they experienced from here on out. Lynn hadn't said anything, but he seemed a bit disheartened from what Syekren had to say, to say the least.  Lux didn't seem to mind being chastised too much, as though he was used to it. But that could very likely be a convincing facade being put on. All in all, very underwhelming from the two he thought would react the most to his harsh words and to be fair, he was impressed. He expected much more fight from these two, but instead they seemed for the most part to accept his quick judgement and move on with the show so to speak. They may not be happy with what he had to say but they weren't going to argue it with him. So maybe they'd be able to listen and follow orders after all. Perhaps they'd even prove his initial thoughts on them wrong, which would be a good change of pace for what he was used to. It was then his attention was turned to the last one of the group.

Something came over him as he looked to her: an uneasy feeling. He felt a sudden twinge of fear in his gut, it was unmistakable. There was something that made him fear for his life for that moment as he'd felt before. It wasn't the type of fear that he was used to, though, as it was unfounded. It didn't affect him so much that he would show he felt it, but it was there all the same. If there was something dangerous around, his students were possibly in danger and on their first day! This would not do, and despite his own fear, the male activated his ANBU sensory range, taking a casual look around the area with his eye. He saw nothing, no chakra signatures matching this feeling, no jutsu being used, no one suspicious. This feeling was there, and he couldn't find the sources. He turned back to his students and his eyes met with Lillith's again, and he understood. There was her chakra signature, a dark thing, black and mutated. Twisted in a horrific fashion, black streaks tainting the chakra. Chakra coming from.. her eyes? The eyes he looked into, red irised now, but like the iris of the sharingan but without the tomoe. This was the culprit for the feeling he had and just as quickly as he had it, it was gone. It wasn't more than a minor nuisance to the man and she averted her gaze to the table.

Cheeky

Once he was sure the bit was over, he deactivated his sensory range, staring at her quietly. He was calculating the many ways he could deal with what had just transpired. She thanked him for the welcome to the squad after insuring her mistake wouldn't happen again. She then coughed and tried to look around innocently before she stood up and introduced herself to the squad, mainly her squad mates as it was apparent he already knew who they all were. Syekren smirked quietly, sitting across from the students and staring at the girl. She'd used a sort of dojutsu, this much he was certain of, but Syekren had no idea what type of dojutsu she'd used. He didn't know much about the Karisuma clan as he hadn't taken a file on them, but he could guess their abilities at this point had to do with their eyes and debilitating targets. This was going to be useful and interesting. Since she showed her dojutsu, it was only fair he show his. An eye for an eye and all that, with no pun intended. From her introduction though, it seemed she wasn't only late to appointments, but joining the ninja world as well. With this next bit, Syekren hoped to welcome her in style.

Before the others could introduce themselves, he began to unbutton what buttons remained clasped on his cloak, until all were open. The male then stood, sliding the cloak off. The cloak being black as night was offset when it fell from Syekren's body to expose the crimson red interior. In the middle of inside of the cloak where his back was, sat a symbol of a fan tending to black flames. This was only visible a few seconds as he sat back down, putting his elbows to the table and clasping his hands together. Syekren then stared directly at Lillith, leaning into his hands, watching her.  He then remembered something and slid his left arm back into the cloak, letting the cloak hang off the right side of his body, while covering the left still. He had the dossiers and his notes on the left, holding them under the cloak. Syekren then leaned forward, his right elbow on the table with his chin in the palm of his right hand while the left arm stayed covered. He'd almost forgotten he wasn't covering his ANBU tattoo today and was thankful that his left side wouldn't have been exposed enough for them to see the tattoo.

"That's not exactly a nice thing you've tried, Lillith."

Syekren's form was still visible even though half was covered with the cloak. He was muscular, and toned, his body having undergone extensive training. His skin was a beautiful porcelain color, almost pale in complexion. He had a scar on his right bicep of the Sunagakure no Sato symbol, burned into it permanently. Above the symbol of suna on his shoulder was the Uchiha clan symbol tattooed. His face was obscured with a shinobi face mask, covering the lower half, while his hitai-ate was upon his forehead, the left end pulled over his left eye. All in all, he looked rather interesting to a few onlookers who passed by the terrace they were situated on. With a quiet stare,  Syekren activated his two tomoe sharingan, the tomoe spinning rapidly as they stared into the eyes of the girl across from Syekren. His eye moved for a moment unto the other two in his presence, checking them out so to speak. He noticed quietly that the Uchiha in his care was apparently under a Genjutsu, but only made a mental note of this. The eye then returned to lillith, the tomoe still spinning. They did this for a few moments before they dissipated, returning his eyes to their normal dull blue.  He was in no mood to have idle tricks played on him, and simply figured that out of a mutual respect they'd show each other what they were working with, so to speak.

"Don't do so again, unless we're in battle simulation training."

That was the end of it and he awaited the others to say their pieces and do their introductions before he moved on to the next item on the agenda.

As Lynn simply rested there, listening to what would happen next, he'd be disappointed at the lack of anything going on in his point of view for most the time. After all, he couldn't see jack, so all he felt in this moment were hand gestures and body fidget. At the very least, he could almost read what everyone felt at the moment due to this, but he still couldn't help but feel left out of it.

It seemed as though Lux took what their new Sensei said about them pretty well, since he hadn't reacted like a muscle-headed freak, which was definitely a good sign. It meant that their brawn actually had a semblance of intelligence and thought to him, and that would make it a lot easier for Lynn in the long run, as this would mean Lux could actually follow plans and strategies. And oh boy, was that a specialty of Lynn's; he had studied battle tactics since he was a little kid, and through that he usually won any petty squabble he got put into during the academy. Back to the topic at hand, though; not only was this young man not flip, Lux did this in a cool manner, keeping his mind calm instead of getting really upset, or at least getting shy and sheepish, like Lynn would if he actually cared right now. He even exchanged formalities with the sensei after the fact, admittedly a better action than Lynn had taken. At least his blushing from earlier was somewhat well placed.

Lillith, however, Lynn would assume was a different story. Of course, he hadn't seen anything that went on with them; the dojutsu, the uneasy feeling his sensei had felt, Lillith's almost killer intent. But from what his gut felt, and the vibrations of the air, he had a good feeling of what happened. Due to the painful, piercing glare Lillith gave Syekren, the way her body seemed to quiver to him with anger, it was clear she was not as bubbly as he once thought, and that she definitely did not appreciate the words of their teacher. He couldn't blame her, since she got the short end of the stick in his lecture. But he knew to at least be careful around this girl now. It was funny how she tried to save herself in that tense moment, however, with her apologizing and introducing herself like nothing even happened. However, that was not the most interesting of his non-optical observations.

In fact, this charged him with more fear than Lillith ever really could. The Sensei began taking his clothes off, the sound of linen or cotton, maybe wool, sliding off their skin, before he seemingly leaned upon the table, most likely with his direction facing the scary little girl. He'd then claim whatever Lillith did was indeed not nice, which at least helped Lynn conclude she definitely gave him a nasty look. Thankfully, nothing went down, but it was something else that made Lynn twitch in anxiousness. It felt like...he was a Uchiha. He couldn't confirm as such, considering they were not told that, and since no fighting was going on, he wouldn't even be able to tell if he had Sharingan through even sensory means...but the thought lingered in his mind for a bit, an unnaturally soft expression covering the teen's face until he could throw it off. It was time to show strength right now, not weakness.

"...Well, since all of this silence is making me rather uncomfortable, I think I'm going to introduce myself fully now. If you don't already know, my name is Lynn Uchiha. To help you figure out what my uses in this team of fresh Genin would be, it should be known I've studied battle tactics extensively over the course of my early childhood, and schooling years. I also happen to specialize specifically in Genjutsu, and I also happen to take hold of a rather strange little weapon called a whip sword, when it comes to my Bukijutsu. I never learned Ninjutsu, but considering I still know how all Jutsu types work to an extent, hopefully my strategies can make up for such a thing."

...He hoped that was a good enough introduction.

His focus would shift almost whole heartedly to concentrating on lighting his cigarette, not wanting to catch the wrong breeze nor light his own fringe in the process as he struck the pad of his thumb down against the flint wheel of his lighter, striking the flame into life only for his Kyoni to writhe almost violently within his flesh at the sudden upset within the air drawing his lighter away from the still unlit cigarette to allow his pale mint green gaze to seek out the odd dip in the mood having not heard anything that could have really lowered the tone to that extent. Only to find a rather odd exchange between the Sensei and Lillith. His brow would arch having only caught the tail end of Lillith's action's though it had been enough to rattle the Sensei into action. Listening to Lillith's words his hand would return to take the cigarette from his lips, slowly returning it to behind his ear as he readied himself for either stepping in or receiving a punishment of some sort. After placing his cigarette behind his ear his hand would take the lighter dropping that into his pocket as his frame tensed just a touch more only to relax as she continued to speak, his Kyoni however would remain on edge, irritated to say the least matching the sensation that had been building at each use of the word family.  were she not used to being chastised? Or simply rebellious when such happened? A free spirit perhaps.

His pale gaze would cut back to the Sensei as he started to shift, though it were to unbutton. Lux's body instinctively readied for an offensive action to be taken, not to take an offensive action more so to receive one, his body running from instinct over thought, as his rational mind argued against his body's reaction, no matter how little and nar unnoticeable such were. His gaze however would shift to the interior of the Sensei's cloak much as he would guess the sensei had wanted. An Uchiha. Or at least the crest of the famous Uchiha. Some might big boot's to fill, hailing of such a clan. 'so they eye quite possibly could have been taken.
'What fool could have been bold enough to act out on such a disgusting and rather disturbing act...?' His mind would wonder again, absentmindedly taking a step closer to the table allowing his hand still holding the  bottle to return to the back of the empty seat, his attention returning to the covered eye, the point of his interest over the clan easily. Something of a medical interest in the sensei. It would however be clear in his own chakra that it had been agitated and inflicted upon almost like it had been scarred, permanently so. The evidence of suppression and attempted damage littering the chakra itself, clear it had only recently regained it's full stature and ability once more. If the sensei did in fact look his way, however doubtful that were within the exchange between the sensei and Lillith. What had he been thrown into? It would seem the Sensei couldn’t handle not stepping up to what would seem a challenge though Lux himself couldn’t blame him in the slightest.

His attention would shift to Lynn as he spoke up, taking the chance to assess the male more so now that he had done the other two. Taking in the information the young lad had to provide.
'Lynn...Uchiha. Hn. Two Uchiha in the same room, well I'll be damned. That tally's up to what.. Three dojutsu sat at the table. That sounds like the beginning to a bad joke...' Shoving his thought's aside he would continue to listen to the young Uchiha, aside from giving them a quick run through on his apparent causing Lux's attentions would shift more so to the frame and actions of the lad beside him, his lack of action on visual que's and his abrupt shift into speaking through the 'silence' again the more medical side and assumption's more caught his attentions. Itching to know and not to assume his grip on the bottle would tighten a touch causing the could of the crunching plastic to invade the air ever so slightly.

The odd tension still clinging to the atmosphere mainly between Lillith and the sensei, still arcing his kyoni's general flow, even with Lynn's introduction seeming to soothe the tension a tad he would step up in an attempt to further the calm along. He would shift his movement's oddly smooth and fluid in motion depositing his water onto the table before stepping around to place himself between Lillith and Lynn, arching his back a touch before bending at the hip to lean down. On his way down his head would tilt just a touch to almost whisper to Lillith, though he knew the Sensei should have been able to hear he would do so anyway "come on now sweet, it's not the time or place. Relax."  a brief word but one non the less. Continuing the movement his arm's would wrap around his new teammates allowing his hands to hold their upper arms drawing there frames closer and against the sculpted pectoral muscle's of his chest. His hold firm yet not overbearingly so. He couldn’t really be classed as bulky purse only more to the point he were well sculpted holding height with broad shoulder to boot. Once the three were somewhat snug his charming smile would hold perfectly in place as he spoke up, his luxuriously deep toned voice simply euphonious "Well as the Sensei rightly pointed out, I am quite carefree and such could get some of us killed, so we'd better hope someone else here is a medic if you don't want me being the one patching you up." Both a joke and a serious note for all those within the squad. A chuckle would rattle his chest before allowing him to continue slowly releasing the two "Feel free to call me Lux."  his scent so clearly evident in such a close proximity, or rather lack of scent to be closer to the truth, holding a very faint almost surgically clean small littered only with a sweet scent almost that of hard honey and fresh tobacco, not even the scent of the smoke itself from it. Leaning up his hands would shift to the back of both Lillith and Lynn's seat's, to mull over what information he had been able to glean from the two in the brief touch and close proximity. A small hope that the tension had eased, even just a small amount more, his attention would rest again with the sensei as his hand withdrew from Lillith's seat to take the cigarette placing it between his lip's once again waiting for the sensei to actually introduce himself as by his count, it were after all his turn.
